Bravo to U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz for taking on liar Merrick Garland. Attorney General Merrick Garland claimed that he did not know about Mathew Colangelo, Asst. Atty. General at DOJ, moving into Alvin Bragg's DA office in New York, to assist in the prosecution on Donald Trump...All of this under the marching orders of Joe Biden! Garland is saying, I am Justice. Don't question me. You've got Anthony Fauci across the hall saying, I am science. Don't question me. TRANSPARANCY! How many times did Donald Trump use the Justice System to go after his opponents!? How many times did Joe Biden use the Justice System to go after his opponents? Clear and convincing evidence in plain sight against Hunter BUT, no clear and convincing evidence against Trump!!! Some good news, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi must go. They conspired with a cabal of 50+ wrongdoers over the last 15 years to take down our Democracy. Trump is their current obstacle.BRAVO TO CONGRESSMAN MATT GAETZ! Christian is guest speaker on A Good Fight with Jameson Haygood's radio show, and they speak about the National Defense Authorization Act, which will go into effect on January 1st, 2024. Buried inside this is the Corporate Transparancy Act, which states that it prevents the exploitation of U.S. corporations and LLCs for criminal gain and assists law enforcement in detecting criminal activity. The Act falls under the disguise of an anti-money laundering bill. However, it appears that the bill is another justification for a centralization of power in order to grab information on LLCs and corporations. In essence, if you own an LLC or a corporation, you will have to disclose all ownership and disclose all information on each owner, all their assets, and where the assets are kept. If the government deems that your business in not complying properly to all records, they will fine you up to $250,000 and up to 10 years in jail. Additionally, they will seize all your assets. Thirdly, it pierces attorney/client privilege. Needless to say, this bill is a terrible assault on personal freedom.

My guest today, Brad St. Onge, is on a mission to transform the way investment firms raise and manage capital. Brad is Head of Partnerships at InvestNext, a startup investment management platform founded in 2016 and located in Detroit, Michigan. After realizing the countless hours spent on activities that made fundraising, investment management, and investor relations tedious and inefficient, InvestNext developed software that enables investment firms to operate more effectively and provide greater transparency to their investors. Instrumental to this effort has been their close partnerships with commercial real estate syndicators and other investment firms around the globe and, as of today, InvestNext is trusted by tens of thousands of investors, with billions of dollars managed on the platform. In this episode, Brad shares how the InvestNext software works, how they are integrating other technology, and some of the unique ways he has seen the platform used for growing MF businesses like Threefold Real Estate Investing.
In Segment 1, Chief Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals Evan Jenkins discusses the plans for what they’re calling the New Court. He says they hope to continue moving forward from the “problems of the past,” and continue the work of the past two years to bring back the public’s trust and confidence through accountability and transparency from the Court. He says even amid the pandemic, the court was never able to fully close, providing access to those in emergency situations. Jenkins says learning to use technology to provide new means of accessing the court can also be used in the future. In Segment 2, we switch gears from politics to pandemic. Reverend Matthew Watts of Grace Baptist Church talks about the importance of getting the vaccine out to minority groups in the state.Watts has been an advocate for providing COVID-19 testing to minority communities throughout the pandemic, as studies have shown minorities are two to three times more likely to die from COVID-19 than the rest of the population. He commended the Kanawha County Commission and Kanawha-Charleston Health Department for making those testing events happen. He says those statistics also make getting the vaccine available to minority communities important to protect the community. In Segment 3, Charlie Burd, the executive director of the new Gas and Oil Association of West Virginia stops by to talk about the organization. The association is a merger of the West Virginia Oil and Natural Gas Association and the Independent Oil and Gas Association.Burd says the two organization’s dividing lines started merging and it was time to start tracking the same issues. He says the merger makes the organization stronger and gives them more of an opportunity to advocate for issues such as public policy, environmental safety, drilling and production, and taxes. In Segment 4, Seth DiStefano with the West Virginia Center on Budget and Policy talks about the COVID-19 aid package. The recent package included funding for aid to child nutrition and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.DiStefano says in West Virginia, that funding will amount to about $100 extra dollars in federal food assistance per month per family. He says he believes its important for state lawmakers heading into the legislative session to keep these needs in mind and remember many families in the Mountain State were struggling with high rates of poverty and joblessness before the pandemic began.
What is the reasoning of having a protective order on evidence and discovery? Is it so the defense team cannot expose the many "suspect" practices that take place? Or perhaps to keep the public in the dark as too the caliber of supposed informants that are involved? Transparancy should exist so the true story and facts be told involving a defendants fight for justice.
Ok, Ok, OK, this is the shake back, this is me catching back up with every listener.
