Unbreakable: A Woman's Guide to Aging with Power A clear, science-backed roadmap to building strength, supporting your body, and taking control of how you age. Get your copy: https://www.theunbreakablelifestyle.com/unbreakable-book There's a heat you can't feel until it's already aging you. Let's talk about something quietly ticking away inside all of us. In this solo episode I'm getting into inflammaging, the second great time bomb of aging, and what happens when your body's emergency crew never clocks out. Think alarm bells ringing around the clock, sirens that never quiet down. And here's where it gets personal: perimenopause. That's the wake-up call, the moment declining estrogen strips away one of your most powerful anti-inflammatory shields, and suddenly the fire's raging and no one tells you why. So I'm not leaving you there. I'll walk you through the real blueprint to put those flames out: how you move, how you eat, your hormones, and how you meet your stress. Because hear me on this one. Longevity doesn't just happen to you. You build it. On purpose. By design. What we cover: - Chronic inflammation vs. acute inflammation: what your body actually needs. - Estrogen decline in perimenopause: losing your anti-inflammatory shield. - Inflammaging effects: joints, heart, brain, and metabolism. - Physical activity and myokines: your systemic fire extinguisher. - Gut microbiome diversity: fueling or fighting inflammation. - Processed sugars and inflammation: what to eat instead. - Hormone optimization: working with a clinician to calm inflammation. - Mindfulness, breathwork, and sleep: lowering inflammatory cytokines.
Sixty-five years ago today, a test aircraft sprayed herbicide over Bien Hoa province. The operation that grew from that test lasted a decade and dumped roughly 20 million gallons of herbicide on South Vietnam. In this episode we'll explore how Operation Ranch Hand affected the people who served in Vietnam — and their descendants — and how the U.S. government has responded since.

Get your copy: https://www.theunbreakablelifestyle.com/unbreakable-book Your DNA is not your destiny. It's the blueprint, but you are the master builder. In this episode, I unpack the first major time bomb of aging, DNA changes and damage, and the small daily decisions that build an unbreakable lifestyle. We'll talk about telomeres, the protective end caps on your chromosomes, why they shrink faster for women during the menopause transition, and how movement can quite literally make your cells younger. What we cover: - DNA vs destiny: why 70% of aging is lifestyle, not genes - Gene expression: how one workout shifts over 9,000 genes - Telomeres explained: the protective end caps of your chromosomes - Menopause and telomeres: why estrogen decline speeds cellular aging - Strength training: 90 minutes weekly linked to younger cells - Aerobic exercise: improving telomere length in six months - Longevity shields: nutrition, hormone optimization, and stress management
Andrew Collier and Gordon Chang: China's banking system faces a time bomb with an estimated $7.7 trillion in unreported bad loans, largely due to government-backed entities rolling over debt to mask insolvency. The property market remains a crater, and while manufacturing and tech sectors such as EVs are growing, they represent only a fraction of the GDP once provided by real estate. Xi Jinping resists bazooka stimulus programs, preferring state-led investment in high tech over consumer-driven growth. This has resulted in a K-shaped economy in which wealthy urbanites thrive while rural citizens face declining property values and job insecurity. Ultimately, China risks a multi-decade slump similar to Japan's lost decades. (5)1793
New York City wants to sell essential groceries at 30% below typical retail prices. Sounds great, until someone asks who pays the difference, how purchases get rationed, and what happens to every unsubsidized grocery store down the street. Nate and Chuck break down Mamdani's government grocery plan and the bureaucratic monster required to keep it running. The proposal includes taxpayer-backed operating deficits, higher labor costs, purchase limits, restricted products, and a "library card-esque" system to prove shoppers are New Yorkers. Health Savings Accounts can be one of the most tax-advantaged tools available for retirement, but they can also create an unexpected tax burden when passed to the next generation. In this episode, Nick and Eric break down how health-focused accounts fit into retirement income, legacy planning, and smart tax strategy in plain English. Don't miss these simple shifts that can turn a hidden tax trap into a long-term advantage. Here's what we discuss in this episode:
Matt and Michael open with a toast to Glenn Hansard, who passed away that morning at 56. Matt reflects on how musicians he's never met have shaped his life in real, relational ways. This sparks a conversation about what it means to have a relationship with someone you've never met. The conversation deepens into attention. What are you fixing your eyes on? They explore the bronze serpent in the wilderness, Jesus telling Peter to look at him, and how Instagram's algorithm quietly answers that question for most people. Michael shares that his why needs an upgrade after years of survival mode. Matt argues that don't die is not a sufficient reason to live. You need something positive to move toward. They close with the extraordinary privilege of being alive right now. A handwritten Bible from 1402 was chained to a cathedral shelf. Today you can read it on your phone in seconds. The options for where to fix your eyes are nearly infinite, which makes the question more urgent than ever. Cheers y'all
What if aging wasn't simply about getting older? What if the way we age is influenced by biological systems that are constantly responding to the choices we make every day?In this episode, Dr. Rob Sumner dives into the Time Bombs of Aging—the hidden processes that slowly influence energy, resilience, recovery, and independence over time. From chronic inflammation and declining mitochondria to zombie cells and stem cell exhaustion, you'll learn why aging isn't simply a matter of bad luck or genetics.More importantly, you'll discover why the body is remarkably adaptive and how simple lifestyle choices can support the systems that help us thrive. In this episode, you'll learn:Why aging and decline are not the same thingWhat the “Time Bombs of Aging” really areHow chronic inflammation quietly accelerates declineWhy mitochondria may hold the key to energy and vitalityWhat zombie cells are and why they matterHow stem cell exhaustion impacts repair and recoveryWhy movement remains one of the most powerful longevity tools we haveHow understanding your physiology can help you age intentionallyThe goal isn't to fear aging. The goal is to understand it.Because when you understand how the body works, you can begin supporting it in ways that extend not only lifespan—but healthspan.Memorable Quote“Aging is inevitable. Decline is influenced.”Call to ActionIf you're curious about how your body is functioning today—and want to understand your metabolism, aerobic capacity, and overall physiological reserve—consider scheduling a PNOĒ assessment.Because clarity creates confidence. And understanding where you are today helps you build a roadmap for the years ahead.

New Zealand’s superannuation problem is something that constantly rears its head. Whether it’s abolishing MPs’ gold-plated super scheme, if we should introduce means testing, or heighten the retirement age – one thing’s always clear... our status quo is untenable. The annual cost of NZ Super has already risen from less than $20 billion in 2023 to $24.7b this financial year, and is forecast to pass $30b in 2030. Meanwhile, the annual superbill for older migrants has hit a billion dollars – five years after Parliament tightened eligibility. So, what are the real pressure points in the system and how politically realistic are any of the fixes? Today on The Front Page, Newstalk ZB political reporter Ethan Griffiths is with us to unpack the numbers, the politics, and what changes might actually be on the table. Children who are so obese they're banned from their local gyms. Two and three year olds who are so used to juice and fizzy drinks they find it difficult to drink water. This is the child obesity epidemic hitting Italy. The country is often considered the spiritual home of the fabled mediterranean diet, celebrated as the secret to a long, healthy life. But Italy's children are now the second most overweight in the EU. The reasons for this change in a generation are complex and hotly disputed. Experts are putting it down to a daily diet heavy in pasta, pizza, potatoes, bread and meat proteins. Parents say their teenage children are eating a family dinner then going out to binge on fast food. Others accuse the parents themselves of overindulging their children from an early age. Italy is acting. It recently became one of the first countries in the world to formally recognise obesity as a chronic disease. Twenty five secondary schools in the Campania region of Southern Italy, including Naples, will take part in an ambitious clinical trial to try and get their pupils to eat more healthily in a bid to prevent a looming health crisis. Can Italy turn its child obesity crisis around? And what lessons does its experiment hold for other countries struggling with the same problem? BUY GOLD & SILVER HERE: https://firstnationalbullion.com/schedule-consult/ Avoid CBDCs! HELP SUPPORT US AS WE DOCUMENT HISTORY HERE: https://gogetfunding.com/help-keep-wam-alive/# Josh Sigurdson talks with Mark Gonzales about the struggle the vast majority of people have with money today as we see insane stats released showing about 50% of all adults under the age of 30 live with their parents in the United States. People cannot afford rent or food and this is also shown in the grocery store as companies like Pepsi have lowered prices on much of their junk foods by as much as 15%, yet sales still continue to crash. When the cheapest garbage one can eat is no selling, this is a massive indicator. One can imagine how this will affect the already disastrous pension short falls when younger people are still dependent on their parents and can't afford basic foods, regardless of how many hours they work. As the Iran War continues, we are also witnessing the continued shock to the supply chain we have been warning of for so long. In the face of the Middle Eastern conflict, gold firms are seeing gains of more than 1% due to the amount of people fleeing to safety. People like Peter Schiff believe we are witnessing the trapped Federal Reserve setting up $200 silver and $10,000 gold. He is not alone in this belief as if we see the Federal Reserve lower interest rates, we could expect out of this world inflation. If we see them raise interest rates, we can expect an economic depression. If they stay stagnant, we are seeing people flee to gold and silver. All of the above is a bad sign for the United States monetary system and the dollar on the world stage. In this video, we break down what this all means and what it is leading to. Kim on a Whim digs into the numbers the mainstream media doesn't want to talk about: over 900,000 private-sector jobs added since Inauguration Day and a stronger GDP — real proof the Trump economy is outperforming the Biden years, no matter how hard the Left clings to inflation talking points. But Marc and Kim St. Onge sound the alarm on a stunning contradiction: labor force participation has cratered to a 50-year low, with one in three working-age men neither employed nor looking for work. Is it long COVID, remote-work fallout, or plain old entitlement dependency? Kim isn't buying excuses — real providers don't quit. Plus, Social Security's house-of-cards math is catching up fast, with funds projected to run dry by 2032. The Marc Cox Morning Show breaks down what it means for your family's future. What is a sports card really worth? Jeremy Lee is joined by David Chase, Robert Rothenberg, Joe Poirot, and Leighton Sheldon for a wide-ranging discussion that begins with PSA's grading guarantee and quickly expands into some of the hobby's biggest unanswered questions. How should collectors interpret comparable sales when buyers and sellers often pay vastly different amounts after premiums, taxes, shipping, and fees? Is "missing out" on a grail card actually a bigger force than fear of missing out? Could future technology eventually detect card restoration that today's grading companies miss? And if that happens, what does it mean for the hobby? The panel also explores collecting philosophy, scarcity, the pursuit of grail cards, and whether collectors would choose more money or more time if it meant enjoying the hobby differently. Most people think exercise is about losing weight, looking better, or checking a box on a health checklist. But what if movement is about something much bigger? In this episode, Dr. Rob Sumner explores one of the most important questions we can ask ourselves:What kind of older adult do I want to become?Drawing from his experiences as a home health physical therapist, Rob shares powerful stories of individuals whose worlds had become smaller due to declining physical capacity—where getting out of bed, dressing, and walking across the room required enormous effort. He contrasts those experiences with the example of his father, Denny, who at nearly 81 years old continues to lift weights, coach baseball, volunteer in the community, DJ events, and fully participate in life. You'll discover why movement is far more than exercise—it's a biological signal that tells the body to preserve strength, energy, balance, and resilience. In this episode, you'll learn:Why aging is inevitable, but decline is influencedHow movement affects the “Time Bombs of Aging”Why muscle and bone health matter more than you thinkHow menopause changes the conversation around strength and longevitySimple ways to start building a stronger future todayWhy consistency matters more than intensityHow precision testing through PNOĒ can help you stop guessing and understand exactly where you areThe goal isn't simply to add years to your life. It's to add life to your years.Because the moments that matter most don't usually come with a warning. The question is:Will your body be ready when life calls?Connect with Dr. Rob SumnerIf you're interested in understanding your metabolism, aerobic capacity, and how your body is aging from a physiological perspective, reach out to learn more about our advanced PNOĒ metabolic assessment.Because when you understand where you are today, you can create a roadmap for where you want to go tomorrow.Dr. Rob Sumner is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. In a special investigation on a "revolution" that has taken place over the past three years, Haaretz reporters Yarden Michaeli, Matan Golan and Yaniv Kubovich detailed the push to restore and drastically expand Israeli presence in the northern West Bank that was part of former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's Gaza disengagement plan in 2005. On the Haaretz Podcast, Michaeli discusses how the settler movement and far-right politicians have spent the 20 years since the disengagement took place planning how to execute their "return" to four West Bank settlements located in the largest contiguous area of Palestinian population in the area. With the ascent of the most far-right government in history in 2022, members of the movement have used their power and influence in what is essentially "the settlers' government" to "return big time," Michaeli said. In the newly published Haaretz investigation, "Undoing History," Michaeli and his team reveal how 18 new settlements and eight new army bases are cutting through the largest contiguous Palestinian population in the West Bank. The comprehensive effort includes military deployments, new bases and checkpoints, road construction, land expropriations, the displacement of more than 40,000 residents from three refugee camps and the terrorizing of daily Palestinian life in what senior military officials warn could destabilize an already volatile region. Every aspect of the plan, Michaeli warned, is "bad news" and "harmful" to the Palestinians living there, and that the infrastructure in place "will be very hard to remove" – undermining the Oslo Accords and the possibility of a two-state solution. Law firm owners, if your trust account hasn't been properly reconciled in six months, you're not just "behind on bookkeeping" – you're one bar letter away from a nightmare. In this first episode of Confessions of a Law Firm Bookkeeper, I walk through a composite story of a two‑attorney estate planning firm that got randomly selected for a trust account audit after six months of no real reconciliation – and what we had to fix before they could sign that certification. I cover: • What actually happens when you get the "random trust audit" letter from the bar • How a $3,491.38 mismatch between the trust bank balance and the trust ledger exposed months of sloppy accounting • The month‑by‑month process we used to clean up the firm's IOLTA activity before the audit • 3 simple checks you can run this week to see if your own trust account is audit‑ready • Common red flags I look for: negative client trust balances and "ghost balances" that don't belong to any client At the end, I answer a few law firm bookkeeping questions and share a quick Tax Corner tip so you can stop guessing on quarterly estimates. Free Trust & Books Checkup If you're doing between $300k and $1M a year and you're not confident your books and trust account would survive an audit, grab a free Trust & Books Checkup here: https://bigbirdaccounting.com/checkup I help small law firm owners keep clean books, stay audit‑safe on trust accounting, and legally pay less in taxes.
When Robert Browning was asked to become the first poet to be recorded, on an Edison wax cylinder in 1889, he forgot his own poem. In the second episode of their series, Sarah Howe and Sandeep Parmar consider what happens when poetry, and poets, meet technology, and why a poem itself can, in Paul Valéry's description, be such a powerful ‘kind of machine'. They explore ambivalent attitudes to technology in three poems: Mina Loy's ‘Time Bomb' is a reflection on the extreme destruction of the atomic bomb and the power of scientific discovery; Lavinia Greenlaw's ‘A World Where News Travelled Slowly' charts a history of technology that involves the gradual removal of the human body from methods of communication; and in Jorie Graham's ‘Honeycomb', fragments of technology reveal a divided self sitting at a desk in front of a computer, seen but not known by multiple tools of surveillance. Are businesses heading for an AI pricing time bomb? With companies like Uber suddenly raising concerns about the inability to draw a clear line between token usage and visible improvements, there is a growing question about the real cost of AI and agents. On this episode of the ITPro Podcast, Bobby Hellard and Ross Kelly are joined by the CEO of Mendix, Raymond Kok, to discuss the different scenarios facing businesses as the true cost of AI hits home.Highlights“I think more and more the conversation is shifting in that direction. So, starting with what are the business-relevant use cases, and I'm saying business relevant on purpose, because there are plenty of interesting use cases around generative AI, but it's about the business-relevant use cases. Then it's about what is the job that needs to get done, and then to your question, how do you actually budget for agents like you budget for your human workforce in any company? And I think slowly but surely that narrative is changing, right, and I think what we're going to go see is that after the IPO of Ventropic and Open AI, the prices will further soar, and I think this conversation will become more and more important.”“I'm glad that actually you're talking about it in your podcast, because I think it's now really becoming an issue, meaning that CEOs and CIOs were obviously promoting their employees to become AI literate and started to make AI tooling available to their workforce. 24 months ago, they were able to sign attractive deals with the big technology providers and get their people going, but now the bill is starting to show up. It used to be maybe 10, 20, maybe 50k a month for a larger company, but it's now moving into the hundreds of ks, and guess what, because this is also usage-based, it's very hard to control, right, so most of the monetization models, as you know, of these large language providers is based on usage.”'One-size-fits-all' agent governance sets enterprises up to failUber caps usage of AI tools like Claude Code to manage costs (Bloomberg)Uber's eye-watering AI bill shows enterprises are ‘still measuring AI success through consumption rather than outcomes' – and it's warping our perception of ROI and productivityCould rising token costs boost interest in on-premises hardware?

On a dull morning in 1986, some workers in Stockholm, Sweden, were getting ready for a normal day inside the nuclear power plant they worked in but that would soon change. Not long after the start of the day, one worker found that the geiger counters they had to pass before entering the unit went off, suggesting that they were radioactive. After testing and retesting the machine for faults, the workers realised they were telling the truth, one of the workers had high levels of radiation upon them. After a scramble in the power plant to find if there was a leak, they realised all was well...but if the radiation wasn't coming from their power plant, where was it coming from? It seemed the radiation was drifting over from a little town called Pripyat in Ukraine and yet no one had told the world that this disaster was going to have long lasting effects and even death...Welcome to Killers, Cults & QueensToday, Cheryl & Nikki are exploring the case of the Chernobyl nuclear disasterIf you're interested in more true crime deep dives, hit subscribe and ring the bell to stay updated.HUGE thanks goes to SNAG for sponsoring this series. Money Moves What does a financial system look like right before it breaks? With the US 30-year Treasury bond yield hitting 5.19%—the highest since the 2007 Great Financial Crisis—the warning signs are flashing red. In this solo episode of Money Moves, host Matty A. unpacks the massive macroeconomic divergence that Wall Street isn't talking about. While the stock market rips to new all-time highs, the underlying economy is facing a historic squeeze. Matty breaks down the "Five Dominoes" currently falling across the global economy, triggered by the Iran conflict and fueled by an unsustainable $39 trillion US debt crisis. Most importantly, Matty shares three exact, actionable moves every investor needs to make right now to protect their portfolio and capitalize on the shifting landscape.Episode Highlights:The Five Dominoes: How the shutdown of the Strait of Hormuz triggered a 60% spike in crude oil, reaccelerated inflation, and spiked bond yields. The $39 Trillion Elephant: The US is running a $1.2 trillion deficit in just six months, with interest expenses hitting $3 billion per day. How this debt load threatens the purchasing power of the US dollar.Real Estate Gridlock: With 30-year mortgage rates creeping toward 7% and commercial assets facing negative real rent growth, Matty details the margin compression crisis hiding in plain sight. The Stagflation Threat: Comparing today's CPI charts and geopolitical shocks to the crushing 1970s and 1980s stagflation era.3 Actionable Moves: Why you must re-underwrite every deal for higher rates, pivot to inflation-resistant assets, and watch the 10-year Treasury yield like a hawk.Timestamps:00:00 – Intro: The warning signs of a breaking financial system.02:21 – Matty A. sets the stage: Why these numbers matter for your deals.03:45 – The 5 Dominoes: From the Iran conflict to a massive energy shock.06:11 – Domino 4: The bond market rebellion and spiking Treasury yields.07:05 – Domino 5: The $39 trillion US debt crisis explained.09:30 – How massive government deficits are destroying bond prices.12:30 – The immediate impact on mortgages, homebuyers, and sluggish sales.15:15 – The commercial real estate crisis: $900 billion in maturing debt.18:22 – Stagflation parallels: Are we repeating the 1970s economic freeze?20:21 – The 10-year Treasury: The beating heart of the US dollar system.24:19 – The Fed's trap: Will they be forced to print more money to suppress yields?27:06 – Why the odds of a rate hike just hit 36%.28:00 – 3 specific moves you need to make to protect and grow your wealth right now.Connect & Take Action:Wealth Intelligence Brief: Text "WIB" to 844-447-1555 to get Matty's free macro data, real estate intel, and crypto signals delivered to your inbox 3 times a week.Imagos Income Fund: Text "INCOME" or "DEALS" to 844-447-1555 to learn more about Matty A's private debt fund targeting 10% fixed returns paid out monthly.
Episode 370 The melting ice caps are accelerating global warming and contributing to sea level rise, but could also contribute to a different kind of climate catastrophe. The melting may cause massive amounts of frozen methane to bubble up into the atmosphere. It happened thousands of years ago - and scientists are concerned it's about to happen again. Methane is a greenhouse gas which is 86 times more potent than CO2. Some estimates suggest this frozen methane - methane hydrates - contain twice as much warming potential as all the coal, oil and gas on Earth. Scientists have now discovered a new way for methane in Greenland to be unleashed. It's not a threat that has been taken seriously as the evidence has been inconclusive. But perhaps it's time for us to take notice? Rowan Hooper and Penny Sarchet are joined by New Scientist's Alec Luhn to discuss the news. Ryan Burke, VP of Worldwide Sales at Crogl, joins Sam Jacobs, AJ Bruno, and Asad Zaman on the new economics of enterprise cyber risk. Topics include Anthropic's Mythos model, AI for the security operations center, why vibe-coded apps are far more likely to have security issues, why Claude Design tanked Figma's stock, and what the Elon Musk versus OpenAI lawsuit signals for AI governance. Key takeaways: AI has crashed the cost of running sophisticated attacks, putting nation-state-grade tooling in the hands of low-skill operators. As Ryan Burke, VP of Worldwide Sales at Crogl, put it on Anthropic's Mythos model: "Mythos has lowered the cost to like the dollar menu equivalent of...running an attack...so more people can do it." Enterprises are staring down a multi-year patching backlog that runs from now until the end of time. Non-technical teams in finance, ops, and HR are shipping internal tools using Replit and Claude, and almost none of them are securing what they build. Ryan Burke flagged the research: "vibe-coded software is almost 3 times as likely to have security issues." When the employee who built the agent quits, the agent stays behind with no owner, no documentation, and quiet access to systems it never should have had in the first place. For founders eyeing an exit, security has joined revenue, IP, and hitting your numbers as a non-negotiable diligence pillar. As Ryan Burke explained: "lack of security can kill an acquisition...a fourth pillar now is you're secure." Acquirers like JPMorgan Chase will not buy a fintech startup that turns into a vector for attackers to walk straight into their environment. The market case for NRR-fortress legacy SaaS may be weaker than the last decade made it look. As Asad Zaman, CEO of Sales Talent Agency, argued: "there was a generation of software companies that had signs that they had really good customer relationships...but their customers felt more like prisoners." If AI makes switching cheap and a new generation of software actually delights users, the moats around system-of-record incumbents start to compress fast. Washington keeps spending like there's no tomorrow. The problem is—there is. And the bill is coming due. Trillion-dollar deficits are now the norm. Interest costs are exploding. Politicians talk about “fiscal responsibility,” but the numbers tell a very different story. This isn't a temporary problem. It's structural. In Episode 196 of the Let People Prosper Show, I interviewed Dr. Patrick Horan of Fiscal Lab on Capitol Hill to break down what the data actually says about where we're headed—and why it matters for growth, inflation, and long-term prosperity. If you want a clear, data-driven look at America's fiscal trajectory, this is a conversation worth your time.
Dan Nathan interviews Wedbush's Dan Ives on “Okay, Computer.” about Tim Cook unexpectedly stepping down as Apple CEO (remaining chairman) ahead of WWDC, Apple's still-unclear AI strategy, and why Apple's installed base could make it a key “toll collector” for consumer AI via edge computing, services, and an AI-enabled App/agent ecosystem that may drive higher hardware memory needs and subscriptions. They discuss whether Apple's valuation can rerate if it proves AI success and argue the new CEO should be more acquisitive in AI/software/robotics. Ives says fears that Anthropic/OpenAI will “unseat” major SaaS incumbents are a false narrative, expecting AI monetization to improve as features bundle into core products and pricing models evolve. They preview earnings setups for Microsoft, Google, and Meta, and share Asia channel-check takeaways: strong AI hardware demand, a memory supercycle, and potential geopolitical supply-chain risks. —FOLLOW USYouTube: @RiskReversalMediaInstagram: @riskreversalmediaTwitter: @RiskReversalLinkedIn: RiskReversal Media
The discovery of tiny pollen grains in rock shows just how inflated the billions of years claimed by evolutionists really are. This discovery, by a creation scientist, has turned those pollen grains into tiny time bombs that continue to damage the theory of evolution. In 1964, Dr. Clifford Burdick devised a new, better way to collect pollen samples, and he used this method to gather samples in the Grand Canyon. These pollen samples, when viewed under the microscope, allow scientists to identify what kinds of trees they came from. The Hakatai Shale, dated by evolutionists at 600 million years old, was among the layers Dr. Burdick examined for pollen. According to evolutionary dating, this layer would not have contained pollen from conifer trees. Conifers supposedly hadn't yet evolved. When conifer pollen was discovered in the samples, evolutionists quickly claimed that they were modern pollen grains that had contaminated the sample. The problem with the evolutionists' explanation is that pollen is resistant to staining. Yet this pollen was stained with red from the shale itself. It must have been there a long time. The experiment was repeated in 1970. Not only were grains of conifer pollen again found, but pollen from oak trees and evidence of other flowering plants were found as well. The discovery of these pollen grains offers scientific evidence that evolution's time scale and story of history is wrong. The evidence does support the accuracy of the Bible that tells us that all life began during the first week of the earth's history some few thousand years ago.Colossians 1:16“For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:”Prayer: I thank You, Lord, for those scientists who work to honor You. Bless them and keep them under your protection as they work in a field that is generally hostile to your Truth. During the Cold War, the Pentagon explored a terrifying possibility: weaponizing insects to spread disease. At laboratories like Fort Detrick and Plum Island, scientists studied ticks, mosquitoes, and fleas as delivery systems for biological agents. Now, newly examined documents are raising unsettling questions. Did secret military experiments help shape the mysterious emergence of Lyme disease in the 1970s? Dr. Robert Malone joins Richard Syrett to investigate one of the most disturbing chapters of biowarfare history. GUEST: Dr. Robert Malone is a physician, biochemist, and internationally recognized pioneer of mRNA vaccine technology whose early research helped lay the foundation for modern genetic vaccines. In recent years he has emerged as a controversial voice examining the intersection of public health, national security, and government transparency. Malone has been investigating Cold War biological warfare programs—including alleged experiments involving disease-carrying ticks—and their possible connection to the origins of Lyme disease.
