Celje se ponaša z bogato in dobro ohranjeno zapuščino dveh fotografskih mojstrov. Prenovljena Fotohiša Pelikan je poseben muzejski prostor, ki v največji meri predstavlja življenje in delo fotografa Josipa Pelikana. V njej se je ustavil čas, muzealci so zelo tankočutno posegli v prenovo in uspelo jim je tisto, kar v takih primerih ne uspe vedno. Ohranili so sporočilo in dušo zanimive zgodbe, ki govori o življenju in ustvarjalnosti. Sledi časa je pripravil Stane Kocutar.
