Welcome to the Billy Gilmore Podcast - we're back with a new Adam Sandler/Netflix film, SPACEMAN. This time, we're stepping away from the typical Adam Sandler comedy and instead focusing on a slower, more calculated drama featuring Sandler as a cosmonaut in space, removed from his wife on earth (played by Carey Mulligan). The Sandman/Spaceman finds a relationship onboard the ship with an unexpected friend: a human-sized spider played by Paul Dano. Join us as we venture into the world created by director Johan Renck and Adam Sandler in SPACEMAN.
Lynette and Stefanie open the show by talking about the Wendy Williams documentary on Hulu. Producer Caelan then gives his thoughts on the new Adam Sandler Netflix movie, which leads the ladies to share a few flicks that make them cry. After that, Lynette talks about watching a Dateline about the case of Jennifer Dulos. Before they wrap, Stefanie talks about feeling depressed when listening to a true crime podcast at the gym, and then they discuss the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion part 1. The newest version of the show will be hosted at the Tucson Improv Movement (TIM) and will feature the improv troupe "Ballot Babes" who provide a fresh and custom made style of lampooning. The opening show featured long time Arizona Star Editiorial cartoonist, Dave Fitzsimmons and Mo Urban, voted Best Comic in last year's Tucson Weekly poll. Dave and Phil host the show and provide political news with a twist of hilarity plus timely newsmaker interviews. Okay so it's been a little while. But here we are again, and boy have things gotten interesting. Writers and actors have gone on strike and now movie releases have been pushed back and most talk shows have been on hiatus until the writers come back and hosts can be funny again. Well sort of. Neil tells us about "Strike Force Five" which is a podcast put together by several late night talk show hosts in order to support their striking writers, Neil's also read a book about show writers called "End Credits" which he'll talk about. And there's also some scandals and mysteries surrounding Jimmy Fallon and Jamie Foxx which we'll get into.Bill McCuddy fills us in on the popular Netflix series "Who Is Erin Carter" as well as the Adam Sandler Netflix movie "You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah. And if you like to see movies in thears don't worry. Bill Bregoli has managed to see six of them: "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3," "The Equalizer 3" (with Denzel Washington), the dirty talking dog comedy "Strays," the Liam Neeson action movie "Retribution," the lesbian comedy "Bottoms" and the sort of true story based on a video game called "Gran Turismo." Plenty to keep you going on these waning days of summer. So listen in!This show is part of the Spreaker Prime Network, if you are interested in advertising on this podcast, contact us at https://www.spreaker.com/show/4137244/advertisement
Introducing a whole new generation of Sandler's to movie audiences, You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah was also (initially) patriarch Adam Sandler's highest-rated picture on Rotten Tomatoes. While that's shifted since, there's been a lot of love going to this coming-of-age dramedy that's all about two best friends (played by Sunny Sandler and Samantha Lorraine) looking forward to their bat mitzvahs, only to have things go awry because of a boy. We review the film and discuss whether we're seeing the continuation of the Adam Sandler Netflix empire.

Rob Schneider is well known for his comedy movies. He talks with Dennis Miller about creating his character in his latest Adam Sandler Netflix movie "The Wrong Missy." Rob Schneider talks about the difficulties around cracking jokes to a crowd who just experienced a tragedy. Plus, Rob Schneider gets real about the wave of cancel culture and how people are so easy ready to get offended for others!
But wait, didn't you JUST review a western spoof last week? That's right, once again, we're headed to the old west, as we review the non-seminal Adam Sandler Netflix movie The Ridiculous 6! Many comparisons to Blazing Saddles are made, including comparing the quality (this movie is bad.) Then, we meet a whole family of sharks as we take a listen to Baby Shark, do do do, do do do. We also depress ourselves as we talk about Youtube videos for kids. Finally, Scott rolls us a D20 using his very special novelty product: a dice castle.

On today's episode, host Tom Breen talks with Jim Barone, a Hamden native who stars in the new Adam Sandler Netflix comedy, THE WEEK OF. Barone lost both of his legs due to complications with diabetes a few years ago, but is now embarking on an acting career, and is calling one of the most famous comedians in the world a new friend and mentor.
This makes four for four! The latest Adam Sandler Netflix movie, this one directed by Robert Smigel, and co-written by and starring Sandler is here – The Week Of. Co-starring Chris Rock, Rachel Dratch, Steve Buscemi, Allison Strong, and Noah Robbins, The Week Of is a departure from Adam Sandler’s previous three films with Netflix, going with a more low concept movie. The week before the marriage of their children, fathers Kenny Lustiger (Adam Sandler) and Kirby Cordice (Chris Rock) must put aside their different views on how a wedding should be planned and work together to overcome a series of obstacles. Cordice is a very well of surgeon whilst Lustiger has not been so lucky in terms of financial wealth. Yet Lustiger, as the father of the bride, insists on planning and covering all of the costs of his daughter’s big day.
Episode 97 Is Spaceballs The Animated Series which is probable the very worst thing I have ever seen, I would have rather sat through every new Adam Sandler Netflix film. This series doesn't carry on from the movie it's a sort of bad parody of return of the sith with return of the sithee. Dark Helmet gets knocked out by a robot stripper in Skroobs new casino and recalls his origin story as in a dream. Once a young slave named Pannakin Crybaby, he won his freedom in a NasPodrace, was trained in the Schwartz by Yogurt and fell in love with Princess Harley Van Patten.

Kearny (Guybo) is beaming in from Rome, Italy and Jimbo (Timbo) is in Auckland. Together, yet apart, they've just watched We Are Your Friends for the 14th time this year. This watch is all about the social melting pot of suburban life and Guy's design for New Zealand's new flag, which involves lyrics written in the man's own blood. A lot of attention on that birthday cake this week. And strippers. AND surrending to Adam Sandler/Netflix. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
