Santiago González comenta algunos momentos del juicio por el beso de Rubiales a Jenni Hermoso y más asuntos. El juicio contra Luis Rubiales, expresidente de la Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF), ha comenzado esta semana en la Audiencia Nacional, donde se le acusa de agresión sexual y coacciones tras el beso "no consentido" que dio a la futbolista Jenni Hermoso durante la celebración del Mundial 2023 en Australia. Hermoso declaró que el beso no fue consensuado, que se sintió poco respetada y que el acto empañó la histórica victoria de la selección femenina.Comienza una semana clave en el caso Rubiales: acusados y testigos acuden a declararLaura García En la segunda jornada del juicio han comparecido varios testigos clave, como Luis de la Fuente, seleccionador de la masculina, quien aseguró que no era consciente de la dimensión del acto y negó haber participado en el comité de crisis de la RFEF. Sin embargo, su testimonio fue interrumpido por el juez con una dura reprimenda: "Usted viene aquí a responder", dejando claro que las evasivas no tendrían cabida en la sala. Por su parte, Miguel García Caba, exresponsable de Integridad de la RFEF, explicó que elaboró un informe interno a petición del secretario general para esclarecer los hechos, aunque el documento no derivó en ninguna medida contra Rubiales. Aunque no señaló directamente a Hermoso, insinuó que su situación laboral cambió tras la presión interna que creó el caso tras el señalamiento público de la futbolista a Rubiales y su denuncia al presidente de la Federación, pese a que esta le había quitado hierro al asunto en los momentos posteriores al sucesos.De la Fuente se olvida de sus aplausos a Rubiales y se gana una reprimenda del juezLaura García Otro testigo relevante, Pablo García Cuervo, exjefe de comunicación de la Federación, relató su despido tras la polémica, sugiriendo que estuvo vinculado a las tensiones generadas por el caso. Aunque no señaló directamente a Hermoso, insinuó que su situación laboral cambió tras la presión interna dentro de la RFEF.Jenni Hermoso dice que advirtió a Rubiales desde el primer momento: "Te va a caer porque sabes que esto no está bien"Laura García Rubiales se enfrenta a una petición de dos años y medio de prisión, además de la inhabilitación para ejercer en el ámbito deportivo, una orden de alejamiento de 500 metros respecto a Hermoso y una indemnización de 50.000 euros. Junto a él, Albert Luque, Jorge Vilda y Rubén Rivera también están acusados de presionar a la futbolista para que justificara el beso.

La medida podría tener un gran impacto en las cuentas de Apple, la empresa más valiosa del mundo ya que China es uno de sus principales mercados y el responsable de aproximadamente el 20% de su facturación anual. Los efectos no se hicieron esperar, tan pronto como se publicó la noticia la acción de Apple se desplomó un 3,6% en la Bolsa de Nueva York. Como es evidente para cualquier persona medianamente informada, la prohibición de utilizar iPhone para los trabajadores del Estado y las empresas públicas es una respuesta a vetos similares en Estados Unidos con empresas tecnológicas chinas como Huawei y redes sociales como TikTok. En ambos casos tanto estadounidenses como chinos consideran que el rival se vale de sus empresas para espiar, por lo que consideran que lo mejor es cortar por lo sano e impedir su uso. Xi Jinping lleva años insistiendo en que China debe ser autónoma en temas tecnológicos y que cualquier dependencia foránea amenaza la seguridad nacional. Acaban, de hecho, de poner al día la legislación antiespionaje y es en ese frente donde se inscribe la ofensiva contra Apple. Temen que el Gobierno de Estados Unidos se valga, a través de Apple, de algún tipo de puerta trasera para acceder a datos privados e información comprometida de ciudadanos chinos que exponga fracturas de seguridad en el régimen. Están empeñados en que todos los dispositivos electrónicos dentro del país corran exclusivamente sistemas operativos desarrollados en China. De este modo podrán acceder libremente a su código y controlar lo que pueden y no pueden hacer. Pero la medida no sólo tiene que ver con la seguridad. Desde el punto de vista económico Apple es el principal competidor de los grandes fabricantes chinos de telefonía móvil como Huawei, Oppo o Xiaomi. Si los chinos comprueban que tener un iPhone supone un inconveniente se pasarán a las marcas nacionales que así ganarán cuota de mercado. No es la primera vez que el Gobierno de Xi Jinping hace algo así. En 2021 se restringió el uso de vehículos Tesla por parte de ciertas empresas estatales y miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas. Arguyeron entonces que los datos recopilados por las computadoras de estos automóviles podrían convertirse en peligrosas filtraciones hacia Estados Unidos. La medida no sirvió de mucho. Los Tesla se siguen vendiendo muy bien China. La empresa tiene una gigafactoría en Shanghái y es el principal mercado para su modelo Y. Desconocemos si sucederá lo mismo con Apple, que también fabrica la mayor parte de sus terminales en China. Para Apple China es un mercado muy importante, pero para China Apple es una empresa importante de la que dependen cientos de miles de empleos. Hasta la fecha la relación entre la compañía presidida por Tim Cook y el Gobierno chino era excelente. Apple ha cumplido con la exigente legislación china relativa a la privacidad o, mejor dicho y tratándose de China, a la no privacidad. La Apple App Store en China carece de muchas aplicaciones que ofrece en otras partes del mundo como algunos videojuegos y redes privadas virtuales (VPN) que permiten sortear el cortafuegos impuesto por el régimen. Pero de nada les está sirviendo ser tan obsequiosos y obedientes. El partido comunista necesita símbolos para identificar al enemigo y no hay uno mejor que la empresa de la manzana.
