Jay Anthony has been singing and training as a singer since he was a toddler in church and now, having worked as a model, acted in commercials and as a movie extra, and after a couple of false starts, he is launching a career as a recording artist. His first song, dropping on February 9, is a beautiful, old-school R&B love song, “It's U 4 Me.”“Really, I'm walking into my destiny, which is music,” he said. “I thought I had lost the passion for it, because of life experiences, but it's still there. It's still in me.”Jay's passion, skill and talent shine in his debut song. His baritone voice flows like a river over the lyrics. He takes the ends of his lines up and down the notes like water running over rocks.I don't know what It is that makes me love you girl. I don't know what is, but you are my world. Might be the crazy things you do.Mmm mmm Baby it's you for me.“It's a fun song, basically about the characteristics in a relationship, about a man liking a woman, you know? He can't wait to get home to her — she is his world. It's a really feel-good song.”Jay has been singing since he was 3 or 4 years old, writing since about age 12. His first solo performance, in church, also came at 12. Professional vocal and musical training and work in the studio began at 14.Early attempts to begin a musical career — including contract demos and an audition for American Idol — did not pan out.“So, I'm like, ‘You know what, I'm done,' and then I started modeling.”His other work included the commercials and a part as an extra in a Will Smith movie (After Earth).“Other doors opened for me, and I took advantage of those doors. It was an honor working with Will Smith and meeting him, one of the coolest people ever. He was humble, the way he treated me,” he said. But the heart for music was always there. “It was always the music that I had a passion for.”The desire to be a professional singer came from Michael Jackson, “the first time I heard his voice,” he said. “He's my reason for singing.” The song was “I'll Be There.”He had other influences as well: Whitney Houston, Kem, John P. Kee, Frank Sinatra, Usher, Tank, Sam Cooke, John Legend, Patti Labelle. And Luther Vandross, who has special significance.“My voice changed,” he said. “Going through puberty, Luther really helped me to fall in love with my voice, with the change from being a little boy soprano to going deep. He kept me singing, and my mother and I got me a vocal coach and I worked through it.”His music began in gospel, and it remains as one of his musical staples. “I am a believer, and God is my first love.” His music will have gospel, soul, country, pop and a lot of R&B.“You're gonna get a mix of everything in my music,” he said. His dream and goal — he also calls it his mission — is to be a full-time recording and performing artist, “to inspire and nurture the human spirit through music.” “I want to release my music to the world. Tour. Put out an album. Get a band, go full time. That's the goal, because it's time. It's time.”In his early 30s, it's time. He is working on an EP to come out later this year. In addition to records, albums and shows, he wants to write some jingles, do some television, some film. “I'm turning back to my love of music,” he said. “The modeling and stuff, I did that, but it was always music for me. Like, the ‘you' for me is the music.”Connect to Jay Anthony on all platforms for new music, videos, and social posts, and follow him as he builds his career and catalogue. Bonita Burney Simmons Born to Sing... Without a doubt, Bonita has been anointed to sing! She was born on March 28, 1971 in Stamford, CT and was singing before she could even speak! As early as age 3, Bonita would hear lyrics on the radio and mimic exactly what she heard. During her first live performance, Bonita blew her audience away! People were so impressed and amazed, as they simply couldn't believe this big voice was coming from such a little girl! After spending her early years with her parents in Hartford,CT, her family relocated to Kinston, NC in 1974. Bonita would hone her skills while participating in music programs offered in Lenoir County Public Schools. She joined the chorus and in 5th grade, she was chosen to sing “The Way We Were” by Barbara Streisand. When she sang that song, there was not a dry eye in the room. During her 8th & 9th grade years, she was always active in the community, performing at events like NAACP banquets or weddings. She is a graduate of Kinston High School, Class of 1989, an alumni of Craven Community College with an Associates of Arts, and and alumni of the UAFWB Bible College where she graduated as valedictorian of the 2015 class with a Bachelor of Biblical Studies. To maintain a competitive edge, Bonita took years of private lessons with vocal coaches under the tutelage of Thomasine Hassell, Chantel Hollacheck, the late Wynona Daves, and Martha Mainor. Bonita's Singing Career... At age 12, she started her own gospel singing group, a trio called “Tried by Fire.” Determined and focused, Bonita thrived in her role as band leader and demonstrated her entrepreneurial skills at a very young age. Bonita would open up for all the national recording gospel artists who came to town like Shirley Caesar, John P. Kee, Luther Barnes, The Winans, The Williams Brothers and many others. Bonita has appeared and won first place on numerous occasions at the world famous Apollo Theatre in New York City. By the time she reached high school, she was already considered a professional singer! Today, Bonita is enjoying the flexibility of being an independent recording artist. Her talent is in high demand, as she is frequently requested to sing at venues and events throughout Eastern North Carolina! In June of 2017, Bonita was nominated and won two awards given by The Rhythm of Gospel Awards for Traditional Artist of the Year and Best Performance by a Female Artist in Jacksonville, Florida. She also in July of 2017 was nominated and recognized as the winner in the Independent Gospel Artist category of Traditional Vocalist of the Year from the Radio Alliance Awards also located in Jacksonville, Florida. Although she's experienced many tribulations, Bonita's life lessons are part of her unique tapestry that enables her to relate to people who are hurting. One of her biggest accomplishments is her outreach work with those who are incarcerated, sharing God's love through song. Indeed, Bonita has defined her own success, choosing to embrace an obedient lifestyle according to God's will for her life and career. She simply allows God to do the navigation and depends solely on Him to direct her career path- living by her motto, “If I make the way, then I'll have to pay the way. But if I allow HIM to make the way, he'll pay the way!" Bonita married her husband/manager, Eric B. Simmons in 1994. They have three wonderful children- Mykeva, E.J. and Landon. In October of 2000, Bonita was ordained into the Ministry as "Elder" by national Bishop Andrew Mcrorey Jr. of the Joy Mission Church of Deliverance, Hartford, CT. She also continues to serve Family Worship Center, "Ministry of Restoration" where the Pastor is George E. Fields Jr. Because serving and outreach is a part of the tapestry for Bonita's unique song ministry, being a part of the legacy of her father, the late, Bishop Landon O. Burney and the ministry that he founded is the reason she serves with great tenacity. Bonita and her family became members of Without Limits Christian Center in 2016 where the Pastors are James and Le'Conte McIver. Whenever and wherever there's a NEED; Bonita serves

About Love Ministries: Love Ministries About Kimberly McConnell: Adored Sistahs A native born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, who was eventually uprooted to South Bend, Indiana with her family, when entering high school. Kimberly Blake has two published books, “The Strength in The Life of An Ex-Military Wife”, and “Adored Sistahs and Young Sistah Power Book” which is a devotional for young ladies and older women alike that uplifts, and empowers young ladies, and women all over the world. Having experienced a variety of life's lessons in womanhood, and motherhood of two thriving young adults, she has found her purpose in paying it forward. Through her writing, inspiring, and sharing her walk with Christ, which is the best relationship she's ever had, her goal is to simply show that we can remind ourselves of our own worth, love on each other genuinely and be phenomenal without competition because God made room for each one of us. Through her organization, Kim reaches the masses with truth, information, and the love she's found within herself. She has not only discovered how self-love impacts and opens so many doors regarding the treatment of others and treatments received, but self-stewardship over the gifts, talents, and heart that God created in her from the very beginning. She also has products reflecting her personally created logo on to dwell in the lives of our Sistahs to remind us of the unity that exits if we just tap into it. We are stronger together than alone. If she can place the smallest glimpse of what a renewed mindset can do in a person's life, then she has achieved what she has set out to do, to prove that anything is possible if you believe. She is currently working on her third book and lives in San Antonio, Texas. I don't know quite what to tell you about this, since we had not felt anything or said anything quite like what we felt and said before. What I can say, is that the story God is telling about you, may be very different from the story they tell about you. And if they can't tell the truth about the woman in John 4, WELL…also: hear us freak out at our real-time encouragement from John P. Kee :)

David's instructor sought to further David and asked his mom if she could take him under her wing and mentor him as a church musician at a very large church on Chicago's Southside- his mother readily agreed. It was during this time that David started developing his songwriting ability. David practiced many of his compositions, first teaching them to the youth choir at his home church without informing them that he had written them. His early works were sung in churches, and they were well received. Committed to studying and enhancing his gift, he traveled across the country, gaining knowledge from the workshops and seminars offered by Ron Winans, Michael Brooks, John P Kee, and the Gospel Music Workshop of America. After forty years of service as a church musician, David decided to present and releases his inaugural single '1 Remember You' (2022). With over 100 songs in his arsenal, he wanted his first release to hold a special sentiment. David released I Remember You as a tribute to his mother, who passed away in 2012. The single is featured by BJ McKenzie David also presents another single, Bow To Y ou', which he "wrote as a prayer for God to rescue us in these perilous times. It is to let Him know that through it all we know that He is yet sovereign, and we will continue to worship Him as such" David shares. The song is beautifully performed by the lead singer, Tysings, and The Epoch House Choir from Nigeria. Pleased with his musical journey thus far, David knows something greater is in store in the days and years ahead. IJN

An expert in streamlining operations and creating transparency in reporting, Anna has led organizations through transition and growth in multiple executive roles. Most recently, she served as Chief Accounting Officer at the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York City, where she helped the institution navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to that, she served as VP of Finance for the Tenement Museum, also in New York. Previous employers included IBM, Fox News, and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. In 2018, along with friend and business partner Oneida Franco, Anna co-founded The Whole Kitchen, Inc. (TWK) — a company that creates meaningful experiences around a shared appreciation for food, sustainability, culture, and introspection. On October 1, 2021, National Coffee Day, the pair launched Casa Dos Chicas Café (CDCC), a brand of TWK. CDCC offers organic, single-origin, specialty coffees sourced mainly from Latin America. The company's goal and mission are to celebrate Latin American heritage whilepromoting equitable, sustainable practices along the entire coffee supply chain. Anna and her twin brother were born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to Mexican parents. Shortly afterward, the family relocated to Ligonier, Indiana, where Anna spent her childhood. The first in her family to attend and graduate from a university, Anna completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oral Roberts University School of Business in 1997. She later enrolled in the Becker CPA study course and passed all four parts of the New York State Certified Public Accounting exam. Anna is married to Christopher Ocansey, a Ghanaian American, and they have three children together: Joshua, Cristiana, and Olivia. About Oneida Franco: A multi-faceted entrepreneur and finance expert, Oneida Franco blends 25+ years of finance and accounting experience and education with a deep understanding of the needs of small-to-midsize business owners. After two decades in the corporate and non-profit worlds, Oneida's entrepreneurship journey began in 2017 when she found herself helping a growing number of friends and acquaintances with their finance questions. Recognizing a lack of practical guidance and tools, Oneida launched Franco Blueprint (FB) — an accounting and business management firm with the mission to up-level the businesses of artists, content creators and entrepreneurs. Often, individuals with brilliant ideas are looking to start their business and diversify themselves relying on different tools to get their business up and running as well as trying to understand the finance and operational side. That's where Oneida saw Franco Blueprint as the solution - a one-stop service and support system for business owners tuned into the frequency of creation and abundance. Shortly afterward, Oneida's partner Rick Diaz came on board as CFO, bringing an additional 25+ years of experience and expanding FB's roster to include financial real estate development and construction accounting. In 2018, Oneida and business partner Anna Ocansey co-founded The Whole Kitchen, Inc. The company's goal and mission are to celebrate Latin American heritage while promoting equitable, sustainable practices along the entire coffee supply chain. Born and raised in New York with Dominican roots, Oneida puts family at the center of things and stays closely connected to her heritage. Along with her family, she founded Fundación Generaciones Sanas (FUNGESA), a non-profit organization committed to providing youth with ongoing educational opportunities and sustainability programs. Recent FUNGESA projects include the reopening of the library at Antonio L. Batista School in Oneida's family hometown of Sabana del Puerto, Bonao. Oneida is the second oldest of five siblings and mother to 19-year-old Nina, who is almost off to college. (TWK) — a business that creates meaningful experiences around a shared appreciation for food, sustainability, culture, and introspection. The pair launched Casa Dos Chicas Café (CDCC), a brand of TWK, in October 2021. CDCC offers organic, single-origin, specialty coffees sourced mainly from Latin America.
