Kristian Harloff: The cosmos just got a lot weirder—or did it? Interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS (aka "Three Eye Atlas") has been streaking through our solar system since its discovery in July 2025, sparking wild debates: Is this just a cosmic snowball, or something far more exotic? NASA insists it's a natural comet, releasing stunning new images this week showing its fuzzy coma and tail—no aliens in sight. But not everyone's buying it. Enter Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN), the UFO disclosure advocate who's been vocal about government cover-ups. In a recent tweet, Burchett doubled down on the fringe theories, declaring 3I/ATLAS "isn't a comet or anything we can explain with current science." Is he hinting at alien tech, like a probe from another star system? Or even tying it to his claims of underwater alien bases? The speculation is exploding online—from Harvard's Avi Loeb suggesting a 40% chance it's non-human to viral videos claiming it's "under alien control." In this episode of Down to Earth with Kristian Harloff, I break it all down: • NASA's latest HiRISE and JWST images—do they really debunk the extraterrestrial hype? • Burchett's tweet: What does "unexplainable" really mean in the age of UAP hearings? • The science vs. the sensational: Radio signals from the comet? Color changes? Acceleration anomalies that have NASA scrambling? • My take: As an average Joe diving into UAP news, is 3I/ATLAS the smoking gun we've been waiting for, or just interstellar clickbait? Whether you're Team Comet or Team Cosmic Cover-Up, this visitor from the stars (slated to swing by Earth safely on Dec 19 at 267 million km away ) demands a closer look. Hit play and let's unpack the mystery! Kristian Harloff: The cosmos just got a lot weirder—or did it? Both the House and the Senate have overwhelmingly passed the Epstein File Transparency Act, launching the process to release long-sealed Justice Department records on convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his associates. This is a move that could expose powerful figures and trigger major political fallouts. Republican strategist Colin Reed joins the Rundown to break down how the disclosures may reshape the political landscape ahead of the midterms and why both parties are bracing for what comes next. The Restore Trust in Congress Act seeks to strengthen ethical standards and safeguard public confidence by prohibiting members of Congress from leveraging non-public, insider information for personal stock trading by members of Congress. Congressman Tim Burchett (R-TN), a leading advocate for banning stock trading in Congress, joins to examine the proposed legislation's real potential to curb the practice, the unusual bipartisan momentum behind the effort, and his views on UFOs—including his conviction that the government has not been fully transparent about what it knows. The show starts off immediately where the last one left off, with the announcement of a ceasefire between Iran and Israel. We examine how the media and the Democrat party (but, now we are being redundant) reacted to the actions of Operation Midnight Thunder and the announcement of an end to hostilities. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) vows impeachment, but legal analyst Jonathan Turley doesn't see that as a likely outcome. Polling from the GOP shows that once again, Trump is on the 80 side of an 80/20 issue. However, early this morning, Iran launched a few missiles and Israel was planning a massive response, frustrating President Trump, who had no problem sharing his feelings with the media. While some members of Congress wanted to take credit, it all belongs to Trump. And, within a few hours, Trump tweeted that the ceasefire was back on and holding steady. Fed Chair Jerome Powell is testifying on the Hill. There is no reason he should not reduce interest rates, unless he is acting solely on partisan reasoning. Which reminds us of a special report we had back in April from OMG reminding us that elements in the Fed have stated Powell purposely does the opposite of what Trump wants. Now the SCOTUS gets to feel how the POTUS feels with nationwide injunctions. Only this time, it's a rogue, activist judge who is defying the Supreme Court and protecting violent illegals. Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO) weighs-in on the stupidity of what Judge Brian Murphy is trying to accomplish. The Senate Parliamentarian, Elizabeth MacDonough seems intent on removing much of the Trump agenda out of the reconciliation bill. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) says the House just passed a bill preventing taxpayer dollars from going to the Taliban. Data Republican adds that the bill might actually hit deeper, defunding countries and NGO's that let tax dollars from through them to the Taliban as well. We introduce a new segment called, “What's Happening?” with the Village Idiot Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) as the star. Finally, we close with Trump telling the Legacy/mainstream media what he really thinks of them. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Our show opens with new numbers showing hourly wages have risen .8%, which was three times higher than expected. So, being good news, you likely didn't hear about it. Which is what a lot of today's show deals with – the Left's lockstep adherence to their America Last policy. Every Democrat politician, the Legacy/mainstream media and our institutions of higher indoctrination and grooming are all pushing that messaging and agenda. It seems there is a big shake-up happening inside the National Institute of Heath and it is long overdue. Part of that change is the removal of Dr. Fauci's wife from being over the ethics board within NIH. As to DOGE cuts, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is dismayed at the lack of movement by the Republicans to codify the cuts. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) feels the same. However, Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) thinks the first wave of recission bills will start on Monday with the defunding of PBS and NPR. President Trump made it clear he is not taking orders from Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel. He isn't “warning” the Prime Minister either. He just asked for more time to negotiate with Iran over their nuclear weapons program. While Ivy League commencement speeches were full of anti-Semitic hate and pro-Hamas love, a former hostage of Hamas tells CNN that they wanted Kamala Harris to win. When they heard Trump had won, they knew they were going to lose. In fact, as we wrap up, people on the ground in Gaza captured hundreds of hungry citizens getting food and praising Trump and America for it. Our show opens with a huge TDS inspired mistake by former FBI Director James Comey. The idea that he has no idea what he was conveying by putting out an image of 86 47 on his social media is ludicrous. Beyond the stupidity of it, this action is actually against the law. Speaking of breaking the law, word on the street is Rep. McIver (D-NJ) is going to be formally charged today for her actions at the ICE detention facility. This is the only way to rein in the out of control Leftists and bureaucrats that have taken hold inside the beltway of Washington, D.C. The SCOTUS is hearing arguments as to whether or not inferior district court judges can issue national injunctions? First we get a brainless Ketanji Jackson Brown. Unfortunately, her fellow liberal justice, Elena Kagan spoke against such a notion in 2022. Then Justice Clarence Thomas brought some much needed sanity to the discussion. Sebastian Gorka wrecked a journalist with Politico over their love of MS-13 gang members. Then former National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan gets put on the spot over the ongoing revelations that everyone knew Joe Biden was cognitively impaired. We learn that the Qatar jet discussion began under Biden, but the press doesn't seem interested in bringing us that bit of information. And, while most are doing nothing in Congress, Rep, Tim Burchett (R-TN) is introducing several single-subject bills to start to codify the Trump agenda. I wish I could believe it would be going anywhere. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Story #1: Was a 'Maryland father' really deported to an El Salvadorian prison without due process? Or does this story, like 'Signal Gate' deserve a closer look? How our views on stories are shaped by those who set the narrative. Story #2: Why are Lucky Charms above steak on the food pyramid? What do we need to understand about the agenda behind our children's diets? A conversation with former Secretary of House and Human Services and retired neurosurgeon, Dr. Ben Carson. Story #3: Congressman Tim Burchett (R-TN) had a viral moment, and it turns out he's full of that same humor off the cuff. Plus, who really killed the Kennedys? It turns out the Anti-Musk, Tesla Takedown protests are organized, not grassroots. At long last, the Seattle City Council has officially disavowed the defund the police movement. A California-based Ponzi scheme has allegedly hit dozens of Pierce County residents. // Rescued astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams had some interesting comments on Trump, Elon Musk, and Boeing. // Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) roasted a dweeb reporter. We now have the identity of the woman who tried to steal a man’s MAGA hat on the NYC subway last week.
We open the show with a piece from Christopher Rufo, adding credence to the theory I talked about yesterday, about intentionally seeding the Federal government with people who are mentally unwell. General Flynn revealed that whistleblowers are coming out of the wood-work and criminality is going to be highlighted very soon, starting with former FBI Director James Comey. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) wanted to know if USAID money went to any other terrorist organizations besides the Taliban. Turns out we have funded dozens of them. When asked about safeguards, you will shocked to hear, as one example, how we funneled $2.1 billion to Hamas since October 7, 2023. We should not be surprised, given the corruption inside USAID. In fact, Sharyl Attkisson gives us a soundbite where she has been reporting about such corruption for many years. As further example, seems there has been over $160 million USAID dollars that have been funneled into an NGO, benefiting Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD). Even worse, it seems Rep. Hakeem Jeffries's (D-NY) campaign may have Smurfed his supporters to the tune of over $1.1 million dollars. And we have discovered more USAID funds flowing to Norm Eisen's own daughter's 501(c)4, Tamar Eisen. The good news is Chief Justice Roberts has put a stop to the activist lower court judges, allowing President Trump to continue his pause on money flowing out of USAID. We discussed the astroturfing PsyOp used to create the fake narrative that MAGA voters are now suffering from buyers remorse. This was tried on Speaker Mike Johnson, who blew it out of the water. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has announced the creation of a new site to register illegal aliens. Those who self-register will get the aid of the US government in sending them back home, where they can then apply to return legally. And speaking of the border, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) reminds us of the big lie both Kamala Harris and Joe Biden were selling about not being able to secure it. As we wrap up, we introduce you to Leah Greenberg and Ezra Levin who are funding the agitators to infiltrate GOP town halls and flood their phone lines. And, to once again prove how the Left uses such operations, we show you a panel discussion on MSNBC. Don't believe the manure they are shoveling. Our show opens with a couple of rabbit trails related to working outside, sunshine and Vitamin D. Then I open with a monologue about how we have heard, for decades, how presidents and members of Congress would run on promises to reform the Federal government. But, few have done more than make barely noticeable dents. That all changed with Donald Trump the first time, the machine did all it could to break him and ruin him. Now, back in office, we understand why he is moving with such urgency. He has to dismantle the bureaucracy and it's underpinnings now or we may never get another chance. Along the way we discuss the Elon Musk email and why it's another brilliant idea to identify the least productive members of the Federal workforce. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) agrees. Legal expert Danny Cevellos told an MSNBC panel that they need to stop hyping headlines over courtroom moves because Trump is going to win many of his cases. We then look at some of the other disrupters Trump put in positions in his cabinet. We hear from DHS Secretary Kristi Noem about how the Biden regime facilitated child trafficking. DNI Tulsi Gabbard reminds us that our civil liberties must never be infringed for the guise of physical security. Most importantly, Trump despising pollster, Frank Luntz, reminds a CNN panel that what Trump is doing is exactly what the voters wanted. As we begin to wind down, I remind you of how Sen. Adam “Lying Piece of” Schiff was the ringleader and Designated Liar regarding the Russia collusion hoax. His preemptive pardon does not cover that subject. Over the weekend, Dan Bongino was just named as the Deputy Director of the FBI and Bongino has said, we must never allow what Schiff did to stand. Perhaps we need to change the was refer to the Senator from California as now Adam Schiff “In his pants!” Finally, in an effort to try to gain an audience again, MSNBC has announced some shake-ups. The first on the chopping block is Joy Reid! The lying racist is going to have her last show this week. So, in honor of her departure, we turn to our good friend Jim Gossett, comedian and satirist, for a farewell song. Our show opens with more financial conflicts associated with the Rhode Island judge who stands to lose millions in his non-profit if he were to allow Trump the ability to reduce fraud, waste and abuse. We also look at some of the recent house-cleaning taking place inside the DOJ. Elon Musk did a quick analysis of payouts flowing out of the Social Security Administration. Seems we have a millions of Americans who are living up to the age of 180! Also, we have more people getting paid than we have people who live in the United States. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) thinks the panic in D.C. isn't just about wasted taxpayer monies, but the worry over where that paper trail leads. We then turn to CBS and their trifecta of stellar examples of state-run propaganda. We work in reverse order, discussing touching promotional piece in support of the USAID and the evil Trump plan to dismantle it. Then we turn to Germany, where they love punishing their citizens and locking them up for posts the government deems “offensive.” We culminate with CBS News's Margaret Brennen who believes free speech led to the Holocaust in WWII. Even Secretary of State Marco Rubio found her comment to laughable. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth was asked if he was okay with DOGE looking into expenses at the DOD. His response was both supportive and brilliant. It showcases once again my befuddlement over why more Democrats don't jump on the DOGE bandwagon? As we wind down, we are gifted with another installment of Deep Thoughts with (former) VP Kamala Harris. We top that off with in-fighting inside the DNC after paid grifter David Hogg, newly elected as Vice Chair of the DNC, is using their mailing lists to ask for money to go to his own PAC. I cannot pop the popcorn fast enough. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Today's show opens with a comment from Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) saying he is okay with Pete Hegseth. What I take from this is more validation that New Media is having a greater and faster impact than ever before. They were not ready to have the smear campaigns debunked so quickly. Attorney Alina Habba was on the PBD podcast and discussed the E Jean Carroll case. She reminded the audience about the case she was not allowed to make or present in the lawfare waged against Donald Trump. She also said that Carroll would not be getting any payout and in fact would be suing to have Carroll pay all legal fees. I bring this up in response to ABC News settling the defamation suit Trump brought on them after they said he had been charged with and committed rape. While the voices in media are decrying the death of journalism over this case, we have already known they were dead. They cannot accept their downfall has been at their own hands. Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) is definitely wanting a pardon. He seems really worried that he will need one to stay out of trouble with the incoming Trump administration. DHS Secretary Alejandro “The Walking Male Member with Eyebrows” Mayorkas, made the rounds regarding the ongoing drone story. What it comes down to is if you can believe anything this government says? However, when he says they need more power and more authority, I cannot help wonder if they are manufacturing the very crisis they want to leverage to that end. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) is disgusted at all of the pork stuffed into the latest National Defense Authorization Act. He voted against it, but politicians love spending money we don't have. President Biden wants us to believe his “campaign” was scandal-free, while President-elect Trump just landed a $100M investment from Japan into the United States. Trump also declared all of the countries would be taking back their people or face disastrous financial ruin. In the waning days of the Harris-Biden regime, we get one more Deep Thoughts segment with VP Kamala Harris. She is really the queen of word salad. The WNBA has decided to do the opposite of the PGA when it comes to using a rising star to their advantage. They want Caitlin Clark to still bend the knee and they do not give her any credit to larger ticket sales. Finally, Donald Trump wants to get rid of Daylight Savings Time. Hopefully he means the switching of the time. Personally, I like more daylight at the end of the day and hope he will consider pushing the clock ahead and leaving it there. Today's show opens with our strikes a some of the Houthi controlled terrorist locations in Yemen yesterday. While I applaud any administration who wants to take out bad guys and protect our international shipping lanes, I do have to wonder, what's the overall plan? Former congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has similar concerns and lays out the case that this administration responds randomly and haphazardly from one crisis to another, often of their own making. Keep in mind, until the Biden regime came into power, the Houthi's were listed as a known terrorist organization. But, along comes a group of children in adult bodies, gifted with an abundance of magical-thinking, and they decided to remove that label in February of 2021. Even CNN had to ask WH spokesperson John Kirby if the terrorist label needed to be reapplied? His answer – they are discussing it. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) was on CNN discussing the border, our budget and the issues Speaker Johnson is facing with the Freedom Caucus in his own party. So, I spend a few minutes breaking down how the House should have been operating for the last three decades. Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene (R-GA) reminded the press that they have the option of funding parts of the government, while allowing other parts to be shut down. It's not an all or nothing premise and we should not allow the Left of the Legacy/mainstream media to position it that way. Next we move to the close of the Letitia James/NYC fraud case on Donald Trump and Trump business. What's amazing is now, after it's over, CNN is actually discussing how the case doesn't make any sense and will likely be bad for New York City moving forward. TDS sufferer, Jonah Goldberg called it entirely political. Kevin O'Leary, who took politics out of the discussion, explained how every real-estate developer conducts business and close stating that if James win the Trump case, ever single real-estate developer will need to be taken to court. Since the strikes on Houthis terrorists, oil prices jumped 4% today. That's only the beginning. As more and more freighters choose longer routes to avoid conflicts in the Red Sea, the more prices are going to rise, including the price of oil. Yet WH top Biden economic advisor, Lael Brainard, wants us to be excited that the 30-year average mortgage rate has dropped a percentage over the last few months. It had been 2.7% three years ago and now sits just over 7%. In closing, and on a positive note, a shout out to the Ohio House for overriding Gov. DeWIne's veto, putting legislation in place to prevent the genital mutilation of minors and keeping men out of women's sports. And, because it's Friday, and after Biden's strikes in Yemen, comedian Jim Gossett sings us a song about Biden having friends in Iranian places. Today's show opens with my explaining why I think the Jeffrey Epstein story is not a distraction. Maybe the way it's being presented is the distraction, but there is a much more sinister layer here that I haven't heard reflected elsewhere. While we get caught up in court transcripts, my question is, where's the black book and all the videotapes? Who's in possession of all that blackmail material and is it being employed right now? To add to this, I add a sound bite from Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) who says he not only believes some members of Congress are already being blackmailed to not release the Epstein flight logs, but also says the intelligence community has the power to edit legislation. That's a pretty scary prospect, to know that the IC in the Executive Branch is exerting control and influence over the Legislative Branch? With the aid, once again, of Techno Fog, we get even more documents released and it seems they only reinforce the notion that Epstein was out to blackmail people. The question is, was he doing it all by himself? On behalf of the U.S. government? Or was he being controlled by a different government? Next we move to a recurring Friday feature, TaraBull's top 10 news stories of the week. While going through that, we are able to mention a few of them that become much of the rest of the show, including the Legacy/mainstream media's coverage of the Iowa school shooter, now that we know he's part of the LGBTQ+ movement. Time to throw Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby under the bus. To set that up, we remind you what he said on September 13, 2023 after the Biden regime released another $6B dollars to Iran. After that, we play a bite from him yesterday when he says we don't know what Iran used the money for, even though he vowed we had total control over it and total transparency. When children get to use their magic-thinking as the basis for our foreign policy, this is what we can expect. And…it's going to get worse, not better, because they are still in charge and cannot accept their own incompetence is to blame. Then I find myself wondering which Nikki Haley are we getting on any given day? It makes me wonder if I was wrong about my thoughts on Gov. Gavin Newsom being groomed to replace Biden. What if the Military Industrial Complex doesn't care about party labels as long as the “winner” is a Uniparty warmonger? Even Gov. Kristi Noem isn't sure where Haley stands on anything nowadays. Vivek Ramaswamy once again shows us his mastery of dealing with an agenda driven media who cannot accept having their narratives destroyed. In an exchange with NBC News's Dasha Burns, masterfully destroys her attempts to “win” the interview and leaves her unhinged and shrill. Finally, in a strange turnabout, the actor Michael Rapaport said something astonishing. One of the true Trump haters, who has never said a positive thing about the 45th president, just revealed all candidates are on the table for his vote, including Donald Trump. Today opens with a speech given yesterday in D.C. at the Stand with Israel march. It was delivered by Rachel Goldberg-Polin, mother of Hersh Goldberg-Polin, a wounded and kidnapped citizen from the music festival on October 7th. For those blithering idiots who keep chanting “Cease fire” or believe the phrase “from the river to the sea” is a peaceful term of coexistence, you need to listen to her entire three minute speech. There is only one path toward eventual peace and that is through the elimination of Hamas in its entirety. While illustrating this principle, we get to hear from an indoctrinated NYU student, the little dictator want-to-be, Justin Trudeau and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI). We also get a short walk-through of part of Gaza's biggest hospital by an Israeli IDF spokesperson. Seems there are a lot of weapons hidden throughout the hospital. Speaking of Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), seems she has been part of a secret Facebook Group that glorifies the terrorist acts of Hamas. Big shock, huh? Now onto our own inept and compromised meat puppet-in-chief. The Biden regime has just released another $10 billion in funds to Iran! There are so many blithering idiots who are part of the non-elected bureaucracy. And, to remind you of how compromised Biden is to China, I go through a list of his policies and decisions just in the last three years. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) shared his thoughts after a briefing after hearing our government has handed the Taliban $10 million dollars through the UN. Plus, the Inspector General over Afghanistan confirms the armaments Biden left behind are valued at $7 billion in trade on the world arms market. During a hearing today, FBI Direction Christopher Wray admits the FBI is searching for people who are in our country who are on the terrorist watch list. It seems we knew they were on the list when they were stopped at the border, but then the policy of the Biden regime is to catch and release. Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) reminded Wray of their last discussions a year ago related to January 6 and FBI informants in the crowd dressed as Trump supporters. Wray refused to answer that question a year ago, but Higgins has a mountain of evidence this time, culminating in images of “ghost busses” filled with people dressed like Trump supporters. Things are getting interesting for Director Wray. The singer Pink beclowned herself with the “banned” books nonsense in Florida. In fact, she was even called out by Community Notes for propagating a known hoax list of banned books. Finally, we close with thoughts from Speaker Mike Johnson on faith and government. He reminds us that there is no such thing as separation of church and state. He says our Founding Fathers knew we needed good, upstanding, moral leaders if our Republic was going to be a success. For the first time in American history, the House ousted its speaker Eight House Republicans, siding with the House Democrats, voted to remove Kevin McCarthy. Those eight republican 'rebels' were quickly attacked by pundits and members of their own party, accused of trying to create 'chaos' or putting their own ambitions before the country. A day after the vote, One of those GOP House members who voted to oust McCarthy, Congressman Tim Burchett (R-TN), joined host Dave Anthony on the FOX News Rundown to defend his historic vote. Burchett explained his vote and responded to his GOP and media critics who he said are over exaggerating the impact of Kevin McCarthy's ouster. He explained why he is confident a new Speaker will be chosen quickly and Congress can avoid a shutdown before the November deadline. We made edits for time and thought you might like to hear our entire conversation with Rep. Tim Burchett. Kevin McCarthy was ousted from his role as Speaker of the House, the first time in history that such an event has occurred. Eight House Republicans voted to remove McCarthy, with House Democrats unanimously following suit. Steve Scalise (R-LA) may be the next Speaker of the House. Fahlberg writes: “With the House speakership hanging in limbo after Kevin McCarthy's ouster Monday evening, allies of the former speaker say House Majority Leader Steve Scalise currently has the clearest path to the speakership as he continues to gauge support for his newly announced bid. But the race is early, and there is widespread concern among different House GOP factions about his health…with a host of House Republican sources cautioning that Scalise's blood cancer diagnosis is causing many McCarthy allies to keep their powder dry, even if his health issues aren't necessarily disqualifying.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/news/mccarthy-allies-say-steve-scalise-has-clearest-path-to-speakership-but-point-to-concerns-about-his-health/ 3:40pm- Speaking from a New York City courthouse, Donald Trump told reporters that he would consider accepting the House speakership position if Republicans thought it would be in their best interest. Will changing Republican leadership in the House have an impact on the quality of legislation passed? Or do institutional checks make it impossible? 4:15pm- While appearing on Fox News, Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel condemned the House's decision to oust Kevin McCarthy as speaker. She explained, “we cannot do this and win” in 2024. 4:40pm- Who should serve as the next Speaker of the House? Jim Jordan? Steve Scalise? Donald Trump? Or maybe even…Rich Zeoli!?!? One listener hilariously calls for Rich to be nominated. 4:50pm- In one of his first acts serving as temporary speaker, Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC) evicted Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) from her Congressional office. Pelosi had been granted an abnormally large office space following the end of her speakership. 5:00pm- Sam Peak—Senior Policy Analyst at Americans for Prosperity—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his editorial at The New York Post, “Biden's H2 Visa Rules Are Hurting Migrants, Small Businesses.” Peak writes, “Biden's most recent migrant policies have been a master class in how to worsen the multiple problems behind his dismal polling numbers. Burrowed among them is the White House's recent sabotage of the H-2A and H-2B visa programs—which help employers legally recruit seasonal workers, such as farm-hands and landscapers.” You can read the full article: https://nypost.com/2023/09/30/bidens-visa-rules-hurting-migrants-small-businesses/ 5:15pm- Speaking with Fox 29, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner was asked about the wide-spread looting that plagued the city last week. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) being carjacked in Washington D.C.—would President Joe Biden feel safe parking his Corvette Stingray in D.C.? 5:30pm- While appearing on The Pat McAfee Show, Jets Quarterback Aaron Rodgers referred to Travis Kelce as “Mr. Pfizer”—referencing Kelce's recent appearance in a COVID-19 vaccine commercial. Rich reveals that he doesn't care for Taylor Swift's music—is he even allowed to say that? 5:40pm- On Tuesday, New York Judge Arthur F. Engoron placed a gag order on Donald Trump. According to Jonah E. Bromwich of The New York Times, the order arose because Trump mocked a court clerk on social media on Monday. He explains Trump mocked “the clerk, Allison Greenfield, shortly before noon on his Truth Social site. His post was a picture of Ms. Greenfield with Senator Chuck Schumer, the Democratic majority leader. Mr. Trump mocked Ms. Greenfield as ‘Schumer's girlfriend' and said that the case against him should be dismissed.” Is Trump receiving a fair trial? Arkin of Newsweek, “The federal government believes that the threat of violence and major civil disturbances around the 2024 U.S. presidential election is so great that it has quietly created a new category of extremists that it seeks to track and counter: Donald Trump's army of MAGA followers. The challenge for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the primary federal agency charged with law enforcement, is to pursue and prevent what it calls domestic terrorism without direct reference to political parties or affiliations—even though the vast majority of its current ‘anti-government' investigations are of Trump supporters, according to classified data obtained by Newsweek.” You can read the full article here: https://www.newsweek.com/2023/10/13/exclusive-fbi-targets-trump-followers-2024-election-nears-1831836.html 6:50pm- Rich is joined by 1210 WPHT producers Anthony and Dan who are at Citizen Bank Park ahead of tonight's game 2 playoff matchup between the Philadelphia Phillies and Miami Marlins

The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: Could Kevin McCarthy cut a deal with Democrats in order to save his speakership? According to reporting from Carl Hulse and Luke Broadwater of The New York Times, “Democrats have been strategizing internally about what concessions they might be able to extract from Mr. McCarthy in exchange for saving him from Mr. Gaetz and his allies. Democrats are eager to see Mr. McCarthy commit to more funding for Ukraine, award more federal projects in Democrats' districts and honor the deal on spending levels he reached this year with Mr. Biden, according to people familiar with the discussions. All would draw a backlash from Republicans. Patrick McHenry (R-NC), who is now serving as temporary speaker, has adjourned the House—allowing Republicans and Democrats to meet before determining what happens next. The final tally was 216 to 210 voting in favor to vacate the position—with eight Republicans joining Democrats. 5:05pm- What led to Kevin McCarthy's ouster as speaker? Rich breaks it all down in a fiery, can't miss, monologue! 5:40pm- In a NBC10 report, Aaron Baskerville spoke with Nikki Bullock—the Philadelphia woman seen in a viral video involving a dirt bike rider destroying her rear windshield and pointing a gun at her head. When will District Attorney Larry Krasner start taking these types of crimes seriously? 5:50pm- Fox News' Alexis McAdams reports that Philadelphians are fed up with looters and other smash-and-grab crimes that have sadly become commonplace in the city. 6:05pm- Representatives Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Matt Rosendale (R-MT), Nancy Mace (R-SC), Bob Good (R-VA), Eli Crane (R-AZ), Tim Burchett (R-TN), Ken Buck (R-CO) and Andy Biggs (R-AZ) joined Democrats in a vote to remove Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House—the first time a speakership has been terminated on a no-confidence vote. According to reports, House Republicans will hold a closed-door meeting at 6:30pm to determine what steps to take next. 6:15pm- Could ousted speaker Kevin McCarthy reclaim the position by cutting a deal with Democrats? According to reporting from Carl Hulse and Luke Broadwater of The New York Times, “Democrats have been strategizing internally about what concessions they might be able to extract from Mr. McCarthy in exchange for saving him from Mr. Gaetz and his allies. Democrats are eager to see Mr. McCarthy commit to more funding for Ukraine, award more federal projects in Democrats' districts and honor the deal on spending levels he reached this year with Mr. Biden, according to people familiar with the discussions. All would draw a backlash from Republicans. Some Democrats have also floated ideas that seem less likely to be acted upon, such as demanding co-chairs for committees, removing right-wing Republicans from the Rules Committee and even obtaining a promise that the G.O.P. campaign committees will not spend money to defeat politically vulnerable Democrats.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/10/02/us/politics/democrats-mccarthy-speaker.html 6:45pm- Rich is joined by 1210 WPHT producers Anthony and Dan who are at Citizen Bank Park ahead of tonight's round 1 playoff matchup between the Philadelphia Phillies and Miami Marlins.
Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) told KWAM Tuesday he's against House Speaker Kevin McCarthy's continuing resolution to avoid government shutdown. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
First: The United States government continues to be on the verge of shutting down. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg says that a shutdown should be avoided because it would prevent government workers such as air traffic control from being paid. He also voices support for UAW workers and President Biden's visit to striking workers in Michigan. Next: Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) allegedly accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars, a luxury car, and gold bars as bribes from wealthy businesspeople. He was indicted on Friday on corruption charges. Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) says that Sen. Menendez rightly lost his leadership position, but whether he resigns is up to him and his constituents. Then: Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) says that he would not vote for a short-term spending bill because he wants to cut the government's budget. Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) and Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) say that Congress should pass their bipartisan spending bill to avoid a shutdown. Later: The panel discusses the US congress's disagreement on a spending bill, and President Biden and the US labor movement. To learn more about how CNN protects listener privacy, visit cnn.com/privacy
Today opens with a CNN anchorette telling Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) that they will be interested in the Hunter Biden information when actual proof is put before them. Funny how they needed no proof of the Steele Dossier. They ran with that for over two years, but show them bank records, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), whistleblower testimony, the FBI's FD-1023 form and all within the context of the Hunter Biden laptop and they aren't interested. I guess there isn't enough there for them to think it might be worth having a closer look. I then spend some time explaining the nature of SARs and how rare they are, yet the Biden's have had over 170 of them in the last decade. And why would they need over 20 shell corporations to move all that money if it's all on the up-and-up? Add to it we may have some indication of off-shore bank accounts owned by the Biden's, including Joe Biden himself. Ask White House Press Secretary about their change in language from the President “having no knowledge of” any of his son's business dealings to “not being in business” with his son and Karine Jean-Pierre says, “Nothing's changed.” It's astounding to see them lie with such a cavalier attitude. The White House has been trying to get us to focus on the what they believe is the success of Bidenomics. If a 17% inflation over two years, coupled with a 3% loss in real, hourly wages is a success, well have at it. Or do they mean something else by the term? Maybe it's the new Marxist economic plan to take away all of your things and getting you to believe that will be better for you and for the country? They should be in charge of everything and we should just abdicate our love for personal freedom and liberty. On that subject, we do need to get to an exchange between Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas of the Department of Homeland Security. Their exchange covers the concept of mis- dis- and mal-information and who defines it and then who gets to censor it? Mayorkas only knows how to smirk, to lie and then to lie some more. Rep. Harriet Hagemon (R-WY) has a perfect 90 second parting shot at Mayorkas. She tells him the Framers of our Constitution had him in mind when the crafted the Bill of Rights. She says his lust for power and to create tyrannical policies are why the Constitution was written – to prevent people like him from succeeding in stripping away our rights and freedoms. Next we get to a pair of sound bites from Greenpeace founder, Dr. Patrick Moore. Not only does he discuss the methods being used to trick people into thinking we are in a climate emergency, but also says carbon dioxide is not to blame. In fact, he reminds us that we do not have life on this planet without it! He believes when we look back in 50 years, we will see how the man-made climate change movement was a fabrication. I close on a perfect mic drop moment during a back-and-forth discussion in committee over trandgenderism. Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) admits more could have been done to maybe put up some barriers for privacy when it came to Lia Thomas, a full biological male who pretends he is a woman to steal their sports opportunities, and the other swimmers. When asked to respond to that, Paula Scanlan stated what is obvious to those of us who live in Realville and not a delusional world of woke ideology and virtue signaling. She said we already have those barriers. It's called a men's locker room and a women's locker room. I could not have said it any better myself. Today's show opens with news the Biden regime has called up 3,000 reservists to help with active duty personnel in Europe. Now, what would be going on in parts of Europe where the US military needs to be beefed up with additional troops? At some point, when are we going to stop circling the drain over this proxy war with Russia? Next we have a sound bite from Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) where he recorded a short video to his constituents. This was right after the Secret Service starting their briefing indicating they had no clue who brought cocaine into the White House. For that reason, maybe we need to call in the teen sleuths to get to the bottom of this mystery. Let's cue up Jim Gossett and our call for Scooby-Doo and the gang to come give the Secret Service a hand. Then we dive into an interesting back-and-forth exchange between Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) as Chair of the Weaponization Subcommittee and Lina “Wrath of” Khan, who is the Chair of the Federal Trade Commission. This exchange continue to show just how weaponized the agencies within the Executive Branch have become. In this case, the subject being discussed is how the FTC is wanting to go after and punish Twitter for allowing independent journalists to expose the government's censorship industrial complex. For further proof this regime and the Left hate our US Constitution, we now have word that Biden has been quietly negotiating a new nuclear deal with Iran. This does not seem to be involving Congress. It's so bad, even leftist reporters in Israel are saying Biden's deal is bad for them! Finally, there is another investigation taking place regarding the origins of Covid-19 and the way it was handled. Would it surprise you to know that Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins spoke about the lab leak theory and their concerns the virus was a result of gain-of-function research and that this discussion took place on February 01, 2020? That's six weeks before they shut down the country. On top of that, 8 days after that email, we have audio from Fraud Fauci where he was asked about the lab leak and gain of function and laughed it off as nothing more than conspiracy theory. Today's show opens with the result of the extensive Secret Service investigation into Cocaine Gate. They have decided it's impossible to figure out who brought cocaine into the White House. That's what we are supposed to believe. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) was so disgusted by the presentation being given behind closed doors that he stormed out of the briefing, calling the conclusion “bogus!” Next we move into a bit of a recap of the hearing held yesterday with Christopher Wray, the Director of the FBI. It's amazing how many questions he just wouldn't, couldn't or didn't answer. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) who is Chair of the committee was on with Larry Kudlow to review how the day of questioning went and if we really got anything out of it. Jordan says the biggest takeaway is just how much private data the FBI is gathering on Americans. To me, this is in direct violation of the 4th Amendment. But, they have gotten away with it for so long, why would they care about it now? They don't really believe in the Constitution of the United States of America. They can't, not by the way they conduct themselves. Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI) had an interesting exchange with Wray over the Burisma bribery allegations and the FBI 1023 forms that they have not wanted to share. Whether Wray misspoke or not, it seems there are so many different threads to the allegation story that it's hard to keep track of all the corruption and deceit linked to the Biden Crime Family. Ultimately, while Jordan is saying the right things, until they follow through via appropriations, I am dubious about their willingness to fix the problem. And, beyond using the power of the purse, we can talk about the need to change the culture in the agencies in the Executive Branch, but if we don't remove the personnel who allowed it to get there, can it ever really be rehabilitated. Ultimately, it will come down to whomever we pick as the next Commander-in-Chief. Which brings me to some thoughts I had after reading a blog piece entitled, “Freedom Conservatism: A Statement of Principles.” With that as a guide, I close today with my thoughts over why we need to make a conscious effort to explain the nature of liberty, and due process, and capitalism and the pursuit of happiness. We have to get back to a single rule of law, we need to be the shining city on the hill and we need to revamp our foreign policy to reflect what it means to have America as your friend and ally. I think we need to remind our fellow Americans about what it really means to BE an American. Maybe, just maybe, if we do that, we can start moving the ship back toward the Constitutional Republic we were meant to be. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) has struggled to win over Republican primary voters since he officially launched his presidential campaign in a glitchy, brutally mocked Twitter event, and it's gotten so bad that people betting on a popular political gambling site are ranking his chances of actually getting elected president worse than California Gov.
