Six months ago, in Episode #184, DT and Mitch began a three-part series exploring testosterone—what it is, who might benefit from it, and what it can and can't do. Three months later, they revisited the conversation in Episode #197 to share their early experiences and observations. Now, in the conclusion of the series, they compare where those two very different journeys have led them.DT discusses his experience with testosterone replacement therapy, while Mitch reflects on the results of taking a lifestyle-only approach. Together, they examine what changed, what surprised them, and what they've learned about health, aging, discipline, and the role testosterone really plays.Whether you've followed the series from the beginning or are joining us for the first time, this final conversation brings the journey full circle.Mitch Wonders is where Texas porch talk meets life's big questions. Each episode, Mitch — a cranky but curious Texan — takes a plainspoken look at today's world with humor, humility, and a shot of wisdom you can actually swallow.Catch up on all episodes, see pics. of recent guests, YouTube clips, BBQ and whiskey reviews, subscribe, and visit the Merch Store at https://mitchwonders.com/ . The Food of the Gods “I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if you find my beloved, as to what you will tell him: for I am lovesick. What kind of beloved is your beloved, O most beautiful among women? What kind of beloved is your beloved, that thus you adjure us?” (So 5:9) “The nations of the world say to Israel: ‘How is your beloved more than another beloved?” In what way is He God more than other gods, in what way is He a protector more than other protectors?'” (Midrash Rabbah to Shir 5§9) Once again, the proto-typical event is the exodus from Egypt: “For I will go through the land of Egypt on that night and will strike down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments—I am the LORD.” (Ex 12:12) “And what one nation on the earth is like Your people Israel, whom God went to redeem for Himself as a people and to make a name for Himself, and to do a great thing for You and awesome things for Your land, before Your people whom You have redeemed for Yourself from Egypt, from nations and their gods?” (2 Sa 7:23) When did the other “gods” of the pantheon assume power over the nations? And are these entities unruly evil demons or ruly assigned powers over the principalities (2 Pe 2:10; Jde 1:8)? Too involved to answer, and probably not so fruitful, but when Israel goes into the principality of an assigned power, in a sense, it is the territory of that nation's assigned angelic majesty, elohim, or “judge, authority.” There are indeed, however, unruly demonic entities that operate within those principalities that are worshipped as gods. Elohim is spirit, yet He “eats” the gifts of our worship, the human desire to be near to Him expressed in gifts and sacrifices: ”You shall consecrate him, therefore, for he offers the food of your God; he shall be holy to you; for I the LORD, who sanctifies you, am holy.” (Le 21:8) “Speak to Aaron, saying, ‘No man of your offspring throughout their generations who has a defect shall approach to offer the food of his God.'” (Le 21:17) “…nor shall you accept any such [blemished, diseased] from the hand of a foreigner for offering as the food of your God; for their corruption (“decay”) is in them, they have a defect, they shall not be accepted for you.'” (Le 22:25) Elohim’s food is to receive our heartfelt, lovesick obedience free of the decay of death. Our food is to do the will of the Father who sent Yeshua, the Living Word. (Jn 4:34) The evil and unclean gods of the pantheon also receive “food” when we idolize them [we actually worship ourselves and they enable it]. As in the Garden, when the serpent offered the humans the opportunity to “be like God,” so evil spirits receive the gifts and sacrifices of human beings as food, fuel for their ability to cross into our realm and proliferate. It was the serpent who was trying to be like God, and he needed Adam and Eve to feed that desire. He fed them what they desired; they fed him what he desired. The serpent is always eager to feed our wrong appetite, desire, emotion, and intellect. The end result, though, is death, not life. Obedience to Elohim's voice, however, produces life and the ability to continue abundant life in the Garden, a Land flowing with milk and honey, wine and balsam. The following recitation for the tithe of the third year contains specific language that reminds us we are not to feed the dead, whether ancestors or gods. Instead, we feed only our Elohim with our holies of sacred obedience. In return, our Elohim sets us high above all the nations and their gods. This is why our Beloved is high above all others and why we are lovesick, seeking His Voice in the night of exile, which is what Adam and Eve should have done, waited to hear His Voice walking in the cool of the evening. “When you have finished paying all the tithe of your increase in the third year, the year of tithing, then you shall give it to the Levite, to the stranger, to the orphan and to the widow, that they may eat in your towns and be satisfied. You shall say before the LORD your God, ‘I have removed the sacred portion from my house, and also have given it to the Levite and the alien, the orphan and the widow, according to all Your commandments which You have commanded me; I have not transgressed or forgotten any of Your commandments. I have not eaten of it while mourning, nor have I removed any of it while I was unclean, nor offered any of it to the dead. I have listened to the voice of the LORD my God; I have done according to all that You have commanded me. Look down from Your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless Your people Israel, and the ground which You have given us, a land flowing with milk and honey, as You swore to our fathers.' This day the LORD your God commands you to do these statutes and ordinances. You shall therefore be careful to do them with all your heart and with all your soul. You have today declared the LORD to be your God, and that you would walk in His ways and keep His statutes, His commandments and His ordinances, and listen to His voice. The LORD has today declared you to be His people, a treasured possession, as He promised you, and that you should keep all His commandments; and that He will set you high above all nations which He has made, for praise, fame, and honor; and that you shall be a consecrated people to the LORD your God, as He has spoken.” (Dt 26:12-19) The unruly rebellious entities derive power when they are worshipped; in a sense, they are “fed” by human beings, which attracts greater numbers of unclean and evil spiritual beings…unclean in that those spirits are NOT assigned to the physical realm, but they hunt for physical hosts to enable them to operate there. It actually speeds the process of death and decay to the host because it is an unclean mixture. Life is only within one's assigned realm: “Then it goes and takes along with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. That is the way it will also be with this evil generation.” (Mt 12:45) When we “feed” a spiritual entity our disobedience and rebellion, we transgress, mixing two realms, which invites death, not life. It has no place in the life of a believer in Yeshua, or in a human being at all. This is why disobedience is equated with witchcraft: For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, He also has rejected you from being king.” (1 Sa 15:23) Because of this rebellion, the kingship and authority was forfeited. Just as in the Garden when the serpent had to entice the human beings into rebelling in order to commandeer their authority to rule, so we still can be deceived into the giving our spiritual authority to the beast by trying to be “like God.” There is only one Elohim, and all other beings are created by Him, even the rebels of the universe. An altar is a “table” connecting the physical realm with the spiritual. Why would we feed rebellious spirits the food of our own disobedience and share their demonic table fare? “Look at the nation Israel; are not those who eat the sacrifices sharers in the altar? What do I mean then? That a thing sacrificed to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything? No, but I say that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God; and I do not want you to become sharers in demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons.” (1 Co 10:19-21) Angelic powers over principalities don't need or want human worship to enlarge their influence or authority; they already have authority because it is assigned to them. Perhaps it was pre-assigned when the heavenly hosts were created, but more likely their creation prepared them to be assigned to their supervisory divisions after the Flood: “Two sons were born to Eber; the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.” (Ge 10:25; 32; 1 Ch 1:19) There is also this verse that synchronizes the symbolic 70 nations of the earth and their divisions to the number of Israelites who went down to Egypt: “Your fathers went down to Egypt seventy persons in all, and now the LORD your God has made you as numerous as the stars of heaven. (Dt 10:22) “When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, when He separated the sons of man, He set the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the sons of Israel.” (Dt 32:8) This may not be a contradiction, but a hint to the restoration work in progress, a plan where the twelve tribes of Israel would become the judges over the nations from the gates of Jerusalem, i.e., the gates to the Garden of Eden, and the assigned princes over the nations would be shaken out of the way, that role concluded. Whatever the details of the plan, it is evident that these angelic majesties were anticipated and assigned, but the original plan was for the righteous among humankind to judge those angels in administering the Kingdom on earth and possibly in the heavenlies: “Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? If the world is judged by you, are you not competent to constitute the smallest law courts? Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more matters of this life?” (1 Co 6:2-3) These things are what makes our Beloved greater than the other gods of the nations. In addition, Messiah Yeshua can give his most beautiful Bride authority to rule the nations as at the beginning when Adam and Even ruled. The gods of the nations, whether unruly demonic or the ruly assigned angelic majesties, cannot and will not give this kind of authority, for their authority is either usurped or only a temporary assignment. “He who overcomes, and he who keeps My deeds until the end, TO HIM I WILL GIVE AUTHORITY OVER THE NATIONS; AND HE SHALL RULE THEM WITH A ROD OF IRON, AS THE VESSELS OF THE POTTER ARE BROKEN TO PIECES, as I also have received authority from My Father; and I will give him the morning star.” (Re 2:26-28) The morning star? The first resurrection! We can share Yeshua’s table at the wedding supper of the Lamb. (Re 3:20) Please SUBSCRIBE to our newsletter to get new teachings.
“I have set before you today life and good, death and evil. If you obey the commandments of the Lord… then you shall live… But if your heart turns away, and you will not hear… you shall surely perish… Therefore choose life, that you may live” (Dt 30:15-19). Obey the Lord and live; disobey and perish. Those were Moses's final words of welcome and warning to the Israelites to conclude the book of Deuteronomy (which we just finished together last month!). In this sermon, King David takes up this same theme in Psalm 37, reminding us that “evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land” (v9). Join us for this sermon for encouragement in your daily walk with the Lord!
The Los Angeles Dodgers made a small trade with the Rockies for a relief pitcher. Clint Pasillas and Katie Woo talk about the upside with the acquisition. Plus, we put a bow on the Dodgers series against the Yankees before getting into the big Shohei Ohtani news. (10:50) Ohtani will not be making his next few starts as the team looks to address his aching left knee. What should our concern levels be? Katie has the inside scoop. (18:19) Still, with Shohei out, the state of the starting rotation depth is thin. Will the Dodgers need to be active at the trade deadline? It's feeling more and more like it, despite the club saying otherwise. The hosts discuss the pitching depth situation and debate whether or not the team can survive the rest of the regular season without making a move.
Alanna Rizzo and Clint Pasillas break down all the action from the first game of the second half where the Los Angeles Dodgers faced the New York Yankees and ace Gerrit Cole at Yankee Stadium for the first time since the 2024 World Series. We react to Max Muncy dropping the boom on Cole, ending his domination of LA's lineup. (10:18) Roki Sasaki was excellent, putting together arguably his best start as a big leaguer. Clint and Alanna discuss what was different for Sasaki. (23:01) Plus, injury updates on Shohei Ohtani, Will Smith, Edwin Diaz, Kiké Hernandez, and more. Will the Smith news lead to the Dodgers pursuing an emergency plan at catcher?

Alanna Rizzo and Clint Pasillas are back and have All-Star Game thoughts! How was Alanna's experience at the game and what are her big takeaways after speaking with Los Angeles Dodgers All-Stars? (12:58) We hear from Max Muncy, Freddie Freeman, Dave Roberts and more! Plus, other random thoughts before the second half of the season kicks off in New York against the Yankees.

After defining what constitutes an average player in the NFL and why average players could be more useful than they get credit for, the duo cover the most average skill players (including an Arizona Cardinals QB in a contract dispute and a repeat tight end from last year), offensive linemen and defenders heading into the 2026 season. How many wins is this roster getting in 2026? Also in today's episode, Nate is joined by College Fantasy Football Analyst Eric Froton to discuss Yahoo's brand new College Fantasy product and break down Eric's three college quarterbacks he can't wait to watch this fall: LSU's Sam Leavitt, Cal's Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele and Ohio State's Julian Sayin. Alanna Rizzo, Katie Woo, and Clint Pasillas are BACK and discussing the sluggish end to the first half of the season for the Los Angeles Dodgers. (1:50) Despite the sloppy finish, there's good news for LA on the All-Star front as friend of the show Justin Wrobleski is joining his teammates in Philly. (5:03) And on the injury front, the Shohei Ohtani news can be a good excuse to use him cautiously in the second half. Plus, positive updates on Blake Snell, Edwin Diaz, Kiké Hernandez, and Tyler Glasnow! (12:37) In Bleedin' Blue, we get into our thoughts on the first half of the season, the good and the bad, and pick our under the radar Dodgers from the first 96 games. Spinning forward, we also share our biggest x-factors for LA heading into the second half of 2026. (30:57) Finally, some Home Run Derby thoughts and picks!
We've said for years that fans can submit show ideas to us –and someone finally has! Our good friend Johan sent us an email and asked us if we would rank all 16 DT studio albums solely based on their guitar solos, and we're answering the call (get it?) We're not gonna lie (sorry, had to do it twice)– this was a tough one! #johnpetrucci #mikeportnoy #jordanrudess #johnmyung#jameslabrie #dreamtheater #podcast #talkingintoinfinity #guitar #guitarsolos
It's our sixth installment of album song rankings and this time we're taking on Falling Into Infinity! Jon won't be able to rank them all number one, and Brian isn't nearly as big a fan of this album as Jon is, so how far apart will they be in regards to Jon's favorite DT album?#johnpetrucci #mikeportnoy #jordanrudess #johnmyung#jameslabrie #dreamtheater #podcast #talkingintoinfinity

Are you looking to save time, make money, and start winning with less risk? Then head to https://www.ovtlyr.com.Learn more about OVTLYR: https://youtu.be/TUCbD5KovlcThe market bounced today even with more Iran headlines… but underneath the surface, the setup is getting more complicated. In this breakdown, we review the full Plan M portfolio, with eight of nine positions green on the day, while still following the same process: reduce risk first, check exits, then decide whether any new trades actually qualify. SPY and QQQ are recovering, put/call sentiment is getting more bullish, and support is still holding. But breadth is contracting, fewer stocks are hitting new highs, and OVTLYR market breadth has crossed bearish. That means no new Plan M trades today. We also walk through the current positions: Robinhood, Roblox, Zscaler, Dynatrace, GameStop, Okta, Apple, Coke, and P. Dynatrace triggered a sell signal, so that trade gets closed. Apple hit a roll point, which gave us a chance to reduce risk and keep the trade alive. That's the point of the plan: exits, rolls, order blocks, earnings, and stops all get checked the same way every time.We also look at the new OVTLYR Sector Intelligence Map, showing how to find the strongest sectors, strongest industries, and strongest stocks without guessing.✅ Market bounce, Iran headlines, SPY, QQQ, and support levels✅ Plan M portfolio review and exit checklist✅ DT sell signal, Apple roll, and risk reduction✅ HOOD, RBLX, ZS, DT, GME, OKTA, AAPL, KO, and P✅ OVTLYR Sector Intelligence Map and sector rotationIf you want to see how professional trade management works after the entry, this one shows the process in real time.Subscribe to OVTLYR for disciplined trading strategies that actually make sense.

Then head to https://www.ovtlyr.com.Learn more about OVTLYR: • OVTLYR: Your Trading Intelligence Platform The market got hit with another Iran headline… but the reaction may be more bullish than it looks on the surface. In this breakdown, we look at what happened after Donald Trump said there was no more Iran ceasefire. The market opened with plenty of red, VIX spiked, oil moved higher, and my portfolio got hit with a monkey hammer. But instead of panic selling, we walk through the actual plan and explain why there may be nothing to do on most of these trades.SPY is still holding inside a bullish support order block, Nasdaq recovered from early weakness, RSP continues to outperform SPY, and breadth under the surface still looks strong. Nearly 60% of stocks are above their 50-day and 200-day moving averages, new highs and new lows remain constructive, and the dollar is finally pulling back after putting pressure on stocks, gold, silver, and oil.We also review the current Plan M trades: Robinhood, Roblox, Zscaler, Dynatrace, GameStop, Okta, Apple, Coke, and P. The exit checklist stays the same: sell signals, 10/20 bearish crosses, order blocks, earnings, and stop points. No signal, no exit.✅ Iran ceasefire headlines, market selloff, VIX spike, and oil move✅ SPY, Nasdaq, RSP vs SPY, breadth, new highs, and new lows✅ HOOD, RBLX, ZS, DT, GME, OKTA, AAPL, KO, and P trade updates✅ Bank and Roll rule, risk reduction, and taking profits on red days✅ New OVTLYR Sector Intelligence Map and “God mode” sector rotationIf you want to see what it looks like to manage trades like a professional instead of emotionally reacting to headlines, this one walks through the whole process.Subscribe to OVTLYR for disciplined trading strategies that actually make sense.
Steelers insider Ray Fittipaldo from the PG joined the show. Did Cam Heyward get respected by ESPN today after he was left off their list of Top 10 DT? Will we see a more motivated TJ Watt this season as he faces a new challenge in a new defense? At what point will Derrick Harmon take over as the Steelers best defensive lineman? Ray dove into what the Steelers have along their defensive front. Ray thinks it's a little bit of a pipe dream that the Steelers could land Baker Mayfield next offseason. When will Joey Porter Jr. get his payday? What did Ray think of former Steelers talking down on Mike Tomlin and his defense?
Do the Penguins have their eyes on Elias Pettersson? That could be their new target if the Jason Robertson sweepstakes fall through. One problem… the Poni scuttlebutt isn't good. He got a message from someone around the Canucks that gave a pretty horrid review of Pettersson and his overall attitude. This sounds like a situation the Penguins should just stay away from. Alanna Rizzo, Katie Woo, and Clint Pasillas recap the Los Angeles Dodgers' series with the Rockies and the club's sluggish looking offense. Is the All-Star break coming at a perfect time for LA? We discuss! (12:18) The trade deadline is a little over 3 weeks away. What is the plan for the front office? And thoughts on why the upcoming deadline and this weekend's MLB draft hold the key to the near future for the organization. (38:17) Plus, some appreciation for Mookie Betts.
Alanna Rizzo and Clint Pasillas react to the series finale between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Colorado Rockies. It was another vintage "Roki Sasaki start" for Roki Sasaki who looked terrible before locking in. Did Sasaki find what Dave Roberts and the Dodgers were looking for? We discuss! Clint points out something interesting with Edgardo Henriquez in the bullpen. On offense, the Dodgers have looked flat. But in this game, did they find their new two-hole hitter? We give some love to Tommy Edman. And a big Blake Snell update has us excited.

SPY is back in a bullish trend, the market has a fresh buy signal, breadth is improving, RSP is breaking out versus SPY, put/call sentiment is getting more bullish, more stocks are above their 50-day and 200-day moving averages, and yields plus the dollar are finally moving in a more stock-friendly direction. We also talk through why I'm changing my “sit in cash and don't mess it up” vehicle from SGOV to BOXX, how dividends and resets can affect the way the position looks on paper, and why cash management matters when you're waiting for the next real setup. Then we run the Plan M screener live, using sector strength, relative greed, buy signals, uptrends, volume, positive backtests, and order blocks to narrow the market down. A comment from Bill Maher and a counterpoint from Neil de Grasse Tyson sent me down an interesting rabbit hole.Maher often points to old footage of the Apollo 11 crowds and notes how lean and healthy people appeared compared to today. Tyson, on the other hand, reminds us that modern medicine has dramatically increased life expectancy, reduced infant mortality, and turned many injuries, illnesses, and infections into survivable events. In this episode, Mitch, DT, and Holly explore a surprisingly difficult question: Are we actually healthier than previous generations, or have we simply become much better at surviving longer? Mitch Wonders is where Texas porch talk meets life's big questions. What Dusty Just Done Did Starts at 0:51 Not only did we have this team come out of nowhere to be the best in the history Michigan basketball. The Dusty May Era is now a fever dream. Takes a little bit out of it. This is college basketball now. Understand why he wouldn't want to be a college coach today; he explicitly said he never got to feel like they won a championship. NCAA can be blamed for letting it get here but also they have no power whatsoever to fix all the things that mean the second you win a title you have to recruit your new team. Second time in a row the college coach the NBA took was Michigan's. This is not the Cavs; Dallas is a good gig. [The rest of the writeup and the player after THE JUMP] 2. The Future of Michigan Basketball Starts at 19:04 They're promoting Mike Boynton to interim head coach, with a possibility of permanence. Greater that 50% chance he's the HC without the interim title, but might execute a search. Five days after they announce a hire the portal is open for Michigan alone, which is probably what scared them into this now. McKenney is back, probably Cadeau back, direction of things is a battle to hold onto the transfer bigs. Boynton: got tagged by the FBI thing, can see his tenure as not successful, or successful for the Minnesota of the Big 12. He has a trademark, which is defense: five of six years with a top-20 unit. Still relatively young, can recruit. Program: "What option do we have?" UNNNNNGGGGGHHHHHH. Actual option: Josh Schertz! Trademark is twos, built a real roster there, is Dusty's best coaching buddy. Don't care as much about roster continuity (Brian Ellerbe, Sherrone Moore) because the players won't be around long. Also if you poach a coach you have access to another team's roster and coaching staff, whereas right now Michigan and the Mavs are competing for Michigan staff and Michigan and the world are competing for Michigan's players. Other names to look at: Niko Medved was our next pick two years ago, did as well as possible with Minnesota last year. Where is Michigan Basketball in program rankings? Would Purdue swap with us? Purdue built their fanbase over years of having a program, just like Michigan hockey. 3. The Warde Talk Starts at 53:17 What are you supposed to do with a guy who alternates between asleep-at-the-wheel scandals and national championships? Push back against Brian's assertion that people "don't want to work for him" because these are all individual situations. He's not a bad guy, but he's also not a guy who *does* things, unless that's milking the fanbase or turning Michigan Stadium into an F1 race of ads. His oeuvre is not doing anything, because that worked with Harbaugh in 2020, and now that's a modus operandi. Talking ADs history since Canham. Push back against Brian's lionizing of Canham: he was a visionary, but his record also includes Dr. Anderson and trying to prevent/undermine Title IX. We end up preferring Bill Martin of all our lifetime ADs—he built the boxes to prevent ads in the stadium. Don't think missing out on Les Miles was a loss. Brian's Warde assessment: He typed "how to AD" into ChatGPT. Does losing Dusty May like this change your opinion on Warde Manuel? No. But it's weird that he keeps surviving (no president to fire him). 4. 2027 Football Recruiting Starts at 1:20:46 Doesn't look any different from a Harbaugh class at this point. If you're good at scouting and developing you're fine. OL class is small but Lipsey stacks another elite tackle and they had to fend off ND for Louis Esposito, Rouleau is a Frey-type. Xavier Muhammad is a very good DT, Tavares Harrington a find at CB, and they held onto some important guys in-state in a good Michigan year. LB recruiting is still underfunded, Brian is fine with that because it's very a "what's in your head" position with no consensus on what schools want. State of the recruiting industry: Paramount got bought and 247 is getting raided as incompetent ownership sets in. On3 is more reactive to scouting this cycle, and almost universally rate M commits higher. White whales: #1 is CB Josh Dobson, Seth Tillman would be a big, big deal because DTs are hard to come by, Monsanna Torbert would be a big win over Ohio State. Lincoln Mageo would be a good OL to finish with. Would like to have more TEs coming in. 5. World Cup Starts at 1:50:04 Takes hotter than Dusty May's agent. Count how many times Brian calls USA "Michigan." Are the Americans the most pleased with their performance in Group Phase (2nd to Canadians). Freeman (son of Antonio) is very reliable defensively, main thing is you can put Dest at wing. Sauciest player in US history? McKenzie is everywhere, runs into the box from deep were especially effective vs Paraguay. Pulisic injury: not going to play him in the useless Turkey game, should be fine. Tim Ream has been trying to play soccer for us forever, always been the best guy on the ball. Decent draw, should be favored (when they make the field) for a couple of rounds. Success point is get to the quarters; they can go into a game against a world power and expect to compete, not win, and not win three in a row. Four years ago they were too young. Don't mind the 48-team format; it saps a lot of tension out of the Group Stage when three teams advance, but a lot of "small teams" have battled. Brazil is still working back to being BRAZIL. Germany is Ohio State but not a peak year Ohio State. France is super talented. Alex: If you play Bosnia and Herzegovina you play two countries at once. Seth: Actually it's more like seven point eight. MUSIC: "Hit or Miss"—Odetta "Take Da Charge"—Project Pat "Love on My Brain"—Jim Ford "Dog Has Its Day"—Toledo “Across 110th Street”—JJ Johnson and his Orchestra
