Please excuse the beginning of this video as I was receiving interference. In the center of the Brain, through the Higher Mind of Self, is the Cave of Brahma & the Crystal Palace. The Crystal Palace is the awakening of all centers of the Brain where the I Am Presence awakens. It is where Amrita is created. When the Crystals are fully activated within the Brain, it allows for more Light to be perceived. Our Brain is the Receiver. Our Heart interprets the information. Our Voice speaks Its Truth. The Krystal Palace is the alchemical brain wedded chamber which activates Krystal Waters or anoints the Crown and brain with amrita oil. The amrita oil is activated through the sacred marriage between the Mother principle of the Pituitary Gland and the Father principle of the Pineal Gland. It is this oil that lights the Consciousness Lamp inside the brain. It's between the old brain at the back and the new brain at the front of the head, between the left and right hemispheres, sitting above the two Wings of the mysterious ventricles. It rests between the two large cerebrums at the anterior end of the cerebellum. The cerebellum is one of the oldest features of the brain, involved in coordinating muscular activity in the body. The Great AwakeningOur weekend retreat is called the Great Awakening and I will give a context otherwise it can seem disorienting, it can seem bewildering. It can even seem fearful at times, without an overall context. I know that it doesn't matter what stage, you are in in the rising up to accept yourself as Christ at one with God, it can be overwhelming at the beginning, it can be overwhelming in the middle and even as you start to merge with the light. Again, this is extremely overwhelming to the ego, because this is the end of the ego merging with the light accepting yourself and your I Am Presence before time was. I wanted to talk a little bit about the word called function like sometimes people say what is my function. And the context is important in terms of function Because if you've been following the teachings we've been sharing for many years we are saying that function, ultimately is not really dependent on the form and really it's not even associated with the form. And that can seem very strange or weird. Well, let's put it into context in heaven, which is reality, which is spirit, which is eternal love, which is oneness. Our God-given function is the creation of God. I said Jesus says you are guiltless in eternity, but not in time. So, you can take from that in heaven we're purely innocent as spirit, and that's not the case in time and space where you seem to be lost in space you get guilt, you get fear, shame and all kinds of emotions that don't have any reality, they don't have, and that was never created by God. They don't even exist, but they seem very real in time and space. Our God-given function, our function that is given us in our creation is creating. That's our function, creating. You are an Eternal BeingIn A Course in Miracles Jesus tells us the Word of God means, I am as God created me.  That's humbling accepting yourself as a spirit, not as flesh. That's humbling accepting yourself as an eternal being, not as some make-believe invention of a shadow figure that's here for a few years and then gone. Jesus is saying, Oh I choose the second place. And the reason he puts that in his workbook because he's getting it from his own direct experience of God, he realized he could be happy if he was a creation of God and not some make-believe figment of the imagination of the ego. And so that's how he came into the I Am Presence. Before Abraham was I am, I am what I am as God created me. That is the truth of it all. And that is so humble. In this video we will be discussing daily spiritual practices for beginners. While these practices are a suitable foundation for any beginner, daily prayer, meditation, and study are the foundation of any spiritual life. To start with it is useful to develop a “rule of life” which is a reflection of your commitment to doing certain daily spiritual practices. A rule of life is a contract between you and yourself that reflects your commitment to spiritual evolution.A rule of life can be as formal or informal as you like, and as specific or general as is necessary. People needing a little more discipline may find it useful to write out their rule of life as a commitment to perform a set of spiritual practices every day.Below is an outline of a rule of life and spiritual practices that will serve as a strong foundation for anyone on the spiritual path. Our daily spiritual practices carry us through the good times and the bad and help us continually move upward to higher states of consciousness.AltarStart by creating sacred space within your home. Dedicate a room, corner, or even closet to spiritual practice, prayer, and meditation. Your alar will be the physical manifestation of your relationship with the divine. This is where you will place pictures, statues, iconography and/or crystals that you find spiritually significant. Your altar will change over time and become more spiritually potent as you perform daily spiritual practices before it.To start with your altar can be as simple as a candle with some incense and a picture or object of whatever you most closely associate with the divine. This will serve as the focal point for your spiritual life and will become a place of spiritual renewal and power. Keep this space clean and don’t use it for any other purpose. This is the temple within your home.PrayerPrayer is central to spiritual life. I begin and end my days in prayer and pray throughout the day at each meal. The commitment to prayer is a commitment to commune with the divine. You may pray in whatever way you desire, to whatever you most closely associate with the divine. If you do not like to pray to an externalized conception of deity, you may affirm by your “I AM Presence.” This is the aspect of your awareness that is forever and always one with God.Prayer is simply connecting with the divine and expressing your gratitude and intentions. A commitment to prayer is a commitment to remembering the divine. It is a commitment to being grateful for this precious human birth. It is a commitment to expressing your desires to the universe for a happy and prosperous life and positive spiritual evolution and growth. Prayer is just another name for deliberate manifestation and gratitude. By engaging in regular prayer you are regularly telling the universe what you prefer, and will attract more of it into your life.MeditationMeditation should also be central to any rule of life. Through effective meditation we purify the mind and form deeper connection with the soul. Commit to a daily meditation practice that you can realistically sustain. It is best to meditate in the morning or at night. Some people may feel called to meditate twice a day. I prefer to meditate between midnight and 1am.An effective meditation technique is to use mantra. The mantra “so hum” can be used by any beginner. This is the Sanskrit word for “I am that.” When using this mantra we breath in “so” and breath out “hum.” By focusing on the mantra and breath we give our mind something to do so that it is less inclined to wander.  Any two syllable mantra can be used as the object for your meditation practice. Breathe in the first syllable, breathe out the second syllable.Meditate for at least five or ten minutes a day and try to work your way up to twenty to thirty minutes a day. Do not try to meditate for longer than you are able. Effective meditation is the most important thing. Spend part of your meditation period trying to focus on awareness without any thoughts. If your mind is wandering throughout the majority of your meditation practice try a shorter period. The key is to consistently meditate at the same time each day in the same place.Initially you may choose to meditate five out of seven days a week, and give yourself the weekends off. Meditation will naturally become more pleasant and you will want to meditate more frequently for longer periods of time.Spiritual StudySet aside five or ten minutes a day for spiritual study. This can be reading a book or listening or watching something you find to be spiritually inspiring. Many people gain benefit from reading sacred texts each day to attune their mind to the vibration of a particular spiritual tradition or lineage.By attuning to a particular tradition or lineage you are connecting to the morphogenic field of that community of practitioners. That connection will strengthen your own commitment to spiritual practice and evolution.SummaryIn summary create and altar in your home for daily spiritual practice. Upon waking pray, express gratitude and your intentions for the day and at night do the same. Also express gratitude and bless your food at each meal. Also meditate at least five to ten minutes five days a week with the goal of meditating thirty minutes a day seven days a week. Create a rule of life that reflects your commitment to daily spiritual practice. Revise your rule of life at least yearly to embody greater commitment to daily spiritual practice and evolution.

This Dictation will expand your understanding of your own I AM Presence and the meaning of the profound concept of God Individualized. Thereby the Allness of God individualizes and becomes a distinct Being. There is identity in your Individual Presence that is unique and distinct to your own Selfhood. Deirdre Hade is a Modern Day Mystic, poet and visionary leader in the ancient arts of the wisdom traditions. Meditation starts at 17:03  If you have had a chance to listen to the audiobook the impersonal life by Joseph Benner you know how mindblowing and unusual that book. It reads as if God is being directly channeled. After reading that book on the channel I soon found myself devouring anything I could find by Joseph Benner, I have read the books the way out, and wealth so far and each adds a unique layer to this "channeling" In the way of the kingdom Benner goes much deeper and outlines how to meditate to awaken the godself within you. This outlines how Benner explains you should channel and gives a guided meditation directly with the book that turned out fantastic with mindblowing music by Mettaverse this may be one of my favorite meditations. In this meditation we invoke a sphere of multidimensional crystalline blue light to take you through the Christ grid to your Over-Soul Temple of light. Here, being held by the loving and powerful energy of your Over-Soul we begin to reverse the toxic patterning and imprinting created within the 3D Matrix. In this podcast, I'm going to offer you some information on the portals of energy we are moving through and a meditation to help activate your light body. Your Light Body is a gridwork of light and sacred geometry that brings together your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being. This Body radiates light energy and electromagnetically links your multidimensional self with the infinite universe. We've just moved through the 12/12 portal and full moon energies. The Merkaba portal has opened and is helping us all to raise our vibrations. The Merkaba represents pure divine energy, constantly spinning, harmonizing, balancing, flowing, moving and expanding in all four directions at all times, supporting you where you want to go. The Merkaba is said to provide protection and transport your consciousness to higher dimensions. The Merkaba shape reminds us of the potential power you can wield when you unite your own energies in your heart in pursuit of connection and growth. The Merkaba symbol is a shape made of 2 intersecting tetrahedrons that spin in opposite directions, creating  a 3-dimensional energy field. One points to the higher dimensions and one points down to the earth. In raising your vibration, there will be the need to release the lower vibrations. Many times in doing this, you have to go through the energies that may not feel so great so that you can decipher what needs to be let go of. So the full moon probably brought forward lots of energy and shined lots of light on areas in your life that need to be looked at. The big question is what is it for you that makes you feel alive? What are the old stories that you can let go of and what is it that you can allow yourself to raise up to? As we move through this period between the full moon of 12/12 and the portal of energy at the Winter Solstice on 12/21, it is probably the best time to notice where you can shift.` There is a lot of momentum from the cosmic forces to catch now to be able to make those changes as you notice what it is. The influx of Light from this Portal will intensify until the December Solstice on December 21-22, 2019. During the Solstice, this unprecedented influx of Light will be anchored at a cellular level within Humanity's Earthly Bodies. December 12th is a powerful day in its own right, but this year the influx of Light that will bathe the Earth is being exponentially expanded because of the recently activated Twelve 5th-Dimensional Strands of DNA within every person on Earth. The I AM Presence, which began the initial activation of 12:12, will build in momentum. Each day and every year at this time, our light body can be feed…so to speak - easy atomic and subatomic particle as well…all the way up until December Solstice on December 21st and 22nd. If we look at 2019 numerically, it has been a twelve year, 2+0+1+9 = 12. That means that this year December 12th was a powerful 12:12:12 frequency of vibration, which is perfect for the activation of the awakening 12:12 catalyst in every person's DNA. So what can all of this help you with? The best way to look at this… As you drop the old stories and you find what makes you feel alive, the next step is to level up. Level up your work, your heart and all your relationships. It's been quite a ride to get here. Be gentle with yourself…but do the work. Which means meditate, no getting around it, and increase your times. You need to get out of the beta brain stage and move into the alpha, theta, delta… or even gamma if you really can go in deep. There will be speed bumps… break through… crash… break though ... crash … etc. It's a myth that we have to always be level. And don't let this make you feel that you aren't strong on your path.
