Vanessa, la Saint-Nicolas, c'est le week-end prochain. On part flâner dans les marchés de Noël, de Moselle à Metz, mais aussi dans ses villages.Ce sont, selon moi, des marchés de Noël qui ont gardé le charme et l'authenticité. Ce sont des marchés à taille humaine où les produits made in China ne trouvent pas leur place. Tout est artisanal, et de temps en temps, ce sont même les habitants eux-mêmes qui organisent les festivités. Comme à Sierck-les-Bains, une ancienne cité médiévale à la frontière luxembourgeoise, dans cette Moselle viticole (Olivier, pour info, 40 % des viticulteurs sont des viticultrices). La cité est blottie au pied de la Moselle et du château des Ducs de Lorraine. Elle est envahie par les contes et légendes locales, comme celle du Graouly, le dragon lorrain, emblème de la Lorraine.Autre ville ou village coup de cœur ?Forbach, pour son Noël Gourmand ! C'est la capitale des petits biscuits que l'on prépare pour la Saint-Nicolas. Pas de Manelle comme en Alsace, mais des Spritz, une tradition germanique. Le marché de Noël est thématisé autour des biscuits : ateliers de fabrication, concours du meilleur biscuit avec un jury présidé par un Mof. Le grand Michel Roth sera lui aussi présent. Le concours a lieu demain ! Ce que j'apprécie à Forbach, c'est que, comme c'est une ancienne terre de charbon, de nombreux travailleurs italiens, portugais et polonais sont venus, apportant avec eux leurs traditions culinaires. Un joli mélange de saveurs. Le marché se déroule dans le parc du château, avec un petit sentier des lanternes qui rappelle celui de Metz, mais en plus petit.Et justement, à Metz, quel est le programme ?Les incontournables marchés de Noël avec leurs artisans de pains d'épices, de boules de verre de Meisenthal à suspendre dans votre sapin… Et une nouveauté : un spectacle immersif de 30 minutes au Temple Neuf, emblématique de Metz. Il a été construit sous l'occupation allemande. On la coupe en deux, on enlève les pépins, on badigeonne avec un peu d'huile, on la pose chair vers le bas sur une feuille de papier cuisson et on enfourne 45 min à 190°. On peut l'utiliser dans des recettes de pâtes classiques (bolo) ou :Façon carbonara : dés de guanciale revenu, des jaunes d'œufs battus dans de la crème fraiche (car elle ne contient pas d'amidon contrairement aux pâtes), poivre et parmesan. La Région Grand-Est a confié la gestion de ses petites lignes ferroviaires à une société publique locale. C'est officiel, c'est la société Grand Est Infrastructures qui aura désormais la gestion des 430 km de lignes ferroviaires. Ce transfert s'inscrit dans un projet de régénération du réseau ferré régional, alors que ces lignes nécessitent d'importants travaux de maintenance. La société aura pour mission de gérer les infrastructures et de réaliser des travaux d'entretien dans le cadre d'un contrat de concession de 40 ans. Elle sera aussi responsable de la gestion de la circulation ferroviaire et de la création de quatre nouveaux ateliers de maintenance. A l'occasion du Festival du Livre de Colmar ce week-end, certains auteurs se sont rendus hier dans des écoles, collèges et lycées colmariens pour rencontrer les élèves qui ont pu en apprendre plus sur le métier d'écrivain. Hier matin, c'est Hubert Ben Kemoun (ça se dit KEUMOUNE) qui a rencontré une classe du Collège Pfeffel à propos de son livre “La fille seule dans le vestiaire des garçons”. On l'écoute.  Aujourd'hui encore, plusieurs écrivains partent à la rencontre de plusieurs classes colmariennes avant le Festival qui se déroulera ce week-end, samedi et dimanche, au Parc des Expositions. Plus de 130 faons sauvés par des drones en Alsace. Dans la région, ces animaux ont pu être sauvés grâce à des drones équipés de caméras thermiques. Dans le Haut-Rhin, où le dispositif était testé pour la première fois, comme dans le Bas-Rhin où il fonctionne depuis trois ans, les équipes interviennent juste avant le passage des broyeuses agricoles pour repérer les jeunes cervidés cachés. Guidés depuis le ciel, les sauveteurs récupèrent les faons sans les toucher à mains nues, avant de les mettre en sécurité. Les résultats sont encourageants puisque rien que dans le Haut-Rhin, 31 faons ont pu être mis à l'abri. Un sexagénaire jugé pour le meurtre du conjoint de sa maitresse. Depuis mardi, Alain Braesch est jugé devant la cour d'assise du Bas-Rhin pour avoir tué le conjoint de sa maîtresse, Michael Godinho, à Niederbronn-les-Bains. Selon les témoignages, le trentenaire avait découvert l'infidélité de sa compagne, une serveuse qui entretenait une relation avec l'accusé depuis fin 2021. En pleine nuit, Michael Godinho s'était alors rendu chez Alain Braesch en le menaçant de le tuer. L'accusé affirme avoir agi en légitime défense.
