Show recorded on June 15, 2026: This week on The Third Opinion, Mike and Laureen continue their coverage of the controversy surrounding Ye (Kanye West) and his upcoming concerts in Tampa later this month. The discussion includes highlights from a bipartisan press conference held on June 15 at the Florida Holocaust Museum in St. Petersburg, led by Senator Rick Scott and featuring remarks from Senator Ashley Moody. Both hosts felt the speakers delivered heartfelt messages of support for the Jewish community and addressed growing concerns about antisemitism.   The conversation then turns to the arrest of eight pro-Palestinian activists connected to the University of Michigan, examining the allegations against them and the broader implications for campus activism and public safety.   In the second half of the program, Mike and Laureen explore the recently announced Iran Memorandum of Understanding. Separating official details from speculation and misinformation, they examine what is actually contained in the agreement and whether it has any realistic chance of ending the ongoing conflict. To provide additional insight, the episode features commentary from Dr. Jonathan Schanzer of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and journalist Haviv Rettig Gur of the Israel Free Press, who discuss the current state of the war and the prospects for the MOU's success.   The episode concludes with Mike and Laureen sharing their own predictions about what could happen if the agreement moves forward, including possible political, diplomatic and security consequences for the region and beyond.   Thank you for listening, sharing and subscribing The Third Opinion Podcast!

LEO Round Table with Chip DeBlock S11E111, Florida Puts The Hammer Down On Thugs Who Target Police Dogs And Horses Florida puts the hammer down on thugs who target police dogs and horses. Death of Henry Nowak overseas sparks worldwide policing debate. Florida man in G-string arrested for thrusting at doorbell camera. Naked man who assaulted multiple people fatally shot by officer. Ex-trooper sentenced in death of child during pursuit of suspect. Protecting Police Animals, Policing Under Pressure, and Use-of-Force Judgment Calls Chip DeBlock Opens LEO Roundtable In this episode of LEO Roundtable, host Chip DeBlock welcomes the panel of law enforcement professionals, including Dr. Travis Yates, retired Tulsa Police Major; Lieutenant Randy Sutton, founder of The Wounded Blue; and Officer Danny King. Chip previews the day's topics, including proposed protections for police animals, a controversial case from England, Florida indecent-exposure allegations, officer-involved shootings involving nude or mentally distressed suspects, a police workplace firearm incident, qualified immunity, and other law enforcement-related news. Senator Ashley Moody's Police Animal Protection Bill The first major discussion centers on Florida Senator Ashley Moody's proposed LEO Canine Protection Act, which would increase penalties for people who intentionally harm or kill federal police dogs or horses. Chip explains that the bill is named in honor of K-9 Leo, a fallen deputy canine from Marion County, Florida, and that a companion bill has been introduced in the House. The panel supports stronger protections for law enforcement animals and discusses how canines and horses help with apprehensions, searches, narcotics, explosives, crowd control, and public safety. Medical Transport and the Limits of Protecting K-9s Chip also notes that the bill would authorize emergency medical providers to transport injured law enforcement animals to medical facilities at their discretion. This leads into a broader discussion of how police animals are legally treated. Chip explains that while harming a K-9 can carry enhanced penalties, officers generally cannot use deadly force solely to protect a police dog because the animal is often legally treated as property. The panel discusses the tension between how officers emotionally and operationally view K-9 partners and how the law actually classifies them. England Case and Politics Over Policing Lieutenant Randy Sutton brings up a case from England involving a young white male who was stabbed and, according to Randy's description, did not receive proper help from responding police. Randy argues that the case reflects a broader problem of politics overriding policing, especially when laws or policies treat people differently based on race. The panel connects this to concerns in the United States, saying some modern policing reforms are designed more around political pressure than practical public safety. Travis Yates and Danny King broaden the discussion to officer assaults, race narratives, de-escalation training, and the effects of reform movements on policing. Florida Man in a G-String Arrested After Doorbell Camera Incident The show then shifts to a lighter but bizarre Florida story. Chip describes a 79-year-old man accused of exposing himself to neighbors and thrusting at a doorbell camera while wearing a G-string thong. According to the discussion, neighbors had complained about repeated behavior in common areas, and the man allegedly confronted a responding officer while still dressed in the G-string. The panel treats the story with humor while noting that the man faced multiple indecent-exposure and lewd-behavior charges. Louisville Police Shooting of Naked Assault Suspect The most serious use-of-force discussion involves a Louisville Metro Police shooting of a naked man who had reportedly assaulted multiple people. Chip explains that the man was not visibly armed, but was sitting in the street, showing only one hand at a time, then stood up and walked toward the officer despite repeated commands to stop and show his hands. The officer shot him, and the panel discusses whether the shooting may still be legally and tactically defensible despite the man being nude and apparently unarmed. Use-of-Force Analysis and Officer Expectations Officer Danny King emphasizes that the officer was responding to reports of violence, possible weapons, and assaults, and that the suspect closed distance while failing to comply. Travis Yates argues that police leaders and reform movements often expect officers to perform unrealistic “Superman” actions in high-stress encounters. The panel notes that if an officer already has a gun drawn and a suspect closes distance, the officer may not have time to holster and go hands-on without risking a fight over the firearm. Randy Sutton adds that drug intoxication, excited delirium-type behavior, or extreme mental crisis may be relevant factors, even if not yet confirmed. New York Trooper Sentenced After Thruway Crash The panel also discusses former New York State Trooper Christopher Baldner, who was sentenced after a 2020 Thruway crash that killed 11-year-old Monica Goods. The transcript explains that the father, Tristin Goods, had been stopped while driving at high speed, was pepper-sprayed during the encounter, then drove away. Baldner pursued and rammed the vehicle, with the second impact causing the crash that killed the child. Danny King says he is confused that the father was not charged, since he fled with his family in the car. Randy Sutton calls the outcome another example of an officer being sacrificed politically. Closing and Wounded Blue Summit The episode closes with Chip thanking the panel and sponsors. Randy Sutton also promotes The Wounded Blue's National Law Enforcement Survival Summit, scheduled for September in Las Vegas, and says Dr. Travis Yates will be one of the featured speakers. Chip ends by directing listeners back to LEO Roundtable and its sponsors, closing out another law-enforcement-focused discussion of policy, officer safety, public perception, and difficult real-world police decisions.

Constitution to Collectivism: Mamdani and the Road to Venezuela traces the slow, deliberate transformation of the United States from a constitutional republic built on individual liberty into a society increasingly shaped by collectivist ideology. Beginning with the New Deal era, the episode examines how emergency powers, federal expansion, and welfare-state policies permanently altered the relationship between citizens and the government. What was once sold as temporary relief became a permanent structure. Over decades, dependency replaced self-reliance, bureaucracy replaced local authority, and central planning crept quietly into everyday life. The podcast then turns to the present moment, where a new generation of political figures and activists no longer conceal their ideological goals. Through public statements, policy positions, and ideological alignment, the episode argues that figures like Zohran Mamdani and Katie Wilson represent an open embrace of democratic socialism as the next phase of this long march. Finally, the episode draws a cautionary comparison to Venezuela, not as a rhetorical scare tactic, but as a documented case study of how collectivist policies dismantle free markets, collapse economies, and consolidate power in the state. The warning is clear: nations do not fall all at once. They decline by degrees, by good intentions, and by the steady normalization of government control.Email: thefacthunter@mail.comWebsite: thefacthunter.comFact Hunter Radio is now available on the App Store for iPhoneShow Notes:We can arrest a foreign leader over him allegedly owning guns. https://x.com/barnes_law/status/2007507184662278313?s=46&t=ytitK_qmWZMvJd0lLKbt- Brilliant from jamiekaler! His truck collided with one HMMWV, killing one Guardsman, and wounding the three other soldiers inside the vehicle. Gujabidze was arrested by ICE on Monday, as he is an illegal immigrant from the nation of Georgia.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In Congress, the bill to force the release of Epstein documents passed in the House and the Senate, and is expected to become law once signed by President Trump. As a reminder, President Trump has already mandated the release of these documents several times. In the world of classified documents, the President is an Original Classification Authority (OCA) so any documents that are classified for national security purposes always have been able to be released, so Congressional involvement was unnecessary. Additionally, the Binder Incident from just a few months ago cannot be forgotten either; this entire affair was already settled and allegedly on Pam Bondi's desk months ago. Now, every politician in the country is acting like we're examining this scandal for the first time.At least now, those protecting the Epstein clients are being a bit more honest. Rep. Mike Johnson stated that when more files are released, the documents will be heavily redacted, saying that "We can't release the full Epstein files without redactions due to National Security concerns" and that they need to "make sure we don't do permanent damage to the political system" by releasing the files. This of course led to the immediate assumption being that the Epstein network presenting national security concerns means that powerful elites are indeed implicated, and the US government will protect them to prevent the government from collapsing. Or at least, that's the current narrative that is now the official position of Congress and the White House. This afternoon, AG Bondi stated that a new investigation is ongoing, which will limit the release of most of what Congress just passed. Congress cannot order a federal agency to release documents pertaining to an ongoing investigation, so an ongoing investigation has miraculously materialized. This effectively nullifies the activities of the past few days, and will make sure nothing substantial is ever released.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

Happy Memorial Day from all of us at the Sean Spicer Show. Today we honor and mourn the brave men and women that died during their service in the United States Armed Services. To all the brave men and women that paid the ultimate price while in uniform, we never forget your service to this country and honor your memory. On today's show we are going to replay an interview I had with Senator Cory Gardner, looking forward to the 2026 Senate Midterm elections. Senator Cory Gardner is the Chairman of the Senate Leadership Fund. As a former Senator from Colorado and U.S. Congressman in Colorado's District 4, Gardner's role now focuses on making and keeping a Senate Republican majority. Gardner is the perfect person to walk us through the 2026 Senate Midterm elections. With President Trump adding Jd Vance as Vice President and Marco Rubio as Secretary of State, 2 special elections will take place in Ohio and Florida. Both those states are Republican strongholds with Lieutenant Governor Jon Husted in Ohio and Senator Ashley Moody in Florida, both expected to hold their seats. We then dive into current ruby red states and seats that both Gardner and I expect Republican to hold. As for the Democrats, we cover all the states in their favor, including strongholds like Oregon and Massachusetts that they expect to win. The swing states in play are shaping up for some very competitive races and Gardner gives us the inside look at the races and candidates shaping the elections. Make sure you watch to the end to see if Republicans could walk away with an even bigger majority in 2026. Join Jim and Greg on 3 Martini Lunch as they examine Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis selecting Attorney General Ashley Moody to replace Marco Rubio in the U.S. Senate, the Supreme Court's decision to uphold a TikTok ban, and a new report exposing Democrats' long-standing doubts about President Biden's capabilities.First, they cautiously commend Gov. DeSantis for appointing Ashley Moody to succeed Marco Rubio once Rubio assumes his new role as Secretary of State. Moody's strong conservative credentials and statewide electoral success make her a solid choice. They also contrast the timing of this announcement with Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, who was had more than two months to pick someone to fill the seat vacated by Vice President-Elect JD Vance and still allowed the seat to remain vacant for a week.Next, they analyze the Supreme Court's decision to uphold the TikTok ban, mandating the app's sale to an entity unaffiliated with hostile nations. The law is designed to address national security concerns, but Donald Trump's recent support for keeping TikTok unchanged adds a layer of complexity to the issue. Finally, Jim and Greg dissect a revealing New York Times report detailing how Senate Democrats lost confidence in President Biden after his disastrous debate performance. They discuss how Biden's pollsters gave him a mere five percent chance of defeating Trump but never told that to Biden. They also marvel at the lengths to which Democrats and the media tried to deny Biden's decline when it was blatantly obvious to everyone. Please visit our great sponsors:Oraclehttps://Oracle.com/MARTINICut your current Cloud bill in half if you move to OCI.  See if your company qualifies today.

Here are 3 big things you need to know—   One — Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is tapping his state's attorney general to fill Marco Rubio's U.S. Senate seat.  Ashley Moody will serve in the Senate until a special election is held next year.  President-elect Trump selected Rubio to be his secretary of state.    Two ----  The FDA is authorizing Zyn nicotine pouches to be sold.  This comes after the agency said they conducted an "extensive scientific review" on the pouches safety.  The agency said it found the pouches posed a lower cancer risk than cigarettes and other smokeless tobacco products, and also found it could help cigarette smokers trying to quit.    And number three — Some of music's biggest stars are coming together to raise money for those affected by the Los Angeles wildfires.  Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers have been booked to perform at the FireAid Benefit concert.  Green Day, Jelly Roll, Earth, Wind & Fire, Katy Perry, and more will also be on the lineup.  By the way, two massive fires are still raging in the Los Angeles area. Lighter winds yesterday allowed firefighters to make better progress in attempts to bring them under control, for now.

What we witnessed yesterday was the power and danger of the purported right-wing leader joining with the Left to crush us. It doesn't have to be this way. I believe we are at a crossroads. If we ramp up the pressure on Trump, there are still good things we can do. I make the case for divesting from Qatar and shoring up Trump's foreign policy to make sure he doesn't endorse a Palestinian state.
