The show starts off immediately where the last one left off, with the announcement of a ceasefire between Iran and Israel. We examine how the media and the Democrat party (but, now we are being redundant) reacted to the actions of Operation Midnight Thunder and the announcement of an end to hostilities. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) vows impeachment, but legal analyst Jonathan Turley doesn't see that as a likely outcome. Polling from the GOP shows that once again, Trump is on the 80 side of an 80/20 issue. However, early this morning, Iran launched a few missiles and Israel was planning a massive response, frustrating President Trump, who had no problem sharing his feelings with the media. While some members of Congress wanted to take credit, it all belongs to Trump. And, within a few hours, Trump tweeted that the ceasefire was back on and holding steady. Fed Chair Jerome Powell is testifying on the Hill. There is no reason he should not reduce interest rates, unless he is acting solely on partisan reasoning. Which reminds us of a special report we had back in April from OMG reminding us that elements in the Fed have stated Powell purposely does the opposite of what Trump wants. Now the SCOTUS gets to feel how the POTUS feels with nationwide injunctions. Only this time, it's a rogue, activist judge who is defying the Supreme Court and protecting violent illegals. Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO) weighs-in on the stupidity of what Judge Brian Murphy is trying to accomplish. The Senate Parliamentarian, Elizabeth MacDonough seems intent on removing much of the Trump agenda out of the reconciliation bill. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) says the House just passed a bill preventing taxpayer dollars from going to the Taliban. When asked about safeguards, you will shocked to hear, as one example, how we funneled $2.1 billion to Hamas since October 7, 2023. We should not be surprised, given the corruption inside USAID. In fact, Sharyl Attkisson gives us a soundbite where she has been reporting about such corruption for many years. As further example, seems there has been over $160 million USAID dollars that have been funneled into an NGO, benefiting Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD). Even worse, it seems Rep. Hakeem Jeffries's (D-NY) campaign may have Smurfed his supporters to the tune of over $1.1 million dollars. And we have discovered more USAID funds flowing to Norm Eisen's own daughter's 501(c)4, Tamar Eisen. The good news is Chief Justice Roberts has put a stop to the activist lower court judges, allowing President Trump to continue his pause on money flowing out of USAID. We discussed the astroturfing PsyOp used to create the fake narrative that MAGA voters are now suffering from buyers remorse. This was tried on Speaker Mike Johnson, who blew it out of the water. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has announced the creation of a new site to register illegal aliens. Those who self-register will get the aid of the US government in sending them back home, where they can then apply to return legally. And speaking of the border, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) reminds us of the big lie both Kamala Harris and Joe Biden were selling about not being able to secure it. Legal expert Danny Cevellos told an MSNBC panel that they need to stop hyping headlines over courtroom moves because Trump is going to win many of his cases. Today's show opens with a comment from Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) saying he is okay with Pete Hegseth. What I take from this is more validation that New Media is having a greater and faster impact than ever before. They were not ready to have the smear campaigns debunked so quickly. Attorney Alina Habba was on the PBD podcast and discussed the E Jean Carroll case. She reminded the audience about the case she was not allowed to make or present in the lawfare waged against Donald Trump. She also said that Carroll would not be getting any payout and in fact would be suing to have Carroll pay all legal fees. I bring this up in response to ABC News settling the defamation suit Trump brought on them after they said he had been charged with and committed rape. While the voices in media are decrying the death of journalism over this case, we have already known they were dead. They cannot accept their downfall has been at their own hands. Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) is definitely wanting a pardon. He seems really worried that he will need one to stay out of trouble with the incoming Trump administration. DHS Secretary Alejandro “The Walking Male Member with Eyebrows” Mayorkas, made the rounds regarding the ongoing drone story. What it comes down to is if you can believe anything this government says? However, when he says they need more power and more authority, I cannot help wonder if they are manufacturing the very crisis they want to leverage to that end. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) is disgusted at all of the pork stuffed into the latest National Defense Authorization Act. He voted against it, but politicians love spending money we don't have. President Biden wants us to believe his “campaign” was scandal-free, while President-elect Trump just landed a $100M investment from Japan into the United States. Trump also declared all of the countries would be taking back their people or face disastrous financial ruin. In the waning days of the Harris-Biden regime, we get one more Deep Thoughts segment with VP Kamala Harris. She is really the queen of word salad. The WNBA has decided to do the opposite of the PGA when it comes to using a rising star to their advantage. They want Caitlin Clark to still bend the knee and they do not give her any credit to larger ticket sales. Finally, Donald Trump wants to get rid of Daylight Savings Time. Strike on Houthi's but they're not terrorists? House budget battle, NYC Trump case and yay Ohio

Today's show opens with our strikes a some of the Houthi controlled terrorist locations in Yemen yesterday. While I applaud any administration who wants to take out bad guys and protect our international shipping lanes, I do have to wonder, what's the overall plan? Former congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has similar concerns and lays out the case that this administration responds randomly and haphazardly from one crisis to another, often of their own making. Keep in mind, until the Biden regime came into power, the Houthi's were listed as a known terrorist organization. But, along comes a group of children in adult bodies, gifted with an abundance of magical-thinking, and they decided to remove that label in February of 2021. Even CNN had to ask WH spokesperson John Kirby if the terrorist label needed to be reapplied? His answer – they are discussing it. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) was on CNN discussing the border, our budget and the issues Speaker Johnson is facing with the Freedom Caucus in his own party. So, I spend a few minutes breaking down how the House should have been operating for the last three decades. Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene (R-GA) reminded the press that they have the option of funding parts of the government, while allowing other parts to be shut down. It's not an all or nothing premise and we should not allow the Left of the Legacy/mainstream media to position it that way. Next we move to the close of the Letitia James/NYC fraud case on Donald Trump and Trump business. What's amazing is now, after it's over, CNN is actually discussing how the case doesn't make any sense and will likely be bad for New York City moving forward. TDS sufferer, Jonah Goldberg called it entirely political. Kevin O'Leary, who took politics out of the discussion, explained how every real-estate developer conducts business and close stating that if James win the Trump case, ever single real-estate developer will need to be taken to court. Since the strikes on Houthis terrorists, oil prices jumped 4% today. That's only the beginning. As more and more freighters choose longer routes to avoid conflicts in the Red Sea, the more prices are going to rise, including the price of oil. Yet WH top Biden economic advisor, Lael Brainard, wants us to be excited that the 30-year average mortgage rate has dropped a percentage over the last few months. It had been 2.7% three years ago and now sits just over 7%. In closing, and on a positive note, a shout out to the Ohio House for overriding Gov. DeWIne's veto, putting legislation in place to prevent the genital mutilation of minors and keeping men out of women's sports. Today's show opens with my explaining why I think the Jeffrey Epstein story is not a distraction. Maybe the way it's being presented is the distraction, but there is a much more sinister layer here that I haven't heard reflected elsewhere. While we get caught up in court transcripts, my question is, where's the black book and all the videotapes? Who's in possession of all that blackmail material and is it being employed right now? To add to this, I add a sound bite from Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) who says he not only believes some members of Congress are already being blackmailed to not release the Epstein flight logs, but also says the intelligence community has the power to edit legislation. That's a pretty scary prospect, to know that the IC in the Executive Branch is exerting control and influence over the Legislative Branch? With the aid, once again, of Techno Fog, we get even more documents released and it seems they only reinforce the notion that Epstein was out to blackmail people. The question is, was he doing it all by himself? On behalf of the U.S. government? Or was he being controlled by a different government? And…it's going to get worse, not better, because they are still in charge and cannot accept their own incompetence is to blame. Then I find myself wondering which Nikki Haley are we getting on any given day? It makes me wonder if I was wrong about my thoughts on Gov. Gavin Newsom being groomed to replace Biden. What if the Military Industrial Complex doesn't care about party labels as long as the “winner” is a Uniparty warmonger? Even Gov. Kristi Noem isn't sure where Haley stands on anything nowadays. Vivek Ramaswamy once again shows us his mastery of dealing with an agenda driven media who cannot accept having their narratives destroyed. In an exchange with NBC News's Dasha Burns, masterfully destroys her attempts to “win” the interview and leaves her unhinged and shrill. Finally, in a strange turnabout, the actor Michael Rapaport said something astonishing. One of the true Trump haters, who has never said a positive thing about the 45th president, just revealed all candidates are on the table for his vote, including Donald Trump. Today opens with a speech given yesterday in D.C. at the Stand with Israel march. It was delivered by Rachel Goldberg-Polin, mother of Hersh Goldberg-Polin, a wounded and kidnapped citizen from the music festival on October 7th. For those blithering idiots who keep chanting “Cease fire” or believe the phrase “from the river to the sea” is a peaceful term of coexistence, you need to listen to her entire three minute speech. There is only one path toward eventual peace and that is through the elimination of Hamas in its entirety. While illustrating this principle, we get to hear from an indoctrinated NYU student, the little dictator want-to-be, Justin Trudeau and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI). We also get a short walk-through of part of Gaza's biggest hospital by an Israeli IDF spokesperson. Seems there are a lot of weapons hidden throughout the hospital. Speaking of Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), seems she has been part of a secret Facebook Group that glorifies the terrorist acts of Hamas. Big shock, huh? Now onto our own inept and compromised meat puppet-in-chief. The Biden regime has just released another $10 billion in funds to Iran! There are so many blithering idiots who are part of the non-elected bureaucracy. And, to remind you of how compromised Biden is to China, I go through a list of his policies and decisions just in the last three years. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) shared his thoughts after a briefing after hearing our government has handed the Taliban $10 million dollars through the UN. Plus, the Inspector General over Afghanistan confirms the armaments Biden left behind are valued at $7 billion in trade on the world arms market. During a hearing today, FBI Direction Christopher Wray admits the FBI is searching for people who are in our country who are on the terrorist watch list. It seems we knew they were on the list when they were stopped at the border, but then the policy of the Biden regime is to catch and release. Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) reminded Wray of their last discussions a year ago related to January 6 and FBI informants in the crowd dressed as Trump supporters. Wray refused to answer that question a year ago, but Higgins has a mountain of evidence this time, culminating in images of “ghost busses” filled with people dressed like Trump supporters. Things are getting interesting for Director Wray. The singer Pink beclowned herself with the “banned” books nonsense in Florida. In fact, she was even called out by Community Notes for propagating a known hoax list of banned books. Finally, we close with thoughts from Speaker Mike Johnson on faith and government. He reminds us that there is no such thing as separation of church and state. He says our Founding Fathers knew we needed good, upstanding, moral leaders if our Republic was going to be a success. The final vote was 216 to 210 in favor of vacating the speakership. According to reports, on Tuesday night House Republicans held a closed-door meeting at 6:30pm to determine what steps to take next. Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC), who is now serving as temporary speaker, has adjourned the House and is expected to hold a vote to fill the speakership early next week. 3:15pm- Representatives Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Steve Scalise (R-LA) have both announced their intention to openly contend for Speaker of the House. 3:30pm- According to Audrey Fahlberg of National Review, Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) may be the next Speaker of the House. Fahlberg writes: “With the House speakership hanging in limbo after Kevin McCarthy's ouster Monday evening, allies of the former speaker say House Majority Leader Steve Scalise currently has the clearest path to the speakership as he continues to gauge support for his newly announced bid. Today opens with a CNN anchorette telling Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) that they will be interested in the Hunter Biden information when actual proof is put before them. Funny how they needed no proof of the Steele Dossier. They ran with that for over two years, but show them bank records, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), whistleblower testimony, the FBI's FD-1023 form and all within the context of the Hunter Biden laptop and they aren't interested. I guess there isn't enough there for them to think it might be worth having a closer look. I then spend some time explaining the nature of SARs and how rare they are, yet the Biden's have had over 170 of them in the last decade. And why would they need over 20 shell corporations to move all that money if it's all on the up-and-up? Add to it we may have some indication of off-shore bank accounts owned by the Biden's, including Joe Biden himself. Ask White House Press Secretary about their change in language from the President “having no knowledge of” any of his son's business dealings to “not being in business” with his son and Karine Jean-Pierre says, “Nothing's changed.” It's astounding to see them lie with such a cavalier attitude. The White House has been trying to get us to focus on the what they believe is the success of Bidenomics. If a 17% inflation over two years, coupled with a 3% loss in real, hourly wages is a success, well have at it. Or do they mean something else by the term? Maybe it's the new Marxist economic plan to take away all of your things and getting you to believe that will be better for you and for the country? They should be in charge of everything and we should just abdicate our love for personal freedom and liberty. On that subject, we do need to get to an exchange between Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas of the Department of Homeland Security. Their exchange covers the concept of mis- dis- and mal-information and who defines it and then who gets to censor it? Mayorkas only knows how to smirk, to lie and then to lie some more. Rep. Harriet Hagemon (R-WY) has a perfect 90 second parting shot at Mayorkas. She tells him the Framers of our Constitution had him in mind when the crafted the Bill of Rights. She says his lust for power and to create tyrannical policies are why the Constitution was written – to prevent people like him from succeeding in stripping away our rights and freedoms. Next we get to a pair of sound bites from Greenpeace founder, Dr. Patrick Moore. Not only does he discuss the methods being used to trick people into thinking we are in a climate emergency, but also says carbon dioxide is not to blame. In fact, he reminds us that we do not have life on this planet without it! He believes when we look back in 50 years, we will see how the man-made climate change movement was a fabrication. I close on a perfect mic drop moment during a back-and-forth discussion in committee over trandgenderism. Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) admits more could have been done to maybe put up some barriers for privacy when it came to Lia Thomas, a full biological male who pretends he is a woman to steal their sports opportunities, and the other swimmers. When asked to respond to that, Paula Scanlan stated what is obvious to those of us who live in Realville and not a delusional world of woke ideology and virtue signaling. Jim Jordan (R-OH) as Chair of the Weaponization Subcommittee and Lina “Wrath of” Khan, who is the Chair of the Federal Trade Commission. This exchange continue to show just how weaponized the agencies within the Executive Branch have become. In this case, the subject being discussed is how the FTC is wanting to go after and punish Twitter for allowing independent journalists to expose the government's censorship industrial complex. For further proof this regime and the Left hate our US Constitution, we now have word that Biden has been quietly negotiating a new nuclear deal with Iran. This does not seem to be involving Congress. It's so bad, even leftist reporters in Israel are saying Biden's deal is bad for them! Finally, there is another investigation taking place regarding the origins of Covid-19 and the way it was handled. Would it surprise you to know that Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins spoke about the lab leak theory and their concerns the virus was a result of gain-of-function research and that this discussion took place on February 01, 2020? That's six weeks before they shut down the country. On top of that, 8 days after that email, we have audio from Fraud Fauci where he was asked about the lab leak and gain of function and laughed it off as nothing more than conspiracy theory. Today's show opens with the result of the extensive Secret Service investigation into Cocaine Gate. They have decided it's impossible to figure out who brought cocaine into the White House. That's what we are supposed to believe. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) was so disgusted by the presentation being given behind closed doors that he stormed out of the briefing, calling the conclusion “bogus!” Next we move into a bit of a recap of the hearing held yesterday with Christopher Wray, the Director of the FBI. It's amazing how many questions he just wouldn't, couldn't or didn't answer. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) who is Chair of the committee was on with Larry Kudlow to review how the day of questioning went and if we really got anything out of it. Jordan says the biggest takeaway is just how much private data the FBI is gathering on Americans. To me, this is in direct violation of the 4th Amendment. But, they have gotten away with it for so long, why would they care about it now? They don't really believe in the Constitution of the United States of America. They can't, not by the way they conduct themselves. Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI) had an interesting exchange with Wray over the Burisma bribery allegations and the FBI 1023 forms that they have not wanted to share. Whether Wray misspoke or not, it seems there are so many different threads to the allegation story that it's hard to keep track of all the corruption and deceit linked to the Biden Crime Family. Ultimately, while Jordan is saying the right things, until they follow through via appropriations, I am dubious about their willingness to fix the problem. And, beyond using the power of the purse, we can talk about the need to change the culture in the agencies in the Executive Branch, but if we don't remove the personnel who allowed it to get there, can it ever really be rehabilitated. Ultimately, it will come down to whomever we pick as the next Commander-in-Chief. Which brings me to some thoughts I had after reading a blog piece entitled, “Freedom Conservatism: A Statement of Principles.” With that as a guide, I close today with my thoughts over why we need to make a conscious effort to explain the nature of liberty, and due process, and capitalism and the pursuit of happiness. We have to get back to a single rule of law, we need to be the shining city on the hill and we need to revamp our foreign policy to reflect what it means to have America as your friend and ally. I think we need to remind our fellow Americans about what it really means to BE an American. Maybe, just maybe, if we do that, we can start moving the ship back toward the Constitutional Republic we were meant to be.
