Comfortable going in any direction, you will find him spinning Disco, House, and other Balearic sounds, to Garage, Jungle and Trance, depending on the setting/time of day. His sets are always of an eclectic nature, twisting and turning, keeping the audience on their toes. Living by the slogan ‘if it's good, it's good', gives Mr West the freedom behind the decks to explore many genres rather than being fixated by one sound or style. From DJ'ing at the festival and other club events around the UK, he has had the opportunity to support artists such as O'flynn, Peach, Dr Banana, Alec Falconer, Dan Shake amongst others. "This mix was recorded as an ode to Westival. I pictured sounds I'd be likely to hear over the weekend, most likely at the Garden stage, an outdoor setting next to the bar that has a fun upbeat nature throughout the day and night. Imagining the crowd throwing shapes at the front, and others indulging from the many sofas dotted around the tent. The mix starts off with some of my favourite South African bits, then onto many variations of House; Italo, 90's, Hip, Garage, Soulful, it covers the lot. LPM is a diverse DJ and producer who has been a mainstay within the Irish dance music scene for a number of years now. He first broke through as a resident at the memorable Toast club nights many years ago. This allowed him to display his talent, knowledge, and depth as an artist all while experimenting with new sounds in the process. Ranging all the way from electro to jungle, garage to ghetto tech, and house to disco, his music and track selections allowed you to feel true rhythm and flow. Not to mention eclectic drums, bone-cutting bass lines, and toe-tapping melodies equate to him becoming one of the most exciting producers to emerge from Ireland. LPM's success as a producer found him receiving support from a number of artists in the industry that includes Disclosure, Patrick Topping, Dan Shake, 1800-Girls, SHEE, DJ Boring, and Boots & Kats. Boasting numerous standout tracks over the years like When You Touch Me, This Luv, Dance With Me, Fig Roll Fingers, and so on. LPM has since had a string of self-released EPs such as his Feelin' EP and his Circles EP. More recently, he was a featured artist on the label Monki & Friends with his Voices EP and these releases saw LPM feature in publications like Mixmag, Four Four, House of Disco, and Nialler9 as a testament to his incredible work as a dance music artist. Alex Virgo delivers a sublime premiere from his new Can’t Explain EP. Alex is once again supplying the ingredients for a french style house track that will take any dancefloor by surprise. Releasing on his own label Pomme Frite, Alex Virgo has gone from strength to strength in the recent past. He is resident dj and Booker of Schumacher Club located in Bochum, which slighty becomes one of the most important institutions for electronic subculture in its region of germany. His sound is a diverse mixture between contemporary house music, older italo and funk records a long side more ravy stuff. With his event series Malam he already invited international guests like Session victim, Fantastic Man, Massimiliano Pagliara or Dan Shake.
