Throughout history, the way society perceives us has been at the forefront of any person attempting to be known in that society. As Soulaire states, we have become victims of society's control. We care what people think, we care what people say, and we care how we are seen. But why? Why does it matter if I am okay with who I am. If I know myself, and I understand myself, why do I have to change just so society sees me, the way I do? Today Soulaire discusses being truly fluid, and getting to know who you are inside, before you change who you are on the outside, to ensure you are making those changes for you, and not for society's acceptance.
