Marek Stączek jest ekspertem od procesu zmiany, dlatego nie mogło go zabraknąć na naszej stacji. Jest autorem książki “Krasnale – rzecz o kreatywności i zmianie”. Rozmawiamy o tym, jak przebiega proces zmiany oraz, że zmiany w życiu człowieka są nieuniknione. Jednak często zdarza się tak, że zmiana nas zaskakuje. Prawdopodobnie oznacza to, że przegapiliśmy symptomy zmiany. Marek próbuje w tej rozmowie znaleźć odpowiedź na pytanie, dlaczego tak się czasami dzieje. Marek opowiadając historie, maluje w naszej wyobraźni obraz procesu zmiany i zachęca do tego, by mimo zniechęcenia zrobić coś jeszcze raz, tylko w inny sposób. Stwierdza, że warto szczerze mówić o swoich porażkach i rozwija wątek o konieczności bycia autentycznym. W procesie zmiany ważną rolę pełni opowieść. Marek uwielbia storytelling i opowiada, jak ważna jest rola opowieści w procesie zmiany. Prowadząc warsztaty, walczy z PowerPointem, bo mówi, że nie jest on ani power, ani point.
