The next week we started our first summer with no formal childcare since I started my business.   I love my flexible hours, but honestly, I have flexed them a little too broadly in the past. I'm determined to really be present with my family and soak up this magical summer. That calls for some careful strategy to make sure my business continues to flourish without me. I’ve crafted this episode to start at an easy tempo with “Cool For The Summer” by Demi Lovato, and as you progress through this mix, the tempo will increase gradually after every song.
