The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 3: 5:05pm- During a press briefing on Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was joined by Patty Morin—mother of Rachel Morin who was killed by MS-13 gang member Victor Martinez. Morin called out Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) for failing to reach out to her family but finding time to rail against the Trump Administration for deporting dangerous migrants who entered the country unlawfully. Leavitt revealed that the wife of Kilmar Abrego Garcia sought a restraining order against him in 2021, citing domestic abuse. Abrego Garcia—a migrant who was in the United States illegally before being deported to El Salvador—was allegedly a member of MS-13, according to the Trump White House. 5:15pm- Cody Balmer, a 38-year-old Harrisburg man, was charged with setting fire to the Pennsylvania Governor's mansion. Balmer threw two Molotov cocktails into the residence and planned to beat Governor Josh Shapiro with a hammer. Thankfully, Shapiro and his family were unharmed. According to reports, Balmer was motivated by his support for Palestine—and his disdain for Shapiro's Jewish faith and support for Israel. Rich notes: Democrats clearly have an anti-Semitism problem. 5:30pm- During a press conference on Wednesday, Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert Kennedy Jr. announced that his department is planning a series of new studies to identify the cause of Autism. 5:40pm- According to Politico, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) has raised $9.6 million in 3-months. Should she be considered the new frontrunner to win the 2028 Democratic nomination for president? Weekday afternoons on Talk Radio 1210 WPHT, Rich Zeoli gives the expert analysis and humorous take that we need in this crazy political climate. Along with Executive Producer Matt DeSantis and Justin Otero, the Zeoli show is the next generation of talk radio and you can be a part of it weekday afternoons 3-7pm.

Stick with us as we bunk off to record anecdotes, interview others in the industry and basically gabble on. If you enjoy the podcast, please leave us a rating. Zane is a 3rd Generation Pastor. Zane's grandpa was a pastor for many decades and his dad is currently a pastor in Iowa City, Iowa. In this episode, you will hear about his life and the legacy left to him that he is carrying down. Zane was born and raised in Freeport, Illinois and spent his college years in Chicago at Trinity International University and Divinity School where he also played basketball. anything that includes being active or being outside. Zane and his wife Mackenzie got married in June 2020 in the middle of the pandemic and spent the first six months of their marriage in Chicago. Not long after, they received the call to Trinity Church in Eustis. He has been serving as the youth pastor at Trinity Church the last two years. Zane went into college with his eyes set on business and “making it” as the world would describe, but soon felt God leading him in another direction… to pursue ministry! In the process of switching his major from business to Biblical studies, God laid youth ministry on his heart. Zane is now passionate about discipling students to truly know Jesus and live sold out for their faith. _______________________________ Looking for a new student ministry resource? My guest, Daniel, refers to himself as a recovering racist. As he puts it, "I acknowledge that I have held racist beliefs in the past, but I am committed to unlearning them and becoming an anti-racist. I strive to constantly examine my thoughts and actions for any signs of prejudice and take steps to address them." There are a ton of interesting aspects of this to explore. What makes someone racist, how does unconscious racism work, how do we become "anti-racist", etc.? Beyond those obvious questions though, there are also the more philosophical questions about human nature. Are humans just inherently selfish and racism is just a form of that selfishness? If so, do we really believe we can ever eliminate it? We even asked the question of why this topic is so important to Daniel? There are so many ugly things in this world, why has he chosen racism as such an important focus? Is it just a form of virtue signaling or is it genuine? So many questions and such an important and interesting topic. Big thanks to Daniel for being on, for sharing his perspective, and for the work he is doing.
Welcome, welcome, welcome to the Distraction Pieces Podcast with Scroobius Pip!This week Pip is joined by Twitch legend BALMER to talk all things parenting and indeed, Twitch! The term 'Twitch legend' is doing all sorts of work there, and for those uninitiated, you may need some assistance. Twitch is the livestreaming platform for people to either observe or take part in art, sports, gaming, music, every conceivable activity that can be filmed essentially. Within appropriate broadcast law, obvs. Gaming happens to be Balmer's chosen discipline (with some improv and role play in there too), and as one of Pip's favourite streamers there must be a reason for him to guest on DPP right? Correct. Balmer is not only a truly unique gamer with a wild and memorable presence, he is also a parent of an autistic son. He and Pip catch up on everything involved with that part of the story, which is fascinating and inspiring, shedding light on the 'system' as we know it, and how it works with and against this area of neurodivergence. While the episode does deal with parenting and Twitch, those who are not parents nor Twitch afficionados may be confident in knowing it's a lovely episode with warmth and awesomeness throughout. His 1999 paper, A Polarization Pursuer's Guide inspired Professor Keating to create the BICEP experiment. He is the William R. Kenan, Jr. Professor of Physics at Johns Hopkins University. 00:00:00 intro 00:04:39 The BICEP 2 Press Conference St. Patrick's Day 2014 and how Professor Kamionkowski inspired the BICEP collaboration and the story of the well known cosmology paper: A Polarization Pursuers' Guide, 1999 ( https://arxiv.org/abs/astro-ph/9909281 ), the inspiration for BICEP. 00:06:58 Did you realized the implications of your paper for telescope design at the time? Marks's proposition to measure the amplitude of primordial gravitational waves, even with a small aperture telescope. The origins of BICEP and the Simons Observatory. 00:15:40 Optical surveys are still a cornerstone of observational cosmology like weak gravitational lensing and comparisons to E/ B mode curl components measurements. 00:28:50 Is a theory of everything possible? Are physicists “lost in math”? What to you think make good mathematical models? Little attention has been given to alternatives to symmetries in string / super-symmetry theories which have not been productive? Behold the examples of Bohr and Balmer's formula and the breakthroughs of the 20th century. The luck of 20th Century Physics. The price tags and time scales are much bigger now. Don't abandon the notion of symmetry! 00:34:53 The cosmological principle; should it go away? What would you do if it did? All models are approximations. We have good descriptions. 00:41:00 The social contagion of Eric Lerner and the controversy over the refutation of the Big Bang Theory. https://iai.tv/articles/the-big-bang-didnt-happen-auid-2215 Does it make you re-evaluate the standard model of the Universe? 00:45:5l0 About the Hubble Tension. What is it? Why worry? Or not! 00:56:00 Professor Kamionkowski's explanation of early Dark Energy and his 2018 paper. 00:59:10 Anti-helium and anti-matter clouds 01:01:10 What theoretical physics “crisis” or anomalies should we most focus on? How do you choose? Let's not all focus on the same problems! What about the cosmic optical background found by the New Horizons Long Range Reconnaissance Imager? 01:10:35 Is there an Axion Persurer's Guide to be written? 01:12:00 What is the status of the theory of Inflation and where will it go? A field Marc helped initiate. 01:17:50 First existential question: What would you put on your monolith? 01:21:20 What have you changed you mind about? As dentists, we are occasionally called upon to fabricate a crown restoration on an abutment tooth that either contacts or is clasped by an existing removable partial denture. This can be a difficult situation because even minor errors in the contour of the crown will result in the existing partial failing to seat. However, there are proven techniques that will improve the accuracy of retrofits and help to ensure that the existing partial seats to place after the new crown is cemented. In this podcast we will present 4 different techniques, 2 analog and 2 digital, that should ease the stress of these restorations for the doctor and the dental lab, resulting in higher accuracy and positive results for all parties. This episode once again takes a look at the church, and how it has specifically been a facilitator of racism and propaganda as a false prophet for the beast of empire. We look at how the issue of abortion was coopted for political power and influence. A huge thanks to Seth White for the awesome music!
