In this special and deeply moving episode of Find Your Ultra, I had the rare honour of sitting down with Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda during his week-long pilgrimage in Vrindavan with Bhakti Marga on the auspicious occasion of Holi.Despite his packed schedule and the energy of thousands of devotees, he graciously gave us 8 minutes of his time and presence. This is the shortest and most blissful episode we've ever recorded.Swamiji's presence is magnetic, and his words—though few—carry the weight of timeless spiritual wisdom. Whether you're a spiritual seeker, a follower of Bhakti Marga, or simply curious about the path of devotion, this episode will leave you with something to reflect upon.Don't miss this rare encounter.Watch now and experience a moment of grace._____If you have any guest suggestions for our podcast, mail us at:- findyourultra@gmail.comFollow Find Your Ultra's Social Media Handles:YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@FindYourUltraInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/find_your_ultra/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/findyourultra/WhatsApp: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vakfwa0DjiOca1x9vI1GFor any other queries EMAIL: findyourultra@gmail.comFollow Paramahamsa Vishwananda's Social Media Handles:-Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/paramahamsa_vishwananda/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ParamahamsaVishwananda/X: https://x.com/vishwanandaFollow Bhakti Marga's Social Media Handles:-Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bhaktimargaFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/bhaktimarga108/Website: https://bhaktimarga.in/

Meet Mohit Rudra Sharma. मैंने इन्हे इनकी कविता ‘रावण' perform करते हुए देखा एक event पे, and I quite literally got chills. Glad he felt it, glad he wrote it, glad he performed it, and glad it reached a few people! I was blown away when he recited that. This podcast is about so much more. Why are you still reading the intro? Tune in, let's get to know this amazing person and his poetry! I don't know if you also feel it, but there seems to be an air of anxiety around health. People seem to be more worried about their health than ever before. ‘aaj kal kisi ko bhi kuch bhi ho raha hai', - We hear this phrase way too often these days, especially when we hear the news of someone passing due to a sudden cardiac failure, or stroke, and the scariest of all - Cancer. Young, healthy looking folks with apparently good habits are being diagnosed with conditions that were unheard of. Regular folks who work long hours in stressful jobs, don't workout, and have more failure than success in all their attempts to eat healthy - invariably suffer from a bunch of metabolic diseases. But even the apparently fit ones, the likes of endurance athletes are also developing cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes and in worst of cases collapsing at races. It's not only shocking but also very sad. But then bulk of these conditions don't develop overnight. They are a result of a bunch of things being done wrong over a long period of time and that onset of a disease begins long before it starts screaming for attention. I'm a great believer in testing and early detection which is why I've done two episodes with youwecan foundation on breast cancer, one with Madhur daga on heart health - both emphasising on getting tested instead of living in darkness. Are there any tests we can get done to know diseases that we're prone to before they become serious? There is a startup in Gurgaon that collects not blood sample, but your biological samples, runs them through a bunch of algorithms, and comes up with disease prediction upto 10 years in advance. And they also give personalised recommendations on what you need to do in order to alter that destiny. Welcome to Episode 51. This conversation is with Sushant kumar, who's the founder and CEO of genefitletics, the startup that I just talked about. This is a super informative conversation that'll blow your mind about the extent to which your microbiome affects every aspect of your health. We also discussed how it's not just the gut microbiome but also the oral microbiome that plays a crucial role in keeping us healthy or sick. This episode is a master class in microbiome. Listen carefully, make notes, do your own research and if you have any questions, feel free to connect with Sushant and know more. Welcome back to the show! When we're young, let's say in our early 20s, we barely ever think about age, or how we want to be when we enter old age. But what is old age anyway? In fact what is being young? Today's guest is 71 years. She is a runner who has run marathons across the world including the likes of Antarctica marathon, The Great Wall of china marathon, the Sacramento marathon, Everest base camp marathon, Kilimanjaro Marathon any many more such exotic races. When she used to run competitively, she used to regularly grab podiums at events of repute such as the Tata Mumbai Marathon which earlier used to be SCMM. In fact she had a hat-trick of winning gold medals at the Mumbai marathon in 50+ and 60+ age categories and she has even represented India in the masters category. So she's an International sportsperson. A quick side note, she has also been a coach and she even coached an elite athlete named Rigzin Angmo who went on to win Delhi Rath marathon, clocking her career best of 2hours 45 minutes and 8 seconds. Mala is also a Trekker, mountaineer, Skier, a Yoga practitioner and coach, and she even loves Karate. She has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Sitidhar, Stok Kangri, Siachin Glacier and many more. And as if all this wasn't challenging enough, in 2015, she set off to climb the mighty Mount Everest. At the ripe age of 62, she managed training, funding, and summoned the will to get to the top of the world. She was at the basecamp, and the one of the most devastating earthquakes ever hit Nepal and the entire expedition had to be called off. Nepal's devastation was visible in many viral videos, and later in Netflix documentaries, but what about shattered dreams? Sapne jab tootte hain toh aawaz hoti hai kya? Jo devastation dil-o-dimag mein hoti hai, wo kitni badi hai, wo toh na kisiko nazar aati hai, our na dikhayi ja sakti hai. But, Mala Honnatti doesn't let anything that happens to her, define her. She keeps marching forward with her calling which is adventures and outdoors. And today, she's the founder of Maho Adventures which organises Treks to some of the most beautiful places in the country, making outdoors and adventures more accessible to all. It's not her achievements, it's the life she has lived that 's incredibly inspiring. All that you've heard so far will blow your mind when you hear about the background she comes from, the hurdles she has had to overcome. Nothing about her life is conventional, and yet, she sounds like it's no big deal. Without further ado, let's get to know this adventurous, daring and beautiful person. Find your ultra podcast episode 46 brings you an overdue installment out our special feature ‘What's been up' featuring Biplab Mukherjee. And this time, we called the national champ, Binay Sah over as well. It's a short episode so we didn't go deep into anything. We also spoke about Biplab's #75hard challenge, and the substantial vitality he has been able to achieve on his Instagram in recent times.
