This week we have Eli Melnick from Start Auto Electric joining us to talk about new vehicle technology and how it affects the repair and ownership costs of a vehicle. We talk about active safety features such as automatic emergency braking, back up sensors, and alert systems. Are these safety features owrth considering? We also talk about drivetrain technologies such as turbocharged engines, start stop systems, CVTs, and diesel engines, and whether they can be considered or should be avoided. Would you like to see my daily schedule and workflow featuring everything from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed? How do the expectations I place on what I am supposed to accomplish every day bring me into crying, depression, and anxiety? What works for me to let these emotions pass and return into the happiness, love, and joy I spend 95% of my waking hours in all naturally today? Will you watch this video to get answers to these questions and motivation to look within for your own unique opportunities for balance? Every day I schedule around 4 hours of family time, 5 hours of work, and 2 hours of service along with time to read, listen to books, and call friends and family on the phone during my dog walks. Amazingly with what seems like the perfect schedule often leaves me feeling like I have to do meaningful work online in order to be worthy of love and belonging. Throughout the transitions, I often get triggered into shame when I do not instantly make a perfect transition between work and family time or arrive late to my AA meeting. Yesterday this found me laying on the couch for about thirty minutes feeling depressed during family time and experiencing painful anxiety just before that as it was time to stop creating content on the Internet and start hanging out with my daughter. An hour later I was in tears in the backseat of our Toyota RAV4 Hybrid crying because I felt not good enough despite contributing and receiving more in one day than I usually did in most weeks or months of my adult life. Even with what looks like a day in heaven of my life, I share what is challenging for me to reach out and be of service to you as well as to seek to continue to learn how to love unconditionally in my life today. I believe a life free from all depression, frustration, anxiety, fear, and anger is possible without using any medication, substances, or outside forces to numb or obscure any of the pain. Would you try listening to my eighth song named "Dirty Organ" in the car because it has epic bass drops in it that I love! Thank you to Tomas George for suggesting the name because this track begins and ends with the KBD Organ NUC from the Morphine Additive Synthesizer! For the other chords, I used 4 other Morphine Additive Synthesizer variations in FL Studio 12 including LED Fat MC, KBD Linda MC, KBD Plastic Dream MC, and KBD Sine Piano NUC with a channel pitch automation. For the kick drum, I used Fruit Kick at C3, C4, and C5 alternating between verses the order. The bass drop is from the Bass Drum8_LONG sample available in the all samples bundle on FL Studio 12's website along with A6NDRM.C4 for the sound at the end of the bass drop. The guitar samples I used where 00114_C4, 00126_C5, and 00102_C3. My hope for this song was to make a beat for listening to in my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid which emphasizes bass sounds even with the default settings.
