On January 20, 2025, Donald J. Trump will not only become our commander-in-chief; he will also become the Left's public enemy No. 1. Coincidentally enough, many former presidents and politicians will be in attendance except for Michelle Obama. Whitlock unravels the undercover plot to anoint Michelle Obama to run against the GOP nominee in 2028. It's obvious that Michelle's aspirations of becoming the WoMAN King are falsely motivated by her Joy Taylor treatment. Not to mention that the Joy Taylor story wasn't even posted on any main steam legacy news. Black women have become this sacred cow. They have entered the realm of untouchables and if you do criticize them, you are the issue. They have become a trojan horse of virtue that will destroy this country. Not a bad idea when the NBA Commissioner appears on "The Herd with Colin Cowherd" admitting that the NBA has some flaws. The NBA has to be so embarrassed by its narrative this year. Shaun feels Blazers rookie Scoot Henderson will come into the league and be a mature performer right out of the gate. 28:30 ... Bruce has lots of love for Blazers coach Chauncey Billups and believes he should be in the Basketball Hall of Fame. Unfortunately for Bruce, none of his colleagues agree with him. Luckily Bruce has thick skin and his feelings were not hurt. 33:29 ... The guys discuss James Harden and his demand to be traded from Philadelphia. Shaun is tired of his yearly demands and feels he is team hopping and has "basketball insecurity." 35:43 ... Shaun understands why Joel Embiid wants Harden to stay in Philly. 36:08 ... Bruce feels Harden's performance last season was the best version of his "current self" and World B points out what an efficient duo he was with Embiid. 37:48 ... Phoenix traded Cameron Payne, leaving them without a true point guard. Shaun feels that with Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, two of their top guns don't really need a point guard because they can create for themselves. 40:12 ... Bruce initiated a discussion on DeAndre Ayton and whether new head coach Frank Vogel can get the best out of him. 41:43 ... World B feels that Vogel, known as a defensive oriented coach will be sorely tested by his new team and their defensive deficiencies. 42:36 ... Jaylen Brown has yet to sign a supermax deal but Shaun feels many teams are getting sticker shock and Brown may not deserve the supermax salary and that could be why he has not yet come to terms with the Celtics on a new deal. 45:06 ... Bruce has praise for Brown because he has leadership qualities and with Marcus Smart gone and Al Horford nearing retirement, he feels Brown will soon be the leader of the team. 47:00 ... The second apron of the new salary cap is something that is a huge factor moving forward when it comes to team building. Shaun explains the financial stakes for owners and general managers. 48:12 ... Ross is concerned that the OKC Thunder may soon be contending with salary cap issues. 49:44 ... With all of the brothers currently playing in the league, we play Word Association with Shaun. The Mobleys (Isaiah and Evan), the Holidays (Jrue, Justin, and Aaron), and the Balls (Lonzo and LaMelo) are our subjects 53:03 ... Final Thoughts: Bruce on new Indiana Pacer Bruce Brown, who signed a big free agent deal despite not being a typical "star" player. 54:17 ... World B's closing comment is on the rising OKC Thunder and their bright future. And now Chet Holmgren is ready to play after missing last year due to injury, so the team looks poised for a playoff appearance. 55:58 ... Shaun's final thought is on NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and all of his great achievements as he begins his 10th season as NBA Commissioner. 59:12 ... Ross lives in Phoenix and the weather has been historically hot with 20 straight days hitting 110 degrees. Let's just say its effects have been felt! 1:00:20 ... Shaun shares his twitter handle and lets everyone know how to find him. 1:00:56 ... Ross wraps it up and says goodbye TRT 1:01:13

Orlando finished with the worst record in the Eastern Conference at 22-60 and missed the playoffs for the eighth time in 10 years. But they got a huge win in the lottery, with the top pick for the first time since taking Howard in 2004. Duke’s Paolo Banchero, Gonzaga’s Chet Holmgren, Purdue’s Jaden Ivey and Auburn’s Jabari Smith are widely considered the most likely candidates to be taken first. Oklahoma City got the second pick, followed by Houston and Sacramento. Detroit will pick fifth. WNBA – Women’s National Basketball Association Last Night Atlanta Dreams 101, Indiana Fever 79 Dream 101, Fever 79 – Howard scores 19 as Dream beat Fever, again, 101-79 Rhyne Howard scored 19 points, Cheyenne Parker added 17 and the Atlanta Dream beat the Indiana Fever 101-79. Erica Wheeler had a season-high 16 points and rookie Kristy Wallace added a career-best 15 for Atlanta. Wallace was a second-round pick out of Baylor in 2018 and made her WNBA debut in the season opener after playing professionally in her native Australia the last four seasons. Howard hit 3-pointers to open and close an 11-2 opening run and the Dream never trailed. Victoria Vivians led Indiana (2-4) with 16 points. Danielle Robinson and Kelsey Mitchell score 12 points apiece. NaLyssa Smith, the No. 2 overall selection in last month’s draft, did not play for the Fever due to an ankle injury. Tonight Chicago Sky at Seattle Storm, 10:00 p.m. WNBA – State Dept pushing to see Griner; NBA Commissioner weighs in The State Department said Tuesday that it still pushing to have regular contact with WNBA star Brittney Griner, who has been detained in Russia for nearly three months. A consular official was able to meet with Griner last week, when her pre-trial detention in Russia was extended for one month. Griner has been detained since February, after vape cartridges containing oil derived from cannabis were allegedly found in her luggage at an airport in Moscow. The NBA also weighed in on the matter Tuesday. Commissioner Adam Silver says his league is also trying to bring Griner home. NFL – Bears try to prove they can support QB Justin Fields The Chicago Bears have brought in numerous new faces on offense, but none of the most expensive free agents and they used their second-round draft picks for defensive help, so at organized team activity workouts they face questions about how well they’ve supported quarterback Justin Fields. The Bears signed third-round receiver Velus Jones to a contract on Tuesday and added another offensive lineman in Shon Coleman, but they’re trying to prove competition and a thorough understanding of their new offense can compensate for the lack of top-level offensive help for Fields. NFL – Former Bears RB Tarik Cohen injured during streamed workout Former Chicago Bears running back Tarik Cohen, now a free agent, apparently suffered an injury during a training session being live-streamed on his Instagram account. The hard-luck player, released in March by the Bears due to past injuries, grabbed the back of his leg after going down during the workout. The incident was seen on Instagram Live, with Cohen falling to the floor after back-peddling. Cohen played three full seasons with Chicago but made it to only three games in 2021 before tearing knee ligaments. Horse Racing – Rich Strike skipping Preakness reignites Triple Crown debate Kentucky Derby winner Rich Strike’s absence from the Preakness has reignited the debate over whether the spacing of the three Triple Crown races should be changed. The current schedule of two weeks from the Derby to Preakness and then three weeks to the Belmont has been in place since 1969, except for 2020 when the pandemic disrupted the order. Proponents of change argue it’s better for horses to get more rest and that the Preakness would become a better race. Those in favor of the status quo point to the sport’s tradition and say it should be difficult to win the Triple Crown.
