Give 'Em Watts! #RTTBROS #Nightlight"The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him." — Psalm 28:7It was June of 1780, and the situation on the ground at the Battle of Springfield, New Jersey, was getting desperate. British forces were pressing hard, American soldiers were outnumbered, and they were running critically short on wadding, the paper soldiers packed down the barrel to seat the powder and the ball. Without it, their muskets were useless. The line was about to break. That's when Reverend James Caldwell did something nobody expected. He was a Presbyterian minister, one of the fiery preachers the British called the Black Robe Regiment, men they feared almost as much as any general. Caldwell ran into the nearest church, gathered up armloads of hymnals, and sprinted back to the firing line. He threw those books to the soldiers and hollered what became one of the most memorable battle cries of the whole revolution: "Give 'em Watts, boys!"The hymnals were full of the sacred songs of Isaac Watts, the great hymn writer who gave us "O God, Our Help in Ages Past" and "Joy to the World." And those soldiers tore out the pages, loaded their muskets, and held the line. The songs of worship literally became the ammunition of war.I have thought about that story more than once sitting with people in hard seasons of life, and in some of my own hard seasons too. There are moments when you feel like those soldiers. Outnumbered, running low, not sure you have what it takes to hold your ground through another night. And in those moments, I think Reverend Caldwell's wild run into that church has something to say to us.Worship is not just what we do on Sunday morning when everything is fine. It is what we reach for when things are not fine. The Psalmist knew this. He didn't write Psalm 28:7 from a comfortable chair. He wrote it from a place of genuine need, trusting a God he could not see to be a shield he desperately required. And what came out the other side? His heart rejoiced and he sang.I'm too soon old and too late smart, but here is something I have learned. When the battle gets heavy and my resources feel thin, the best thing I can do is not strategize harder or worry longer. It's to give 'em Watts. Pull out a hymn. Speak a promise out loud. Remember what God did the last time the situation felt impossible. Let praise become the wadding that loads the musket.History is just HIS story, and that includes the story of a preacher running across a battlefield with his arms full of hymnals. God has a way of making our songs into something stronger than we ever imagined. So tonight, whatever battle you carried through the door with you, give it the Watts treatment. Let a song of praise be the last thing on your lips before you close your eyes.Let's pray: Lord, when I'm running low and the line feels like it's about to break, remind me that praise is not a luxury for easy days. It is the weapon You placed in my hands for hard ones. Teach me to trust You enough to sing. In Jesus' name, Amen.#RTTBROS #Nightlight #ChristianWisdom #BiblicalWisdom #Faith #Worship #DailyDevotion #PracticalBiblicalWisdom #ChristianLiving #HistoryIsHisStoryhttps://linktr.ee/rttbros#Freedom250 #America250Reflection Questions:1. When life gets hard, is your first instinct to worry or to worship? What would it look like to reach for praise before you reach for anxiety?2. Think of a time God came through for you in a desperate moment. How could remembering that story become "ammunition" for something you're facing right now?Call to Action: If this story encouraged you, share it with someone who needs to hear that their praise still has power. After three days at Fraud Fight Club Round 3, the trio cuts through the noise of traditional conferences to discuss why this "unconference" feels like the "Fraud Avengers" have finally assembled to collaborate, rather than just sit through slide decks. The conversation dives deep into the emotional and technical highlights of the event, starting with a powerful keynote from Tracy Hall, a romance scam survivor whose story of a two-year, "in-real-life" relationship challenges every stereotype of fraud victimization. We explore the "last mile" of scams, including the chilling new acronyms parents need to know—like WDYLL and DYS—and why Australia's aggressive legislative approach to social media and scam liability is setting a global benchmark.Jen Lamont shares the stage with the legendary Marc Evans to break down a fascinating $30,000 "bust-out" fraud case involving a Las Vegas casino, 314B information sharing, and the race against a seven-day security film window. Meanwhile, Haley Windham discusses the "Outnumbered, Not Outmatched" philosophy, detailing how AI and automation are becoming "jet fuel" for lean fraud teams buried under manual reporting and dispute trends. We also explore the "hot topics" dominating the fraud landscape today:The Rise of Ghost Tapping: A deep dive into the new wave of contactless, tokenized fraud hitting luxury merchants and why many banks are only just now connecting the dots. The "Unconference" Magic: Why the most significant industry breakthroughs are happening at Airbnb kitchen tables and through "Nokia phone" claps rather than on the main stage.Cross-Industry Adoption: How the "Merchant Fraud Alliance" (MFA) is set to bring this same level of intense collaboration to the merchant and e-commerce side in Chicago this October. The Human Connection: Why "extroverted networking" and firm handshakes are still the best tools we have to combat fraudsters who communicate better than we do.

Outnumbered and under relentless pressure, his lightly fortified positions in the Bois des Caures became a crucial early line of resistance. Their determined defence helped delay the German advance at a critical moment, buying precious time for French reinforcements to move towards Verdun. We examine who Émile Driant was: soldier, politician, and writer. And ask why his leadership became symbolic of French resistance. When life starts chasing you, where do you run? Show Notes In this episode of Shark Theory, Baylor shares the viral story of a baby monkey abandoned at a zoo in Tokyo, bullied by other monkeys, and clinging to a stuffed animal for comfort. The image is heartbreaking. The monkey runs from group to group, searching for belonging, searching for safety, searching for something to hold onto. And eventually, after days of isolation, it finds acceptance. Baylor connects this powerful image to the human experience. At some point, we've all felt like that monkey. Overwhelmed. Outnumbered. Running from problems that seem bigger than us. Bills. Career pressure. Relationship strain. Identity confusion. The question isn't whether storms or challenges come. The question is: where do you run when they do? Do you have a foundation? A community? A faith? A person? A place? Something steady that keeps you from running endlessly? Because running without refuge is exhausting. Eventually, what you're running from catches up. The deeper layer of this episode challenges listeners to examine belonging. Not just belonging to a job title or social circle, but belonging to yourself. Are you the same person everywhere? Or are you constantly switching masks depending on the room? Wearing different versions of yourself is draining. Integrity creates alignment. Alignment creates peace. And finally, Baylor offers hope. The same internet that spreads the monkey's story across the world overnight is proof that life can shift quickly. Opportunity can appear suddenly. Recognition can happen unexpectedly. Change is always closer than it feels. But you must keep going. Keep building your foundation. Keep showing up as you. Because you're one moment away from everything changing. What You'll Learn in This Episode Why everyone needs a safe place to run The danger of trying to do life alone How belonging shapes identity and confidence Why authenticity reduces emotional exhaustion The power of having a strong personal foundation How quickly life can change when you stay consistent Featured Quote "When life starts chasing you, you better know where you run."

God Likes to Be Outnumbered The message focuses on the idea that God often chooses to work when the odds are stacked against His people, so that when victory comes, it is clear that it was His doing, not their own. Gideon’s Army God told Gideon he had too many men (32,000) to fight the Midianites, lest Israel take credit for the victory. God instructed Gideon to allow those who were fearful to leave, resulting in 22,000 departing, leaving 10,000. God further reduced the number by having them drink water from a river, selecting only the 300 who lapped the water like dogs. The 300 were equipped with trumpets and pitchers with torches inside. They surrounded the Midianite camp and, at a signal, broke the pitchers, revealed the torches, blew the trumpets, and shouted, “The sword of the Lord and of Gideon!” God caused the Midianites to turn on each other, and they were defeated. Pride and God’s Glory God likes to be outnumbered because when He wins the battle, He doesn’t want people taking credit for it. Pride can lead people to believe they are capable and strong on their own. God ensures that when victory comes, it is clear that it was His doing, leading to proper worship and praise. Examples of God Being Outnumbered Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: Nebuchadnezzar built a statue and commanded everyone to worship it. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow. Nebuchadnezzar threw them into a fiery furnace. The king saw four figures in the furnace, the fourth resembling the Son of God. They emerged unharmed, demonstrating God’s presence and protection. Noah: Eight souls (Noah, his wife, his sons, and their wives) worked on the ark for 120 years. They were against an entire race of people. God sent the flood, and only those on the ark survived. Moses: Moses confronted Pharaoh, demanding the release of the Israelites. He faced the entire Egyptian army. He led the Israelites to the Red Sea, where God parted the waters, allowing them to cross safely and drowning the pursuing Egyptian army. Jonathan: Jonathan and his armor bearer went to fight the Philistines. Jonathan told his armor bearer that there is no restraint to God to save whether by few or many. They climbed a cliff and attacked a Philistine outpost, killing 20 men. Samson: The Israelites bound Samson with new cords and handed him over to the Philistines. Samson broke free and killed 1,000 Philistines with the jawbone of an ass. David: David, a young shepherd, volunteered to fight Goliath. He went into the valley with five stones and a slingshot. He struck Goliath with a stone, killing him, and then cut off his head with Goliath’s own sword. Hezekiah: Sennacherib and the Assyrian army threatened Jerusalem. Hezekiah prayed to God, laying Sennacherib’s threatening letter before Him. God sent an angel who killed 186,000 Assyrian soldiers in one night. Asa: Zerah the Ethiopian came against Asa with an army of a million men and 300 chariots. Asa prayed to God for help, acknowledging that it is nothing for God to help, whether with many or with those who have no power. God smote the Ethiopians, and they fled. Romans 8:31-39 If God is for us, who can be against us? Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril, or sword? In all these things, we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. Nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. Neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature. Application Encouragement to have faith and trust in God, regardless of the circumstances. Even when feeling outnumbered, outmanned, or outgunned, God is always greater and can deliver. The importance of recognizing God’s hand in victories and giving Him the glory. The reminder that God is always with His people and will fight their battles.

Damian Mason Says California Ag Is Outnumbered, Out Regulated, and Still Unmatched

The January 20 edition of the AgNet News Hour tackled one of the biggest questions facing farmers right now: Can California agriculture stay competitive when costs keep rising and regulations never seem to slow down? Hosts Nick Papagni and Josh McGill opened the show with a safety reminder for Central Valley drivers dealing with heavy fog, then shifted into an eye-opening interview with national keynote speaker, farmer, and ag business host Damian Mason, an “outsider looking in” who didn't hold back on what he sees happening in California. Mason, who farms in Indiana and has spent significant time speaking to California agriculture groups, said California's biggest challenge is simple: farmers are outnumbered politically, and the economic engine of the Bay Area distorts how the state treats agriculture. He explained that California can “punish” farming with regulations without feeling immediate pain statewide, because most residents don't directly work in the industry, yet the impact lands hard on the people producing the food. One of the most striking points Mason made was about the unique advantage California has, a Mediterranean climate found in only a handful of places worldwide. He warned that strangling farming in a state that grows hundreds of crops isn't just bad policy, it's reckless. “You have something God-given that other places can't replicate,” Mason said, urging leaders to stop treating agriculture like an afterthought. Papagni and McGill agreed that growers are expected to comply with expensive rules—without getting paid more for it, while cheaper commodities roll in from countries with lower labor costs and less regulation. Mason compared California to Peru and pointed out that global competitors now have stronger infrastructure and investment than they did a decade ago, meaning the old U.S. advantage in transport and scale is shrinking fast. The discussion also turned to labor and automation, with the hosts noting that California growers are desperate for innovation, yet policies like Cal/OSHA restrictions make it harder to adopt technologies like autonomous tractors. Mason said California's energy contradictions, like blackouts while mandating electric systems, are part of the bigger pattern of policy not matching reality. Still, Mason ended with optimism. He said national attention on real food, produce, and protein could be a major tailwind for California. If consumer trends continue shifting toward whole foods, specialty crops could benefit, especially in the state that grows more fresh commodities than anywhere else in the country. To wrap the episode, Papagni also caught up with Todd Burkdoll of Valent USA, who shared timely seasonal advice for citrus and almond growers, including winter orchard floor management and staying ahead of disease threats like Red Leaf Blotch with early fungicide timing.

Remember the Alamo. Remember the Men. Remember the Truth. In this episode of The Willie Jackerson Experiment, we ride straight into one of the most legendary last stands in American history — The Battle of the Alamo. Beyond the textbook myths and Hollywood one-liners, we break down what really happened, who was actually there, and why this fight still matters today. From Davy Crockett and Jim Bowie to William B. Travis's defiant stand, we explore the courage, sacrifice, and brutal reality of a moment when freedom was bought with blood. Outnumbered, surrounded, and knowing there would be no reinforcements — they stood anyway. We connect the Alamo to the broader fight for independence, the cost of liberty, and why the phrase “Remember the Alamo” became more than a slogan — it became a warning, a rally cry, and a promise. As always, expect hard history, straight talk, unapologetic American pride, and a soundtrack worthy of warriors who refused to kneel.

It requires a nonrefundable $15,000 processing fee plus a “contribution” or “gift” of at least $1 million per individual (or $2 million via an employer sponsor), with additional amounts for dependents. The funds go to entities like the U.S. Department of Commerce, and applicants must prove a lawful source of money, similar to the EB-5 investor visa.  The process involves filing a new Form I-140G, followed by consular processing abroad—no in-country adjustment of status is allowed—and approvals can happen in weeks, though backlogs from per-country caps (especially for Indian or Chinese nationals) may still cause delays for the actual green card. This program is separate from the H-1B visa system, which remains a temporary work visa for skilled professionals with issues like annual caps (85,000 visas, including 20,000 for advanced degree holders), a random lottery selection process, and criticisms of abuse (e.g., companies using it to displace U.S. workers or suppress wages via outsourcing firms). In fact, alongside the Gold Card, the Trump administration introduced a separate $100,000 one-time entry fee for H-1B applicants to deter such abuses and ensure only “the best and brightest” use it. https://twitter.com/TheRubberDuck79/status/1998791717752062345?s=20  Autopen. https://twitter.com/KobeissiLetter/status/1998407015756964343?s=20   to decide if it gets a floor vote. I hope they do the right thing. The Affordability Crisis Is Not a ‘Hoax.' It Is an Existential Threat to the American Dream.  Recently, President Trump has been quoted as referring to the affordability crisis as a “Democrat scam,” “hoax,” and “con job.” Although I think Trump was likely trying to remind Americans that policies enacted when Democrats had total control of the federal government under the first two years of the Biden administration accelerated and exacerbated the affordability problem, it is dangerous for the president to use that type of language. Already, mainstream media reprobates are twisting Trump's words, leading people to believe that he is saying the affordability crisis does not exist.  In proper context, Trump is not denying that middle- and lower-class Americans are struggling to make ends meet; rather, he is trying to assign blame and hang the affordability crisis on the Democrats. But even doing that is politically unwise.  The American people are not nearly as concerned with pointing fault as they are with seeking immediately viable solutions to the untenable reality they face. For many Americans, the affordability crisis is so severe that they think the American dream is no longer within reach. In fact, only 22 percent of young Americans think they will be better off than their parents. During her appearance on Wednesday on Fox News’ Outnumbered, Kirk was asked about the accusations and claims floated by podcasters like Candace Owens and others surrounding the assassination of the late co-founder of Turning Point USA, including speculation about where Charlie is buried. No rock will be unturned. I want justice for my husband, for myself, for my family more than anyone else out there. “My silence does not mean that I’m complacent,” Erika continued. “My silence does not mean that somehow Turning Point USA and all of the handpicked staff that loved my husband and that my husband loved them is somehow in on it. We are busy building.” Erika said she understands a lot of the noise is people trying to find answers to the horrific killing of her husband, and made it clear no “rock will be unturned. I want justice for my husband, for myself, for my family more than anyone else out there.” Kirk said she does have a breaking point, though, and it’s when influencers and others go after those she loves, like her family, her Turning Point USA family, and her Charlie Kirk Show family. “When you go after the people that I love, and you’re making hundreds and thousands of dollars every single episode, going after the people that I love because somehow they’re in on this… NO!” Erika said, as the host Harris Faulkner pointed out, she’d never seen Kirk like this before. “This is righteous anger because this is not okay, it’s not healthy,” she added. “This is a mind virus… but this is not okay. But just know your words are very powerful, and we are human.” “My team are not machines and they’re not robots, they are human,” Erika continued. “We have more death threats on our team and our side than I have ever seen. I have kidnapping threats. I have…you name it, we have it. And my poor team is exhausted, and every time they bring this back up, what are we supposed to do, relive that trauma all over again?”  . In all fairness, the Democrats have been doing Redistricting for years, and continue to do so. Unfortunately, Indiana Senate “Leader” Rod Bray enjoys being the only person in the United States of America who is against Republicans picking up extra seats, in Indiana's case, two of them. He is putting every ounce of his limited strength into asking his soon to be very vulnerable friends to vote with him. By doing so, he is putting the Majority in the House of Representatives, Washington, D.C., at risk and, at the same time, putting anybody in Indiana who votes against this Redistricting, likewise, at risk. The people of Indiana don't want the Party of Sleepy Joe Biden, Kamala, Ilhan Omar, or the rest to succeed in Washington. Bray doesn't care. He's either a bad guy, or a very stupid one! In any event, he and a couple of his friends will partner with the Radical Left Democrats. They found some Republican “SUCKERS,” and they couldn't be happier that they did! Guys like Failed Senate Candidate Mitch Daniels, who I opposed in his Race against Senator Jim Banks, and Cam Savage, whoever that is, are fighting against the Republican Party, all the way. Bray and his friends are the favorite Republicans of Hakeem Jeffries, Crazy Nancy Pelosi, and Cryin' Chuck Schumer. Anybody that votes against Redistricting, and the SUCCESS of the Republican Party in D.C., will be, I am sure, met with a MAGA Primary in the Spring. If Republicans will not do what is necessary to save our Country, they will eventually lose everything to the Democrats. Rod Bray and his friends won't be in Politics for long, and I will do everything within my power to make sure that they will not hurt the Republican Party, and our Country, again. One of my favorite States, Indiana, will be the only State in the Union to turn the Republican Party down! Master Messenger: Trump Goes Full MAGA at Pennsylvania Rally, Hands GOP the 2026 Talking Points The master messenger is at it again, this time handing the GOP the 2026 midterm talking points directly. During a rally Tuesday evening in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, President Trump reminded both Republicans and Democrats of just how savvy a messenger he can be when energizing his base. He crushed former President Joe Biden and his administration for overseeing the runaway inflation we are still battling today. He discussed his efforts to bring higher wage jobs to American workers, not illegal aliens. He dismantled Obamacare, highlighting high costs and the trillions in taxpayer dollars given to insurance companies instead of the American people. President Trump went full MAGA. The  message was clear: Republicans, take this message and run with it during the 2026 midterm election cycle. President Trump tore apart Obamacare. He is tired of insurance companies lining their pockets with Obamacare subsidies, and stated once again that he wants that money sent directly to the American people. Imagine being able to use your own money to purchase health insurance instead of those dollars going straight to the insurance companies? For Republicans in 2026, this is a smart policy that could excite the base in an election cycle where President Trump is not on the ballot. Healthcare across America, in many cases, is unaffordable and frustrating. This is certainly an area where the GOP can make up ground with sound policy ideas. President Trump has essentially closed our southern border by the sheer power he wields through the executive branch. The administration has now moved to tackle illegal immigration within our borders, in regards to both deportations and American jobs taken by illegal aliens.  Since President Trump took office, 100 percent of all net job creation has gone to American citizens. That is an amazing statistic that every GOP House and Senate member should be touting on the campaign trail. Not for nothing, but President Trump is also clearly tired of immigrants coming to America who do not care to fully assimilate or share our values. President Trump also announced a permanent pause on third-world migration, “including from hellholes like Afghanistan, Haiti, Somalia, and many other countries.” This is a very smart and, frankly, important policy. During the recent off-year election cycle, many Americans learned for the first time how many third-world immigrants have infiltrated major American cities. This is a winning message and one the GOP should carry into 2026. Finally, the deadly drugs have got to stop flowing into this country. President Trump has taken lethal action that is sure to have every drug boat planning to bring drugs to America second-guessing that decision. For some Republicans who support Trump’s policy but have struggled to properly communicate the importance to their constituents, the president simplified the issue for the entire party. When most folks think about the Old West, they almost immediately envision daring lawmen and bloodthirsty outlaws. But did you know that the frontier was filled with ordinary people who also lived truly extraordinary lives? Today, we'll shine a light on four such characters. First up is the legendary fur trapper, James Beckwourth. Born a slave, Beckwourth trapped beaver with Kit Carson and Jim Bridger, fought battles from Florida to Montana, and rose to become a leader of the Crow Nation, only to meet a mysterious end in the wilderness. Next, we'll turn to William Bigfoot Wallace, a Texas giant who survived a Mexican prison, battled Comanche warriors, and helped shape Texas history from the Revolution all the way to the dawn of the automobile. But was Bigfoot Wallace truly a hero, or is there a darker side to his legend? I'll also share my personal take on mixing history and politics, no holds barred. After that, we follow buffalo hunter and frontier scout, Billy Dixon. Outnumbered 20 to 1 at Adobe Walls, Dixon made the shot of the century, dropping a mounted warrior from nearly 1,500 yards with a Sharps rifle. He went on to become one of only eight civilians in U.S. history to receive the Medal of Honor for heroism under fire. Finally, meet the one and only Stagecoach Mary Fields, born a slave but remembered as one of the wildest (and toughest) women in the Old West. Stagecoach Mary drank hard, fought harder, and conquered everything from Montana blizzards to packs of wolves, yet she still found time to hand out candy and babysit the local kids, including one who'd become a Hollywood legend.   Legends & Outlaws Calendar! https://wildwestcalendar.com/   Merch! https://wildwestextramerch.com/   Buy Me A Coffee!  https://buymeacoffee.com/wildwest   Check out the website! https://www.wildwestextra.com/   Email me! https://www.wildwestextra.com/contact/   Free Newsletter! https://wildwestjosh.substack.com/   Join Patreon for ad-free bonus content! https://www.patreon.com/wildwestextra Learn more about your ad choices. On June 27th, 1874, a handful of buffalo hunters found themselves surrounded by hundreds of Comanche at a place called Adobe Walls. Outnumbered more than twenty to one, the odds of survival looked slim. Nevertheless, it was here that Billy Dixon stepped forward and made what's become known as the “shot of the century,” dropping a mounted warrior at nearly 1,500 yards. Join me as we examine the life of Billy Dixon, from his hardscrabble childhood to his time as a buffalo hunter, scout, and Medal of Honor recipient. Also discussed are how Dixon and his companions survived the siege at Adobe Walls, what really happened in the infamous buffalo wallow fight, and how these events helped shape the final days of the Southern Plains tribes.   Merch! https://wildwestextramerch.com/   Buy Me A Coffee!  https://buymeacoffee.com/wildwest   Check out the website! https://www.wildwestextra.com/   Email me! https://www.wildwestextra.com/contact/   Free Newsletter! https://wildwestjosh.substack.com/   Join Patreon for ad-free bonus content! https://www.patreon.com/wildwestextra Learn more about your ad choices.
