There's a clear focus to embed omnichannel engagement and drive differentiating, consumer-like experiences within campaign plans and brand strategies. And while every organization is at a different maturity level, at IQVIA, we have seen a common trend that progress, regardless of your maturation, is harder and more limited than ever. In this podcast, IQVIA's Matthew Smith and Matthew Doyle host a roundtable discussion with Takeda's Chris Weber, Head of Customer Experience, U.S. Oncology, Julia Allen, Product Marketing Director, from Fresenius Medical Care, and Eisai's Jared Shechtman, Marketing Technology Solutions, who share their unique perspectives on where the pharma industry currently stands with omnichannel transformations, the challenges related to execution, and what's needed to be more successful in 2024 and beyond.

In the beginning of their nearly 40 year relationship, it was a struggle for Colette to come to terms with being in a relationship with Laura -- because she was a woman. And then after being together for a couple years, the relationship got easier and Colette told Laura that she really wanted to have children. But the the idea of having kids also made Colette aware that her relationship would be even more in the limelight. And she wanted to be honest with her children and herself. Laura felt that "it was just an amazing stroke of luck that we had twins and it was really kind of wild because here we were two lesbians having a kid which would seemed wild enough but then it was twins and that just in some ways took the onus off the lesbian part because that's exciting in and of itself." Today's guest cracked open a door to a part of the industry I had no idea about, television. Matthew Doyle is a television lit agent at the Verve Talent and Literary Agency. He's an up and comer in the industry and definitely a hustler. My co-host Sebastian Twardos and I wanted to get an "in the trenches" perceptive on the television market and Matthew delivered. He tells a great story on how he got promoted to an agent with a prank by the partners at Verve. Here's a bit on Matthew Doyle:Doyle joined in January as Verve’s first off-desk TV lit coordinator. He implemented a new system for information flow and tracking, redesigned current grids, and helped lead Verve to its most successful staffing season ever, with 80% of clients staffed on broadcast and cable shows. He has been an aggressive recruiter, interviewing and training new employees.Worked with up-and-coming clients such as Arkasha Stevenson and Kirk Sullivan on the television side, and has played an important role in signing clients staffed on upcoming series such as “Pitch” and “Riverdale.” Challenges of the job? “Recognizing that everyone is the protagonist of their own story, and treating them accordingly,” Doyle says. - From Variety - 10 Assistants to Watch 2016All of these Sundance Series episodes are co-produced by Sebastian Twardosz from Circus Road Films and Media Circus.Enjoy our conversation with Matthew Doyle.

A Filibuster on a Friday? With so much midweek action, we just had to move the podcast so that we could talk about it (and talk we do). After urging to support Adam shaving off his luscious locks and and bet about college basketball, we get into D.C. United and the Concacaf Champions League. We talk about our feelings about the result, the central midfield pairing of Nick DeLeon and Marcelo Sarvas, and how the team can recover. We also get into Steve Birnbaum and his offensive prowess, Luciano Acosta's competitive debut, and some of the newcomers in the aforementioned Sarvas as well as Patrick Nyarko. We then welcome on MLSsoccer.com's Armchair Analyst, Matthew Doyle, to preview the rest of the league. We talk about the teams that have had the worst and best offseasons, look at the state of three of the league's top teams: LA Galaxy, New York Red Bulls, and FC Dallas. We ask if Orlando City is actually better now that they've added Antonio Nocerino and if the New England Revolution are better without Jermaine Jones. We end by asking Matthew to give some MLS superlatives before getting in a question about Thomas McNamara. Give it a listen!
TNAV welcomes US Army Ranger veterans Josh Mathis and Matthew Doyle. Both have multiple combat deployments with the 1st Ranger Battalion and achieved leadership positions within the Ranger Regiment prior to departing the service. In Jan 2014, Matthew and Josh reunited after 10 years. They met at a half iron distance triathlon (70.3 miles). Matthew was racing for Naples Area Triathletes, Josh for Team RWB. During the run, they joked about the idea of starting a race team comprised of Battalion Rangers and their families. Sua Sponte Elite Race Team (SSERT) was born. The only requirement to join the team is to have served in Ranger Regiment. Spouses/ significant others and families are welcome and encouraged to join; We are proud to have Gold Star Spouses too. Upon joining, members will receive: a membership tech shirt, access to all team discounts, access to the team forum (it's like being back in the barracks with your Ranger brothers), access to our team store, access to team events, and the full support of SSERT and its extensive knowledge base in each respective sport. SSERT's mission statement is “to get the Rangers off Fort Couch and get active again”. SuaSponteElite@gmail.com. GallantFew, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit with a mission to help every veteran achieve a smooth, peaceful and successful transition to a civilian life filled with purpose and hope.
