În ultimii ani, Chișinăul și-a modernizat strategiile de apărare, punând accent pe modernizarea unei armate rămase cam la nivelul tehnologic al Uniunii Sovietice, iar acum printre priorități sunt apărarea antiaeriană și interoperabilitatea cu armatele statelor UE, declară invitatul Moldova Zoom, secretarul de stat al Ministerului Apărării de la Chișinău, Ghenadie Cojocaru. Acesta spune că parteneriatul în domeniul Apărării dintre Republica Moldova și România trebuie privit „dincolo de orice scenariu de atac sau amenințare directă din partea unor forțe externe ostile”. Știrile zilei: Consiliul European a salutat progresele semnificative ale Republicii Moldova în parcursul de aderare la Uniunea Europeană și a reafirmat sprijinul ferm al celor 27 de state pentru integrarea europeană a țării. În concluziile adoptate joi seara la Bruxelles, liderii europeni au felicitat autoritățile de la Chișinău pentru angajamentul ferm și măsurile eficiente pentru protejarea integrității recentelor alegeri parlamentare, în pofida ingerințelor hibride ale Federației Ruse. „Uniunea Europeană va continua să colaboreze îndeaproape cu Republica Moldova pentru a consolida reziliența și stabilitatea țării și pentru a valorifica experiența acesteia prin lecțiile învățate”, se menționează în textul oficial al Concluziilor Consiliului European. *** Vicepremiera pentru integrare europeană, Cristina Gherasimov, a salutat concluziile reuniunii de la Bruxelles, subliniind că acestea, citez, „ne dau multă încredere și sunt o recunoaștere a muncii depuse de Guvern și de societate pentru reformele în drumul spre UE”. Sprijinul celor 27 de lideri de state este un semn că ușile Uniunii Europene sunt larg deschise pentru Republica Moldova”, a declarat Cristina Gherasimov. Aceasta a mai spus că Moldova este pregătită să deschidă și să închidă în aceeași sesiune de negocieri două dintre capitolele de aderare la Uniunea Europeană – capitolele 25 și 26, care țin de educație și cultură, care au fost deja aliniate la normele europene. *** Președinția Maia Sandu a discută cu liderii grupurilor parlamentare despre desemnarea noului premier. Ieri după amiaza aceasta s-a întâlnit cu opoziția, iar la această oră discuțiile continuă cu reprezentanții partidului de guvernare, care au anunțat aseară că îl vor înainta pe economistul Alexandru Munteanu pentru funcția de prim-ministru. Potrivit lui Grosu, Munteanu este „un om cu profilul și experiența care se pliază pe necesitățile actuale ale Republicii Moldova, în special în ceea ce privește creșterea economică”. *** Parteneriatul în domeniul Apărării dintre Republica Moldova și România trebuie privit „dincolo de orice scenariu de atac sau amenințare directă”, a declarat pentru RFI secretarul de stat al Ministerului Apărării de la Chișinău, Ghenadie Cojocaru. La București, șeful Statului Major al Apărării, Gheorghiță Vlad, a declarat recent că România are instrumentele politice, militare și de altă natură, pentru a sprijini Moldova, și mai ales cetățenii români din Republica Moldova, în cazul unei agresiuni externe. Secretarul de stat al Ministerului Apărării de la Chișinău a mai subliniat că noua strategie militară a Republicii Moldova, criticată de Rusia, schimbă filosofia de apărare a țării și mizează pe cooperarea cu România — un partener considerat „mai mult decât strategic”. *** Sancțiunile americane impuse companiilor petroliere rusești Rosneft și Lukoil nu vor afecta aprovizionarea cu combustibil a Republicii Moldova. Asigurările în acest sens au fost date de ministrul în exercițiu al energiei, Dorin Junghietu. Oficialul a spus că nu există riscul ca Moldova să rămână fără combustibil, nici acum, nici pe viitor. Marea majoritate a produselor petroliere sunt importate din România. *** Directorul Serviciului de Informații și Securitate de la Chișinău, Alexandru Musteața, a mers joi la Comrat, capitala autonomiei găgăuze. Autonomia, cunoscută pentru orientarea sa pro-rusă, este controlată în prezent de adepți ai oligarhului fugar Ilan Șor, care a coordonat rețeaua rusească de deturnare a alegerilor din Republica Moldova. Autonomia se confruntă cu un vid de putere, după ce șefa administrației, bașkana Evghenia Guțul, a fost condamnată la 7 ani de închisoare pentru implicare în finanțarea ilegală a partidului condus de Ilan Șor. În plus, mandatul legislativului local, numit Adunarea Populară, expiră în noiembrie, iar comisia electorală a autonomiei, care ar trebui să anunțe alegeri noi, a fost dizolvată de aleșii locali acum doi ani. În aceste condiții, Chișinăul caută soluții pentru a aduce autonomia în logica statului de drept. În urma discuțiilor cu șeful Serviciului de Informații și Securitate, Adunarea Populară a Găgăuziei a anunțat crearea unui grup de lucru cu Parlamentul de la Chișinău pentru asigurarea funcționalității regiunii.

Obrambni izdatki nikakor nočejo z jedilnika, kar pomeni, da še kako vplivajo nanj. Zato o Parlamentarni skupščini Nata, ki jo je gostila Ljubljana. Podrobnosti, tudi ustreznejša poročanja o dogodku, najdete v običajnih medijih, kot analitična avantgarda pa se spoprimimo z eno samo mislijo generalnega sekretarja. Takole je sporočil članicam in njihovim državljanom: "3,5 odstotka BDP potrebujemo, da bomo ohranili Atlantik, Arktiko, Evropo in ZDA varne." Takole je rekel – in kdo smo mi, da bi dvomili o njegovih besedah. Ali namenih, če smo že pri tem. Ampak samo zaradi informativne vloge nacionalnega medija razčistimo nekaj dilem … Da ohranimo omenjene pokrajine varne, pomeni, da jih obranimo pred sovražnikom. Sovražnik, tako generalni sekretar, ima očitno velike apetite po Atlantiku, Arktiki, Evropi in ZDA. Za varnost teh področij, območij in držav bo šel naš denar. Slovenci nismo naivni, predvsem pa ne brezglavo razsipni, da ne bi poskusili nekaj prišparati … Pod dva odstotka, kot dajemo zdaj, se zdi sprejemljivo, tako da moramo samo nekoliko oklestiti pri treh ali štirih postavkah, pa spustimo odstotke do današnje vrednosti. Šparovnost je lepa čednost in na prvi pogled se zdi, da bi najlažje prišparali pri Arktiki. Pustimo vnemar, da pri pešajočem javnem šolstvu zadnje generacije volivcev ne ločijo več natančno med Arktiko in Antarktiko – po podobni analogiji, kot se mešata Iran in Irak. In bi se verjetno Slovenija in Slovaška, če po naključju ne bi živeli v eni od obeh. Kakorkoli. Arktika se zdi zelo zelo oddaljena, ampak kot članica Nata smo zavezani braniti vse, kar brani Nato. Zdaj: morski levi, tjulnji in nekaj Eskimov se zdijo za slovenski braniteljski potencial precej abstraktna zadeva, ampak glede prihrankov se moramo vprašati, kdo je na Arktiki resnični sovražnik. Če vprašaš tam gori, koga se resnično ves čas in najbolj bojijo, ti bodo vsi odgovorili – se pravi tjulnji, polarne lisice, arktični zajci in Eskimi – da severnega medveda. Severni medved je največji plenilec na Arktiki in če Rutte misli z ohranjanjem arktične varnosti na Ruse in njihove apetite, se moti. Vsako živo bitje na daljnem severu se enega polarnega medveda boji bolj, kot se boji stotih Rusov. Če smo že pri tem … Sicer ne vemo zagotovo, ampak rajtamo, da se tudi Rusi sami bojijo polarnih medvedov. Za ohranitev Arktike varne bi se morali slovenski obrambni strokovnjaki, pa vojska, si mislimo, odpraviti na jago severnih medvedov. Kar pa se zdi problematično, ker ne zmoremo upleniti niti domačih rjavih, ki po Rakitni strašijo prebivalce; če pa jih že dobimo pred cevi, se oglasi kakšna civilna iniciativa. Se pravi, da moramo nemudoma pojasniti gospodu generalnemu sekretarju, da smo Slovenci za varovanje Arktike čisto neprimerni in da bi vsled tega prispevali le tri odstotke BDP. Svojo polovico odstotka odstopimo nekomu, ki ima z mrazom in ledom večje veselje. Dancem, recimo. Potem gremo naprej. Tu so Američani. Se pravi, da se moramo s tremi odstotki potruditi, da bodo ostali varni tudi Američani. V tej državi je situacija še bolj zapletena, kot je to na skrajnem severu. Kot vemo, so največji sovražniki Američanov in njihove varnosti Američani sami. Američani imajo s pobijanjem Američanov veliko veselje in letne številke mrtvih gredo v tisoče. Slovenci pa, kot veleva dobra vzgoja, se v prepire drugih ne vtikamo radi. Vsaj ne z odstotki. Pa še nekaj je. Z Melanijo, ki je kljub posavski provenienci mentalno očitno najbolj stabilen del družine Trump, za varnost Amerike naredimo več kot nekatere druge članice Nata. Tako nam lahko na račun Amerike Rutte ponovno zmanjša prispevek za pol odstotka. In smo že na 2,5. Atlantik bomo branili z vsemi silami. Slovenci radi hodimo na morje. Država bo prispevala vsa plovila, ki so ji na razpolago. Policija policijski čoln, vojska vojaško ladjo, Narodni muzej pa koliščarski deblak. Namesto po jadranskih obalah se bomo razmestili po atlantskih in namesto "Večeras je naša fešta" prepevali "Jutri gremo v napad!" Vse ostalo bo ostalo enako. Tako pridemo do Evrope in njene varnosti. Ki jo je treba ohraniti z vsem, kar imamo. Parlamentarna skupščina Nata je bila v Ljubljani o tem jasna. Evropo bomo branili z orožjem in z obrambnimi izdatki. O tem ni dvoma. Kot kaže, jo branimo in jo bomo branili pred Rusi. Nekoliko manj je jasno, kako jo bomo obranili pred domačimi norci. Oziroma, če citiramo slavnega Rusa: "Glave nas bodo stali bedaki v lastnih vrstah."

Dorin Recean a deschis ședința Guvernului cu un mesaj de mulțumire pentru alegătorii moldoveni, dar și pentru reprezentanții instituțiilor de stat care au apărat integritatea votului la alegerile de duminica. *** Președintele României, Nicușor Dan, afirmă că ar putea paria că Republica Moldova va fi membră a Uniunii Europene în trei ani. „Administrația și mare parte din cetățeni susțin parcursul european și în acest ciclu, care înseamnă președinte plus Parlament patru ani, Moldova va face tot ce ține de ea ca să intre în Uniunea Europeană. Și, pe de altă parte, în cadrul Uniunii Europene există unanimitate pentru ca Moldova să intre, dacă îndeplinește condițiile', a declarat liderul de la Cotroceni în cadrul unei conferințe la care a participat la Timișoara. *** Europarlamentarul Siegfried Mureșan spune la RFI că ”victoria la alegeri a singurului partid cu adevărat proeuropean din Republica Moldova, Partidul Acțiune și Solidaritate, arată că Federația Rusă poate fi oprită. Chiar și un stat mic, dacă este hotărât, dacă autoritățile sunt hotărâte, dacă oamenii sunt bine informați privind riscurile, poate învinge propaganda Federației Ruse. România are multe de învățat de la Republica Moldova, spune Siegfried Mureșan. El se referă la modul în care autoritățile de la Chișinău au reușit să combată propaganda rusă, ceea ce a dus la victoria forțelor proeuropene la alegerile parlamentare de duminică. Înainte de ședința de judecată, Marina Tauber a publicat un videoclip în care afirmă că dosarul în care este vizată are un caracter politic și este „cusut cu ață albă”. „Nu există nicio probă sau faptă care să demonstreze vinovăția mea sau a colegilor mei”, a declarat Marina Tauber. *** Și Serviciul Hidrometeorologic de Stat (SHS) a emis cod galben de înghețuri pentru 2 și 3 octombrie, pe întreg teritoriul Republicii Moldova. Conform meteorologilor, noaptea și dimineața, pe arii extinse înghețul la suprafața solului se va intensifica până la -1..-3°C. Anterior, Ministerul Agriculturii şi Industriei Alimentare a recomandat fermierilor să întreprindă măsuri de protecție a culturilor, cum ar fi acoperirea culturilor cu paie, rogojini sau folie de plastic; fumigații în livezi și vii, prin arderea controlată a materialelor vegetale, precum și alte măsuri.

Alegerile parlamentare din Republica Moldova sunt cruciale pentru parcursul european al acestei țări, declară într-un interviu la RFI vicepreședintele Parlamentului European Victor Negrescu (PSD). El vorbește de asemenea despre Ucraina, dronele Rusiei, imunitatea eurodeputatei extremiste Diana Șoșoacă și tensiunile din coaliția de la București. Victor Negrescu, despre alegerile parlamentare din Republica Moldova: ”Sunt cruciale (...). Ce s-a schimbat față de anii anteriori este că aceste alegeri sunt definitorii pentru traiectoria Republicii Moldova pentru anii care urmează. Dacă forțele proeuropene vor câștiga alegerile, aș zice că Republica Moldova intră pe o traiectorie ireversibilă spre aderarea la UE. Dacă forțele proruse vor câștiga teren, există riscul ca Republica Moldova să ajungă cumva în siajul intereselor de la Moscova, sub controlul direct al Federației Ruse și acest lucru ar fi foarte grav și ar împiedica practic acest proces de aderare la UE”. Despre imunitatea eurodeputatei Diana Șoșoacă: ”Această solicitare a fost trimisă către Parlamentul European și va exista o analiză în cadrul Comisiei Juridice, din care fac parte. O să analizăm dosarul și solicitarea pe care am primit-o și evident, în măsura în care se dorește, vom audia și europarlamentarul, dacă doamna Șoșoacă își dorește acest lucru. Aceasta este procedura normală”. Alegeri cruciale în Republica Moldova. Duminică, 28 septembrie, cetățenii vor hotărî dacă rămîn pe calea europeană, vizînd aderarea la UE, sau se reorientează spre Est, în special spre Rusia. Poliția din Republica Moldova a făcut zilele acestea sute de percheziții și a reținut zeci de persoane care ar fi fost instruite în Serbia de către cetățeni ai Federației Ruse pentru a provoca dezordine și destabilizări în masă. Premierul Dorin Recean a făcut astăzi următoarele afirmații despre Federația Rusă: „Scopul este să preia puterea la Chișinău, încălcînd voința suverană a moldovenilor” și a vorbit despre un asediu asupra Republicii Moldova, enumerînd metodele prin care Rusia vrea să saboteze alegerile de duminică. Cum se pregăteşte ţara vecină de alegeri? Cum face față Republica Moldova războiului hibrid, manipulării online și schemelor de corupere a alegătorilor? L-am întrebat pe expertul în politici publice Andrei Curăraru, de la WatchDog, Republica Moldova.Andrei Curăraru: „Nu există nici o limită în această campanie. Este cu siguranţă cea mai murdară campanie din Republica Moldova iar rezultatele ei vor influenţa vreme de decenii ţara noastră, în special dacă vom continua acest parcurs foarte rapid şi benefic de integrare europeană.”Avertismente cu privire la corectitudinea procesului electoral au mai existat – în preajma alegerilor prezidenţiale de anul trecut, de exemplu. Republica Moldova pare să fie sub o permanentă ameninţare. Cum reacţionează cetăţenii, care e atmosfera înainte de alegeri?Andrei Curăraru: „Cît ar fi de straniu, însăși campania oficială este destul de pasivă, vedem și niște dezbateri destul de nesemnificative, nu vedem nici măcar liderii principali ai partidelor să se confrunte între ei. Mai degrabă, acele manifestări ale subteranei electorale contează și ele determină tot ce se întîmplă în Republica Moldova. Vorbim despre reacții ale cetățenilor care variază de la indignare – am văzut-o foarte bine în turul 2 al alegerilor prezidențiale, care a determinat o mobilizare masivă a cetățenilor, în special în diasporă, pentru a securiza votul de ingerința externă –, pînă la reacții care sînt aproape de apatie, de ideea că un cetățean n-ar putea să decidă nimic, cu toate că asta nu este adevărat. Ca să rezolvaţi situaţia deficitului bugetar, ce alegeţi: creşterea taxelor şi impozitelor, creşterea inflaţiei, îngheţarea sau chiar reducerea salariilor, sau reducerea cheltuielilor bugetare şi aparatului bugetar? Problema este că nimeni nu vrea să se atingă de aparatul de stat (Ziarul Financiar) - Exclusiv Cum a devenit peste noapte un consilier prezidențial susținătorul lui Călin Georgescu și militant AUR (SpotMedia) - „Și înainte s-au cumpărat voturi, dar niciodată nu ne-au presat așa”. VIDEOREPORTAJ înainte de alegeri în Republica Moldova, unde „oamenii gândesc diferit, inclusiv din perspectivă geopolitică” (HotNews) Săptămâna deciziilor cruciale. Intră România în criză politică? (G4Media) Două decizii cruciale sunt așteptate săptămâna aceasta, care ar putea duce la o demisie a premierului Ilie Bolojan, ceea ce înseamnă de fapt încheierea mandatului actualului Guvern. Iar în contextul economic și social actual, menținerea actualei coaliții PSD-PNL-USR-UDMR care să asigure o majoritate pro-europeană în Parlament și formarea unui nou Guvern cu cele patru partide sunt și mai dificile decât în iunie, când negocierile au durat circa o lună de zile. România ar risca să intre într-o criză politică, care ar agrava și mai mult situația economică. Concret, Curtea Constituțională este așteptată să se pronunțe, miercuri 24 septembrie, pe toate cele nouă sesizări care privesc proiectele din Pachetul 2 de reforme pentru care Guvernul Bolojan și-a asumat răspunderea în Parlament. Cea mai așteptată decizie este pe legea pensiilor magistraților, atacată la CCR de Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție condusă de Lia Savonea. Celelalte patru proiecte din pachet – care vizează inclusiv reforma în sănătate, guvernanța corporativă, creșterea impozitelor pe proprietate și alte măsuri care să aducă venituri la buget – au fost contestate la CCR de partidele extremiste AUR, POT și SOS, care au depus câte două sesizări pentru fiecare lege, scrie jurnalista Ioana Câmpean pe pagina G4Media. Decizia din 24 septembrie a Curții Constituționale ar putea hotărî soarta Guvernului Bolojan. Atât premierul Ilie Bolojan, cât și liderii USR și UDMR au declarat deja că, în cazul respingerii legii la CCR, Guvernul nu mai are legitimitate. În paralel, o altă măsură importantă se discută cu demisia premierului pe masă: reforma administrației locale, unde Ilie Bolojan susține concedierea a 13.000 de angajați. Cea mai mare opoziție o manifestă PSD, partid aflat la guvernare atât acum, cât și în ultimii ani în care măsurile Guvernului Ciolacu au dus la deficitul bugetar uriaș care trebuie acoperit în prezent. PSD este însă un partid cu mulți primari, cei care ar trebui să opereze efectiv concedierile din primării și consilii județene. Prin urmare, o astfel de măsură este greu de acceptat în rândul social-democraților. Și UDMR s-a opus măsurii. Ca să rezolvaţi situaţia deficitului bugetar, ce alegeţi: creşterea taxelor şi impozitelor, creşterea inflaţiei, îngheţarea sau chiar reducerea salariilor, sau reducerea cheltuielilor bugetare şi aparatului bugetar? Problema este că nimeni nu vrea să se atingă de aparatul de stat (Ziarul Financiar) Premierul Bolojan încearcă să termine anul “în picioare”, în condiţiile în care PSD, UDMR, USR şi chiar o parte din PNL pariază împotriva lui, având în vedere că toată administraţia publică centrală şi locală, tot aparatul de stat votează împotriva lui. Cu un deficit bugetar care nu scade ci chiar creşte în ciuda adoptării unor măsuri fiscale nepopulare – creşterea TVA, introducerea CASS la pensii etc. -, premierul Bolojan încearcă să facă restructurarea administraţiei publice locale şi centrale, o restructurare care nu este susţinută de niciun partid din coaliţie, de niciun lider politic naţional şi local. În retorică, toată lumea susţine reforma şi restructurarea statului, dar în realitate nimeni nu susţine tăierea reală a numărului de angajaţi, comasarea instituţiilor sau chiar eliminarea unora care nu-şi justifică existenţa, reducerea posturilor din companiile de stat etc.   Poate să intre toată ţara în criză din cauza derapajului finanţelor publice, dar să nu se atingă cineva de aparatul de stat, observă Cristian Hostiuc, director editorial ZF. S-ar putea să ajungem în situaţia în care niciun medicament să nu mai funcţioneze. Şi atunci se va ajunge la bisturiu, cu toate consecinţele de rigoare, avertizează jurnalistul. Exclusiv Cum a devenit peste noapte un consilier prezidențial susținătorul lui Călin Georgescu și militant AUR (SpotMedia) George Scarlat a lucrat peste 9 ani la Palatul Cotroceni, în mandatul lui Klaus Iohannis. La câteva săptămâni după anularea alegerilor prezidențiale, demisionează, devenind rapid un vocal susținător al lui Călin Georgescu și activist AUR, primind la jumătatea acestui an interdicția de a intra pe teritoriul Moldovei. Cazul e interesant din perspectiva în care poate aduce puțină lumină pentru opinia publică asupra labirintului de complicități la nivelul statului, arătând cum au fost paralizate multe dintre instituțiile care aveau atribuții în domeniul siguranței naționale, permițând dezvoltarea atacului hibrid al Rusiei în urma căruia, la sfârșitul anului trecut, a fost compromis procesul electoral din România. Partidul fostului primar din Bălți este pe locul trei în sondaje, după socialiști și PAS, formațiunea aflată la guvernare. Self-energy is like a tuning fork, and our job as therapists can be to help clients resonate with their Self, and be the guides for their healing. Bilateral stimulation (BLS) can be used to connect with protectors, honoring their positive intentions and empowering clients by continually checking in with what feels right for their system. As Stacy reminds us, in both EMDR and IFS we set an intention, but then step out of the way, allowing the client's system to lead. Beyond her clinical work, Stacy offers training, workshops, and consultation for therapists around the world. She teaches IFS, EMDR, somatic approaches, and polyvagal-informed practices through live courses, retreats, and even cruise-based learning experiences. She provides both individual and group consultation, helping clinicians integrate EMDR, IFS, and somatic wisdom into their practice. Stacy also shares free resources, meditations, and videos through her website and social media, and she is currently developing two books slated for release in 2026.
