Have you had a pivotal moment in your life? One that changed your trajectory for good (or not so good)? I rarely bring guests onto the show, so when I do, it's very intentional. I want to ensure the people you hear from bring you forward on your journey to your best life. I'm joined on today's podcast by Nick Bayerle. I met Nick when we were both in a mastermind together, and we immediately bonded over our love for the Lord and calling to build epic businesses. Nick Bayerle is the CEO of Billion Dollar Body and Creator of the Billion Dollar Brotherhood. He's the host of the BDB podcast, an international speaker, and author of the Modern Day Businessman. I invited Nick on because he reminds us that just as life can change for the negative in a moment, it can also change for the positive. Listen to this episode to discover how Nick used his past (difficult parts included) to catapult him onto a positive trajectory and overcome. The biggest takeaways from today's episode: You can flip from failure to success. Find the next version of you and don't just talk about it, be about it. In a world with endless information at our fingertips, we talk through how you can lean into God and wise counsel to help you find and follow the best course of action for your situation. Stand in the YES, even when it doesn't look like God is blessing you. It can be easy to think the moment you start following a path God has called you to, everything will work out great, and you won't face any adversity, but that is rarely the case. The KEY is continuing to move down the path, and know if God calls you to it, he will show up. God's framework for success is definite. He WANTS to bless us and gives us clear instruction on how to live our lives and succeed. We are often the ones getting in our own way. Sometimes God is the light to our path, showing us what is next, and sometimes, he's a lamp to our feet, showing us how to be excellent in what we have in our hands right now. Connect with Nick in his King's Brotherhood Facebook Group (for men only). Men and women, you can connect with him on Instagram as well. To your success, Dr. Shannon Irvine P.S. He'll outline how he did it in detail alongside host Katie Richardson and explain how you can use the same system to achieve your own goals. 3 Key TakeawaysTo sell people on the vision of why they should work with you in a down economy, show them why they should jump on board with the vision and choose you over everyone else. When you're in a recession, it's volatile. There's even more opportunity for you right now. Counter that fear narrative and see those chances that you're missing. It's important to remember that not all industries are affected equally. Some industries, such as healthcare and food production, are actually doing quite well in a down economy. Nicholas Bayerle is the CEO of the Billion Dollar Body and the Creator of the Billion Dollar Brotherhood. He's the host of the BDB podcast, an international speaker, and author of the Modern Day Businessman. Nicholas went from obese, college dropout to fit to create a 7 figure business, healthy and married to the woman of his dreams, Amanda. Nicholas was named a top 30 under 30 Influencer, has been featured in numerous media outlets such as Forbes, and has interviewed some of the top entrepreneurs. He lives by the philosophy that your network is your net worth. In this episode, he shares how his life changed because someone shared something valuable with him. His goal is to create an environment that can also change people's lives. He believes that when you have the knowledge and know-how to change your situation, you are now accountable for it.
3:56 Two different types of people stuck right now: First type are those not educated on what to do, but super motivated. The second type are those who know everything, but are out of shape and overweight and don't apply anything that they know. 5:13 Information - Application = Unbelief: No matter how much I get to know or how much knowledge I get, it doesn't change my situation. I end up getting this paralysis from changing, then it creates more unbelief. We create distrust in ourselves. 9:40 Progress was addictive. You don't have to hit that final destination. You just have to see progress and progress can happen really quickly. 12:30 I'm no guru. In my business model, I'm the reporter—I help my clients find answers by asking them the right questions. I'm not the biggest expert. I can just talk about what I've done, but I bring in the best experts. 15:20 People come to me: (1) They want to grow a business. (2) The community, the brotherhood. They all come here because of the stories: my story, other people's stories, epiphany stories. 17:33 Epiphany story is like your carbs. It's igniting the fire, like the little scraps that you use to ignite a fire that burns quickly. It's gone by itself and going into ketosis. It lights you up and it keeps you fired and warm all night. 20:21 Growing a business through community: Most people say that you need to make money to gain influence, people's respect, and following But it was actually the opposite way that worked for me. Grow it with your community. Communicate to the people what they want, and then give them the things that they actually need. 23:51 Most people don't have a mission. They don't know what they want to do. If I can cast a vision, like we're the winning team, people want to be a part of that just because they want to be a part of the transformation. 25:05 Power of Mentorship: All these mentors and coaches are people that you can learn from to be able to have their ceiling become your floor. It's like: I'm going to bring you right above me, where my ceiling becomes the place that you start out at. 25:40 Spencer Robbins was my biggest mentor: I learned not to overdo things. That what I need are boundaries to create freedom. 28:28 Teaching people how to create a result, how to keep a result, how to grow a result gives them power. They have the actual power inside of themselves rather than outside of themselves to create a result. 29:14 Mindset and Health: Commit. Do what you said you were going to do after the feeling. Picturing you're eating something you rave about only creates desire. When we don't end up doing what we committed to do, we end up having distrust with ourselves, which is the worst distrust. 31:17 Building ACCOUNTABILITY: (1) Write down where you want to be and plan how to get there. (2) Focus on the actions, not the outcomes. (3) Build trust with yourself. (4) Just start saying NO. 36:14 Getting back to your center with the BDB ritual: Write out three to 20 things that we're grateful for, write the intention for the day. And then that day, we make sure that everything that we do aligns with those things. 38:50 Nic's best medicine: My experience and my relationship with God. Spirituality and being connected with sources.

Today’s guest on the Millionaire Secrets podcast is an inspiration! Nicholas Bayerle is living proof that no one is defined by their circumstances, past, or the things around them. I think most successful people can pinpoint the moment that they decided to change their lives forever; it’s that magic lightbulb moment. I still remember mine today, and I bet if you’re reading this and you’ve already had yours - you’re thinking about it right now! It’s great that it stays with you because it’s a constant reminder that your life and success are always in your own hands. Nicholas is someone who knows that feeling. Today, he is a hugely successful entrepreneur, author, and creator of the Billion Dollar Brotherhood - a business that brings powerful entrepreneurs together to help each other achieve more than they ever could alone. I relate so much to relate Nicholas on a personal level. We’ve been on a similar journey on the road to success, and just like me, he used to be broke, overweight, and depressed. It’s safe to say we’ve both come a long way since then! But once you’ve been in that dark place, you never want to go back. And you work every day to make sure that you don’t have to. For Nicholas, the challenges came early. His childhood was far from perfect; when he was 4 years old, his parents broke up, and three years later, they hated each other. Being around that kind of toxic relationship as a kid is seriously tough. At just 7 years old, he wrote his first suicide letter. He felt like HE was the problem. By the time he was 12, he had started to spiral, failing in the three key areas he has built a successful business on today: health, wealth, and relationships. He has worked with hundreds and hundreds of entrepreneurs over the last five years and discovered that these three areas are the keys to a happy and fulfilled life. Today, Nicolas’s passion and focus are to redefine what it means to succeed by helping entrepreneurs discover their purpose, rise up, and live life on their own terms. Listen to his story and learn how you can redefine your own journey. Check Out More of Nicholas’s Content Here

From there he transitioned into his passion of leading men in the 3 core areas of life; Health, Wealth, and Relationships in the Billion Dollar Brotherhood. The worst thing for some men is to get a taste of success. My guest today is Nicholas Bayerle, the founder of The Billion Dollar Body, a company that coaches men to get their fitness right so the rest of their lives can fall in place. Nicholas tells me in this episode that he was once the most self-conscious, least self-confident person he's ever known. As a child, he became the youngest kid in the world to race bikes, which soon led him into motocross, where he wanted to become the best in the world. After a crushing blow to self-esteem delivered by someone he loved, he dropped his dreams of being a professional motocross racer. In fact, he dropped all his dreams and left his confidence in the dust. He stopped being hungry for more success. Less than three months later, he was 25 pounds heavier and enduring tons of ridicule. At some point, he decided to stop hiding behind a sweatshirt—and that changed his life. With nothing to hide his extra weight, he was hungry for a better life. That got him back in shape and chasing his life and business dreams. But at a point when his business was hauling in about $40,000 per month, he became satisfied with what he had achieved. He lost his drive. Everything fell apart. Since then, he's learned how to stay hungry for more success, even when it feels like he's accomplished enough. And he says fitness is the key to it all. If you have ever felt like you've lost your drive, you'll learn a lot from Nicholas. If you have ever tasted success and let yourself stop growing, this episode is for you. And if you just want to hear an amazing story about a man who was once bullied and now helps rich men find richness in their lives through fitness, click play in the player above. Listen to this episode to hear Nicholas Bayerle of the Billion Dollar Body discuss with me staying hungry for more success and more: The five things your fitness needs you to do right (Hint: you do four every day already.) Becoming the best version of yourself. Being the youngest bike racer in the world. Why hunger and drive shouldn't allow you to run for comfort. What your top priority should be for growth. How working out influences all areas of your life. Why people around you will be more happy than you when you start getting more sleep. How a weakness comes to be. Niching down to scale up. What pushes you toward bad behaviors. Changing your expectations to change your results. Books and resources mentioned in this episode: Some of the following links are affiliate links.
