Asil Toksal discusses his work on Earth's energetic grid, which supports humanity's awakening and evolution. He explains that the grid holds a certain frequency, affecting regions and populations, and describes it as a network of energy lines similar to acupuncture lines. Asil shares experiences from sacred sites like Babylon, where the grid's maintenance is crucial, and Bali, where he repaired a broken energy structure. He also recounts his arrest in a foreign country for sorcery, highlighting the challenges and lessons learned from his imprisonment. Asil emphasizes the importance of maintaining and balancing these energetic fields for global awakening and healing. Asil Toksal discusses his experiences with spiritual leaders, channeling at Delphi, Greece, and his encounters with mythical figures like Zeus. He explains the historical and energetic significance of Delphi and Mount Olympus, emphasizing the importance of internal alignment and spiritual evolution. Asil also describes his visit to the Great Pyramid of Giza, where he channeled Raphael and learned about its role as a routing station for cosmic energy. He highlights the transformative power of nature and the need for humans to evolve spiritually, using technology consciously. Ateşkesin yürürlüğe girdiği pazar sabahından beri Gazze'ye dönenlerin videolarını izliyorum. Bir grup genç adam, teşrik tekbirleri getirerek yürüyordu. Durdular. Hep birlikte secde ettiler. Gururla bakıyorlardı moloz yığınlarına. Dillerde tekbir, gözlerde haykırış: “İşte geldik Gazze, şükür kavuşturana. Taşına, toprağına…” Evlerini arayan insanları gördünüz değil mi? Can havliyle terk ettikleri hanelerini oturulur vaziyette bulmak için dua ediyorlardı. It was one of those conversations that changes the way you see the world. On today's episode, Asil Toksal walked us through the labyrinth of his spiritual awakening—a journey that began not with a whisper from the divine but with the roar of dissatisfaction in an otherwise "successful" life. What stood out most was his faith—not in something external, but in the power of consciousness itself, unfolding moment by moment. Before stepping into the realm of channeling angelic beings, Asil's life was rooted in the structured logic of engineering and the relentless pace of digital marketing. He shared, "I was living someone else's dream life," a revelation sparked during an expat stint in Singapore. That epiphany led him to burn the metaphorical boats and leap into the unknown. For Asil, faith became an anchor in the stormy seas of transformation. His connection with the Elohim—an angelic collective—and Emmanuel, a compassionate ambassador of higher consciousness, wasn't instantaneous. It required surrender, trust, and an unwavering commitment to the spiritual path. Asil described his first encounter with Emmanuel in a fog-drenched Redwood forest, an event that transformed his understanding of himself and his purpose. "You are finally ready," Emmanuel had said, opening a doorway to a role Asil had agreed to play 3,000 years ago.SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS:Faith Within Yourself: Asil emphasized that the most terrifying yet empowering form of faith is believing in your own capacity as a creator. "When you put the power in somebody else's hands, it's comfortable, but the real growth comes when you anchor that power within yourself."The Earth's Support System: Through his work, Asil and his guides actively maintain Earth's energetic grid, ensuring humanity has a foundational support system during this accelerated awakening process.Expanded Consciousness: Asil explained how each human is more than their identity in this lifetime, describing us as "soul containers" carrying experiences across dimensions and lifetimes. This awareness, he shared, leads to a deeper understanding of our interconnectedness and the divine intelligence at play. The conversation explored not just the mechanics of channeling but its purpose. Asil described channeling as more than just transmitting messages; it's a profound energetic alignment that benefits anyone open to it, even through digital mediums. He likened it to being a "pillar of light," a steady beacon for those navigating turbulent waters. Our exchange also delved into humanity's collective awakening, a process marked by exponential growth and unpredictability. "We are at the precipice of maturation," Asil remarked, his voice resonating with hope. He painted a vision of Earth not just as a planet but as a conscious being, supporting and evolving alongside us.In the end, Asil left us with a challenge disguised as a gift: to embrace the unknown and trust in our infinite potential. It's not an easy path, but as he reminded us, “When someone's consciousness isn't ready, they won't even be able to hear you.” The journey inward is ours to take, one step of faith at a time. Please enjoy my conversation with Asil Toksal.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/next-level-soul-podcast-with-alex-ferrari--4858435/support.

In this episode, featuring Professor Leila Sadat, we discuss the recent rise in violent extraterritorial action by states, such as the allegations by Canada that Indian agents killed a Sikh separatist leader in Canada, and the legal framework governing such action and possible reactions.
Lecture summary: Part 1 of the Lecture focuses on the development of the right to self-determination as a rule of customary international law and its application to the Chagos Archipelago, Africa and the Commonwealth Caribbean. The adoption of Resolution 1514 by the General Assembly of the United Nations on December 14, 1960 was a decisive element in the development of the customary character of the right to self-determination. After that transformational development it was colonial peoples, not colonial powers, who determined their independence and its form e.g. whether based on a republican system or a UK parliamentary system. Thus, after that time the colonial powers were under an obligation to respect the right of colonial peoples to ‘freely determine their political status', and any breach of that obligation would entail their international responsibility. Part 11 addresses the status of the right to self-determination as a norm of jus cogens, and concludes that on the basis of the relevant evidentiary material, the right to self-determination is a peremptory norm of general international law. Part 111 focuses on the right to self-determination in relation to the Occupied Palestinian Territory. Disappointment is expressed at the lack of clarity in the ICJ's treatment in its recent Advisory Opinion of the jus cogens character of the right to self-determination in cases of foreign occupation. Speaker: Judge Patrick Robinson 1. In 1964 graduated from the University College of the West Indies -London with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Latin and Economics. 2. In 1968, called to the Bar at Middle Temple, in which year also completed the LLB degree from London University. In 1972, completed the LLM degree in International Law at Kings College, London University. 3. Jamaica's representative to the Sixth (Legal) Committee of the UN General Assembly from 1972 to 1998. Led treaty -making negotiations on behalf of Jamaica in several areas, including extradition, mutual legal assistance and investment promotion and protection. 4. From 1988 to 1995, served as a member of the Inter American Commission on Human Rights, including as the President in 1991. From 1991 to 1996, member of the International Law Commission. From 1995 to 1996, member of the Haiti Truth and Justice Commission. 5. In 1998 elected a Judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and served as the Tribunal's President from 2008 to 2011; presided over the trial of Slobodan Milosevic. 6. In 2020 appointed Honorary President of the American Society of International Law (ASIL); in that capacity, in collaboration with ASIL and the University of the West Indies, organized two International Symposia which led to the launch on June 8, 2023 of the historic Report on Reparations for Transatlantic Chattel Slavery (TCS) in the Americas and the Caribbean, which quantified for the first time the reparations due from the practice of TCS in the Caribbean, Central America, South America and North America. 7. Elected a Judge of the International Court of Justice in 2014 and demitted office on February 5, 2024. The Eli Lauterpacht Lecture was established after Sir Eli's death in 2017 to celebrate his life and work.

From new launches, private and public, into outer space to the growing challenge of “space debris,” space is a growing challenge for international lawyers. We discuss some of the current and emerging issues with Ina Popova, partner in the international dispute resolution group at Debevoise and Plimpton.
Today's special guest, Asil Toksal's own quest began with a realization: despite professional success, life lacked meaning. This inner discontent propelled a deep dive into spiritual discovery. After two decades of dedicated practice, Asil's connection to higher consciousness opened, leading to profound self-realization, inner peace, and fulfillment. With newfound purpose, Asil embarked on a mission to transform humanity's consciousness. What started with individual sessions and sacred site visits evolved into massive global gatherings and expeditions to powerful energetic locations to restore the Earth's grid. To provide structured support to individuals and group leaders, Asil established the non-profit organization, Evolution One, gathering visionary collaborators and fostering a vibrant community of awakening conscious creators. Events and training programs were carefully designed to empower individuals as “Pillars of Light” aligned and in service. Thousands have dedicated themselves to self-realization, awakening their potential to effect positive change. Asil's role as a conduit of wisdom and energy continues, inspiring others to expand consciousness, integrate spiritual experiences, and make a profound impact through their professional and personal lives and in working with the Earth.

Mind Love • Modern Mindfulness to Think, Feel, and Live Well
We will learn: Why illness can be a spiritual and emotional teacher, and how understanding this can change the way you view your own health challenges How even the smallest actions can have a ripple effect on the collective consciousness of millions Why addressing your emotional wounds is crucial for a world filled with love and compassion We humans spend a lot of time collectively thinking about what happens when we die... is there heaven, hell, purgatory, a multitude of realms, just nothing but the box we're buried in... But do you ever consider what of ourselves, if anything, existed before we were born? If our souls are eternal, that means they have always existed, so our souls were here before incarnating into this particular body. So what if we actually chose to incarnate? Many intuitive and spiritual thought leaders have discussed the idea of soul contracts- agreements we make before our earthly birth to learn certain lessons and fulfill a particular purpose. So, what do you think? Is your life unfolding according to some celestial blueprint? And if it is, how does that make you feel about the choices you're making right now? Got you thinking, huh? Well this is one of the things we're discussing today. Our guest is Asil Toksal, an expert guide on awakening journeys, expanding consciousness, and integrating spiritual experiences. Asil channels transformational energy and wisdom from higher consciousness, fostering humanity's evolution. Aseel chickens, sometimes called Asil chickens, are an ancient breed that originated in India. The first birds came to Europe in the 1840s, while the American Poultry Association' recognized them as a separate breed only in 1981. In the past, highly aggressive roosters were kept for cockfighting, but that has changed over time. Nowadays, most people worldwide keep them as ornamental birds and consider them the most vital existing game birds. Full: https://www.coolchickenbreeds.com/asil-chicken/

Join Joan of Angels and Alan Steinfeld as we go Out of This World with channeler and spiritual teacher, Asil Toksal. Asil receives and transmits transformational energy and spoken wisdom from higher and non-dual sources of consciousness. This benevolent energy and wisdom is an unconditional gift intended to support humanity's evolution. Like many initiates drawn to the spiritual path, Asil's journey began with the realization that the life he was living lacked meaning and purpose. Although he had reached a high level of professional success, he found himself unsatisfied and depressed. He began to question the meaning of life and existence, which spurred his journey of spiritual discovery. After nearly two decades of spiritual dedication, seven years ago his connection to higher forms of consciousness opened. Through this connection he found a deeper sense of self which led to the inner peace and fulfillment he always felt was possible. He has continued to personally transform, heal, and move into greater alignment. The natural extension of this state of being became his service to humanity. In this compelling interview with healer and channel Asil Toksal, we go in-depth into the quickening of these times in the evolution of human consciousness. We discuss how this influences all areas of our life, desires, relationships, and service. We talk about the intensity of dark and light (not necessarily good and evil) and the challenges and gifts of deeply heeding our inner calling at this time. This is an inspiring interview for anyone questioning their life as it is and ready to trust the invitation from within to become more of who they are in service to humanity at this time.
Joseph Raz was one of the most influential legal and political philosophers who ever lived, and his passing in May 2022 marked the end of an epoch. The breadth and depth of his philosophical legacy is unmatched, and yet, unlike many influential legal philosophers (such as HLA Hart or Hans Kelsen), Raz left very few writings that deal with jurisprudential questions of international law. Why is that? And how can we draw on Raz's ideas about human rights, the concept of a legal system, authority, normativity, and so on, to enrich the philosophy of international law? Speakers Samantha Besson, Collège de France Başak Çalı, Hertie School Başak Etkin (moderator), Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas Kostia Gorobets, University of Groningen Adil Haque (moderator), Rutgers University Miodrag Jovanović, University of Belgrade This episode was recorded during the event co-organized with ASIL's International Legal Theory Interest Group.
