The head of roads policing in Clare is encouraging people to check their vehicle's condition, following the recent spate of inclement weather. The recent cold snap paired with Storm Éowyn have had significant impacts countywide and motorists should be aware that remaining debris left coupled with surface water may present difficult travel conditions. Head of the Roads Policing Unit in the Clare-Tipperary Garda Division Superintendent Eddie Golden, claims people should pay particular attention to the condition of their windscreen wipers. He says any wipers that are in place for an extended period of time will not be as effective and may cause visibility issues.

Over the weekend, we had threats of winter weather. With the potential of freezing rain, my wife and I put our wipers up. It's a trick I learned years ago. Pulling them off the windshield meant we didn't have to worry about the wipers sticking to it. Fortunately, there was no ice storm, so it was business as usual. Scraping your windshield is a hassle, especially if you're running late in the morning. But it's always better to be safe than sorry. However, some experts say pulling your blades off the windshield can cause other issues. This new data definitely gives me something to ponder... He opened the store in 1997 as a place that was all about music, no T-shirts or candles. He launched the label in 2004 with a vinyl edition of the 1971 self-titled psychedelic soul album by Beauregard, a Portland wrestler, followed by albums by local rockers the Wipers. With repeat Caropop guest Kevin Grey providing the all-analog mastering then and now, the label offers Record Store Day treasures (Gandalf!) while releasing higher-profile titles by the Meters, Booker T. and the M.G.'s, Etta James, the Electric Prunes, Bill Evans, Martin Denny and others. Scott Wiper is an American filmmaker: producer, director, and screenwriter.  Scott Wiper wrote, produced, and directed his first feature, Captain Jack (1995). Known for his action films such as The Big Ugly (2020) and The Condemned (2007), FLYNN (2024) is the first documentary in his filmography.Scott begins the conversation on why he decided to work on the Flynn movie which was his first documentary. The Scott explains that he learned a lot more about the [DS] as he looked into Flynn. The country has been taken over by criminals.
