He also explains why the concern about not being able to obtain complete proteins without meat is considerably overblown.   Dr. Campbell then explores protein isolates found in processed foods and why they can be a “mixed bag” for your health. Plus, he discusses why he ranks proper nutrition ahead of exercise and all other mitigating factors as the most critical step to prevent cancer.   Plus, Chuck reports on a new study linking red and processed meat with increasing rates of hypertension.   — — — Meat Hypertension Study https://bit.ly/MeatHBPStudy — — — Fairfax VegFest https://www.fairfaxvegfest.org — — — Dr. T. Stevan Mirkovich didn't lose weight by going to the gym. It was the food that helped him lose nearly 100 pounds and got the former athlete back on the road to health!   He joins "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll to share his inspiring story and the diet he chose to slim down. The same diet has not only helped him keep the weight off for years, but laid the foundation for a thriving career helping thousands of people as co-owner of Planted. The company is behind the largest plant-based events in Canada!   None of this would have happened had it not been for a fluke knee injury that ultimately led him to change his life.   — — — Chuck Carroll Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ChuckCarrollWLC Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/ChuckCarrollWLC Facebook: http://wghtloss.cc/ChuckFacebook — — — Stevan Mirkovich Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/plantedexpo Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/PlantedLife Website: https://www.plantedlife.com — — — 21-Day Vegan Kickstart App iOS: https://bit.ly/VegKStrt-iOS Android: https://bit.ly/VegKStrtAndrd Web: https://www.pcrm.org/kickstart — — — Barnard Medical Center Appointments https://bit.ly/BMCtelemed 202-527-7500 — — — Share the Show Please subscribe and give the show a 5-star rating on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or many other podcast providers.
