In this latest episode, I discuss this deep-rooted issue that's tearing apart our society and eroding our country. It's an issue that's been brushed under the rug for far too long. Fatherless homes have been an unfortunate silent tormentor for countless individuals. Look, I've seen it firsthand, both in the young boys at the Squire Program and in many of the men at the MDK Project. And as men, it's up to us to step up and address this issue head-on. Whether you had a father in your life or not, you have the ability to mentor yourself to greatness. JOIN MY FREE 6-WEEK CHALLENGE: https://bedroskeuilian.com/challenge
Today I have on Matt Schneider. Matt is an entrepreneur, husband, father, EVP of a global SaaS organization, co-founder of the Modern Day Knight project with Bedros Keulian, Co-Founder and instructor of the Squire Program, Executive Level business coach, used to be in SWAT and on the US Marshall's Fugitive Team. Now he spends most of his time pouring into other men and husbands and wives coaching them on how they can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their business and their relationships. When I start to dive into his experiences and expertise, I am just learning more and more about the things Matt has accomplished. What Matt and I get into today is how can Dads really start to take control of their lives, become the husbands, fathers, and men they are called to be, gain increased sovereignty, and create financial freedom for themselves and their family.
Today I sit down with Steve Eckert. Steve is a Personal Discipline and Development Accountability Coach. He is a United States Marine, Entrepreneur, Husband, and Father. Steve brings his military leadership, strategies and tactics, and combines it with being an entrepreneur, father, and husband - and has helped over 20,000 clients flip the switch as Steve says, and get incredible results. Steve co-founded the Project, a 75 hour crucible, mens personal development program, as well as co-founded the father and son program called the Squire Program. When my son is old enough - we will definitely be doing it together. The energy, passion, and raw authenticity that Steve brings to the table is incredible - and my hope is that you can get some key takeaways from our conversation today and start immediately implementing them in your life as a husband, father, and community leader.
Erin is a men's lifestyle and transformation coach. He is a man of faith, student of fitness, host of The High-Value Man Podcast, instructor and co-founder of The Modern Day Knight Project, a men's 75-hour personal development experience, and co-founder and instructor for The Squire Program, a father and son rite of passage. Erin is here on a mission to build better men. Erin also preaches on four pillars of living a fulfilled life: Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finances. He also has a 10-year vision plan with a statement that he says a couple of times a day, which is “I will achieve a hundred million dollar business within the next 10 years by deploying the high-value man program and formula and serving 10,000 men on the mission to becoming the best versions of themselves.” Take-Aways from Erin: It's essential to use your Talents and Treasures to build your Golden Thread It is vital to have mentors and a strong group of men with the same values around you Two books that helped change his trajectory--Emotional Intelligence 2.0 and No More Mr. Nice Guy God gave you the gift to think intelligently, to steward your body in such a way, and to live in alignment with your values. Write down a vision plan and then SMART goals to take action on what you want your life to look like. You should write down your vision for 2 years, then 5, then 10. It has to be a visual for what you want. People struggle with self-worth and identity because they haven't put in the work. People, specifically men, lose their identity over time from a young age because they never ask themselves, “Deep purposeful questions of who I am and who do I want to be.” Every man is flawed but there is a perfect model of masculinity and it's Jesus. When you put God at the foundation of everything you're doing, your relationships will increase. God prepares you for your life's mission by giving you lots of opportunities to test your character and build your strength. Be the change. If you see something that needs to be changed, be that example. Be that leader. Be that lighthouse. Quit making excuses of why you are not being the person that you want to be because you're wasting precious time that you could be stewarding other people to their own success and greatness and being an example for others. BE THE CHANGE THAT TURNS BOYS INTO STRONG MEN. On this episode of The Resilient Dad Show, we speak with Darnell Fontenot, a husband, father of 3, and firefighter who served for 20 years. He talks about The Squire Program, a 12 to 15-hour course designed for fathers and sons to build a strong relationship together. The Squire Program involves physical and emotional activities to help fathers and sons get to the root of the issues that separate them. Darnell shares how he was able to determine the trust issues he had with his son, as well as show up as a better father and husband to his family since then.Pat and Darnell talk about fatherlessness and how this has a detrimental effect that lasts generations. Darnell shares how he now leads The Squire Program in Texas and has become a visible part of his son's life, supporting his chess tournaments and having one-on-one bonding every week.WORDS OF RESILIENCEThe Squire Program helped reveal the trust issue with Darnell's son - Darnell: "I'm raising kids but if my son doesn't trust me to walk through this obstacle course, then what happens in life when I tell him don't date this girl, she's no good, or don't hang out with these friends, they're no good. Will he even trust me in guiding him in that direction?"Fathers must hug their sons to affirm them - Darnell: "When's the last time did I actually hug my son, like a full frontal, chest-to-chest hug? Son, I love you. I appreciate you. You're doing a great job. Just hearing those words of affirmation really can inspire our sons to do better and to make better decisions. So the biggest takeaway from what I saw other fathers doing was actually hugging their sons."Connect with Darnell and The Squire Program Texas:Instagram | Darnell FontenotConnect with Pat:Pat Di Domenico | About Resilient DadIf you liked this episode and were inspired by the journeys it shares, or you have suggestions or your own stories to share, subscribe to the Resilient Dad podcast now and leave us a comment!

So many of us are doing all we can to break the cycles we were raised in and provide a better life and future for the next generation. Through our pain and struggles, we can grow into the person we are meant to be. On the other hand, it is easy to blame our circumstances and choose the “easy” path of making excuses as to why we are not reaching our goals. The key is to choose the hard path first and pave the way for an easier future for ourselves and our children. Today's guest is an incredibly inspiring example of doing just that, and he encourages us to dig deep to find our core values and filter everything in our lives through them in order to find success.Matt Schneider is the Executive Vice-President & equity owner of a global software (SaaS) company with a target valuation of over $150M. He is also the co-founder of The MDK Project, a leadership development program, and The Squire Program, a development program for young men and their fathers to experience together. Matt has helped 7 and 8-figure companies elevate their profits by focusing on leadership, team cohesion, and problem-solving complex issues that are costing a great deal of time and money. In this episode of Lead Sell Grow - The Human Experience podcast, Matt gets real with us about the fact that too many people in our society bail at the first sign of a struggle or adversity. What we need to do is embrace hard times and use them as an opportunity for growth and development for who we want to become. Regardless of our background or personal circumstances, we all have the ability and obligation to take charge of our life and pivot toward a life of abundance. Matt is open about the mistakes he made in his early business days, and how those mistakes cost him his health, happiness, and a lot of money. By establishing his non-negotiable core values and filtering everything in his life through them, Matt was able to turn his life around and create abundance and success.Key highlights:Matt's background and childhood and why he wanted to break the cycle he was raised inWhat it was like to be in Special Operations on SWATEmbracing growth in adversityHaving values and non-negotiables for his habits, relationships, and businessMatt's 4 core values and how they have changed every aspect of his lifeThe problem with cancel culture and why everyone is easily triggeredWhat was going wrong that made Matt create core values? How he helps people realize their potentialHow having ore values has changed his lifeHow Matt measures if he is improvingToo many people lack the discipline to get where they want to goHow to turn your employees into Intrapreneurs and have them fired up about making your company betterWho Matt's program is for and what people get out of itPeople will do more to avoid pain than to seek pleasureOn the other side of adversity and pain, is where passion is foundHis advice to someone that doesn't know where to start to reach their goalsConnect with Matt Schneider:Website: ignitionyearcoaching.comInstagram: @mattschneider_officialConnect with Eric:Be sure to connect with me in the Lead Sell Grow - The Human Experience Mastermind Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrow/Pick up your copy of B2B Sales Secrets HereLearn more about our services: www.TheGoalGuide.comImprove your sales and stay connected – Free Gifts Here https://shor.by/TheGoalGuide

Ray is in the business of building men into purpose driven leaders, and believes that vulnerability is at the core of becoming great. On this weeks episode, Brandt and Ray talk about doing hard things, conquering your inner voice, showing love as a Navy SEAL, and of course, Ray shows vulnerability by sharing his darkest moments.
In this week's episode I interview serial entrepreneur & Navy Seal Veteran Ray “Cash” Care. Ray has unbelievable testimony that inspires millions of people online. From the time he was a child to the time he spent in the military, this man has been pushed to the brink of his mental, emotional, and physical limits. He has overcome trauma & abuse to become a Navy SEAL veteran with multiple tours and other numerous overseas security details, accomplished entrepreneur as Co-founder of Conquer, & The Squire Program, and has built a beautiful family. We're going to talk about how to shift pain into finding your purpose, overcoming trauma, the importance of fatherhood, life struggle, and being authentically you. Ray's approach has featured on The History Channel “The Selection,” Discovery Channel “The Ultimate Soldier Challenge” and the BBC “Ultimate Hell Week.” Listen to how Ray has done it repeatedly and use his lessons to find your calling in life.

This conversation might change your life. Literally. In one of my deepest, most real, raw, authentic, and powerful interviews to date, global iconic colleague and friend Bedros Keuilian reveals truths, wisdom, and facts about his life that are absolutely jaw-dropping. As a matter of fact, this episode alone may be one of the most wisdom-filled, gut-wrenching, inspiring, and powerful episodes of ANY PODCAST on any TOPIC from ANYONE. I mean that. This is as real as it gets. Bedros Keuilian immigrated from Romania in 1980 with his family. While growing up in a tough environment here in the US (that sometimes meant him even dumpster-diving for food), he learned the hard knocks on how to survive. Well, 42 years later, since coming to the U.S., Bedros has created quite a legacy. He started FitBody Boot Camp in 2010 (800 locations currently) and leads the Modern Day Knight program (a.k.a. The Project) & the Squire program (for fathers and son's looking to strengthen their relationships and to teach boys how to become men), and he is an investor in about a dozen businesses. When I asked him specifically why he does what he does, he looked me dead straight in the eye and said, “To save men from committing suicide…because I was one of them who thought about it.” It does NOT get any deeper than this one, and this needs to be shared over & over with men AND women around the globe. Bedros is a special soul, and I can't put in words just how deep and meaningful it was to have him LIVE and IN-PERSON for this interview. Here is what we specifically cover: 1. Ten (10) rapid-fire “Get to Know You” questions, including “If you could be coached by any one person in the world, living or dead, who would it be?” 2. Why he is so passionate about THE MODERN DAY NIGHT PROJECT and the extraordinary transformations it has created. 3. Why he is so passionate about THE SQUIRE Program and why he believes young boys need a “rite of passage” into manhood. 4. His childhood and how he eventually overcame some of the demons that were haunting him as an adult. 5. Regret and the two things he MOST regrets in his life. 6. Adversity and the mindset to overcome failure. 7. Why parenting is so important to him now and what he does to live with more intentionality as a father and a husband. 8. The greatest challenge the world will face in the next 100 years. WOW—wait until you hear this one! I could go on and write a book. I'll save that for another day and just give you some “Required LISTENING.” Please LISTEN to the episode now, and then PLEASE SHARE IT! Share it on your social media. In your newsletter or in an email. Or text the link to your family and friends. And if this one specifically speaks to you, please write a review JUST on this episode alone on iTunes. It always helps get more eyes and EARS, and we believe this episode is going to help A LOT of people.
