Allowing herself to feel all that comes with the transition of moving interstate, and faced with hotel quarantine, she explains the practices in which help her move through. Breaking free from an expired way of life, leaving behind her life in Melbourne, and embracing all that comes with the reality of moving into her van & hitting the road. "To be as I am, is to be..." – a creative prompt & musing with Chloe.

A creative prompt for you this week, sweet angel: "To be as I am, is to be..." Continue to read this creative opening again and again, letting it sink in. To be as you are – who are you, today? in this moment? How does that essence of ‘you' want to express itself? We spoke so profoundly on this in our poetry circle on Sunday, citing moments where we allowed ourselves to be swayed by external perception or cast into cages through our addiction to the safety of labelling what we are or what we're interested in. Remember that you are safe to be as you are. Write about your most expansive and whole self, alive in the current of life's contradictions. Dance it out. Sing it in. Dress it up. Dust off the old scrolls. Become the poet of your wildest dreams. Let the strokes of your paintbrush be remembrances of unity. Revisit hobbies. Start wider conversations. Let all that juiciness bubbling away in the cauldron of you be tasted and felt. Be as you are. Join our free community platform here: https://mojomecca.app/ Photograph featured by Masakazu Chiba. Golden Grief & Purposeful Plant-led Business with Zoë LvH of 'Wunder Workshop' & 'Essentials'

I am here chatting to Zoë Lind Van't Hof, a radiant golden being and entrepreneurial spirit doing incredible work in the world. She is a plant-lover through and through. She grew up plant-based, developed her own intuitive herbalism, foraged, grew organic food and was surrounded by botanicals through her massage therapist/naturopath mother. This passion led her to organically share her wisdom through purposeful products and offerings. She is the founder of 'Wunder Workshop' - a brand which celebrates plants, soil health, grower to consumer transparency and products with purpose. It's origin came in discovering a small-scale, family owned turmeric farm in Sri Lanka and feeling called to share the medicinal properties of this powerful root, especially when grown in a sustainable way by people who care. She carries this same essence and intention of care into her second initiative, 'Essentials by Zoë LVH'; which, born from her late mother's journey with breast cancer, offers a botanical-infused breast care oil that reminds us to lovingly massage and get to know our breasts more intimately. In Essentials, she also offers a Grief Balm; for softening the pain, open your heart and calming your anxiety. We speak a lot about grief, the ongoing depths of her journey with loss, and how it has also allowed her to experience more joy and appreciation for her life. We also touch on new ways of business, growth not being linear, the importance of deep passion and intention behind all that you do, how to create daily balance and nourishment of the many areas of one's life, and surrendering to receiving help. TRIGGER WARNING: This episode discusses human torture trafficking. If you feel this is not something you're in the space to hear, please honor that, and refrain from listening. Today I conversed with Chrissie Fire Mane; a mother, shamanic psychotherapist, freedom pioneer, musician, poet and visionary. She is the founder of The MANA Movement, an initiative essentially centred around helping people return to their essence to become present, peaceful, revolutionary beings in the world. She holds this vision and stewards this project in 4 main areas - through an online intensive course called The Manifestrix, Mana Retreats in the Andes of Peru, a high-vibe Superfood blend, and through giving back - or what she calls 'Ayni' - which is a beautifully profound Quechua word and way of life that loosely translates to 'sacred reciprocity' - and how we need to remain in this harmonious exchange of giving as greatly as we receive. As an extension of this Ayni - a new branch and initiative of Chrissie's work emerged. This being, Project Angel, which serves to rehabilitate victims of human torture trafficking, and to reclaim their souls into the light. As she says, 'we are only as fast as our slowest member' - meaning we must bring the deepest, darkest, most twisted alleyways of humankind back to the light. She radiates hope and holds this frequency so strongly yet gently. She is such a mama energy. We also speak on understanding our unique role in this time of crisis, maintaining momentum and hope, and the metaphysical power of connecting with supportive groups in this time of isolation. Attunement Therapy's mission is to de-radicalize human touch, and to help create a new culture where non-sexual intimacy is normalized as a ‘common sense' pathway to healing. If we take a brief glance at the worsening state of loneliness, depression, drug use and suicide all around us, we can see that physical human connection is the key to repairing and enriching people's way of life. We truly are wired for connection. We become unbalanced on all levels if we don't receive this. In this conversation I'm speaking to Lisa O'Connor, a Toronto-based Holistic Nutritionist and coach for women seeking to be guided into discovering their own unique foundational health/energetic/spiritual needs and lifestyle, and how to really tap into the intimate connection between these many levels of bodies we exist in, to ultimately harmonize them for a radiant life. She follows a ‘no size/protocol fits all' approach and looks more to the inner journey of an individual, and encourages the perspective of saying ‘it's a journey and it's beautiful and I'm ready - moment by moment, day by day, me to me' Lisa's life has been a full on, intense, wild ride of deep trauma, pain and ultimately huge growth. She has learnt to transform her suffering into expansion and now to service and being an inspiring light to so many. Through this conversation we dive into; - The tragic passing of her mother while she was only 18, her ongoing journey through grief and loss, and the constant connection she still feels to her essence through the spirit animal her mum reveals herself as - Her huge health journey through wild symptoms to receiving a diagnosis of Lyme Disease, and how she has reversed these symptoms over years of deep healing and DNA re-wiring - How she navigates the world of social media and being present / sharing on there as a personal brand amidst the many ups and downs and insecurities and issues - A big piece about our money story and really how to shift from focusing on income (or lack thereof) to more on your impact - Sustainability and our consumption choices, and about the movement of a more conscious life in harmony with the needs of Mother Earth in her re-balancing, but also about how this can create “eco-anxiety” and obsession on being perfect - The medicine of lightness, fun, play, laughter and pleasure for deep healing - instead of wallowing or spiraling in processes - and how the language of there ‘always being something wrong' can really hinder true presence and growth on a daily level - and how life is here to be enjoyed! - Even when we're in the thick of darkness, there is always a light somewhere. And to lean into it. Despite the un-ending messages from society about how it's all about struggle/just getting by - How so much of our health is really about harmonizing the elements of water, fire, air and earth within us and how simple rituals can have big impact. Lisa truly walks her talk and continuously sustains her radiance with such strength and depth, regardless of the many ups and downs. She also understands, from a higher perspective, the purpose she is living out, and seems to have a deep trust in her path, and so continues to show up and share and radiate through it all. Uncovering Women's True 'Herstory' & Feminine Cultural Immersions with Hannah of Soul Seed Gathering

In this conversation I'm speaking to a deeply inspiring woman, Hannah Ruth Dyson, a feminine researcher and founder of the documentary project / gathering / not-for-profit organisation Soul Seed Gathering. She is a woman who's life's work is to look deeply into history to discover stories from a woman's perspective, rather than to accept the traditionally-told tales from a masculine lens. As she explains while sharing her own life story, she was never satisfied with this depiction, and has always known there was more to explore. And so she's on a mission and purpose to compile research, traditions, practices and forgotten stories from the feminine perspective. This life's-work of hers has been manifesting in the physical through an epic yearly gathering she holds, called Soul Seed, which is an all-women celebration and experience, held in a different place each time, where women are able to be immersed in the crafts, stories, rituals and energy of the women who live there. She invites local women to come and share their ways, so we may come to understand new lenses of living. Our conversation explores issues of: - cultural appropriation - a lens of ‘glorifying' indigenous people in a novelty sort of way - the right way to marry appreciation and respect - some of the issues around the current ‘not-for-profit' model away from a 'capitalist-helping-victim' mindset - the importance of self-work around our lineage - our relationship to the masculine - the sacred significance of weaving within indigenous cultures worldwide - the deep wisdom that is transferred through simply being, sitting and listening to the profound subtleties of feminine wisdom rather than expecting a big ‘cultural performance' - the bias or limiting nature of traditional masculine scientific/archeological exploration and how feminine stories have been altered to appear more twisted or mythical rather than true and so much more. She shares also about the epic new branch on the Soul Seed tree - an online library, database and hub for her deep feminine research, studies and stories - which will be out within the next month. We explore her life in depth, from her strict regime of ballet through her childhood, and how it impacted her both positively, in a way of inner discipline and body awareness, but also how it impacted her in a damaging way through developing anorexia at a young age. Her journey from then to now has been a wildly expansive and successful one, from becoming a renowned Pilates instructor to the Australian Ballet Academy and Australian Football teams, owning her own studio, to then diving into Ashtanga yoga, before the doorway opened for her to discover Kundalini Yoga. This path let her to the foot of Yogi Bhajan, the master teacher who brought this practice to the West. By his seed planted, she grew the first Kundalini studio and community in Australia in the early 2000s, and has continued to teach ever since. I get her to explain the basics and the profound nature of Kundalini, the technology that it is and it's purpose, for all of us still green to its magic. We cover why Kundalini yogis wear white, wrap their heads, practice for specific time periods or numbers of positions within kriyas, what a kriya actually is, how many kriyas there are to choose from, to assist you in your focus or needs, the power of consistent, daily Sadhana and so much more. Amongst frequent workshops and classes, Harjiwan offers a mentoring program for women called ‘WOW' which she speaks in depth about in our conversation, and why she's specifically focused on expanding and elevating women into their radiance.
