Bill Mondy is an American actor and voice actor. He's best know for portraying Deputy Roscoe on The Dead Zone and Lou Nanne in Miracle. Regarding his voice over work Bill is mostly known for voicing characters such as Mr. Black and Brain Freezer on Johnny Test, Evac in Transformers Cybertron, and Slegger Law in the original Mobile Suit Gundam anime series.
