Are you dealing with nightmares, hopelessness, anxious thoughts, a heavy heart and endless symptoms and problems without real solutions or change? You're probably under spiritual attack. When you move closer to God and closer to healing - the enemy intensifies the attempt to sabotage your effort. The motive: hate. The goal: To turn you away from God!God doesn't spare us from challenges and problems, but His motive is love and He always provides tools, wisdom and truth in order to give you a way out. he never challenges you beyond your capacity. The world is fallen and full of false teachers and false "healers" and practitioners that end up contributing to the attacks against your heart, your child, your family and your peace. And they don''t even know it. You need a strategy against this. That's why I recorded this podcast and share my checklist and prayer meditation with you today. Do you know how to recognise the right instructors, God's voice and truth from the wrong instructors from the dark spiritual realm and what to do to protect yourself from them?Don't miss this podcast episode. You can have your biggest autism turnaround ever, just by joining the turnaround group coaching program for 6 - 7 months.Case in point, we had 2 moms inside  The Autism Turnaround Program  that replaced non stop real-life-autism-nightmares with peace, bonding, all-night sleep, getting outside every day and no meltdowns or screaming  …For the first time ever. They jumped in this spring/summer and by fall - they were inside our Telegram group celebrating with the community…The wild thing is – they haven't even gone through 1/5th of the program content either.Because spiritual tweaks = massive victories.Subtle shifts are all you need to go from results being less than what you know they should be…In today's life-update podcast - I reveal how GOD FORCED ME TO CHANGE and we did this together - and test if you will be able to copy the strategy. I also share why I think that moms who leave out this 1 SPECIFIC, SPIRITUAL  PIECE OF ADVICE will leave recovery results on the table. It can't be done without it. I reveal a life-update about the breakdown I needed to understand God's new plan for my life and this program. It was SO bad that I almost gave up.You'll hear how my family, our housing situation and conversations had been in the trash because of open doors to the spiritual realm that I was unaware of.HINT: I needed to delete my program and start over. Inner child healing, "asking" the body and the term "Mother Nature" is not of God...It can be a real turnaround blocker to go down that route..I've been so reluctant to say this out loud but in today's podcast episode I'm coming out of the spiritual closet and you might want to break up with me after..Yaiii - I don't know if you're ready for this - but I am. God has given the mothers in my community, me and my family so many miracles after I burned the last pieces of my past to the ground and handed the autism turnaround program over to God. Now…Here's what I also want you to do (if you haven't already): Jump into The Autism Turnaround Program and get those changes, just like my clients did.Heads up though, there's only 11 spots left for 2024/25 When we're at max capacity - doors will close until a mom finishes the program or bails (so that you can take her seat). So… my sister..Your biggest year ever is just a tiny (spiritual) tweak away. Here are 3 ways we can start turning autism symptoms around together, whenever you're ready... 1. Send me a voice message and get my feedback on your most pressing struggles. 2. Check out the free video series "The 5 hidden messages behind autism symptoms" and find your child's unique triggers. 3. This episode is designed to resonate with parents by addressing common barriers to action, such as fear, confusion, and overwhelm, while also offering solutions that empower them to take action for their child's recovery. As a parent of a child with autism, you're no stranger to the challenges of daily routines, therapy sessions, and creating an environment where your child can thrive. However, even with the best intentions, procrastination can creep in, especially when implementing critical steps toward your child's recovery. Today, we'll explore why parents may delay taking action, how overwhelm can lead to procrastination and affect progress, and, most importantly, how to overcome it to ensure the best outcomes for your child. Why Do Parents Procrastinate in Implementing Recovery Steps? Raising a child with autism often feels overwhelming, and for parents, it's common to experience moments of doubt, fear, or exhaustion. Here are some key reasons why procrastination may happen: Fear of Failure: The fear of not doing enough, or not doing things “right,” can be paralyzing. Parents may delay starting a new therapy or intervention because they worry about whether it will work. Lack of Time or Energy: Managing a household, work, and other responsibilities can drain your energy. The extra tasks associated with autism recovery, such as therapy appointments, dietary adjustments, or implementing behavioral strategies, may feel daunting. Uncertainty or Confusion: With so much conflicting information online, it can be hard to know which steps to take first. When parents feel unsure about which approach is best for their child, it's easy to delay making a decision. Emotional Overwhelm: After an Autism diagnosis, it's common for parents to experience a range of emotions, including sadness, frustration, or anxiety. These emotions can sometimes make it difficult to take action, even when you know what needs to be done. How Procrastination Affects Your Child's Progress Procrastination can have a significant impact on your child's progress. Early intervention is crucial for children with autism. The earlier you implement strategies, and educational plans, the better the long-term outcomes for your child. Delaying important steps could slow down your child's development and create additional challenges in the future. In addition, procrastination can lead to stress and guilt for parents, which may further delay action. It becomes a vicious cycle—feeling overwhelmed, avoiding tasks, then feeling even more overwhelmed by the mounting to-do list... We're told a child cannot recover from autism, Right? Wrong! When parents first receive an autism diagnosis for our child, we often hear statements like, “Your child will never fully recover,” or “Your child will never speak,” or “There's no cure for autism.” While for some an autism diagnosis will remain along with some of their symptoms, We also know that these statements are not true. Children all over the world are recovering from their symptoms of autism in all levels of recovery. My own son is fully recovered from his symptoms, even when I was told it wasn't possible. I've helped parents worldwide get results for their kids too. One mom I helped said she was told that her son would “NEVER” speak, but today she says he is speaking ‘endlessly'. Many parents hold onto the belief that their children can make significant strides in their development, often achieving levels of independence and success that defy early expectations. If you're one of those parents, then this podcast is for you. You refuse to accept limitations and believe in your child's potential for recovery. One of the most dangerous things you can do is allow yourself to be alone on this journey. It is hard and sometimes even scary. You don't have to do this alone. It is so important to have a support system and a community of like-minded parents who “get it”! They're living it too and know what it's like. It makes all the difference. Understanding the Spectrum of Autism Recovery The concept of “recovery” in autism is complex and varies from child to child. For some, recovery might mean gaining the ability to communicate effectively or perform daily tasks independently. For others, it might mean overcoming sensory sensitivities or developing social relationships. Recovery does not necessarily imply the complete elimination of autism traits but rather a significant improvement in the quality of life and functional abilities. Kevin is one of these stories. Three years ago Kevin was thirteen years old but still biting and kicking kids at school in fear and anxiousness that was debilitation for him, and others. Now, just three years later, with my help, Kevin is now calm, happy, and the leader in his summer youth camp. His mom, Mary, shared Kevin's story of transformation in podcast episode #182. What's easier to follow and get results faster, a zig zag or a straight line? Of course, it's a straight line.  In our autism recovery journeys, we parents often zig zag around looking for answers from various practitioners and therapists, internet searches, and purchasing random supplements we've heard about, but don't know how to use properly. Detoxification, while essential for health and recovery, can be challenging. Here are strategies to stabilize during this process for a smoother journey and better outcomes in autism recovery. Seek Guidance From Someone Who Has Knowledge about the Specifics of Autism After a decade of research and a lot of implementation to find what worked, today my son's symptoms of autism are gone. This is after the so-called ‘experts' told me it wasn't possible. Having a guide that has personally lived through it with success is important too. Have a specific plan that is unique to autism  There are very unique issues and sensitivities involved in autism recovery. We cannot assume that every professional knows what to do. In fact, on my own autism journey with my son I found doctors didn't really know what to do so I began researching on my own... You need to heal your trauma to heal your child. But trauma healing is tricky. You can get sucked into an addiction to pain, a healing hamster wheel, and a dark world of alternative healers who keep you in and endless loop of pain. There's a dark way to turn autism symptoms around and there's God's way. Do you know the difference? Trauma will either facilitate healing or destroy your child, your autism recovery process, and you.Your unresolved trauma is a portal that dark, demonic influences can use to enter, destroy, and manipulate your child and you. This can lead to dysfunctional relationships, unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits, self-sabotage, addiction, and - ultimately epigenetic damages that lead to autism symptoms in our children. That happened to me.These dark influences can also destroy the recovery process by turning you away from true healing modalities and distracting and tempting you into new age practices, fruitless autism therapies, autism diets, etc. God uses pain and trauma to shape you and to test you. God has a perfect plan for you and He shapes you in dark valleys, he has created nature, healing tools, and healing capacities within the body to restore balance. Ninka-Bernadette Mauritson turned her son's symptoms around and was saved out of New Age spirituality and came to Christ. She shares specific signs and symptoms that reveal whether you're currently tricked into the dark realm of false healing that will never lead to lasting results. Unfortunately, many practitioners, alternative healers, and therapists unknowingly play a role in the deception. She also shares how The Bible, God's word and God-given healing tools are available to those who know how to recognize them. Including the things you probably want to keep on doing.   The importance of prayer and rules for life and the crucial role of cutting ties with unclean behaviour, foods, thoughts, actions and matrices.  |  |

We have been having issues with our upstairs neighbors since November in regards to loud stomping, furniture being slammed, and loud screaming. I have been up to talk to them about it several times and last night I reached my breaking point. I went upstairs to ask them to please stop stomping as my husband works early mornings and was trying to sleep for work. When she opened the door I could see that the small two-bedroom apartment had no less than six adults and four kids inside of it. I calmly asked them to stop the stomping and since this is the third time I have had to ask in the last four months, the next time it got this bad I would be lodging a complaint with the property management company. My neighbor had a friend over who has a 3-year-old who is on the spectrum and was the one stomping the hardest and causing the most amount of noise. Her friend gets a sour look on her face and started chirping at me from across the room. Friend: You live in a basement apartment and he has autism, what the hell do you expect me to do there is going to be some noise. Me: Ok, I get that I live in the basement but stomping until picture frames fall off my walls is a different story. please help me 20:08 What Happens to My Child After I Die? He does not want to live by himself. So. What can we do to prepare him for another situation? 37:58 Hello Shannon, Dr. Doreen! Thank you for always trying to help us! My son is 4+ non verbal, regressed around 20 months and attends ABA at CARD San Antonio. From your previous advice about getting a stool test done to check if there is a yeast overgrowth to rule out yeast as the reason for my son's no-reason laughing spells. We got a comprehensive stool study ordered by a functional med Dr and there was no yeast issues in the results. But some issues with mal-absorption for which a specific strain of probiotics (L Reuteri) with vit D has been prescribed. After a week of using them, he has diarrhea, earlier he had hard stools. should we hold on to the probiotics or continue even with the diarrhea? PS. he is still on the GFCFSF , reduced sugars diet 41:14 Hi I want to ask Dr. Grandpeesheh about my son qho was diagnosed with autism at 31 months. We live in South Africa. My son never responded to his name, he would spin himself around, he lined up toys and would play with them in strange ways. My son would be distracted by the smallest sounds and would hate weird textures on his hands. He would also hate to be hugged and only had 2 words by the age of 3. My son just turned 5 and now I'm starting to question his diagnosis. He has been in aba therapy, speech and OT for 2 years. Now at 5 he loves going to the playground and playing with other kids. My son always manages to find a friend. His speech is still delayed but I can have a conversation with him and I feel he will soon catch up to his peers. My son has never had a meltdown. He loves playing with dough an sand now. Doesn't seem to have sensitivity to sounds anymore and loves hugging his mom and I. He is completely different now. I just don't understand it. He is in mainstream and his teachers say he is a pleasure to have in class and he is super confident when answering questions. Do you feel he might have been misdiagnosed? 49:49 What do goals look like for older kids? We stopped at 9 because I felt like I had a handle on it.

At that time we were dealing with delayed speech. Six months ago he started stuttering. His behaviors are up and down. He is gluten and dairy free and has been on biomedical treatment for 3 years. Good behavior at school but aggression toward his younger sister and sometimes me. He wants to play with other kids, but doesn't know how. He is behind academically. He does well and then regressed. Please help. I want to meet adults who have recovered to know how we can get there too. 15:55 My son is 8 and is have been prescribed sertraline 50mg half a pill. To help with his anxiety He still has anxious behaviors like grinding his teeth and obsessing over his therapy swing at home. My question is He has taking his sertraline for a week now. His Neuropediatrucian prescribed it and it is the first time He is taking a med. 21:36 Beautiful. But sometimes I think things would have been easy if it was solely dependent on us. But its so much related to our kids, their mood , their behavior and their health. I completely agree with the answers, thank you and I am putting my efforts toward diet and supplements but I can't afford hours of ABA and more than an hour of speech a week so what should I do in that case? The autistic adults who have recovered or indistinguishable from their peers, not all of those parents who be rich to afford hours of ABA so what other ways they helped their kids? I really love to know please. 30:16 OKAY SO SOMEONE PLEASE HELP I just had the most horrifying experience ever with my son who is 4 and autistic. We're staying in a hotel as we are remodeling our home and our Ac/heat is currently down and we live in Florida and we are not built for the 30 degree weather. I accidentally fell asleep earlier with my son and daughter in the room, she fell asleep as well and he undid the latch and left. I woke up and he was gone and went into immediate panic and I called downstairs and he was there along with about 30 people and 2 police officers. There were a ton of kids with balloons so now he keeps wanting to go back down there. Is there anything I can buy to keep him in? I have no idea what to do. I put a heavy piece of furniture in front of the door that he some how can move?(he's a huge 4 year old) it was just overall a horrifying experience and I am open to any suggestions at all. Thank you so much, I feel like the worst mom in the world right now. 37:03 Mom of twin boys - 2.5 years. We have been doing ABA for over year. Kids are doing really well. Verbal not conversational yet. We are contemplating sending them to school. What are the key indicators that will help us make this decision? I don't want to waste their or my time by sending them to school. 43:35 Hello beautiful ladies , I got a TACA scholarship to see a maps doc .. any advice for my first visit? My son 7 yrs old ASD son is preverbal and has lots of sensory issues and he's a picky eater. 49:04 Can you please emphasize on diet for autism Dr. Doreen? My son was on GAPS diet for about 1 and half and he improved but GAPS diet is so restrict and I felt bad every time my son asked for something that was out of his diet. On the other hand my husband also believed that it was more like a punishments' to put my son on a restricted diet. Now he is on GAPS plus diet, meaning he is having some grains that are not allowed in GAPS diet. But as I mentioned earlier his behavior is always up and down and he is 8 years old but far from recovery which worries me the most. Not sure what specific diet other parents, specially parents with recovered kids, followed? I appreciate a discussion on this please. 56:16 can you please name/recommend some great MAPS doctors? Do you accept new patients Dr. Doreen? 58:32 Does ABA work when there is also dual diagnosis of pathological demand avoidance? My daughter is 9, is this too late for ABA. This podcast episode was shocking and heartbreaking to me. Dr. Albert Mensah sat down to talk because of a tragic suicide in the community and because parents of autistic children still don't know enough about:How wrong the diagnosis tools used today are and how wrong the idea: "there's nothing you can do" is. ANd how the mainstream autism community supports this. How amazing the recovery rates are when you stop going to one-size-fits all practitioners, diets, protocols and outdated autism treatments. Even the most popular ones. How common methylation issues, copper overload and pyrrole disorder is in autism families. (90 - 100 % prevalent.)How methylation issues, food sensitivities, copper toxicity and pyrrole disorder is linked to autism symptoms, depression, suicide, aggression, violent behaviour, infertility, hysterectomy, cancer, self-harming behaviour, bipolar/scizophrenia. How bad and wrong the MTHFR myth, heavy metal detox, Medical medium, vegan or other extreme diets are for the autism community. How understanding bio-individuality can mean the difference between life and death in families with mental health issues. If you have autism in the family or know or love someone who is struggling with depression, anxiety, mood swings, autism, self-harming tendencies, bipolar or other mental health issues, you MUST join this integrative mental health summit and hear from the most cutting edge experts who fill the gaps and eliminate the missing links in the outdated approach:www.integrativementalhealthsummit.org.

Questions Answered: 06:32 - are gut problems prevalent for people like myself, I'm having a colonoscopy next month, I've heard all about gut biomes and stuff like that, I just want answers and should I refuse a colonoscopy. 13:00 - 3 year old grandson in Canada - Right now he is not verbal.  He repeats a few words for example apple or banana but not clearly but he tries sometimes.  It seems that he learns and thean he forgets. He has 9 hours ABA a week.  I believe it is not enough but in Canada they believe that he is still very young and doesn’t need more.  Recently he developed visual swimming.  He constantly looks at a window, daylight or lights.  Since he started doing this he doesn’t want to play with any toy.  I cannot catch his attention at all;  no eye contact, no play. I hear you saying that your son recovered.  How did you do that?  How was your road to recovery?  Did he have severe autism? Is there a way to reduce his visual stimming and making him more attentive? 24:12 – Overcoming challenging Behaviors Free on Skills for Parents and Teaching Communication Modules for Educators 28:40 - would you recommend putting a 7 year old with moderate autism that is functionally verbal in a General Ed. class for half of the day in school? 34:00 - how would Dr. Doreen treat repetitive movements. its automatically reinforcing and hard for him to be aware of his movements. could you please tell us how you would reduce hand flapping behavior? its affecting his academics and he also has ADHD. Can you talk about continuing to follow a whole food diet and continuing organic and eating healthy. 39:18 - How does one help with stimming from spitting? When younger was easier to replace with a harmonica and now older, what can i replace it with? 42:55 - He is spitting in sinks and outside. Is it a oral motor texture thing? 43:43 -  (Systematic Desensitization) Good afternoon I wrote in to Ms. Shannon my child's issues with dogs and no one can help she even gave me several resources that I tried Eagles couldn't help and autism speak I reached out several times the lady said she couldn't help and would try to get me resources but never did last week Noah also non verbal ran in front of a vehicle from dogs and my worst nightmare flashed before me .What is the best way to desensitized on my own not many resources in my area and just own my owner So do you have any special people that could help no family other than my other granddaughter that also has Autism? Thank you for any advice he wont go outside? 54:03 - When do kids with ASD give first words? because my brother who just turned 2 with ASD has 10 words 55:34 - Please I'd like to know more about eliminating or reducing scripting. My 6 year old son who is on the Autism spectrum scripts often and it gets in the way of therapy and general learning. #AutismQuestions #AutismSpectrumDisorder #AutismParenting

It all happened within months. Staci only did 2 things after she met me and found Barefoot Autism Warriors. These 2 things changed everything. Her son went from violence and not engaging to saying his first 2 sentences. These 2 first sentences revealed so many things. They confirmed that his mother was doing the right thing to recover him. They revealed that these children intuitively know how to heal. They revealed that these children are lightyears ahead of us and that their symptoms are messages for humanity about why we are ill and how we heal:So what was it? What did he say? His mom still cries when she tells you what they were: "Find the Sun." And.."Put my feet to the earth, mama."I have to admit that I cried as well, when she told me. Not because I didn't know that these children are wayshowers and lightworkers. But because this podcast interview is a distilled version of all the wisdom we need in order to understand autism recovery and the turnaround process. Today I will share it with all of you. I don't think you can get through the 35 minutes without crying at least twice. In this episode, Staci tells you:How her son went from non-engaging and non-communication to singing, speaking, communicating, bonding with his siblings and bringing sacred messages from Divine intelligence to his mother. How it felt when she and her husband stopped talking because they were in a warzone. How it felt like she was drowning, when her son regressed into severe autism just after she'd given birth to her twin sons as well. How much grief and shame she felt when her twins had to wear helmets to reshape their heads, because she didn't have the time or energy to be fully there for them. And how it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because her autistic son was so violent, that he would have damaged their tiny heads. How she started the research that led her to me because of her mental problems - caused by the pain and stress from being an autism parent with PTSD. And how that led her down a rabbit hole of alternative approaches. How a naturopath almost drained them financially with protocols and therapies that had to be paid up front and how ABA and therapies ended up overwhelming the whole family without significant results. How everything changed within 2 months when we met each other and Staci (and her son) started the simple steps to outdoor healing and lifestyle changes. How you can let go of all the time consuming therapies (even though it's scary) and give yourself and your child freedom and time to just plkay, read and relax (and get quicker results when it comes to recovery. Why your healing journey and your peace as a parent is THE most important part of the complete healing puzzle and how she hated the idea of putting in the work in the beginning. Enjoy this podcast. No matter if you are a parent with a newly diagnosed child or an expert in biomedical approaches and autism recovery, this interview will change your life.

Hi there and welcome to naturally recovering autism. I am your host, Karen Thomas. And I want to thank you so much for being here today and being a proactive parent and getting the resources that you need to help your child reach their optimum level of recovery. And we know that the definition of recovery is to regain health and every child’s level of recovery is different for my own son. He was, I was once told to drug him and try behavioral therapies, and there was nothing else we could do for him. But I fortunately have a background in craniosacral therapy where I’ve studied the brain now for 30 years. And I knew the brain can and does heal. It has now been 15 years this month, since my son was diagnosed with autism and it took me a decade of that time to figure it out. But my own research proved that autism can be recovered from my son is no longer diagnosable. I’ll share these grateful things with you on this coming in Saturday, if you’re listening to this live, I am teaching the first autism recovery master class of 2021. We are going to start this year out, right? It is a free three hour live event, and we will do that Q and A, because I know you have questions and I know how important it is to get your support and get your questions answered and how hard that can be on this journey. I have lived it. I know exactly how it is and I want to help you. So this, uh, this Saturday, January 9th, if you’re listening to this live, please, register now at, NaturallyRecoveringAutism.com/masterclass. And, uh, please share it with anybody, you know, who would be interested in learning how they can improve the quality of life for their child, because autism is a lot to do with biological. So that’s what I do in my natural recovering autism membership (hint: in case you’re interested, the doors will open to registration during the masterclass). So that parents have the actual guided help that they need because I know again, how hard this can be and how overwhelming. So my goal is to share this with everyone possible and to get this out there. Even my own daughter had stomach and digestive issues, and she would become kind of wild sometimes and couldn’t calm herself down. In this powerfully inspiring episode of hope, Brigitte interviews Ilana Gerschlowitz, autism mom and Founding Director of The Star Academy which provides educational instruction to children with autism in South Africa. In 2004, her oldest son David was diagnosed with autism at the age of 20 months and ten years later, her youngest son Aaron was also diagnosed with autism. Ilana tells how her son David had perfect development until he was 15 months and then developed a high fever and was hospitalized for Rotavirus for 3 days. When he was discharged, David no longer made eye contact and he became unreachable. He started flapping his hands, stopped responding to his name, lined up his toys, and he vanished into his own world. The developmental specialist who diagnosed David with autism told Ilana that he would never go to school, he would never speak, he would never toilet-train, he would be like a vegetable, he would never hold down a job, and that she should take out an insurance policy and seek psychological counseling for herself. Devastated but refusing to believe that autism had to be a lifelong disability, Ilana immersed herself in research to find solutions. Ilana eventually found the right doctors to partner up with and started working on diet and nutrition. Treating his gut flora, eliminating food allergies, supporting his immune system, supplementing with vitamins and minerals, identifying bacterial or fungal infections have all helped to alleviate many of the symptoms. Enrolling him in the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) program was an absolute game-changer as well. David now at 17 has become very much an independent, functional human being who runs his own deli making sandwiches and pizza, though he still relies on an app to communicate. David still wrestles with symptoms of autism but Ilana never gives up hope that she’ll find the ultimate cure.Ilana tells parents, "It is never too late to start the right treatments no matter how old your child is."When her youngest son Aaron was also diagnosed with autism, Ilana was devastated again but she put on her boxing gloves and went to fight. Aaron went through the treatment protocol as well as ABA and he is now 7 years old, completely recovered from autism, and in mainstream school. Early intervention was key for recovery for Aaron.Ilana encourages parents to never ever give up and to remember that what seems impossible at times can really become possible and that with the right treatment, the sky is the limit. What role does food play in overall autism recovery? You may have heard of the staple gluten free/casein free diet (GF/CF), but there’s much more to it than that. Food and nutrition matter greatly for those with autism and in overall autism recovery.   The definition of recovery is to regain health! Food is medicine that helps us regain and keep our health.   Please listen to my radio show interview (show #36), with Julie Matthews, author of Nourishing Hope for Autism Recovery. In show #36 we answer the questions:   1) Why does food matter for autism?  2) How does a parent get started with this approach of following a special diet? 3) What factors most influence one’s effectiveness and success, (i.e roadblocks to avoid and tips for success)? 4) What are some reasons behind picky eating, and some approached to help break through?   Note: show #36 will be in the show archives about 48 hours after the show airs live, (aired live April 9th). For those already doing something with diet/nutrition:   1) How do you know when it’s time to further refine/change one’s diet approach, (beyond the “starter” GFCF or GAPS)? 2) What other food factors does one need to know about and consider? Let’s talk about Salicylates, Oxalates, Phenols and other things we’ve been hearing about with these diets.      Julie Matthews BIO:   Julie Matthews is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and published nutrition researcher specializing in complex neurological conditions, particularly autism spectrum disorders. She’s the author of an award-winning book, Nourishing Hope for Autism, and co-author of a comprehensive study proving the efficacy of nutrition and dietary intervention for autism – published in the peer-reviewed journal, Nutrients. Julie’s approach stems from her 17 years of clinical experience with autism and addresses the BioIndividual Nutrition® needs of each person.
