Почему нельзя измерить прибыль порноиндустрии Официально компания MindGeek зарегистрирована в Люксембурге, ее штаб-квартира находится в Монреале, а крупные офисы разбросаны по всему миру: в Дублине, Лондоне, Гамбурге, Бухаресте, на Кипре, в Майами, Сан-Диего и в Лос-Анджелесе. Такой географический разброс, отделения в офшорных зонах, связи владельцев с индустрией азартных игр, армия финансистов и бухгалтеров делают финансовую систему MindGeek крайне непрозрачной и скрытной. Где, кто, как и почем снимают порно В 1988 году в Калифорнии приняли закон, легализовавший производство порно: он опирался на поправку конституции о свободе слова. Согласно ему, платный секс — это проституция, однако если при этом включена камера, то процесс охраняется законом как реализация права на свободу слова и самовыражения. Для съемок в Калифорнии требуется особое платное разрешение на производство порно и наличие у всех актеров и актрис справки об отсутствии инфекций, передающихся половым путем. Ратующие за права человека считают, что порно унижает человеческое достоинство исполнителей; а основная мотивация порноактрис — бессознательная, связанная с детскими травмами и пережитым сексуальным насилием. Это общее место для разговоров о порно, однако из-за того, что в целом это всё еще табуированная тема, до сих пор нет внятных научных исследований, способных подтвердить или опровергнуть эту теорию. Другая часть гуманистов ратует за права женщин свободно распоряжаться своим телом и считает, что производство секс-фильмов — проявление свободы слова (в этом они сходятся с законодателями Калифорнии). Такая точка зрения нормализует профессию порноисполнителей, однако пока не осуществлена полная легализация этого дела, она на руку только крупным порнокорпорациям. Мечтающие о карьере более сговорчивы, а если она у них действительно заладится — ещё и очень выгодные долгосрочные инвестиции: со временем порнозвезда становится настоящим маркетинговым брендом, а работодатели внимательно следят за показателями ее популярности в социальных сетях. Кроме того, что модели рекламируют товары своих работодателей, они также вынуждены отдавать своим агентам, работающим всё на те же корпорации, значительную часть прибыли. Самые популярные поисковые запросы в порно — milf и teen. Некоторые критики индустрии сетуют, что девушкам в возрасте от 25 до 30 лет сложно найти работу: для них просто нет подходящей категории. Почему мужчинам в порно мало платят Один из самых часто задаваемых вопросов насчет порно: почему при таком обилии актрис в большинстве сцен снимаются одни и те же мужские исполнители? Дело в стабильности. Порноактер должен поддерживать хорошую физическую форму, у него должна быть стабильная эрекция и способность сосредоточенно совокупляться в окружении камер и целой команды других мужчин. Для поддержания стояка актеры принимают таблетки, наносят на член специальные мази и даже делают специальные инъекции в пенис. Большинство из них скрывают, что пользуются этими средствами из-за угрозы своему мачистскому статусу, но некоторые говорят об этой проблеме открыто, когда сталкиваются с угрозой перманентной импотенции в результате медикаментозного воздействия. Из-за того, что набор актеров в порно ограничен, они чаще своих женских коллег могут найти работу и снимаются в большем количестве фильмов.
