Slam the Gavel welcomes back Ryan J. Kolar to the podcast. Ryan was last on Season 4, Episode 143 and Season 5, Episode 52, 218 and 219. In PART THREE, Ryan discusses the probability of not getting his daughter back and the heart break this involves. What happens now? Lawsuits. Ryan talked about missing milestones such as birthdays, Christmas, gardening and how she needs to be surrounded by people that make her feel safe and to offer guidance as she enters her teen years. Ryan still has a chance to see her when she is 18. All accusations have been proven false as we talked about in a previous podcast, "the generational curse." Ryan explained that he walked out of court because the courts are financing the abuse of other children. Getting his daughter safe is more important to him, the judge is an accessory to the abuse of his daughter and the judge is protecting his ex's boyfriend. We also talked about the Kids For Cash scandal in Scranton, Pennsylvania the trafficking of children within the court systems. Slam the Gavel welcomes back Ryan J. Kolar to the podcast. Ryan was last on Season 4, Episode 143 and Season 5, Episode 52. Ryan discusses the overview of the whole case and just discussed Part 1 as his case is complex. The abusive parent will defend their reputation with money. The protective parent will fight to death for their children with money. This explains WHY that lawyers and judges CHOOSE to do this to children. There is nothing in the human soul that would make them want to let little children to get molested or worse. We discussed Title IV-D funding and how this contributes and compounds the problem of collusion, coaching and alienation within the 'family court.'To Reach Ryan Kolar: forkeko.com and 450-for-keko****** Supportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)Maryann Petri: dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.comhttps://www.tiktok.com/@maryannpetriFacebook: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/guitarpeace/Pinterest: Slam The Gavel Podcast/@guitarpeaceLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/maryann-petri-62a46b1ab/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536 Twitter https://x.com/PetriMaryann*DISCLAIMER* The use of this information is at the viewer/user's own risk. Slam the Gavel welcomes back Ryan J. Kolar to the podcast. Ryan was last on Season 4, Episode 143 and Season 5, Episode 52 and 218. In PART TWO, Ryan discusses the losing war with the court system that involves fighting for his daughter's safety. The good parent does not take away custody from the other good parent. But the bad parent will build a false narrative involving the silver bullet tactic. False accusations, used frequently in the family court arena are commonplace. Ryan discussed what a Temporary Restraining Order can really mean. It may be temporary, lasting 18 years. The TRO can be a distraction in the case. We talked about what 'Nunc Pro Tunc' means and parallel order summary in regards to his case. Can Judges orders survive the hearings untampered? Documentation is very important as discussed in this podcast. To Reach Ryan Kolar: forkeko.com and 450-for-keko****** Supportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)Maryann Petri: dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.comhttps://www.tiktok.com/@maryannpetriFacebook: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/guitarpeace/Pinterest: Slam The Gavel Podcast/@guitarpeaceLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/maryann-petri-62a46b1ab/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536 Twitter https://x.com/PetriMaryann*DISCLAIMER* The use of this information is at the viewer/user's own risk. We're doing a special series on the podcast this summer called Studio Snapshots. Rather than the in-depth, process-oriented interviews you're used to hearing, these rapid-fire interviews give us a glimpse in a guest's studio at a moment in time. They're part reflection, part anticipation of the future, and fully a celebration of where these teachers are today. Today I'm talking to Ivan Kolar.
Slam the Gavel welcomes back Ryan Kolar to the podcast. Ryan was last on Season 4, Episode 143. Ryan went in depth about the updates to his case and also explained that this is a systemic corruption issue. Judges have full discretion. Ryan's judge is Judge Karen Bowes. She does't have to honor his civil rights. The "Family Court, is programming the next generation for their REVENUE," Ryan states. Ryan wanted to understand WHY, but there is no WHY. It was EXTORTION in order to get money out of BOTH parents. The abusive one will defend their reputation with money. The protective parent will fight to death for their children with money. It explains WHY that lawyers and judges CHOOSE to do this to children. There is nothing in the human soul that would make them want to let little children to get molested or worse. We discussed Title IV-D funding and how this contributes and compounds the problem within the 'family court.' Here is part two of my interview with Ryan Kolar. We will go into more of his story of trying to regain custody of his daughter. If you haven't listened to the last episode, you'll want to do that before listening to this one, so you're up to date on the topic. Ryan is trying to protect his daughter from her pedophilic abuser stepfather (that the court ordered her to be forced to live with). We will also discuss, in more depth, the major issue of the American court system failing to respond in the best interest of children — nationwide. Children are being taken away from the protective parents and put into the “care” of their abusers. This should be a story that every legacy media company is picking up and pushing out to the public, but they aren't. My question is this: Why aren't they?--Ryan Kolar on IG: keko_coalitionWebsite: www.donutsandbroccoli.comHotline: 1-833-FOR-KEKO (833-367-5356)

On this episode, I will be discussing the tragedy that is our American court system with Ryan Kolar. Ryan is a parent from Chicago, IL who had his daughter removed from his custody simply for trying to protect her from her pedophilic stepfather, who molested her, and her sociopathic mother, who allows the abuse to continue to take place. Ryan will walk us through how the court system has intentionally framed him in order to drag out the case (just to maximize profits) and how this is something that is a systemic problem in our courts happening to many other protective parents all across America. We will also go into the foster care system and how all of these entities may, tragically, be connected (for extremely nefarious purposes).--Ryan Kolar on IG: keko_coalitionWebsite: www.donutsandbroccoli.comHotline: 1-833-FOR-KEKO (833-367-5356)
Slam the Gavel welcomes back Brian Vukadinovich to the podcast. he is the author of Motion for Justice: I Rest My Case and Rogues in Black Robes. Brian was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 69, 99 and 119 and Season 5, Episodes 13 and 37. On our show today and he will discuss his pending federal court lawsuit against a very famous judge, Richard A. Posner, formerly of the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit in Chicago where he was on the bench for almost 36 years before he retired in 2017 over disagreements with the other judges about how PRO SE'S were being TREATED in the Seventh Circuit. He read about how Brian represented himself in a five day federal civil rights jury trial in 2016 and how Brian beat a team of corporation lawyers at the five day jury trial where he was awarded more than $200,000 by the jury for the school corporation's violation of his due process rights. When they terminated his employment as a teacher, and in 2018 Posner asked Brian to come work for him in his newly created company "Posner Center for Pro Se's" to help unrepresented litigants and agreed to pay Brian $120,000 a year to serve as the executive director of the Posner Center and to also provide advisory services to Posner in Posner's personal capacity. But Posner REFUSED TO PAY him for his work and Brian had to take him to court for BREACH OF CONTRACT. Brian is representing himself and is battling lawyers from 3 DIFFERENT STATES (New York, Chicago and Indiana) in the case. Recently, there was a hearing in the federal court and Brian tried to get the judge to take JUDICIAL NOTICE of a PERJURED AFFIDAVIT that the New York lawyer, Justin M. Ellis, signed under penalty of perjury. When Brian tried to submit into evidence a CRUCIAL DOCUMENT that proved that the lawyer committed perjury on his affidavit, the magistrate judge, Joshua Kolar, initially didn't want to allow the document into evidence and abruptly adjourned the hearing. EVERYONE was almost on their way out of the courthouse and to the door. Out of nowhere, a U.S. MARSHALL approached him and told him that the judge wanted everybody back in the courtroom. The judge, after rethinking things over DECIDED TO ADMIT THE DOCUMENT into the record, and that's when it hit the fan: when the New York Lawyer started to WHINE and BACKPEDAL, trying to cover the perjury. HOWEVER, magistrate judge, Joshua Kolar, has been NOMINATED to be a federal court of appeals judge at the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago, the SAME COURT that Posner was at. Brian gave us some thoughts about what he thinks about the nomination of Kolar for the U.S. Court of Appeals and gave information about the process involved with federal judge nominations and what takes place before they can be seated on the federal judiciary. What the PUBLIC NEEDS TO BE AWARE of when judges are nominated for judicial positions is VERY IMPORTANT at TAXPAYER EXPENSE. Here is part two of my interview with Ryan Kolar. My question is this: Why aren't they?
Slam the Gavel welcomes Ryan Kolar to the podcast. Ryan's case began with 50/50 shared custody of his then ten year old daughter with a proven ABUSIVE ex-wife. However, when she REMARRIED, his daughter reported molestation from the STEPFATHER while Ryan, a survivor of sexual abuse himself, saw patterns emerging of the grooming of his daughter. Through the well-oiled machinery of the 'family court' system he then LOST CUSTODY 17 months ago after reporting the ABUSE to DCFS. Opposing counsel, the Guardian ad Litem as well as the school system spun a web of deceit, creating a false narrative that the judge ruled a temporary suspension of his parenting rights that still haven't been restored a YEAR after Ryan PROVED his innocence and the COLLUSION is court documents. Ryan explained that this is a systemic corruption issue. Judges have full discretion. They don't have to honor our civil rights. Ryan wanted to understand WHY, but there is no WHY. It was extortion get money out of both parents. The abusive one will defend their reputation with money. The protective parent will fight to death for their children with money. It doesn't explain WHY that lawyers and judges choose to do this to children. There is nothing in the human soul that would make them want to let little children to get molested or worse. We discussed Title IV-D funding and how this contributes and compounds the problem within the 'family court.' They are letting you PROVE the case against the abuser and you are doing your job FOR THEM. The next phase is to erase her father out of her life and destroy his life. The judge is refusing to let him present evidence of molestation by the Stepfather. The GAL is of no help, knowing this ABUSE was happening and did NOTHING. If the judge doesn't rule on anything, then Ryan can't appeal it and get JUSTICE. Parents aren't getting their day in court. The judge would not let witnesses speak in his case. Ryan thoroughly explained his case and how the school also got involved and disturbed evidence. This is such a big case that he cannot get an attorney to take it on. And there is millions to be made. Ryan will be a return guest on Slam the Gavel. To reach Ryan: @keko_coalition on Instagram and donutsandbroccoli.comThis episode of Slam the Gavel is sponsored by CPSprotect Consulting Services.
