The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/07/2025): 3:05pm- While appearing on Fox News Tuesday night, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent revealed that he will be meeting with Chinese officials in Switzerland this weekend to negotiate a new trade agreement. Meanwhile, China has suspended the exportation of rare earth minerals and rare earth magnets—two components critical to modern technology. 3:15pm- Former President Joe Biden sat down for an interview with BBC and was asked if he should have left the 2024 presidential race sooner—providing Kamala Harris additional time to campaign as the nominee. He explained: “I don't think it would have mattered.” 3:30pm- According to New York Magazine's Intelligencer, staffers for Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) are voicing concerns about the state of his mental health. But are these stories being printed because Fetterman has vocally opposed the far-left recently? While speaking with reporters on Capitol Hill, Fetterman called the article a “hit piece” and noted that it only has one source. 3:50pm- In recently released audio, Kilmar Abrego Garcia's wife can be heard providing an explanation for the second protective order she filed against him in 2020. In the one-minute clip, Jennifer Vasquez claims that Abrego Garcia physically abused her on several occasions and even threatened to kill her. Video of a traffic stop has also been made public which may show Abrego Garcia involved in human trafficking. According to Fox News, the Biden Administration's FBI decided not to investigate—and he was immediately released by police. The Trump Administration deported Abrego Garcia, who was living in the U.S. illegally, to El Salvador—where he is a citizen. Are Democrats finally done defending Abrego Garcia? 4:05pm- Justin Goodman—Senior Vice President of Advocacy and Public Policy for the White Coat Waste Project—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss President Donald Trump's executive order restricting gain-of-function research. The Secret Teachings

Many things come in threes, from the concept of body-mind-spirit to birth-life-death, and thus the various trinities found around the world from the dominant Christian conception to the Indian Trimurti. There is a universality to this truth, which can be found in everything from mass shootings to plane crashes. The spiritual side of these things is the human side, too, because when horrible things happen we see ourselves and loved ones in the dead; we pray, donate, hold candles, and think about life and death. The long-standing conspiratorial element to this fact has also just been reinforced by former FBI agent Jonathan Gilliam, who was on Fox News over the weekend to say that the recent plane-helicopter crashes “will often happen in threes or more,” and so we should expect to possibly see another one in the coming weeks. This belief that things happen in threes is rooted in psychological patterns, pop culture, and cultural superstitions, where people perceive a connection between events due to our tendency to recognize these patterns. This idea is reinforced by the significance of the number three in various aspects of life, such as religion and folklore, which adds to its mystery. Despite plane crashes becoming less common, the more attention we place on them the more even minor incidents, like a small plane in Palo Alto running off the runway over the weekend, become proof of the triplicity mystique. If another larger incident occurs, the Palo Alto story may be forgotten. The pattern in societal and psychological terms comes in threes before the cycle restarts: shock, curiosity, and digging for answers that never come (outside personal bias) leads to disinterest from short attention spans so that we forget, or think we have all the answers, and so move on to the next shocking episode be it a storm, assassination, shooting, or plane crash. When analyzing these types of stories, context matters too, along with numbers and names which become like reading the green code of the Matrix. This was certainly the case with #286 and Luigi Mangione. The American Airlines flight 5342, which took off from Kansas's Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport for DC's Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport was carrying 64 people, while the UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter, from the 12th Air Battalion, that slammed into its side was carrying 3 - (67 overall = 13). ATC attempted to contact the helicopter prior to collision, but after a short response and silence, “13 seconds later” disaster struck. The runway cleared for landing was 33, which was shut down after. The plane type was a CRJ-700.The Learjet 55 that crashed in Philadelphia was carrying 6 crew and a child, for a total of 7 deaths, although other outlets have reported the child's mother died in the crash too. 19 others were injured. Others reported seven died in total, including a person on the ground. The FAA initially reported two people onboard, but corrected the report. The little girl had received medical care at a Shriners Hospital for Children 12 miles from the airport. The plane was headed to Tijuana, after a layover in Missouri at the Springfield-Branson National Airport. It seems slightly more than coincidence that the two major aviation incidents this past week have a connection to Super Bowl 59 next week. The Philadelphia Eagles will play the Kansas City Chiefs, who are actually located in Kansas City Missouri, a city split between two states. Some of the skaters onboard the AA flight were from Missoula, Montana. One of the major game storylines of the big game is that Patrick Mahomes has passed Joe Montana for second most playoff wins behind Tom Brady at 35 with his 7 Super Bowls. As already discussed on a previous show: “If we can pull a mythological narrative together… it could be between the Secret Chiefs, i.e., Deep State, and the symbolic bird of America, i.e., the eagle. The big game is being played at Caesars super dome, named after the entertainment casino company that uses a golden caesar for their logo. As this relates to politics we find Trump pushing the golden age of America narrative just weeks before the game, and we find the orange-yellow man fulfilling the promise of restoring order and even expanding America's territories, pricelessly what the first Augustus promised Rome. And funny enough, this Roman period was called Pax Romana, the golden age.” It is also odd that around Super Bowl time these types of aviation incidents, and some would argue sacrifices, are common in recent years. In January 2024, a Boeing 737-9 MAX made an emergency landing after the door plug blew out mid-flight, causing a cascade of criticism and public awareness. Just after the game there was a massacre at the winning celebration. As reported on a previous show: “NBC News reported at 9:44am Thursday 15th, 2024, 23 were injured and 2 were taken into custody = 25. At 10:17am Yahoo reported 22 injured and 3 taken into custody = 25. The numbers 25-22 was the final score of the game. The 3 arrested were out of a group of 10 questioned = 13, and 10-3 was the Halftime score of the Super Bowl.”During the week of the big game in 2023 a series of UFOs were tracked, shot down, and reported on in a national hysteria. Going back to 2020, January 26, the Sikorsky S-76B helicopter carrying Kobe Bryant and his 13-year old daughter crashed, killing 9 in total. It's odd enough Kobe was previously in a commercial for Nike where there was a helicopter crash via a bomb, or that Legends of Chamberlain Heights seemingly predicted the same incident just a few years before, but consider the following: the Sikorsky S-76B (SB 7+6=13) that killed Kobe was also meant to transport VIPs like himself, in likeness to the Black Hawk in Washington which was designed to carry VIPs. Both incidents occurred just prior to the Super Bowl. Sikorsky is also the same company that has MATRIX(tm) autonomy systems for Black Hawk helicopters, something DARPA was planning to test in 2025. In other words, remote controlled systems, which, coupled with the lack of response from the helicopter to ATC, formulates a conspiracy that either the technology failed or it has been used to create an incident and sacrifice the pilots in the process; the helicopter was officially on a “proficiency training flight.” Considering the recent drone hysteria, too, it is likely these objects were authorized by the FAA as an experiment to test AI-autonomy and situational awareness as part of a project called Convergence. On the other hand, viral conspiracy suggests there was no plane in Philadelphia because there was limited to no debris, essentially meaning it was a missile instead. The plane, however, was tipped at 45 degrees traveling at over 460mph and depending at 5-10 thousand feet per 60 seconds. For a small plane, with explosive medical equipment, it makes sense the entire thing was incinerated, or that the limited debris was exploded outward, not inward, far away from the crater. “I think the most important bit of evidence that we've seen so far is the doorbell video showing the aircraft descending at an incredible angle,” Arthur Wolk, an aviation expert, told NBC10. “Almost 45 degrees, which means that the airplane was out of control. No pilot would voluntarily descend any airplane at that angle. That probably resulted in the airplane striking the ground at over 400 knots and probably 5 or even 10,000 feet a minute going down that fast. So, something overtook this flight crew.”-FREE ARCHIVE (w. ads)SUBSCRIPTION ARCHIVEX / TWITTER FACEBOOKWEBSITEPAYPALCashApp: $rdgable EMAIL: rdgable@yahoo.com / TSTRadio@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/tst-radio--5328407/support.

Mike Ferguson in the Morning 11-21-24 Darrell Jones from the Herzog Foundation talks about Trump's nomination of Linda McMahon as Secretary of Education and we also discuss the three illegal teachers' strikes in Massachusetts which are forcing over 10,000 students out of school.  From the Herzog Foundation: President-elect Donald Trump has nominated business executive and former Cabinet member Linda McMahon for Secretary of Education. In his press statement, Trump described McMahon, who is well-known for founding and leading the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), Inc. with her husband Vince McMahon, as a “fierce advocate for Parents' Rights.” “Linda will fight tirelessly to expand ‘Choice' in every State in America, and empower parents to make the best Education decisions for their families,” Trump wrote. “Linda will use her decades of Leadership experience, and a deep understanding of both Education and Business, to empower the next Generation of American Students and Workers, and make America Number One in Education in the World.” Story here: https://readlion.com/trump-names-former-cabinet-member-linda-mcmahon-as-next-secretary-of-education/   Meanwhile, illegal teachers' union strikes in Massachusetts are nearing their third week, amassing thousands in fines. Three Massachusetts teachers' unions are continuing their illegal strike, forcing 10,000 students out of school. The Beverly Teachers Association (BTA), the Union of Gloucester Educators (UCE), and the Marblehead Education Association (MEA) are on strike in their respective school districts, even though public union walkouts are outlawed in Massachusetts. The districts are in the Greater Boston area. Gloucester school board chair Kathleen Clancy said they'd offer the union “the largest salary increases ever” in the district's history but needed to make sure the city “does not overstrain its finances or be forced to make service and personnel cuts.” Beverly leadership also made generous offers to increase teacher salaries by nearly 30% and paraprofessional wages by nearly 45%. But the unions still aren't satisfied, even though they're running up against legal ramifications. A judge told the MEA to end their strike by Nov. 14 or else face a $50,000 fine, with an additional $10,000 for every day the strike continues. BTA and UCE are compounding similar fines, though their penalties started on Nov. 12. NBC10 reported the BTA is scheduled to appear in court next Monday. BREAKING NEWS: House Speakership is Now Vacant, McCarthy Removed

The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (10/03/2023): 3:05pm- On Monday, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) brought up a resolution to vacate the House speaker position. On Tuesday, Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) held a vote to table the motion but was ultimately defeated—208 to 218. Consequently, the House of Representatives will now hold a vote potentially resulting in the removal of McCarthy from the speakership. 3:20pm- From the House floor, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) spoke in defense of Kevin McCarthy's performance as speaker and insisted that removing him would be a “terrible idea” for Republicans. 3:30pm- While appearing on Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan, Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) insisted that he would survive any challenge to his speakership. 3:45pm- Appearing on State of the Union with Jake Tapper, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez said she would “absolutely” vote to remove Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House. 4:05pm- Could Kevin McCarthy cut a deal with Democrats in order to save his speakership? According to reporting from Carl Hulse and Luke Broadwater of The New York Times, “Democrats have been strategizing internally about what concessions they might be able to extract from Mr. McCarthy in exchange for saving him from Mr. Gaetz and his allies. Democrats are eager to see Mr. McCarthy commit to more funding for Ukraine, award more federal projects in Democrats' districts and honor the deal on spending levels he reached this year with Mr. Biden, according to people familiar with the discussions. All would draw a backlash from Republicans. Some Democrats have also floated ideas that seem less likely to be acted upon, such as demanding co-chairs for committees, removing right-wing Republicans from the Rules Committee and even obtaining a promise that the G.O.P. campaign committees will not spend money to defeat politically vulnerable Democrats.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/10/02/us/politics/democrats-mccarthy-speaker.html 4:15pm- On Tuesday, New York Judge Arthur F. Engoron placed a gag order on Donald Trump. According to Jonah E. Bromwich of The New York Times, the order arose because Trump mocked a court clerk on social media on Monday. He explains Trump mocked “the clerk, Allison Greenfield, shortly before noon on his Truth Social site. His post was a picture of Ms. Greenfield with Senator Chuck Schumer, the Democratic majority leader. Mr. Trump mocked Ms. Greenfield as ‘Schumer's girlfriend' and said that the case against him should be dismissed.” Is this a violation of Trump's free speech rights? You can read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/10/03/nyregion/trump-gag-order-fraud-trial.html 4:30pm- The House is currently holding a vote to vacate the speakership. So far, several Republicans have voted to remove Kevin McCarthy as House speaker—including Representatives Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Matt Rosendale (R-MT), Nancy Mace (R-SC), Bob Good (R-VA), Eli Crane (R-AZ), Tim Burchett (R-TN), Ken Buck (R-CO) and Andy Biggs (R-AZ). 4:35pm- John Brazer—Director of Relationship Marketing for the Philadelphia Phillies—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to preview tonight's round 1 playoff matchup between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Miami Marlins. Plus, which celebrity is scheduled to throw the first pitch? 4:45pm- BREAKING NEWS: The Speakership of the United States House of Representative is now vacant. Kevin McCarthy is no longer Speaker of the House. 4:50pm- Rebecca Shabad of NBC News writes, “Rep. Steve Womack, R-Ark., who was presiding over the House chamber during the vote, read the tally and said, ‘The office of speaker of the House of the United States of Representatives is hereby declared vacant,' and hit the gavel.” Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC), who is now serving as temporary speaker, has adjourned the House—allowing Republicans and Democrats to meet before determining what happens next. You can read more here: https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/live-blog/house-speaker-kevin-mccarthy-vote-live-updates-rcna118610 5:00pm- For the first time, the House of Representatives has voted to remove a Speaker of the House in a no-confidence vote. The final tally was 216 to 210 voting in favor to vacate the position—with eight Republicans joining Democrats. 5:05pm- What led to Kevin McCarthy's ouster as speaker? Rich breaks it all down in a fiery, can't miss, monologue! 5:40pm- In a NBC10 report, Aaron Baskerville spoke with Nikki Bullock—the Philadelphia woman seen in a viral video involving a dirt bike rider destroying her rear windshield and pointing a gun at her head. When will District Attorney Larry Krasner start taking these types of crimes seriously? 5:50pm- Fox News' Alexis McAdams reports that Philadelphians are fed up with looters and other smash-and-grab crimes that have sadly become commonplace in the city. 6:05pm- Representatives Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Matt Rosendale (R-MT), Nancy Mace (R-SC), Bob Good (R-VA), Eli Crane (R-AZ), Tim Burchett (R-TN), Ken Buck (R-CO) and Andy Biggs (R-AZ) joined Democrats in a vote to remove Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House—the first time a speakership has been terminated on a no-confidence vote. According to reports, House Republicans will hold a closed-door meeting at 6:30pm to determine what steps to take next. 6:15pm- Could ousted speaker Kevin McCarthy reclaim the position by cutting a deal with Democrats? According to reporting from Carl Hulse and Luke Broadwater of The New York Times, “Democrats have been strategizing internally about what concessions they might be able to extract from Mr. McCarthy in exchange for saving him from Mr. Gaetz and his allies. Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing yesterday's Ludacris concert, offering his reaction to the hilarious censorship by NBC10 of Ludacris's biggest hit. This leads Dom and Dan into a conversation about the audience yesterday, both calling out the hypocrisy of the stereotypically progressive crowd members dancing to, if we're being honest with ourselves, very misogynistic lyrics. Then, Dom reacts to the mass shooting over the weekend featuring an individual who may be Trans, calling out the lack of media coverage of the identity of the shooter. Dom then plays back reaction from Philadelphia leaders, who continually prioritize the banning of firearms over the mental health deterioration in our nation. Then, Dom gives some reaction by progressives to the July 4th holiday, telling of tweets by Ben and Jerry of the ice cream fame and a Congressman who are sure to note that we are celebrating a day on stolen land. Also, Dom gives an update on a push in Harrisburg by state Republicans to allow for school choice in the state, hoping to allow students in Philadelphia the opportunity to choose where they'd like to learn. Dom tells of the results, but takes issue with both this report and an associated bike organization, explaining the lack of good prioritization as crime continues to explode throughout the City. This leads Dom to reveal a shocking local story, playing back an NBC10 clip of an incident that involved a stolen vehicle crashing into a SEPTA bus, which caused a van to also pile up onto the bus. While the driver of the ban was stuck in his van, crime cameras show another individual entering into the damaged vehicle and walking away with what's assumed to be cash from the van. Then, Dom welcomes House Freedom Caucus leader, Representative Scott Perry, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to hear his thoughts on a couple issues playing out on Capitol Hill. First, Dom asks Perry about McCarthy's bill on the debt ceiling, explaining why he's not happy with it, but explains why it's necessary, reminding listeners of the enormous Omnibus bill that required this, as they're not able to fix the sins of the past. Perry takes us inside the negotiations, telling what it's been like pushing up against Biden's ‘I will not negotiate' stance, explaining why he believes this is the best agreement they can get. Dom tells about a horrific incident just off Temple University's campus, in which students had their home firebombed by a squatter living nearby. Dom plays back a clip of NBC10's report, explaining why he's so annoyed that this kind of violence continues in Philadelphia. Then, Dom introduces a discussion centered on the infusion of explicit books into local schools, telling why we've seen a shift with parents becoming more aware of what's being taught to their children. Then, Dom enters into a conversation centered around finances, telling about BlackRock's massive influence on the world economy and their decision to ‘go woke.' Then, Dom welcomes State Representative Martina White back onto the Dom Giordano Program to get some updates on the continued effort to impeach and remove Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner from office. First, Dom presses Martina White after he recorded this week's Inside Story for 6ABC, telling her that a Republican on the panel this week tried arguing that the State Representatives in Harrisburg have absolutely no shot on removing Krasner, alleging that this is just political theater. Martina addresses the claims head on, explaining why this is very real, stressing the importance of public safety, which has largely dissipated under Larry Krasner. Martina previews the upcoming trial of Larry Krasner, offering a forecast for what to expect as Krasner faces State Senators who will ultimately decide whether or not to remove the sitting politician. Last time she was on, Tracy told Giordano and listeners about a situation in Philadelphia in which criminals are taking mail out of mailboxes, finding checks, washing the checks of what's written on them, re-writing the checks for larger amounts, then cashing the checks, robbing victims of thousands of dollars. Tracy now tells of an incident in Drexel Hill, in which thieves stole over a hundred keys for mailboxes, leading to theft of over $170,000, and another investigation that she and her team are pursuing in Germantown. Hour 1 of The Dawn Stensland Show: On Thursday, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Select Committee on Restoring Law and Order held its first hearing to consider evidence in the potential impeachment of Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner. During the hearing, several mothers shared stories of how their children were tragically killed by senseless acts of gun violence. The mother of Nicolas Elizalde, the 14-year-old killed in a shooting outside of Roxborough High School following a football scrimmage on Wednesday, spoke with NBC10 about her son. During the interview, Meredith Elizalde said of her son: “I want them to know that Nick was the best son that anyone could ever ask for, that he was so special, that he never hurt anyone or anything.” Judge James C. Ho of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has pledged that he will no longer hire clerks from Yale Law School due to the school's intolerance towards political debate and active censorship of speakers on campus. According to National Review, Judge Ho stated: “I would contend that cancel culture is one of the leading reasons why citizens no longer trust a wide variety of once-leading institutions.” While speaking at Salve Regina University in Rhode Island, Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan alluded to the court's recent decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization—stating: “The very worst moments have been times when judges have even essentially reflected one party's or one ideology's set of views in their legal decisions.” During another recent speech, she suggested that in order to maintain legitimacy, the court should more closely mirror public sentiment.  According to Daily Wire, billionaire Elon Musk has activated his Starlink satellite communication services in Iran—allowing for Iranians to continue to communicate with one another despite government crackdowns on internet access following wide-spread protests throughout the country.

According to NBC10 news, spectators who are permitted to attend will not be allowed to leave their seats during the game.  Teachers at Central Bucks West High School are speaking out against a new gender identification policy. While speaking with CBS3, several teachers advocated for referring to students by their preferred pronouns and/or names without prior consent from parents.  As investigations continue into the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipeline leaks, NATO has attributed the occurrence to sabotage. According to the New York Times, “Swedish seismologists reported detecting” a series of “underwater explosions.” Many experts believe it's likely Russia attacked the pipelines. According to National Review, Border Patrol has apprehended 78 individuals on the Federal Bureau of Investigation's terror watch list through nine months of 2022. From 2017 and 2019 the FBI reported the total number to be 8.

Hour 1 of The Dawn Stensland Show: According to an NBC10 report, Philadelphia police have located an SUV they believe was involved in a shooting outside Roxborough High School that left one student dead and four other wounded. The city is offering a $45,000 reward for anyone that can provide information that leads to an arrest and conviction. The motive behind the violent attack is still unclear. During a Wednesday press conference, Fox29's Jeff Cole asked Mayor Jim Kenney about the unchecked violence plaguing Philadelphia. Instead of accepting responsibility or offering potential solutions, Kenney blamed the Pennsylvania legislature. NBC10's Deanna Durante spoke with a Bucks County comic bookstore owner who was viciously assaulted by two men during an armed robbery. Hurricane Ian initially made landfall on an island off the coast of Fort Meyers as a Category 4 hurricane. One Florida sheriff estimated the death toll could be as many as one hundred. The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) has published a study that indicates there may be trace amounts of Moderna and Pfizer mRNA vaccines in breast milk several days after mothers receive COVID-19 vaccination. The journal advocated for women who are breast feeding to be cautious—but stated that they believe there are no real safety concerns. Johns Hopkins University Professor Dr. Marty Makary believes too many important research studies were skipped before giving the vaccine to pregnant and breastfeeding women.

On Tuesday, Mayor Jim Kenney will sign an executive order banning guns at Philadelphia recreation centers across the city. According to an NBC10 report, many city residents doubted the order will have a substantial impact on violent crime. In a letter addressed to Merrick Garland on Monday, Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) demanded the Attorney General answer for a seemingly over-the-top raid on the home of a pro-life activist from Bucks County. A judge has denied a motion to dismiss manslaughter charges against three Sharon Hill police officers accused of shooting 8-year-old Fanta Bility in August of 2021. Full Hour | In today's second hour, Tracy Davidson, anchor for NBC10, rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the newest effort by the NBC10 Responds investigative crew. Earlier this year, Davidson and others in the newsroom started receiving reports of checks that have been stolen out of mailboxes, altered, and then cashed, stealing money from the account holders of the check. Davidson takes us inside the newsroom, telling how they learned about this issue, and telling how these criminals are taking these checks. Davidson tells that many of the criminals are stealing checks from USPS blue boxes on corners throughout Philadelphia, with criminals using universal ‘arrow' keys to open the boxes and steal the checks. Dom then reveals that he himself has suffered through this type of fraud, revealing that now twice he's had checks stolen, altered, and had to deal with the banks to get his money back. Then, Scott Cronick, media critic in Atlantic City, returns to the Dom Giordano Program to tell Dom and listeners what's worth watching over Labor Day weekend. First, Dom asks Cronick about the release of Elvis to the HBO Max streaming service, with both telling how much they enjoyed the film when seeing it in theaters. This spurns a conversation about biopics, with both Dom and Scott offering suggestions for what should be considered the great biopics of all time. Then, Dom asks Scott what's coming up in Atlantic City, with Cronick telling of an upcoming restaurant week in the city and a concert tonight feature Frank Stallone and his brother, famed Rocky actor Sylvester Stallone. Finally, Scott tells us what's worth watching in both theaters and at home, telling of the Brad Pitt film Bullet Train, and previewing both the Lord of the Rings series and the newest installment in the Game of Thrones saga. Then, Giordano reveals that even Catholic Schools have been delayed to some degree by Governmental bureaucrats in the Pennsylvania Department of Education, with schools informed that books ordered on time will be arriving weeks late for the school year. Giordano takes issue with Republicans who have spoken out against the Governor, asking why it's taken an NBC10 story for this to come out, arguing that this is a huge story and misstep by the Governor. Then, Dom welcomes David P. Hardy, Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Commonwealth Foundation and former CEO and Co-Founder of the Boys' Latin of Philadelphia charter school. First, Giordano asks for Hardy's opinion on the governmental issue discussed last segment in which the Department of Education has gaffed and delayed the delivery of text books to private schools. Then, Giordano asks Hardy to offer his opinion on the Philadelphia School Districts recent actions, including the lack of air condition which has caused students to be sent home early during the current heat wave, and the teacher's unions that require strict edicts from public schools. Giordano asks for Hardy's expertise in how we can better educate the public, with Hardy stressing the importance of school choice and charter schools. After that, Eagles broadcasting and sports writing legend Ray Didinger stops into the studio to offer a preview of the upcoming Eagles season. First, Ray offers an update on his life since retiring from the microphone, telling that he's still been going strong working on his play Tommy and Me, and incredibly excited about the upcoming season. Also, Didinger offers his opinion on a rebuilt defense that he hopes will shine throughout the entire season.
