Im Gespräch mit Robert Ziegler, dem General Manager EMEA von Einride, habe ich spannende Einblicke in die Entwicklungen und Herausforderungen im Bereich des nachhaltigen Transports erhalten. Einride ist kein klassischer Lkw-Hersteller, sondern ein sogenannter „Electric Logistics Service Provider“ – ein Dienstleister, der auf nachhaltigen Transport und innovative Lösungen setzt. Robert hat dabei verdeutlicht, dass Einride nicht nur elektrische Lkws von Herstellern wie Daimler oder Scania kauft, sondern ein gesamtes Ökosystem aufbaut, das alle Aspekte von Hardware über Ladeinfrastruktur bis hin zur Softwareintegration umfasst. Ein zentrales Thema war die hohe Zuverlässigkeit der digitalen Lösungen von Einride, die es dem Unternehmen ermöglichen, operative Abläufe nahezu fehlerfrei zu gestalten. Wie Robert erklärte: „Wir sind seit über vier Jahren operativ mit über 99,5 Prozent pünktlicher und vollständiger Lieferung unterwegs.“ Diese hohe Effizienz resultiert aus der digitalen Vernetzung der Lkws und ihrer Ladeinfrastruktur, was nicht nur die Qualität des Transports steigert, sondern auch die Kosten langfristig senkt. Robert erläuterte, dass die Betriebskosten von Elektro-Lkws, je nach Land, bis zu 80 Prozent günstiger sind als die von Diesel-Lkws, auch wenn die Anschaffungskosten zunächst höher ausfallen. „In Deutschland liegen die Betriebskosten von Elektro-Lkws etwa 45 bis 50 Prozent unter denen von Diesel-Lkws. Auch wenn die Anschaffungskosten höher sind, machen die geringeren laufenden Kosten den Unterschied über die Vertragslaufzeit wett.“ Einride arbeitet vor allem mit großen Supermarktketten wie Lidl, Rewe und Kaufland zusammen und deckt dabei die gesamte Lieferkette von Konsumgütern ab. Interessant ist auch, dass das Unternehmen keine klassischen Kaufverträge mit Kunden abschließt, sondern über fünfjährige Logistikverträge verfügt, bei denen Einride die Eigentümerschaft und das Risiko der Lkws trägt. Dies ermöglicht es den Kunden, von der neuesten Technologie zu profitieren, ohne selbst das Investitionsrisiko zu tragen. Ein weiteres spannendes Thema war die zunehmende Digitalisierung und Automatisierung im Transportbereich. Robert betonte, dass die Fahrer von Elektro-Lkws zwar immer noch eine wichtige Rolle spielen, aber viele Entscheidungen bereits von der digitalen Plattform getroffen werden. Dies führt nicht nur zu effizienteren Abläufen, sondern auch zu einem attraktiveren Arbeitsumfeld für die Fahrer:innen: „Ein Elektro-Lkw fährt so mit knapp über 20 Dezibel durch die Gegend, während Diesel über 80 ist. Und den Unterschied merkt man massiv.“ Diese Veränderungen machen den Job nicht nur angenehmer, sondern ziehen auch mehr Fahrerinnen an, was angesichts des Fachkräftemangels ein bedeutender Vorteil ist. Zum Ende des Gesprächs ging es noch um die Zukunft des autonomen Fahrens und die Notwendigkeit von Megawatt-Chargern. Einride sieht diese Technologie als wichtigen Schritt, betont aber, dass sie im Moment bisher nicht flächendeckend notwendig ist. Der Fokus liegt auf der weiteren Optimierung der bestehenden Ladeinfrastruktur und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Transportlösungen. Nun aber genug der Vorrede – lasst uns direkt in das Gespräch einsteigen!

DOSSIER hat eben eine neue Printausgabe veröffentlicht und sie ist dem scheidenden ÖVP-Nationalratspräsidenten Wolfgang Sobotka gewidmet. Der Titel am Cover ist Programm und verspricht auch nicht zu viel: "Sobotkas Schule der Macht". Es ist jedenfalls keine Hagiographie geworden, ganz im Gegenteil. Pe 26 mai, Teodora Brody, prima artistă care a dat voce Rapsodiilor compuse de George Enescu, revine la București cu un concert memorabil! "Unifying World", un eveniment muzical în care muzica clasică întâlneşte jazz-ul. Despre concertul de la Bucureşti, care dă startul unui turneu în Statele Unite, vorbim astăzi în RFI360 cu Teodora Brody.  În 2023, Teodora Brody lansa albumul  'Rhapsody', înregistrat cu London Symphony Orchestra, sub bagheta lui Robert Ziegler. 'Rhapsody' aducea împreună prelucrări vocale în premieră după teme celebre din muzica clasică. Un album ce pornește de la Rapsodia nr.1 a lui George Enescu. ” Teodora Brody a profitat de șansa de a face o mișcare evolutivă în viitorul muzicii. Imaginația și curajul ei sunt admirabile”, au scris americanii de la faimoasă revistă Fanfare, iar spaniolii de la Ritmo au subliniat: ”Cu Bartók și dansurile sale românești, românca este în elementul ei, devenind un punct de întâlnire între trei forțe copleșitoare ale naturii: Bartók, jazzul și Teodora Brody.” Născută în România, în prezent stabilită în Elveția, Teodora Brody s-a pregătit inițial în jazzul clasic și a devenit cunoscută la sfârșitul anilor 1990 și începutul anilor 2000, cântând alături de legendarul pianist de jazz Johnny Răducanu. Teodora a fost pionieră în fuziunea jazzului cu Doina – creație lirică specifică poporului român – și este larg recunoscută pentru introducerea publicului internațional în lumea unică a acestui gen muzical, profund emoționant și personal. Căutând teritorii muzicale de explorat, Teodora a interpretat alături de muzicieni precum Stanley Jordan, Theodosii Spassov, Lars Danielsson, Johnny Răducanu, Les Paul, Curtis Fuller, Eric Legnini, Phillippe Duchemin, Guido Manusardi, Benny Rietveld, Daniele di Bonaventura, Ion Baciu și Al Copley. Penderecki in Memoriam Podcast unveils a multifaceted portrait of Krzysztof Penderecki, with commentary from musicians, colleagues, radio programmers, and writers who lend insight and memories of Poland's greatest modern composer. This podcast is part of Penderecki in Memoriam Worldwide project, honoring the life and legacy of the great composer. Thank you to project partners DUX, NAXOS, Ludwig van Beethoven Association, and Schott EAM for sharing Krzysztof Penderecki's music with the world. Jonny Greenwood is best known as the lead guitarist of the band Radiohead whom he joined whilst still at school. He started to study psychology and music at Oxford Brookes University, but only finished his first term before leaving to sign a six-album deal with EMI, and start his recording career with Radiohead. Radiohead have realized phenomenal success over the past decade, with multi-platinum album sales and an ever growing worldwide following. Greenwood is no stranger to classical music, though. His musical interests included Messiaen and Ligeti and he started out as a viola player. He plays several other instruments too, including piano, recorder and harmonica, and has a particular love for the ondes martenot. To date Greenwood has penned a number of “classical” works: smear (two ondes martenots and ensemble), Popcorn Superhet Receiver (string orchestra), Doghouse (string trio and large orchestra), 48 Responses to Polymorphia (48 strings), Water (chamber orchestra), and Horror vacui (solo violin and 68 strings). In 2004, Greenwood was made Composer in Residence with the BBC Concert Orchestra. The first fruit of this association was Popcorn Superhet Receiver, a BBC commission, premiered by the BBC Concert Orchestra and Robert Ziegler in April 2005. The piece was inspired by radio static and the extended, dissonant chords of Polish composer Penderecki's Threnody for the Victims of Hiroshima.  Popcorn Superhet Receiver won the BBC Radio 3 Listeners' Award at the 2006 British Composer Awards. Sections of this work were later worked into his soundtrack for the Oscar-winning Paul Thomas Anderson film There Will Be Blood (2007). Subsequent film credits include Tran Anh Hung's Norwegian Wood, based on the novel by Haruki Murakami, Lynne Ramsay's We Need To Talk About Kevin, psychological thriller You Were Never Really Here, and the Paul Thomas Anderson films The Master and Inherent Vice. Welcome everyone and welcome BACK!   As you can see, I was blessed with an interview with Shelley Blond the original voice of Lara Croft this week, for which I’m eternally grateful. This week’s guest certainly bought out my inner fanboy! Shelley Blond is an actor and voice actor whose work includes west end stage productions and many a household name tv show, including Cold Feet, Peep Show, and feature films such as Snow White: the Sequel. She’s been a voice you’ve likely heard on Heart FM, ITV, Disney and Nat Geo, among many others, but perhaps the role most archaeologists and historians know her best for, is that of the original voice of Lara Croft...Tomb Raider.   The original tomb raider game was a hit on a scale hard to relate to our younger listeners out there. The first game of its kind, nobody, including the creators knew how people would react to a 3D third person exploration action adventure game. We take this genre for granted now, a quarter century later, but this was something never seen before, and it was a gamble. Tomb Raider sits at the threshold of where video games stopped being juvenile entertainment and began being conceived of as ‘cinematic’. The interaction, the musical score, and the performances made this game something modern audiences now take for granted – they made it an immersive experience. The 1st Tomb Raider game sold a million copies in its first quarter and went on to sell seven million worldwide, receiving critical acclaim and setting the standard for modern gaming as we know it. It went on to become one of the most influential games of all time and served as a template for the many action adventure exploration games to follow, driving 3D graphics technology as it did so. The series holds six official Guinness world records and Lara herself has become a world-wide icon. The character of Lara Croft has sometimes found herself at the centre of controversy – one of the first female protagonists in gaming, she was largely embraced by an -at that time – majority male gaming audience. However, Lara also sat at a sometimes uncomfortable point between sex icon and strong independent feminist protagonist, and it’s a conversation, since the reboot of the franchise, that fans and pundits are still having. At the genesis of this maelstrom of mainstream media attention was a young actress who had no notion of what she was getting herself into, or that she’d become forever linked to a cultural icon who rivals the likes of Indiana Jones and James Bond. Programmet sändes första gången i april 2017. - Försoning är ett av kyrkans och den kristna trons storord. Ett ord som jag upplever tydligt hör till kyrkans språk, kanske lite svårt att ta till sig. Människor behöver olika slags teologi, olika slags försoningstankar och jag tror inte att det är fel, eller att man är mindre kristen för att man har svårt att ta till sig av den ganska tuffa och hårda klassiska försoningstanken.
