About Paul H. Flowers Jr.The Story of Paul H. Flowers Jr. — A Leader Built by Life, Ready to Ignite Your AudienceBefore Paul H. Flowers Jr. ever built companies, led national sales teams, or launched transformational initiatives across the insurance and financial worlds — he built people.Raised with the values of leadership, resilience, and faith, Paul didn't just learn how to succeed in business; he learned how to succeed in life. Early in his career, he found himself managing teams, solving complex problems, and mentoring others who would go on to create legacies of their own. Paul became the leader people turned to when the stakes were high — not because he sought the spotlight, but because he earned their trust.Over the years, Paul's entrepreneurial spirit ignited. He founded Superior Insurance Advisors and the nonprofit Life Health and Legal Education Partners to bridge the dangerous gaps he saw between everyday families and critical knowledge about healthcare, financial literacy, and legal rights. His mission is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: education and empowerment can change lives — and generations.https://www.linkedin.com/in/paulhflowersjr/http://www.paul.health/----------------------------------About Dustin HoogFrom Burned-Out Agent to Wealth Builder — Why I'm on a Mission to Help REALTORS Create FreedomFor years, I played the game most REALTORS know all too well — chasing commission checks, grinding out every deal, and telling myself I was “building something.” But behind the scenes, I was trapped. Trapped in a business that only paid me when I was hustling nonstop. And worse, I didn't own anything that created real wealth or freedom. Then I flipped my first house. That one deal changed everything. I realized that I could build wealth through real estate investing — not just sales. From there, I went all in. I started flipping homes, buying rentals, and creating income streams that worked even when I didn't. And guess what? I didn't have to stop being a REALTOR to do it.http://www.dustinhoog.com/----------------------------------When It Worked Podcasthttps://getoffthedamnphone.com/podcast

Grandpa Bill overviews a Maine Mentor Moment in Life-Egoism!-Bill Holt (@billholt8792) - Grandpa Bill Have you ever encountered an egotistical person? How did it affect your experience? Ego, in a nutshell, is our sense of self-importance. It's not inherently bad – a healthy ego gives us confidence and self-esteem. But like a lot of things in life, an inflated or fragile ego can wreak havoc on our mental and even physical health. Here's how an ego gone awry can hurt us: Strained Relationships: A big ego can make empathy difficult. When we're constantly focused on ourselves and feeling superior, it's hard to connect with others on a deeper level. This can lead to isolation, loneliness, and damaged relationships. Constant Comparison: A fragile ego can make us hyper-focused on how we measure up to others. This can trigger feelings of inadequacy and insecurity, fueling anxiety and depression. Anger and Conflict: When our ego feels threatened, it can lead to defensiveness, aggression, and a need to be right all the time. This can create conflict in our personal and professional lives. Fear of Failure: A strong ego often hates the idea of being wrong or looking bad. This fear can hold us back from taking risks, learning new things, or putting ourselves out there. Stress and Illness: Chronic stress from an overinflated or fragile ego can have a negative impact on our physical health. It can weaken our immune system, increase our risk of heart disease, and contribute to other health problems. Here's the good news: Ego isn't set in stone. By becoming more self-aware, we can learn to manage our ego and keep it in check. This might involve: Practicing gratitude and focusing on the good things in our lives. Challenging negative thoughts and replacing them with more positive self-talk. Learning to be comfortable with imperfection and embracing a growth mindset. Developing empathy and focusing on building strong relationships. Remember, a healthy ego allows us to feel confident and capable without needing to put others down or feel constantly threatened. It's about finding a balance between self-respect and humility. #EgoInLife,#SalesMindset,#HolisticHealth,#MentalHealthMatters,#BusinessPsychology,#BHSalesKennelKelpHolisticHalingHour,#OvercomingEgo, Holistic Health Secrets and Life-Sales Strategies with Grandpa Bill Nourish Your Soul, Boost Your Business: The BH Sales Kennel Kelp Holistic Healing Hour Experience Website: https://www.7kmetals.com/grandpabill YouTube: Bill Holt@billholt8792 Social Media: https://www.facebook.com/bill.sales.524 Social Media:https://www.instagram.com/bradybrodyboy12/ Voicemail Message Board: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/bhsales JOIN US EVERY TUESDAY AT 6PM. Resources:https://www.hellerpsychologygroup.com/Living a healthy lifestyle takes commitment and work. The average person has many tools available to help them achieve their goals. But people who live with ADHD, Executive Function Disorder, learning disabilities or similar disorders have an extra layer of difficulty added to their journey. Although we traditionally think of ADHD as being an issue with children, people of all ages struggle. The inability to focus, manage time and organize things impacts the way they function in all aspects of their lives. Today, Dr. Carey Heller, a licensed, clinical psychologist, is with me to share how he “blends traditional talk therapy with practical ADHD/executive function coaching to provide clients with concrete tools in order to facilitate making improvements with time management and organizational skills” so they can succeed in any area of life, whether it has to do with health and fitness, schoolwork, or business goals. “As a psychologist, he is able to help people process their feelings, increase motivation, improve self-esteem, and address other relevant things which, paired with practical strategies, can lead to significant improvements in task completion, being more relaxed, and greater satisfaction as well as success in life”.Through evaluation and testing Dr. Heller works to figure out what is going on with each client to target their treatment. He believes that everyone is on an individualized journey; There is no single answer to fit every situation. Does that sound like “eyes on your own paper”? I see many parallels between how Dr. Heller and I coach. Now I just wish I had that psychologist background to go with it. If you or a loved one is dealing with ADHD or related disorders, I hope today's interview will let you know that there are helpful resources out there. ALL ABOUT LINDSEY ...
