Christian Bason was the first name that came to our mind, when thinking in design in government, this is why his interview opens this serie. Christian is the co-founder of Transition collective. He used to be the CEO of the Danish Design Centre, a publicly funded institution based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He was also the Director of MindLab, the Danish government's innovation team (from 2007-2014). He wrote many books that many of us read on design in government. In this interview we talk about his last book: Expand, Streching the future by design, written with Jens Martin Skibsted. This is the 1st episode of the serie Futures, in which we interview key players in the design scene working in the public sector in Europe. We have plan this serie with Anni Leppänen as part of her larger research for understanding the current change in the government and the design sector. We wanted to envision collaboratively how this could be in 2030.  This serie has interviews describing cases in Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, and the UK. Unser Sportmedizier und Orthopäde Dr. Pouria Taheri hat zwei Monate genau das Gegenteil von dem gemacht, was er uns eigentlich vorlebt und auch in den Podcasts erzählt. Sein Tag ist normalerweise von von Routinen und viel Disziplin durchzogen. Keinen Zucker, kein Weißmehl, morgendliche Streching- und Kräftigungsroutinen. In einem Selbstexperiment hat er zwei Monate lang sich von seinen Routinen verabschiedet und nur das gemacht, worauf er Lust hatte. Cuando realizar los estiramientos:- Estiramientos en el calentamiento:Mi consejo es hacer estiramientos de todo el organismo pero serán cortos, de 3 a 5 segundos, pero intensos y siempre después de haber calentado bien. Esto lo aconsejo sobre todo los días que toquen series y mas aun si son de velocidad. - Estiramientos durante la parte fundamental del entrenamiento:Suelo meter un poco de estiramientos en esas sesiones en las que tengo parones para descansar. Cuando realizar los estiramientos:- Estiramientos en el calentamiento:Mi consejo es hacer estiramientos de todo el organismo pero serán cortos, de 3 a 5 segundos, pero intensos y siempre después de haber calentado bien. Esto lo aconsejo sobre todo los días que toquen series y mas aun si son de velocidad. - Estiramientos durante la parte fundamental del entrenamiento:Suelo meter un poco de estiramientos en esas sesiones en las que tengo parones para descansar. Riscaldamento (Warm Up) o Stretching? Sembra una domanda banale ma dietro ci sono errori comuni che anche gli atleti commettono...Segui la pagina https://www.facebook.com/migliacciogm/ e www.migliaccio.itPrima di iniziare l’attività fisica vera e propria facciamo riscaldamento o stretching?Sembra un argomento banale invece molte volte anche gli atleti di élite hanno qualche piccolo dubbio sia nella terminologia che nella giusta sequenza.Proviamo infatti a capire che cos’è il riscaldamento in inglese chiamato warm up. E’ una attività fisica progressiva che tende ad aumentare la frequenza cardiaca, con questo aggiustamento fisiologico aumenta la quantità di sangue che viene erogata ai muscoli e preferibilmente muscoli dovranno essere utilizzati nell’attività vera e propria.A seguire aumenta anche la temperatura sia del corpo che della pelle e che ovviamente la temperatura all’interno del muscolo. Questa aumentata temperatura e l’aumento di afflusso di sangue ai muscoli tende a favorire il rilascio di ossigeno da parte dell’emoglobina e questo tendenzialmente aumenta anche la produzione di energia perché il metabolismo diventa più efficace e più veloce.Ma non basta.Altri effetti sono importanti ad esempio nel muscolo la viscosità, che è un fattore chiave quando il muscolo è freddo, diminuisce e quindi consente ai muscoli di potersi contrarre e decontrarre in un modo più efficace anche perché anche l’impulso nervoso è più veloce e tutto va verso un miglioramento.Immaginate che anche la capacità di sviluppare forza e potenza e sicuramente ai massimi livelli, ed anche questo lo produce il riscaldamento che deve durare fino a un massimo di 10 minuti, un tempo minimo ma suffficiente.E quindi, lo Stretching?Che cos’è lo Stretching? Facciamo un esempio provate a immaginare di avere una spugna quelle famose spugne da mare da bagno e inbevetela d’acqua dopodiché cercate di allungarla e quindi man mano vedrete l’acqua che defluisce in modo molto molto naturale ed anche molto semplice.Ora immaginate che questo è il vostro muscolo, in questo momento è irrorato di sangue e non più viscoso grazie ad una temperatura più alta. Quando il muscolo si distende il sangue defluisce, semplice, naturale, logico.E se lo Stretching lo fai prima del riscaldamento?Prova a fare lo stesso esperimento con la stessa spugna ma completamente asciutta, secca… e tirala.Immagina per un attimo cosa accade. Se stai immaginando la stessa cosa che ho immaginato io forse ci siamo capiti.Il Riscaldamento e lo Stretching sono due cose diverse.Il riscaldamento e lo stretching non possono essere sostituite tra di loro perché lo stretching efficace si deve fare solo ed esclusivamente dopo un corretto riscaldamento.Ed ora mi raccomando, fai un buon allenamento ma lo stretching fallo dopo!
