The Feminine Founder podcast is a community for women who are navigating their professional life, creating epic companies or climbing the corporate ladder.  After 15 years of working in the staffing industry as an agency recruiter, I wanted to share everything that I've learned on how to hire top talent, improving company culture and creating an environment where people actually want to work. You'll also hear from female entrepreneurs,  workplace experts and corporate female executives who have incredible knowledge to share.
