We are SO excited to share that we launched a new podcast called Public Speak! If you've listened to our intros lately, you may already know that we're engaged in local government. As it turns out, there's a lot to it! ☺️ In this teaser episode, we pull back the curtain on our unexpected journeys into local public service, with Felicia serving as City Councilor in Easthampton, MA, and Rachel freshly elected to her North Park Neighborhood Planning Committee in San Diego. What prompted this new pod? Our shared conviction that local government is wildly misunderstood, frustratingly slow for good reasons, and way more accessible than most people think. From demystifying city council meetings to explaining why your park might take five years to materialize, Public Speak aims to make civic life feel a little less like a foreign language, and a lot more like something you could actually be part of. Guests from around the country are coming. Robert's Rules will be explained. Subscribe on any platforms or you can support us and get full episodes at https://publicspeakpodcast.substack.com/! Visit us at InclusionGeeks.com to stay up to date on all the ways you can make the workplace work for everyone! Welcome to Shabbat Unbound, the world's longest Friday night Sabbath service, stretching over eight episodes. Instead of rushing through all the Friday night Shabbat prayers in one sitting, like we might in a classical synagogue environment, we're taking our time diving deep into one prayer each episode through song study and sacred conversation. It's the most original and traditional way to engage in the transition into Shabbat, taking each prayer as its own world with its own Torah to teach us. Miriam Terlinchamp, Lex Rofeberg and an incredible group of musicians invite you to discover what happens when Shabbat slows down. The first episode focuses on Yedid Nefesh. [1] Check out the music video for Yedid Nefesh here. [2] All the music for the Shabbat Unbound podcast was recorded live at The Monastery Studios in Cincinnati, Ohio under the direction of Ric Hordinski.   [3] Lex made AMAZING resources to accompany each episode of Shabbat Unbound, check out this page for further learning.  [4] Molly Baigot, composer of this version of Yedid Nefesh, is a queer Jewish musician, educator, and activist living on Nipmuc & Pocumtuc land in Easthampton, MA. You can find out more about her on her website: mollybajgot.com [5] Reb' Zalman's translation of Yedid Nefesh can be found here [6] Check out this gorgeous article on the power of vulnerability through the lens of love, by Karen Erlichman.

May 21, 2026 - Discussing Memorial Day Weekend In The HamptonsMemorial Day weekend doesn't “start” in the Hamptons so much as it snaps on, like someone flipped a switch. One day you're watching empty beaches on the live cams, the next day the sand is full, the Village shops are open, and everyone is back on the East End. This week on the Happening in the Hamptons podcast, we discuss Memorial Day Weekend in the Hamptons to ground a practical conversation about the Hamptons real estate market, Hamptons rentals, and what the first big holiday weekend signals for the Summer season ahead. We're joined by East Hampton's own Sarah Minardi to talk local flavor and real community news, including the East Hampton school bond approval for a new indoor pool and field house with shared community use. We explore what many people want to know right now: Is it too late to find a summer rental? Sarah breaks down why the rental market is up year over year while inventory remains surprisingly active, thanks in part to homeowners who bought during COVID and are now putting their homes into the rental pool.We highlight two very different rental experiences, including a concierge-supported cottage next to the newly renovated Hedges Inn in East Hampton Village and a Montauk Hither Hills home built around ocean views and easy beach access. We explore the Hamptons Real Estate Market Report Q1 2026 from Saunders & Associates to run the weekly numbers, dig into Q1 trends where median prices rise while sales fall, and wrap with a Memorial Day weekend guide to events, food, and places worth getting excited about. Big thanks to our sponsor, New York Title Abstract. Subscribe, share this with a friend planning a Hamptons summer, and please leave us a review so more listeners can find the show!About Happening in the Hamptons Real Estate PodcastHappening in the Hamptons is powered by Saunders & Associates, the #1 locally owned real estate brokerage in the Hamptons, and Hamptons.com, the Hamptons' leading lifestyle brand for what to do, where to go, and what's happening across the East End.Each week, Happening in the Hamptons covers the people, properties, market trends, events, restaurants, local businesses, charity happenings, arts and culture, and community stories shaping life on the East End. Mike and Trey Farley of Farley Pool Designs interview Steve Kenny of SRK Pools in East Hampton, Long Island, who describes his path from a family pool service business started in 1985 to building high-performance “chlorine-free” pools. Kenny explains how decades of service experience led him to advanced water treatment using high-output ozone with UV to create advanced oxidation (hydroxyl radicals), paired with activated glass media filtration, CO2 pH control, and a Blue Sentinel controller to maintain very low chlorine (about 0.1–0.2 ppm) with minimal manual intervention and monthly service. He details side-stream ozone injection, contact tanks, ozone destruction and safety monitoring, and floor-return/skimmer hydraulics to reduce dead spots. The conversation covers pathogen control (e.g., crypto/giardia), equipment “bunkers,” freeze-thaw considerations, keeping pools open year-round, wellness trends like cold plunges, and Kenny's water-inspired mosaic art.   Discover more: https://www.farleypooldesigns.com/ https://www.instagram.com/farleydesigns/ https://www.instagram.com/luxuryoutdoorlivingpodcast/   00:00 Podcast Welcome 01:17 Meet Steve Kenny 02:26 From Culinary to Pools 04:46 Going Chlorine Free 07:42 AOP Hydroxyl Explained 09:08 Ozone System Sizing 11:53 Automation and Controls 14:32 Bunkers and Venting 17:39 Why Add UV 20:54 Glass Media Filtration 22:58 Hydraulics Skimmers Returns 25:13 Real World Results and Cost 30:26 Training Maintenance Teams 33:25 Delicious Water Philosophy 35:27 Proactive Water Care 36:10 Mindset Over Energy Costs 37:14 AOP Basics Ozone UV 38:09 Glass Media And No Minerals 40:21 Chlorine Sensitivity Explained 41:23 Building For Freeze Thaw 45:37 Plumbing Flow And Heating 46:55 Perimeter Overflow Artistry 47:44 Underwater Art And Tile 50:35 Designing For Lifestyle 51:51 System Capacity Dogs And Bugs 58:23 Wellness Cold Plunge Trends 01:01:37 Rapid Fire And Wrap Up 01:04:06 Show Mission Closing

His research traced the vehicle back to a 1996 Death Row delivery convoy, firmly linking Long Island to one of the most iconic eras in music history.By connecting automotive culture, hip-hop, and personal storytelling, Timothy transformed a luxury classic into a living piece of pop culture artifact, bridging coasts, generations, and genres.Show us YOUR Long Islander by sending a DM or emailing spillthetea@discoverlongisland.com#LongIslandLifeSuffolk County's grocery landscape continues to evolve in 2026 with new openings including Sprouts Farmers Market in Centereach, Trader Joe's in Miller Place, and additional Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace locations. At its core, Freetown is an American story, and as often is the case, it's abundantly clear so many aspects of American History come through when viewed through the lens of East Hampton itself.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing three new lawsuits from anonymous male plaintiffs who allege drugging and sexual assault incidents between 2019 and 2022. The lawsuits describe encounters where Combs allegedly provided the men with spiked drinks, leading to unconsciousness and subsequent sexual assaults at various locations, including his East Hampton residence and Manhattan hotels. One plaintiff claims he was assaulted after being drugged during an afterparty at a Manhattan hotel, with parts of the incident reportedly recorded. Another plaintiff, a long-time employee of Combs, alleges he was assaulted during a meeting at a Times Square hotel to discuss unpaid compensation. The third accuser states he was drugged and raped by Combs and associates at a 2020 party at the East Hampton property.Combs' legal team has denied the allegations, calling them fabricated and expressing intent to challenge the claims and seek sanctions against the plaintiffs' attorneys. These lawsuits add to a series of legal challenges for Combs, who is also facing federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Attorney Thomas Giuffra, representing the three plaintiffs, revealed that over 60 individuals have come forward with similar allegations, though only these three cases have been filed after vetting. The plaintiffs are seeking damages and jury trials, with their identities kept confidential due to safety concerns and fears of intimidation. Combs has pleaded not guilty to the federal charges and awaits a trial scheduled for May 2025.(commercial at 8:19)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Diddy's 'perverted three word excuse when victim woke up while being raped' | Daily Mail Online

On November 7, 2025, East Hampton High School's football team won a playoff game. For most of the schools that they competed against this year, that wouldn't be a big deal. But for East Hampton, this was something that hadn't happened in 34 years. In fact, only six or seven (see what I did there, parents?) years ago, there was no football program at all. It had withered and all but died for a lack of interest. But Joe McKee was interested. And almost single handedly, over the course of the next few years, Joe brought football back to East Hampton. First with a limited high school team, then with an extensive community flag football program, culminating in this year's county semi-final defeat at the hands of the eventual All Long Island Champion Sayville Golden Flashes. It's been a long road, with lots of twists and turns, bumps and roadblocks, but neither McKee, nor the players of this most recent team of players, led by a stellar group of dedicated, talented and motivated players, would be denied. Hear Joe tell the saga in his own words, as he brings us behind the scenes to hear the story of how it all fell apart, and then was brought back together.

One of the most powerful tools in healing from childhood sexual abuse is for a survivor to have the opportunity to share their story and truly be heard. Many survivors of early trauma at the hands of Catholic Church Priests went unheard or unbelieved for decades. Several Pennsylvania Grand Jury investigations and media discussions surrounding the findings were one of the first opportunities for many local survivors to recognize the extent of their own abuse fully. It also served to help survivors realize that they were not alone. Jay Sefton was one of these individuals. He experienced childhood sexual abuse by his family's parish priest, and he is now working to share his story while also empowering others to heal from theirs. Sefton is an actor, playwright, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor living in Easthampton, Massachusetts. He is the co-author and performer of UNRECONCILED, an autobiographical story of an adolescent actor cast as Jesus in a school play directed by a parish priest. I had the opportunity to see the play performed live. I listened to the discussion afterward, which included the former Boston Globe Editor Marty Baron, who empowered his Spotlight team to pursue the story of the church's conspiracy to cover up the abuse. The play was amazing and there is a project to help bring it to a much bigger audience. Jay is a licensed mental health counselor and I believe his journey will be an inspiration for many.
