2023 április 26., szerda 6:30-8 óra Névnapok, események, híres születésnaposok, és tisztelet Harry Belafontének. Ébresztő téma: tíz bank emeli a lakossági számlák díját az infláció miatt. Május 1-jéig tíz bank növeli a lakossági számlák díjait, ezáltal akár több ezer forinttal is megemelve a fogyasztók éves terheit. A díjemelések egyes esetekben akár a tavalyi 14,5 százalékos infláció mértékét is meghaladhatják – figyelmeztetett a Magyar Nemzeti Bank. A kérdés az, hogy mi a felelős fogyasztói magatartás, megéri-e váltani, és, hogy van-e verseny. Érdekes témakör még, hogy a bankváltás már egyablakosan is működhet, vagyis elég bemenni abba a bankba, ahol az új számlát nyitjuk meg, és minden korábbi beállítást át lehet kérni az új számlára. A bankon belüli csomagváltás is nagyon sokat hozhat. A banki díjakról év elején küldenek levelet a bankok, ezt meg kell nézni, kibukik, ha valamit rosszul csinálunk. A házastársaknál a közös számla is jó ötlet lehet, amit gyakorlatilag ingyen lehet kihozni átlagos havi jövedelmek mellett is Turzó Ádám, a Portfolio.hu pénzügyi elemzője mondta el a részleteket. Mágikus-e: felpörgött az áruhitel az eMAG-nál, idén háromszor több terméket vettek részletre az ügyfelek. 2023 első három hónapjában már annyi áruhiteles vásárlás valósult meg az eMAG-nál, mint tavaly 8-9 hónap alatt: a legtöbben okostelefont, laptopot és tévét vettek részletre, a mosógép csak egy kicsivel maradt le a top 3-ból. Tízből hét ügyfél online, három pedig személyesen az üzletben igényel áruhitelt. Négyzetméter: elképesztően nagy tévedésben vannak még az eladók az ingatlanpiacon. A keresleti piac a tavalyi év közepére kínálatiba fordult, a vevők több mint 50 százaléka eltűnt, de az eladók néhány hónapnyi kivárás után a korábban megszokott hirdetési árakkal próbálkoznak az ingatlanpiacon.   It’s another tragic thing to talk about, live through, watch and mourn but a black man with a gun was killed by a police officer in Illinois.  As a Second Amendment advocate and civil rights activist I am unfortunately in a familiar place.  Yes, I have been here before.  Questioned by friends, and scolded by enemies.  A life was lost and no solution seems worthy.  A mother lost her son, a church lost its keyboardist member, the divide between law enforcement and the community stays wide.  After the obvious bloviating, pontifications and generalities, what?   Racism.  Fear.  Perceptions. Poor Training.  Poor Hiring. Evil.  Some will blame the gun, race and the police.  The blame game, nor politics will bring Jemel back.  I am praying for our nation.  We haven’t overcome.  We haven’t achieved     "...Let us not wallow in the valley of despair. Spend as much time on your self worth as you do on your fitness. Think of it like that. The “But, I Scaled” Effect. Who do you surround yourself with? The great thing about the gym is that we are all like-minded people so the positivity is constantly there. But what happens outside of the gym?
