Howard Blum Reveals New Details Of Kohberger's Car Ride To PA With His Dad Description: In one of the most chilling post-crime journeys in recent memory, Bryan Kohberger and his father drove nearly 2,500 miles cross-country from Pullman, Washington to Albrightsville, Pennsylvania — shoulder to shoulder, in the same white Hyundai Elantra investigators were scrambling to identify. In this episode, Howard Blum breaks down what really happened in that car, and why the trip might have been more than just a holiday homecoming. It might've been a slow-motion psychological unraveling. Blum reveals exclusive insights into what Michael Kohberger may have noticed during the ride: his son's erratic behavior, route changes due to apparent paranoia, and the moment they were stopped by police not once — but twice. Why didn't the father ask questions? Did he already suspect something? Or was this an episode of quiet denial playing out across state lines? With Robin Dreeke offering a behavioral read on the body language and emotional tension of the ride, this episode explores how Michael Kohberger — a man who had already seen his son battle heroin addiction, weight loss obsession, and social dysfunction — may have begun to put the pieces together too late. Was the drive east a form of emotional containment, or the beginning of an internal reckoning for a father watching his son spiral? We examine the guilt, the confusion, and the quiet dread of a parent who may have realized too late that the son sitting next to him might be a killer — and why that ride may now become a pivotal chapter in the larger story of this case. In this reflective and candid episode, Zach shares a spontaneous but powerful podcast topic—courtesy of his 16-year-old daughter—centered around the question: What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail? Through stories from his personal life, business challenges, trading mishaps, and near car accidents, Zach unpacks the idea that failure isn't final—it's feedback. He explores how real growth happens through overcoming mistakes, the escalating nature of challenges as you level up in business, and why consistency in small wins beats chasing big swings. Plus, he celebrates major wins in the trading community and explains how refining their education has helped members achieve real, life-changing progress. This episode is both a wake-up call and an encouragement to embrace the messiness of learning and growing.

The Conscious Edge Podcast: Redefining Wealth as a Whole Human Experience
In this episode I'm sharing the powerful story of how a 30-minute car ride in 2017 led to the birth of The Conscious Edge. It included flow, decision-making, and trusting the process when creating something meaningful. I'm sharing the exact moment I named my business, how everything effortlessly aligned, and the lessons I learned about making decisions with clarity and confidence. If you've ever struggled with overthinking or second-guessing, this episode is for you. Key Points of Emphasis: The Difference Between Struggle & Flow – Business decisions can feel like trudging through mud or they can fall into place effortlessly. Understanding why makes all the difference. The Power of Setting Time Limits – "You will take as much time as you give yourself" when making decisions. Instead of waiting for the perfect moment, create it. How The Conscious Edge Was Named – On a 30-minute car ride, I asked for guidance and decided that before I pulled into my garage, I would have a name for my business. Trusting the Process – When we commit to moving forward, opportunities open up in ways we can't always explain, but we must take the next step when they do. Overcoming Roadblocks with Possibility Thinking – Instead of letting obstacles (like an unavailable domain name) stop you, ask, "What else is possible?" The Intersection of Science & Spirituality – The Conscious Edge is a place where modern science and ancient wisdom meet to create transformation. Taking Action on Inspired Ideas – If you don't act on an idea, it will find someone else who will. Move forward with confidence. Most People Quit Too Soon – Success isn't about never facing challenges; it's about tweaking your approach instead of starting over every time things get difficult. Sometimes our babies won't fall asleep, and we can't figure out why. They could be changed, fed, warm, but nothing seems to work. Many parents will put their little one in the car and drive around the block to see if that helps them fall asleep, which can often times be pretty effective. However, what happens when you get back to the house and your little one wakes up? You can't be driving around the block forever! That is where we come in! Our car ride sounds can mimic the noise heard from inside the car. Millions of parents use white noise for sleeping to help their children get some shut-eye. Next time your child struggles to sleep, you should give this white noise sound a try! While playing white noise for babies, it's important to keep tabs on the volume, because any white noise machine, smartphone, or computer can put out levels that are too loud for your child. It's recommended to play the sound at least a few feet from where your infant is sleeping and to keep the volume no louder than the sound of a soft shower. Parents can download an app to turn their smartphone into a sound level meter. One good, free, option is the sound level meter app created by the U.S. National Institutes for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) available on the app store as the NIOSH SLM app. Here are some great products to help you sleep! In the latest episode of 'Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski,' former felony prosecutor Eric Faddis analyzes the compelling testimony of Jen McCabe in the Karen Read trial. McCabe recounts a morning car ride where a distraught Read repeatedly questioned if she had hit John O'Keefe, expressing guilt and fear over a cracked taillight. McCabe describes how Read hysterically reacted upon seeing O'Keefe in the snow, displaying what appeared to be genuine concern and an attempt to revive him. Faddis discusses the complexities of Read's behavior, noting it doesn't align with someone who intentionally committed murder. He questions whether the defense's conspiracy theory, which challenges the prosecution's narrative, is credible. Faddis emphasizes the difficulty of convincing a jury to accept a conspiracy theory without substantial evidence, as jurors typically trust law enforcement accounts. The episode highlights the challenges of the defense's strategy and the dramatic nature of the trial, suggesting that if a conspiracy were true, the involved parties would have to be exceptionally convincing. **Main Points:** - Jen McCabe testifies about a morning car ride with Karen Read, who expressed guilt over a cracked taillight and questioned if she hit John O'Keefe. - Read's hysterical reaction upon seeing O'Keefe in the snow suggests genuine concern rather than intentional harm. - Faddis discusses the complexity of Read's behavior and its implications for the defense's conspiracy theory. - The difficulty of convincing a jury to accept a conspiracy theory without strong evidence. - The episode explores the dramatic nature of the trial and the defense's challenging strategy. - The notion that if a conspiracy were true, the participants would have to be highly convincing actors. #HiddenKillers #TonyBrueski #EricFaddis #KarenRead #JohnOKeefe #JenMcCabe #ConspiracyTheory Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE?
