Lisa encourages her clients to eat real foods and to stay away from protein shakes and protein bars, be present while eating and pay attention to when you begin to feel content. One way that Lisa takes the upgrade is changing her mindset by stepping out of her comfort zone and encouraging herself to do things that make her feel uncomfortable. Lisa loves her coffee, avocado toast, eggs, chicken meatballs by Butera and a pair of blue jeans from White House Black Market.
