Nuno Espirito Santo is a target for clubs in Portugal and Spain who are weighing whether they can prise him away from Nottingham Forest. Despite the club suffering a four-point deduction for breaking spending rules during his tenure, Nuno steered Forest to survival, eventually finishing six points clear of 18th-placed Luton. Nuno has one year remaining on the contract he signed to replace Steve Cooper last December, with an option for a further season. Nuno's stock remains high both in Spain and his homeland, where he has coached Porto and Rio Ave, and in Spain, where he led Valencia to Champions League qualification in 2014. There is also a feeling in football circles in those countries that Nuno could be tempted back for the right role. Scott McKenna looks set to leave Nottingham Forest this summer with heavy interest from north of the board, with both Rangers and Celtic interested in taking the Scottish International. With a value of around £5m, Forest will look to cash in as much as possible from fringe players like McKenna with PSR concerns always on the agenda at the City Ground. When it comes to Nottingham Forest players leaving the City Ground this January transfer window, the most talked about has to be Orel Mangala, with a number of European club showing major interest in the Belgium international, but none have been able to offer the money Forest are looking for. But today French club Lyon have made a firm cash bid of £30 million for the midfielder, with only 2 days left before the window closes, will this be enough to persuade Forest to sell? With the potential sale of Mangala, it looks like Forest are already trying to line up replacements for the midfielder, with news breaking today that the club could be interested in exciting Argentinian youngest Carlos Alcaraz. Alcaraz would plays in the Championship for Southampton, is a 21 year old attacking midfielder, not a like for like replacement for Mangala, but could be a very interesting signings if Forest can pull this one off. My guest this week is 18 year old Scott Mckenna. If asked at 14 what his dream was, it would have been 'racing driver', but asked what he thought his reality was likely to be, he'd have probably said "Ummm, working for Mum and Dad in Norway probably". Yet Scott is the 2019 British Ginetta GT5 Champion and one of only 13 British racers under 24 to be selected as a British Racing Drivers Club "Rising Star.' These young racers are chosen by the BRDC because they have achieved success in the upper levels of motorsport and are considered the ones to watch!.We chat about his very calm approach to his racing career - quite a different approach to other young drivers I have spoken to; we discuss how he stays focused over the season, how he deals with pressures and difficult hurdles; and we chat about how he juggles his racing career with his '18 year old world' which, certainly for me, would have been a hard one! It's away day for the Dons with a trip to Firhill and Scott McKenna talks new deals with Aberdeen

10 years ago on Presidents Day 2008 Scott Mckenna, Nyke VanWyk and myself performed for the 400 employees of Educators Federal Credit Union in Racine, Wisconsin. It was one of the most important events I ever did. The Greek Poet Homer wrote The Odyssey that told the story of Odysseus' ten-year journey home from Troy. Since then Odyssey has meant any epic journey. The epic journey I went on with Scott and Nyke took us from Racine, Wisconsin to events from small towns in Texas to the last frontier of Alaska. We proved that with talent and imagination a conference presentation could be turned into a performance. Today, I talk about those 10 years, what I remember, what I learned and why you should never settle for another boring conference session. Listen live or later.
