Synthetische Cannabinoide verbreiten sich in den letzten Jahren zunehmend in Deutschland. Synthetische Cannabinoide sind zwar kein neues Phänomen, wurden diese unter dem Handelsnamen Spice als Kräutermischungen schon damals verkauft, allerdings ist der neue Trend deutlich versteckter und somit auch gefährlicher. Wenn man damals Spice gekauft hat, wusste man auf welche Substanz man sich einlässt. Inzwischen werden Synthetische Cannabinoide jedoch als Streckmittel für CBD Gras genutzt oder E- Zigaretten Liquids beigefügt. Wenn CBD Gras oder auch "schlechtes" herkömmliches Marihuana mit Synthetischen Cannabinoiden gestreckt wird, kann dieses als potentes Haze verkauft werden. Die Liquids werden als "legale" und "nicht nachweisbare" Alternative zu herkömmlichen Cannabis verkauft. Die Liquids laufen unter vielen Namen wie z.B. Ballerliquid, Django oder auch Straßen CBD. Was es genau mit Synthetischen Cannabinoiden auf sich hat, wie diese wirken, welchen Unterschied es zu herkömmlichen Cannabis gibt, wie es um die Legalität von Synthetischen Cannabinoiden steht und noch viel mehr erfahrt ihr in dieser Folge mit Karsten Tögel- Lins im Interview. It's time to check out the kdrama selection of spring 2019! Digressions: 1:34 - "The Girl on the Train" 2:04 - "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back" at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra   4:49 - First up is "Legal High" (리갈하이) from JTBC. It's a comedy (?) starring Jin Goo and Seo EunSoo as two lawyers who are conplete opposites, but must work together to win cases. Jin Goo plays a smarmy golddigger, who is completely different from his beloved character from "Descendants of the Sun". 20:45 - "Romance is a Bonus Book" (로맨스는 별책부록) is from TVN, starring Lee NaYoung and Lee JongSuk. Lee NaYoung gave us all of the feels as a dejected woman at the end of her rope, and Lee JongSuk plays her old childhood friend who's been repressing his feelings for her. Trust us when we say that it's way better than the sparse description available on Netflix. Screw Cinderella! 41:49 - Fans of "Goblin" were looking forward to Yoo InNa and Lee DongWook's reunion in "Touch Your Heart" (진심이 닿다), another TVN drama. Judy was suspicious that this was a money grab using the two actors' popularity, but was pleasantly surprised by the humour and the cast of secondary characters. In this episode, Debra Wilson, NAIS General Counsel, discusses some of the common legal issues trustees may face while serving on independent school boards, such as conflicts of interest, confidentiality, risk management, and head of school contracts and compensation. In her role at NAIS, Debra directs the organization’s government relations work, reviews and analyzes federal regulations and legislation, tracks legal trends, and coordinates independent school advocacy at the federal level. Her contributions to the independent school world are innumerable; she is an authority on legal issues related to independent schools, writes advisories, offers general legal information for schools, presents to school leaders around the country, coordinates amicus briefs on cases of industry importance, and refers schools to counsel as needed. Debra will leave NAIS at the end of April to serve as the next president of SAIS and was recently awarded the NBOA Sarah Daignault Outstanding Support of Independent Schools Award.

Judy and Teresa finally watched the first season of "Kingdom" (킹덤), the first ever Netflix original K-drama, starring Ju JiHoon and Bae DooNa. The first thing that will strike you about "Kingdom" is that it is a beautifully shot drama. The writer (Kim EunHee, who also wrote "Signal") knows exactly why we're watching - old-timey zombies - but also sprinkles enough interpersonal drama to keep us interested. 今天是戊戌年正月廿八，公历三一五，宜怼天、怼地、怼空气；忌忍气、吞声、牙落腹。今天的故事主人公是小白。她做了一件听起来很冒险，也很爽利的事情——单枪匹马，把中国移动告上了法庭。听起来像是一个堂吉诃德与风车的故事，荒诞又热血。但白歌在讲述它时，声音却是飒爽的。她说自己是个内心戏过于丰富的人，回忆一些严肃乏味的官司场景时，无厘头的内心戏便像弹幕一样，噌噌噌，刷满听者脑海里的显示屏。* 急跳墙，更何况老用户呢“老用户与 不得办理”，对中国移动消费者来说，这是人人心知肚明的潜规则。作为一条被移动歧视了快十年的老用户狗，我长期使用的都是一档只包含 700M 国内流量的 88 元套餐，而它们近年那些物美价廉的新套餐都只允许新用户办理。凭什么？* 我要打官司几番交涉无果后，我研究了工信部有关规定和消费者权益保护法，决定把中国移动给告上法庭，诉求有二：1. 要求中国移动公司为我办理超级日租卡套餐；2. 要求中国移动公司停止歧视老用户的行为。第一次打官司，我没找律师。民事起诉状是照着百度的模版写的，证据是自己打印的，一张移动官网的用户协议截图，截的是关于老用户不得办理新套餐的规定，外加两段手写的跟移动客服交涉的录音。我坐地铁去了东城区人民法院，排队把起诉状递了上去，还缴了 35 块的诉讼费。我这场官司，从头到尾也只花了这 35 块。* 第一次庭审大概是日剧看多了，在我的想象中，打官司就该像《Legal High》里那样，唇枪舌战，处处机锋。事实证明我想多了，北京移动的律师在法官到场后立即提出，她昨天才接到这个案子，所以准备不足，希望延期开庭。“还有这种操作？”* 第二次庭审两周后，本案正式第一次开庭。这一次，北京移动的律师终于放了大招，打出了四连否认：1.我的实名入网时间是 2009 年，协议中并没有规定中国移动需要在 2018 年为我办理超级日租卡套餐；2.日租卡套餐是卡套餐不是套餐，只能和卡一起买。我的诉求是办理套餐，而非卡套餐，所以不能满足；3.目前北京移动官网上并没有只准新用户办理的字样，我提供的截图没有公证过，因而证据没有法律依据；4.中国移动并没有不允许老用户办超级日租卡，同一运营商同一身份证可以办五张卡，想办可以，弄个新号。直到听完她的最后一条否认，我才有点后悔，律师费可能真的不该省。* 和气生财一周后，法庭给了我一份裁定，裁定的核心思想是：这事儿我们管不了。是这样的，法院表示自己不能鼓励强买强卖，我想买一个产品，而移动不想卖给我，这事儿法院管不了。我人生的第一场官司，就这么憋憋屈屈地结束了。我实在咽不下这口气，便在网上写了篇吐槽文，而同病相怜者的数量竟然超出了我的想象。舆论翻滚之下，我终于收到了中国移动的当面道歉，他们还给我办理了超级日租卡套餐。后来，中国移动正式放开老用户与新用户办理套餐的诸多限制，即所谓一视同仁。我并不确定，这跟我的诉讼有没有关系。这件事发展到这个地步，怎么说呢，对我来说已经不是输赢的问题了。我只想表明一个态度：毕竟，谁的钱都不是天上掉下来的。如果遇到了侵犯自己权益的事情，有途径的话，一定要把握这个机会去申诉。千千万万的用户，总有那么一个就是不愿当狗的。 /BGM List/01.Upside down part 1（未发布）– Yangfan ( 真的只要35元！）02.Upside down part 2（未发布）– Yangfan( 开庭前）03.On The Air part 1（未发布）– Yangfan ( 4个女人一台戏）04.Upside down part 3（未发布）– Yangfan（ 她收到了一份快递）05.On The Air part 2（未发布）– Yangfan ( 移动中的道歉） 主播/爱哲制作人/爱哲 @寇爱哲声音设计/杨帆 @杨帆_阿猴文字编辑/梁珂 @ellentooo实习生/杜宛松 @吾人最后之行藏乃今得闻教 我们的微信公众号“故事FM”感谢关注，欢迎互动
