Missing Witches is entirely member-supported, and getting to know the members of our Coven has been the most fun, electrifying, unexpectedly radical part of the project. These days the Missing Witches Coven gathers in our private, online coven circle to offer each other collaborative courses in ritual, weaving, divination, and more; we organize writing groups and witchy book clubs; and we gather on the Full and New Moon from all over the world. Our coven includes solitary practitioners, community leaders, techno pagans, crones, baby witches, neuroqueers, and folks who hug trees and have just been looking for their people. Our coven is trans-inclusive, anti-racist, feminist, pro-science, anti-ableist, and full of love. If that sounds like your people, come find out more. This episode was recorded on the LAST day of school for my four kiddos. The next week we started our first summer with no formal childcare since I started my business. I love my flexible hours, but honestly, I have flexed them a little too broadly in the past. I'm determined to really be present with my family and soak up this magical summer. That calls for some careful strategy to make sure my business continues to flourish without me. I'm sharing my plan in this week's podcast. Key Takeaways Resources: This episode is best via video, linked here. Follow along in your printable workbook, and access the presentation here. I'm booking eight sessions only with business owners looking to strategically plan and market their business in a short amount of time. Your Power Hour package includes a personal audit of your current strategies, three months of content mapped out, and 10 days of Voxer access. Book yours here. I love having my own business except, well, the business side of things. Payroll, taxes, and billing stresses me out. Gusto takes care of all of that for me. It saves for taxes, automatically files, and reports on my behalf. Get a $100 gift card when you sign up with my link. Clarity: Set a timer and sit with a stack of sticky notes. What do you most want to accomplish this summer? Cataloging: Ask yourself what you already have that is doing well. How can you make things last a little longer? Reduce, reuse, and recycle your content. You don't have to constantly create. Check your insights to see what content has done well, when, and why. Create: Amp up your energy and bring your best self to social. Choose a format that fits your goals, and batch content for efficiency. Convert: Why do you use social media in your business? What goals are you accomplishing with it? Make sure your content has a clear call to action. Be sure that your social media strategy is serving your goals. Your time this summer is precious, so don't waste it on things that aren't converting. Be a real person on social media. People can tell when you are just checking a box. I’ve crafted this episode to start at an easy tempo with “Cool For The Summer” by Demi Lovato, and as you progress through this mix, the tempo will increase gradually after every song. There is an exception with “I Took A Pill in Ibiza”, where I cock the tempo back once more. This episode is implicitly split into two phases: the 1st half filled with mainstream top 40 hits and the 2nd half stuffed with EDM tracks. Most songs are cut in half to include as much as I can, however not like a previous episode, 9-3: Party Platter. I hope you all enjoy this wonderful 1-hour long journey. “Cool For The Summer” by Demi Lovato “Ain’t Nobody (Loves Me Better)” by Felix Jaehn f./ Jasmine Thompson “I Took A Pill In Ibiza (Seeb Remix)” by Mike Posner “The Girl Is Mine” by 99 Souls f./ Destiny's Child and Brandy “How Deep Is Your Love” by Calvin Harris & Disciples “You Know You Like It (Tchami Remix)” by DJ Snake & AlunaGeorge “Love Myself” by Hailee Steinfeld “Sugar” by Robin Schulz f./ Francesco Yates “Hold My Hand” by Jess Glynne “Where Are Ü Now (Alex Preston Bootleg)” by Jack Ü with Justin Bieber “Powerful (Michael Calfan Remix)” by Major Lazer f./ Ellie Goulding & Tarrus Riley “Something Better” by Audien f./ Lady Antebellum “Sweet Escape” by Alesso f./ SIRENA “Secrets” by Tiësto & KSHMR f./ Vassy “Disarm You” by Kaskade f./ Ilsey Juber “Break Through The Silence” by Martin Garrix vs Matisse & Sadko “Open Heart” by Morgan Page f./ Lissie “Untouchable” by Tritonal “I Want You To Know” by Zedd f./ Selena Gomez “Peanut Butter Jelly (GTA Remix)” by Galantis “Zero Gravity” by Borgeous f./ Lights “Sun Is Shining” by Axwell Λ Ingrosso “For A Better Day” by Avicii f./ Alex Ebert “Diamonds” by Giorgio Moroder f./ Charli XCX

Dance music enthusiasts were treated to an array of infectious beats and mesmerizing melodies that kept dance floors around the world alive. Kickstarting our list, we remember Justin Bieber's hypnotic beats in "What Do You Mean" (MARC Remix), followed by the tropical summer vibes of Demi Lovato's "Cool For The Summer" (Cahill Club Mix). Each track on this list, from Mikey B's "Stay A While" (Tiesto Remix) to The Weeknd's haunting "The Hills" (DJ Kue Club Mix), played its part in shaping the soundscape of 2015. The Top Dance Songs of 2015 didn't stop there. Notable contributions also came from artists such as Klangkarussell with "Sun Don't Shine" (Zilverstep Remix), and Sam Feldt's touching rendition of "Show Me Love" (EDX Remix). Each one of these tracks carried its own unique rhythm and story, further solidifying 2015's influence in the realm of dance music. Moreover, the Top Dance Songs of 2015 were a testament to the global reach and appeal of dance music. From Major Lazer & DJ Snake's "Lean On" (eSQUIRE Houselife Remix), an international hit that had everyone grooving, to Calvin Harris' "Pray To God" (Calvin Harris vs. Mike Pickering Hacienda Remix), dance music in 2015 crossed boundaries, uniting listeners around the world. Concluding our nostalgic journey, we can't forget the energetic beats of Jason Derulo's "Want To Want Me" (7th Heaven Video Edit), or the catchy rhythm of Giorgio Moroder's "Right Here Right Now" (7th Heaven Club Mix). As we revisit these Top Dance Songs of 2015, we are reminded of the innovative year that marked a significant era in the landscape of dance music.
