In Lee's own words: I was born and raised in Concord, NC.  Just Northeast of Charlottle, it was a town of 25,000 back then.  As long as I can remember, music was around.  Whether it be the turntables or 8 tracks; where my older brothers played rock and roll of the 60s & 70s, Dad listened to older country artists or Mom's Pontiac Bonneville, which seemed to always have the hits playing through it's car stereo from either 61AM Big Ways, 95FM WROQ or 1100 WBT-AM…Music was always a comforting companion.       Not coming from a particularly musical family other than them playing the radio, the drum bug came from the next door neighbor playing and then taking it from there.  I was playing with records by 8-9 years old; began school band in 7th grade with the natural progression through high school playing in marching, jazz and symphonic bands throughout.       Since music was not viewed in my family as something you pursued as a career, I studied English Literature & Writing at Pfeiffer University until my senior year in 1990-91 when long time friend and a musical mentor, Rick Lee, called and said, "I'm forming a new band and you're the drummer."  This was the beginnings of my music career and the 2019 Carolina Beach Music Hall Of Fame band, Too Much Sylvia.       After leaving TMS in 1994, I played with a few different bands out of Charlotte and all around the East Coast through 1996.  In September 1996, a weeklong trip to Nashville, TN put the hook in and I moved to Music City on January 11, 1997.  Fortunately, I got club and road work pretty quickly while learning constantly along the way.  The idea was to make a living while seeing the world and that plan came to fruition over the years backing artists like Gary Allan, Mark Chesnutt, Heidi Newfield, Kelly Pickler, Loverboy, Kendell Marvel and, now, Hank Williams Jr.  Also, to be able to play and share time with some of the finest musicians & people along the way has just been magic. It's a ride I can't get off of...Nor do I want to.      Along with time on the road with Hank Jr., I offer drum/percussion tracks to any clients out of the "Boom Boom Drum Room", do club/showcase/session work around town and spend time caring for my family.  It's never boring and music is STILL a comforting companion.     Hope to see y'all at a show sometime!!   Some Things That Came Up:    -2:00 Moved to Nashville Jan 11, 1997 along with Jim Riley and Pat McDonald  -3:40 Followed the band Sugar Creek, who played on “Star Search” -4:10 Joining the melodic rock band “Too Much Sylvia” right before Nirvana exploded -6:15 Carolina beach music  -7:00 Checked out Nashville in August of 1996. Riding Shotgun With Charlie #200 Michael Bane MichaelBane.tv   Michael Bane. What can I say? I watched Michael for a long time as a new gun owner back on The Outdoor Channel on the shows Shooting Gallery and The Best Defense. I really enjoyed them and got a lot from The Best Defense! If I had a VHS player, I'm sure there are some tapes in storage. I met him at SHOT a couple years ago and asked for a selfie and he happily obliged. In November of 2022, Matt Mallory and I did a LIVE Show with him and I really had no idea about all of his history. Michael is an amazing storyteller so I just sat back and listened. This show isn't much different.    I posted on my social media that I was going to Denver for a few days. Michael asked when I was coming out and said if I had the time, he would love to be on the show. He said I could visit the Secret Hidden Bunker. How am I going to pass this up?    The last 24 hours of this trip were spent with Michael and his sweetie. We had dinner the night the previous night and I got some stories that just seemed over the top. It was amazing! The next morning, I headed to the Secret Hidden Bunker. Before we even started I got two hours of stories. His sweetie finally said that we needed to film my show.  I needed to get to the airport, too.  Once we were the appropriate distance from the Bunker, we started filming.    We headed to Estes Park, CO, to The Stanley Hotel, which was the inspiration for The Shining. Michael talked about his writing career and working for Country Music magazine back in his youth. He grew up in Memphis and took in all the R&B, blues, and early rock. He spent time writing for local newspapers over the years. When a friend showed him a check from writing for a magazine, he knew that was the path for him. He traveled with and became friends with many of the country singers and musicians. I love the story about how he went to Hank Williams Jr's house and ended up touring with and writing Hank Jr's autobiography. He's written a number of books about country musicians, from Travis Tritt to Willie Nelson. His stories and experiences are unmatched!   Once at the Stanley Hotel, we may have had a drink with Lloyd the bartender. On the way back to the Bunker, we talked about guns, TV careers, and life lessons. Michael shared how Shooting Gallery got started with four episodes and the producer thinking it won't last.  With no experience writing for TV or hosting a show, he moved ahead and took the chance.  It ran for 22 years. There's a story about how the Best Defense saved a woman's life. I'm sure more than one person's life, too. He worked with several counter terrorist experts to film an episode in a hangar about what really happens during a terror attack on a plane. He's got connections to the best people with first hand knowledge and experience. And he did the last interview of Jeff Cooper!   I am truly honored to have had Michael on the show. I'm excited that I have a lot of his stories on video. I know there's many, many more stories, too. This episode is really all the things that I enjoy. Stories about music, guns, and why you should take opportunities in life. I'm looking forward to listening to the show myself, even though I was there and I edited it. I need to take it all in. Happy 200th episode! Favorite quotes: “You can get paid to write but you don't have to work for a newspaper?” “You've just got to move with the opportunity.” “You just keep going. People say “are you willing to do X?” You always say yes.” “How do most people get this information that is literally life and death information?” “I learned competency in different fields.” “Excellence never comes from a consensus. Never.” “The history of arms is the history of the world.” Michael Bane TV https://www.michaelbane.tv/   Blog Spot https://michaelbane.blogspot.com/   Triggered YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZC5Bnfhwlv449SIAZs3fPQ   Twitter/X https://twitter.com/michaelbanetv   Instagram https://www.instagram.com/mbaneacp Second Amendment Foundation https://secure.anedot.com/saf/donate?sc=RidingShotgun    Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms https://www.ccrkba.org/     Please support the Riding Shotgun With Charlie sponsors and supporters.    Buy RSWC & GunGram shirts & hoodies, stickers & patches, and mugs at the store! http://ridingshotgunwithcharlie.com/rswc-shop/   Dennis McCurdy Author, Speaker, Firewalker http://www.find-away.com/   Self Defense Radio Network http://sdrn.us/   Buy a Powertac Flashlight, use RSWC as the discount code and save 15% www.powertac.com/RSWC   SABRE Red Pepper Spray  https://lddy.no/1iq1n

We are all our parent's children, for better or for worse. We all must come to terms with this at some point. I never did until listening to Stephen Wilson Jr. Sometimes in topics this deep and difficult, having a wise guide will help you understand the relations of parent and child. Stephen Wilson Jr. is deceptively simple, but he can turn a phrase that can grasp your soul and squeeze; the tree never grows too far from the apple.       I grew up a poor child of a single mother. All I had was a radio and of course all the books the library would let me take. So the background of my youth was top 40 pop music. Then as I got older I wanted deeper, smarter music. So, punk? It was perfect for a 13 year old. But eventually my music tastes settled on Metal and Country, because they had so much power and truth...and beauty. I purposely seek out the most powerful and emotional metal I can. Hank Jr and David Allen Coe are my favorite country songwriters. I live my life seeking depth and purpose in music...then I was introduced to Stephen Wilson Jr. A man whose understanding of human relations is unmatched. It took me a full 24 hours to get through his discography because every song made me cry. It hit me harder than the hardest metal song. You can feel his sincerity in your bones, even with songs like CooCoo that sound like a simple hootenanny, when it is truly about death and the life that leads up to it.       Give this interview a listen, friends, and hear a man who won't start a fight, but will never back down. A man who will swear, then politely apologize afterwards. I never spoke much as a child either.

In a conversation that gave us some intensely emotional moments along with plenty of laughs, Dale Earnhardt Jr. is joined by a great friend of his dad's - bass fishing legend Hank Parker Sr. Hank Parker and Dale Earnhardt were close friends who met even before they rose to the top of their respective fields. As they both experienced early career triumphs, with Hank winning the BassMaster Classic in 1979 and Dale winning the NASCAR Cup Championship in 1980, they began fishing and hunting together, forging a close bond that would carry through Dale's passing in 2001.This interview covers everything from why Hank Sr. traded his fishing pole in for a stock car, his journey from working at a marina to becoming one of the most recognized outdoorsmen in history, and the time he spent in the wild with the Earnhardts, with the hilarious and poignant stories to prove it. You may remember the racing endeavors of Hank's son Hank Jr., who spent time in the All-Pro Series before moving up to the NASCAR Busch Series and eventually winning two races. But the racing bug and need for speed first resonated in Hank, and the story of how he bought a Busch Series car from Dale and attempted to qualify at Rockingham is one you won't want to miss. Hank also fills Dale Jr. in on why Hank may be responsible for convincing Dale Earnhardt to buy Dale Jr.'s first late model, and then relays some deeply intimate conversations he had with Dale during their hunting trips over the years, showing a side of the Intimidator you've never seen before.DraftKings State-Specific Problem Gambling Information:In Massachusetts, call (800) 327-5050 or visit gamblinghelplinema.org, In New York, call 877-8-HOPENY or text HOPENY (467369). As they both experienced early career triumphs, with Hank winning the BassMaster Classic in 1979 and Dale winning the NASCAR Cup Championship in 1980, they began fishing and hunting together, forging a close bond that would carry through Dale's passing in 2001. This interview covers everything from why Hank Sr. traded his fishing pole in for a stock car, his journey from working at a marina to becoming one of the most recognized outdoorsmen in history, and the time he spent in the wild with the Earnhardts, with the hilarious and poignant stories to prove it. Hank also fills Dale Jr. in on why Hank may be responsible for convincing Dale Earnhardt to buy Dale Jr.'s first late model, and then relays some deeply intimate conversations he had with Dale during their hunting trips over the years, showing a side of the Intimidator you've never seen before. In This episode of Takin A Walk, Buzz talks to a salt-of-the-earth southerner with a straight-shooting swagger and kind smile, Shane Profitt. Shane’s musical toolbox is full of all-natural talent. At the end of 2021, he was still pulling overtime at his job with the city, busting his back about an hour south of Nashville and living for the weekend — with a few decades left to go. But now, the 23-year-old is rocking sold-out crowds at the historic Ryman Auditorium, earning standing ovations at the Grand Ole Opry, and writing modern Country tunes so genuine, they slip on like a pair of broken-in work boots — because no one has to tell this singer-songwriter what a blue-collar life is all about. Profitt’s journey starts about two years ago when his grandad asked what he wanted for Christmas and his wish was to learn how to play Hank Jr. songs on the guitar. Beginning with G, C, and D chords, he stuck with it. Gifted with a heavy-duty vocal, Profitt became a regular draw at the popular southern cooking chain, Puckett’s, traveling all over Tennessee to weekend shows while still holding down his job back home. While that made for some long hours, it also led to inspiration for original music. On his latest track, “Still Picks Up,” the emerging artist introduces more layers and emotion to his usual feel-good, windows-down sound, storytelling in a way that hits close to home every time. The vulnerable tune follows the debut of his boots-on-the-ground writing style and big, barrel-chested voice on the 3-song collection Maury County Line (BMLG Records/Harpeth 60 Records). With tracks like the hook-filled honky tonker "Better Off Fishin'," chest-thumping charmer "Guys Like Me," and his hopeful heaven-on-earth Top 15 Country radio single "How It Oughta Be,” it’s clear he puts his life to music — along with the lives of so many others. The Tennessee native is just getting started, gearing up for his highly anticipated debut album this fall. For more information, visit shaneprofitt.com.   If you listen to this podcast at all, then you've heard Walker Hayes' name dropped by a few other writers who've collaborated with him- Nicolle Galyon, Josh Jenkins, to name two. There's a lot of respect in Nashville for him, especially since he's been there since the early 2000s. But all this time he's been mostly under the radar. Heck, at one point, he was working at a Costco.  Things started to change when in 2017 when he had a modest hit with You Broke Up With Me and then last year, he crushed it. Fancy Like wasn't just a hit, it became nothing less than a sensation, with a viral dance, TV commercials.  It also sparked some grumbling: country purists didn't like that Fancy Like was country-rap. And if I'm honest, I started off as one of them. The first few times I listened I thought, aw, what's this. But then, it sort of sucked me in. Look, spoken word hits are nothing new in country music: Charlie Daniels Uneasy Rider and Devil Went Down to Georgia. CW McCall, Convoy. Big John, Jimmy Dean. Toby Keith, I Wanna Talk About Me, Hank Jr, Born to Boogie. Dirt Road Anthem, Jason Aldean. And that's how I started to look at Fancy Like. Sure, it isn't an exact comparison-the rhythm is more urban that backwoods, but the lyrics? They're as country as -to paraphrase a line from an old Hank Jr song -a 2-job working family, which is basically what Walker and his wife Lanie still were, until the song took off. And..? It's just fun. Is that such a crime? Most of all, if you listen closely, you'll realize it's a very honest song, which, I've since come to find out- and you're about to- is the only bullseye Walker aims for.     See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Josh Kiser Cleveland, Tennessee is bursting with pride since hometown boy Josh Kiser has become the newest rising artist/writer in Nashville's country music scene. Kiser found his sweet spot by blending traditional 90's sounds with a touch of rock&soul to his production to create a sound that resonates well with longtime country fans, as well as newer listeners who most call “Kiser Kountry”. He moved to Nashville in 2019 to pursue his music career. Before moving to the city, he signed a production deal with “Starts With Music”, a company owned by Nathan Chapman and Kevin Kadish. After moving to Nashville, he quickly signed a publishing deal with Liz Rose Music and Warner Chappell Music Publishing. Kiser draws his influences from artists like: Travis Tritt, The Eagles, George Straight, Ray Charles and Hank Jr. The realness in his songs and sound are evident by the pain in his voice and the truth of his lyrics. Kiser is hammering out his own creative niche that fans will readily identify with the East Tennessee native himself Josh Kiser. He just released his first single, “Big on the Little Things” followed by “Whiskey Wins” which are both available to stream on all platforms. Raised in Hardin County, KY (about halfway between Louisville and Nashville), Kevin grew up in “mid-shift” of what is defined as country music. He has served as a supporting act for several BIG names in country music; such as Chris Young, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, David Lee Murphy, Joe Diffie, Maddie & Tae, Reilly Green, Ryan Hurd, and several more. He has played at several popular venues/festivals across the country, including CMA Music Festival, the 2019 NFL Draft, Kentucky Derby Festival, KY Bourbon Festival, Freedom Hall (Former Louisville Cardinals Men's Basketball Arena), Blake Shelton's Ole Red (All Locations), and Tootsie's Orchard Lounge. Because of this, his influences span several generations. From the boot-scootin', honky-tonk sounds of Brooks and Dunn, George Strait and Hank Jr., to modern-day hits of Thomas Rhett, Eric Church, and Keith Urban. His songs combine his songwriting, performing abilities, and work ethic, along with his genuine love and appreciation of country music as a whole, and you have someone who can compete with Nashville's finest. 2018 got momentum started for Kevin and his own music career. Kevin independently wrote his first single, “Hell of a Good Time”, which captures the memories of Kevin and his buddies growing up through late high school and college. It is the first single off his debut EP, Lookin' For A Party; and the song reached #15 on the New Country Artists Charts. On November 29, 2019, Kevin released "Lookin' For A Party", his second single and title track of the debut EP. “[Lookin' for a Party] is the life of a musician on the road-- a life I've lived since I was 16," Kevin says. "When you are out there, and you're going city to city... You see a lot of things... and a lot of interesting people. Literally, Class A's to the bottom of the barrel-- the rough ones! This song puts them all in one room together. Some are just there for the beer and some are lookin' for a party. That is how it goes in the dives and the clubs! You see all of them." The success of this single led to it being a JMA nomination for Song of the Year in 2020, and Kevin was also nominated for Rising Artist of the Year. His debut EP was released on Sept 1, 2020. On the same day, Kevin released his third (and current) single, "Hook, Line, and Sinker", which is a record-breaking single in its own right! Within 24 hours of release, the song had tens of thousands of streams and continues to climb as his most-streamed single to date. Kevin is currently working on the currently untitled EP #2 and is set to release the first single off it this summer. We listen to his song, Hook, Line, and Sinker for this episode. Find more of his music on Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon, YouTube, Tidal, etc. Follow along with Kevin's musical career on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok. Good times and loads of laughs! That's what you get when you bring longtime friend and former NASCAR racer Hank Parker Jr. to the table for a conversation with Dale Earnhardt Jr. They were born days apart and both had famous fathers, one a world famous Champion Fisherman, the other an icon of the sport of Auto Racing. Their father's friendship led to theirs and its one that has lasted all of these years.Parker and Dale chat about the good ol' days, and how their father's first time hanging out, of course, involved fishing and racing. Well, umm, maybe some cheating too! The two friends share stories of hunting, fishing, childhood mischief and more, including an unforgettable tale of hunting with Dale Sr.How does a famous fisherman just up and decide to get into stock car racing? Dale Jr. and co-host Mike Davis find out the real answer and uncover some classic stories of what led the Parker family down the racing road. They discuss Hank's early days in Late Model racing and how he got started with some of the hierarchy of short track badassery, like Gary Balough and Freddie Query.Dale Jr. and Hank Jr.'s bond grew stronger when both were racing wheel to wheel in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. They discuss an early tangle, the highs and lows, and how lending advice and shocks led to some fast times for Parker. After DNQ's, race wins and injuries, it was a tough conversation with car owner Jack Roush that actually led to Hank hanging up the helmet for good. Mike Davis reads an unearthed column Dale Jr. wrote about Hank Parker Jr back in 2000. The story leads to discussion of the trouble they would get into as youth, and the road to getting married and having children. Parker shares what his latest projects are and how some trips to Mexico and Haiti led their family to adoption. Before Hank took a seat at the table, discussion got pretty intense as Dale Jr. laid down his real feelings about the yellow-line-rule that dominated the headlines after a crazy weekend at Talladega. Dale, Mike and producer Matthew Dillner give their opinions as to why NASCAR may want to re-think the out-of-bounds infraction.Leah Vaughn thrills Dale Jr. with a slew of questions from fans and an Xfinity driver in AskJr presented by Xfinity. From a shocking statistic about Short Tracks in the Cup Series, to a bold new idea, the segment got the fans in the chat room as fired up as the host!. Should their be a NASCAR division in the 24-Hours of Daytona? Or, even bolder, a 12-hour NASCAR race that includes all three major NASCAR divisions racing on track at the same time? It's a must listen.Dale shares a story about a famous NASCAR racer who once had his racecar repossessed on the starting grid in Odd History. At Last Call, the DJD gang learns about a drinking phobia. Dale unwraps a gift that leads to discover and imagination that brings him into the Earnhardt garage in the 1970s. Last but certainly not least, Dale closes the show with the most special of thoughts.. Fast Money From The Comfort Of My Own Home”... Roland RD-300S Digital Piano Package + Amps + Extras Flipping Ninja Deep Dive “$550 Dollars… While Lying In Bed On My Phone... Fast Money From The Comfort Of My Own Home” Flipping Keyboards changed my life forever. I don't think anyone loves flipping keyboards more than yours truly. The best decision I ever made in my life was accidentally flipping my first keyboard over a decade ago and making a measly $20 bucks on it. Even to this day, anytime I flip a keyboard, it takes me back to my roots. The early days when this cat was just starting.  So what's the difference between back then and today? Well… this week's Flip of the Week I made $550 on one keyboard flip... All while lying in bed browsing Craigslist from my phone. Pay attention, because this flip has a lot to offer.  Let's dive in. I came across this ad on Craigslist. Someone was selling their Roland keyboard PLUS 2 amps for $300. “Roland Electric Keyboard RD-300S & Two Crate Amplifiers Amps KX-50” Here's a screenshot to their Craigslist ad and pictures: Pretty basic. Not bad. But not the best either.  And definitely not up to par with The Flipping Ninja's standards. When I sell something, I wanna make the most amount of money on it in the least amount of time.  How do we do that? What's the first thing you notice about this ad? Well... I don't know about you... But their picture sucks balls.  Super basic and barely shows the keyboard in its full glory. Not to mention, this deal comes with TWO FRIGGIN AMPS!!! And they're totally just low key hiding in the background.  So 2 things so far... Sucky Thing #1: The keyboard pic itself sucks (especially as the ad's display pic)Sucky Thing #2: The amps are hard to see/barely visible unless you're looking up close. Not good.   Oh and to add salt to the wound... sucky thing #1 & sucky thing #2 from above combined into 1 photo... AND IT'S THE MAIN DISPLAY PIC USED IN THE AD! I could go on and on… But here's what you need to know right now… Photos are EVERYTHING when it comes to making money flipping things. Taking photos that sell is both an art and a science.  It's a skill that's learnable. And it's one of the pillars I teach when it comes to making money flipping things. But don't worry… the fact that this ad has crappy photos is a GOOD thing. That's because YOU (and I) can snag the item, simply take better pics, and by just that alone make MORE money. Yup. Learning how to take photos that sell will multiply your profits…  Moving on... The ad description:   I mean not bad… But not good. Just basic. Could be better.  When it comes to ad descriptions when you're selling or flipping stuff -- it boils down to this:  The words you use in your ad description can make the difference between getting $300 on an item… and getting $850 on that same item. I went and picked up this keyboard package for $300 as fast as I could. I took it home, took killer pics of everything (I mean pictures that really sell… things like showing the item in its full glory, really positioning it as a PACKAGE). See, thing is if I was JUST selling a keyboard, that'd be one thing. But if I was selling a keyboard, 2 amps, a stand, a wheel bag, and whatever else with comes with… now it becomes a PACKAGE. So there's a golden lesson for you on writing ads that sell: Simply adding the word “PACKAGE” can allow you to increase your asking price, AND sell the item faster (everyone wants PACKAGES… a “PACKAGE DEAL”... a “FULL PACKAGE”... etc.) Heck even in dating… You don't want someone with just one or two cool things about them… You want the FULL PACKAGE!!! Same thing applies here when crafting your ads, and sellin' stuff. People like packages. So back to the flip, here's what happened:  Didn't even leave my bed – literally saw this on my PHONE, posted on CL – picked it up for $300 bucks, took it home...   Then I turned it into… THIS: Re-arranged the stuff – made it all look SEXY and snapped some pics.Notes:  Take a look at my first display pic… It shows EVERYTHING presented in its full glory. BAM! Got the keyboard. Got the amps. Got the Yamaha Gig Bag/Carrying Case with Wheels. Got the stand. Got the sustain pedal. Got the manual. You catching my drift? You can SEE everything. You're only seeing the main display pic. There are 23 other photos of this bad boy... What did the original ad have? Just 5. Smh. 3. Wrote an ALL-NEW, SOLID AD DESCRIPTION THAT SELLS Here's a screenshot of my ad for the keyboard… read it, study it, internalize it… look at the layout… the selling points… the spacing between lines even and the visual aspect… it's a fun read and keeps you engaged, no big, long blocks of long boring text like most people have. Notice how I leave no stone unturned in my ad. We've got:  Social proof ("This keyboard can be seen in bands from Diamond rio to Hank Jr." Mention of Whitney Houston)   Describe the sounds, features and benefits, both factually AND emotionally to get people emotionally attached to it. At this point it's no longer just “a keyboard”... It's an emotional experience and adventure - think time travel.   Look how I laid out everything they get in bullet-form, WITH the original retail prices for each. We do this so we can increase the perceived value for everything combined, further justifying our asking price of $850 and making it a no-brainer.   We mention the general benefits of just… having a digital piano. Might seem common sense or obvious, things like “you don't have to tune these like you would a real piano”. But it's good to remind people -- especially when they're LITERALLY STARING AT YOUR AD AND WILL MAKE A BUYING DECISION JUST SECONDS FROM NOW. You gotta grab them while they're hot.   Also notice how I took it a step further… I didn't just say “you never need to tune this because it's digital!” I also took it deeper and painted another benefit from it… “Usually with a real piano you'd have to pay $100 or so per year just to keep it tuned!” Now they're thinking, who I'm SAVING money by buying this keyboard!!! Yeah!!!! (and it's totally true… never lie or overexaggerate or make things up… Always be truthful and factual -- just make it exciting :))   And so much more.  4. Re-posted it for sale and ended up selling just 3 days later for... $850 CASH($550 profit) Spent maybe an hour on that flip – that's basically $550 an hour if we broke it down into an hourly rate. What could you do with that kind of money – if you earned $550 an hour. How about a badass cruise with your loved ones? All from one flip     Or how about taking your whole family of 9 people to Disneyland for the weekend – FULLY PAID FOR INCLUDING THE AIR BnB.     Imagine 2 flips… 3 flips and BAM – fully paid for trip to DisneyLand. No expenses whatsoever. Rides. Food. Candy. All of it. And when you get home it's not some huge burdensome debt on your CC – because you've already paid for it – BECAUSE you learned this wonderful skill set. These aren't anything unusual or outta the ordinary – these are normal everyday results we get, we see, and we PREACH. So Far… You can see if you did even just one or two flips ALONE, that could completely change your life and your income, couldn't it? (say yes) Do you think it'd be a good idea to do this the first chance you got? (say yes again) And wouldn't you agree that flipping is THE way to go when it comes to making ridiculous… stupid amounts of cash quickly?(heck yeah) Solid.    Lessons Learned?   Keyboards are always a good money-maker. People are always buying them (kids starting piano lessons, piano teacher nags parents to get kid a keyboard to practice on at home, etc).    People are always selling them (kids started piano lessons, didn't like it and quit, now parents stuck with keyboard. Or kids grew up and moved out of the house, so now selling their old digital piano, etc)   The key is in how you take your PHOTOS and write your AD DESCRIPTION. Knowing how to really create a feeling and picture in people's minds. That's the only way to command maximum dollar for it -- and sell them fast. It's critical you learn this. It's an art and science. Taking photos that sell and knowing how to craft ad descriptions that sell are 2 out of the 5 pillars I teach (the other two being knowing where to look and what to buy, and knowing where to sell and post your stuff).    Do you want to be a lazy bum AND make a ton of cash? Well, you came to the right place mate… This flip was done 90% from my smartphone -- all while I was just chillin at home (laying down in bed actually). You don't need to go out “hunting” for stuff or hit up a bunch of stores/garage sales/flea markets, slaving away searching for stuff to buy and flip to make some serious money. You can do it all from the comfort of your own home. Just chill :) Only thing I had to do here was go pick up the keyboard and bring it home. BUT... you do need to know where to look, what to buy, some marketing and selling techniques that work, and finally where to sell. Learn these things and BAM -- you'll be making MORE in LESS time (and doing it as lazily as you've ever dreamed!)   $550 profit just from this one keyboard flip. That's like a freakin' car payment. Or one month's rent for a studio apartment. Or working a Full-Time 40 hours at Starbucks for 1 week (Okay, not sure if the last one is totally true… but probably is tbh) (actually, scratch that -- I just pulled out my calculator to check the Starbucks thing -- and omg you'd actually get paid LESS working 40 HOURS at Starbucks

Part 1 of 2What a great talk with the great Lee Kelley!  Drummer for Hank Williams Jr.https://leekelleyondrums.com/Lee:  I was born and raised in Concord, NC. Hope to see y'all at a show sometime!!September 1989-Present: Freelance Studio/Touring Musician--Drums & Percussion National/International Acts*Click on Name for Artist Site or Apple Music link for their Music*May 2019-Present: Hank Williams Jr. (Apple Music)November 2017-Present: Kendell Marvel (Apple Music)September 2016-September 2018: Jeff BatesJanuary 2017-March 2017: Subbing Drummer-Loverboy (Apple Music)January 2016-September 2016: Time Off for Shoulder Surgery & Recovery-Elite Sports MedicineMarch 2015-May 2015: Subbing Drummer-Aaron Tippin (Apple Music)March 2010-July 2014: Heidi Newfield (Apple Music)March 2013-May 2013: Subbing Drummer-Kellie Pickler (Apple Music)February 2012-October 2012: Chris Knight (Apple Music)August 2008-Mid. 2012: Jeremy McComb (Apple Music)March 2003-October 2008: Mark Chesnutt (Apple Music)February 2007-April 2007: Subbing Drummer-Trent Tomlinson (Apple Music)February 2002-August 2005: Shannon Lawson (Apple Music)November 2001-February 2002: Ricky Van Shelton (Apple Music)March 1998-February 2002: Gary Allan (Apple Music)
