Winners: Tyrese Maxey and the 76ers, Steph Curry punctuating a late 3-point flurry by absolutely clowning Dillon Brooks, the undefeated Pelicans, Jalen Duren's strong start, and Luka's 49-point performance. Losers: Anyone associated with Raptors-Bulls 'No Dunks Bowl,' the winless Grizzlies, Flavor Flav's national anthem, and Dame. That, plus Josh Giddey responds to Hollinger's SLOB wizard comment.
On Fri.'s No Dunks ep., Skeets and Trey discuss Damian Lillard scoring 39 points in his Bucks debut, Embiid playing himself back into shape, Harden's absence raising questions regarding the implementation of the NBA's new star rest policy, and LeBron igniting a Lakers' rally. That, plus the NBA's new In-Season Tournament ad, recasting the 'Ocean's Eleven' crew with players, the Celtics considering screwing with the Sixth Man award, things that lived up to the hype, lazy Halloween decorations, and more.--
On Thu.'s No Dunks ep., Skeets and Trey discuss Victor Wembanyama's NBA debut, other strong rookie performances from Dereck Lively II and Brandon Miller, Kristaps Porzingis' incredible first game for Boston, Donovan Mitchell's clutch play, and who had the best dunk: Monk or Zion? That, plus other takeaways from the busy 12-game slate, the All-Star Game returning to an East vs. West format, the Suns losing a second-round pick, and the Bulls already holding a players-only meeting.--
On Wed.'s No Dunks ep., Skeets and Trey overreact to Jokic and the Nuggets dominating Anthony 'Ghost' Davis, the Lakers load managing LeBron's minutes, and Devin Booker's playmaking leading the Suns over the Warriors. That, plus Charles Barkley presses Adam Silver on the NBA's recent domestic violence incidents, the Knicks signing a jersey patch deal with the Las Vegas Sphere, Denver's slick championship rings, and more.--
Happy NBA Day! On Tue.'s No Dunks ep., Skeets and Trey discuss Giannis signing a contract extension with the Bucks, whether the Knicks have an enticing trade package for Joel Embiid, this season's legit title contenders, odds Jaden McDaniels is worth $136M, and Amazon eyeing an NBA streaming package for Tuesdays or Thursdays. That, plus the best of the worst City Edition jerseys, Slam magazine subscriptions, tall hats, and more.--
On Mon.'s No Dunks ep., Alex Wong joins us to discuss his new book 'Prehistoric,' reasons to be optimistic about the Toronto Raptors, and why Nike is trolling us with these NBA City Edition jerseys. That, plus Memphis Grizzlies center Steven Adams will undergo season-ending knee surgery, Andre Iguodala's Hall of Fame case, contract extensions for Deni Avdija, Zach Collins, and Zeke Nnaji, and more.
On Fri.'s No Dunks ep., the guys answer some final burning questions: Who will make their first All-Star Game? Which lottery team from '22-23 has the best chance of making the playoffs? Which teams are most likely to disappoint? What's going on with these City Edition jerseys? That, plus James Harden continues to miss practice, the NBA consider changes to the All-Star Game format, Rapid Fire fun, and more.
On Thu.'s No Dunks ep., the guys rank all 30 teams by tiers: Title Contenders, Final Four Flirts, Playoff Locks, Play-In Hopefuls, and NBA Draft Lottery Lads. All that, plus thoughts on the Oklahoma City Thunder trading for (and immediately waiving) Kevin Porter Jr., Reggie Jackson's insane amount of accessories, and more.
On Wed.'s No Dunks, Skeets and Trey predict who they think will emerge as the winners of the Most Valuable Player, Most Improved, Sixth Man, Rookie of the Year, and Defensive Player of the Year awards, as well as who they think will be the Coach of the Year. That, plus the betting favorites to win the 2023-24 NBA Disgruntled Player of the Year, Ben Simmons Island tourism dollars, coaching trivia, and more.--

I'm going to be very honest. This episode is a dedicated “b**** fest” on how hard it is to get the medication prescribed for ADHD. If any of you adults out there have been through this, sometimes it's therapeutic just to let out all the frustration and feel seen and heard and commiserated with, and that's what this episode is for.You all should know by now that I take ADHD medication, but you may not know that I have two kiddos who take medication for ADHD as well. We each are unique and need different things to help us function at our best, and thankfully we have had access to insurance and medical professionals to diagnose us and prescribe appropriate medication. But even with all this support, I have encountered more obstacles with getting one of our prescriptions filled than anyone should ever have to endure in a lifetime! Unfortunately, I'm not the only one. In this episode, I discuss the various obstacles keeping many of us from receiving ADHD medication and how there seems to be nothing but finger-pointing and petty excuses offered instead of real solutions to solve these issues. I encourage you to read some of the articles I mention, listed below, use tools like GoodRX to get coupons when possible, and communicate early and often with your doctor and pharmacy. At this point in time, no one else is going to advocate for your needs more than you can. It may put all of our impaired executive functions to the test, but darn it, we've struggled for far too long to not get the support we need and deserve. While it in no way can take the place of medication and adequate trauma-informed therapy, I want you to know that my group coaching program FOCUSED can be another source of support for those of you looking for additional tools to address your ADHD. We see you, we hear you and we validate you.
