Send us a textEpisode 12 is out now from Alief's own IYKUK!Houston born, Alief raised, IYKUK started as yet another club kid in the scene, stepped up as a photographer, then picked up a board with that money. Two years later she's played in McAllen, Dallas, and soon New York City. Rap and RnB raised her, house and UK garage made up her adolescence, but club music made her what she is today, a full circle moment for her musical tastes. Her usual sets ebb and flow with stripped back breakbeats, chopped up samples, an occasional 4x4 beat, and as always, a desire for fun on the dance floor. After all this time she keeps the same motto she did since she realized she was great at what she does; World Domination. It turns out all it took to make Mark Zuckerberg look like the protagonist was alt-right Tony Stark buying Twitter. Who knew? And by that we mean: Happy Threads Day. This week: chicken restaurants that aren't Los Pollos Hermanos, pizza restaurants that only sometimes serve pizza, and EV makers collectively throw CCS under the battery powered bus.

Join Simon & Jamie as they deep dive S5 E7 "JMM" and S5 E8 "Bagman" and explore the show's symbolism, symmetry and plot twists From Wikipedia: S5 E7 "JMM" Jimmy and Kim get married, applying spousal privilege to their conversations. Lalo is charged with murder under an alias and directs Saul to obtain bail. Kim and Rich apologize for the outcome of Acker's case. Kevin indicates he will let them know later whether he will retain them. Kim and Rich return, and Kim reminds Kevin he ignored their advice. She says that whether he retains them or hires new counsel, she hopes he will be willing to listen, and Kevin indicates his approval. Mike tells Stacey he is over the problem that caused his recent anger. Nacho tells Mike that Lalo wants Nacho to burn down one of Gus' restaurants. Gus and other subsidiary owners provide updates to Peter, Madrigal's CEO. Gus briefs Peter and Lydia on the meth lab's status. Nacho and Gus destroy a Los Pollos Hermanos to preserve Nacho's role as Gus' mole. Saul uses Mike's information to accuse police of fabricating evidence against Lalo. Bail is set at $7 million, which Lalo says he can pay. Howard confronts Jimmy and rescinds his job offer. Jimmy blames Howard for Chuck's death and says that as Saul he has grown too big for the constraints of HHM. S6 E8 "Bagman" The Cousins pick up Lalo's bail money at a cartel site in Mexico. An informant makes a telephone call to report their presence. Lalo directs Jimmy to a remote pickup site and pays him $100,000 to transport the cash. Kim says she does not want him to go because he is a lawyer, not a "bagman" for drug dealers, but he says it will be an easy job. The Cousins deliver two bags of cash to Jimmy, then depart. As Jimmy starts his return trip, he is cut off by several gunmen. They take the money and prepare to kill him but are attacked by an unseen sniper. All but one are killed and the survivor escapes. The shooter is Mike, who drives off with Jimmy and the cash. Jimmy's car breaks down, so they push it over the edge of the road, then walk cross-country to avoid the gunman. They camp overnight, then continue their trek. When Jimmy fails to return, Kim asks Lalo for his location, but Lalo refuses. The gunman continues searching, so Jimmy acts as a decoy and draws him in. Mike shoots the gunman, whose vehicle flips and is destroyed. Mike and Jimmy resume walking.

Join Simon & Jamie as they Rewind cult TV Show Better Call Saul. This week we deep dive S3 E1 Mabel and S3 E2 Witness and explore the show's symbolism, symmetry and plot twists. From Wikipedia: S3 E1 "Mabel" In a flash-forward, "Gene" points out to mall security guards a shoplifter hiding in a photo booth, but yells at him to stay silent and obtain counsel. In 2002, Jimmy helps Chuck remove foil from his walls and reminisces over a children's book they read together, but Chuck promises consequences for the fraud that humiliated him. Chuck plays Jimmy's confession to Howard, who says it has no legal value, but Chuck insists it has a use. Chuck later asks Ernesto to change the player's batteries and Ernesto hears the confession, but Chuck swears him to secrecy. Determined to discover how someone prevented him from killing Hector, Mike dismantles his station wagon and finds a tracking device in the gas cap. He then finds the same type of device in his sedan. Mike obtains a similar tracker and a receiver for monitoring it, replaces the tracker from his car with the new one, drains the battery of the one he took from his car, and stays up overnight. He sees someone replace his gas cap, thinking he has picked up the tracker with the dead battery. The man is actually carrying the tracker Mike installed, which enables Mike to follow him. S3 E2 "Witness" Chuck meets with a private investigator. The individuals who changed tracking devices on Mike's car meet with a courier, whom Mike tails until he stops at Los Pollos Hermanos. Mike asks Jimmy to watch the courier inside the restaurant. Jimmy notices nothing unusual and reports to Mike in Mike's car as Gus watches from a distance. Mike notices Victor leave, and sees the tracking device is moving, so he follows. When the device is again stationary, Mike finds it with his gas cap and a cell phone in the middle of a remote stretch of road. The phone rings, and Mike picks it up to answer. Ernesto tells Kim he heard Jimmy's taped confession. Kim has Jimmy engage her as counsel to obtain attorney–client privilege and tells him about the tape. She tells Jimmy it is useless in court and wonders what Chuck is planning, so she suggests Jimmy wait for Chuck to make the first move. Jimmy angrily breaks in to Chuck's house and destroys the tape. Howard and the private investigator reveal themselves and tell Chuck they witnessed the crimes Jimmy committed, enabling Chuck to report him to the police.

It's time to get some more Breaking Bad into your life as we move into the 9th episode of the 3rd season, Kafkaesque. Is this episode a lot slower than we remembered? What do we think of the great ad for Los Pollos Hermanos at the beginning and why do we all want chicken all of a sudden? Why is the title of this episode smarter than we might be able to understand and takes us on a journey back to our favourite Hilary Duff album? Why is it wrong that we spoil Star Wars in this episode? How amazing is Gus this week, even though he doesn't have a whole lot to do? What line does Hank give this week that is one of the best lines of this season? How great is Bryan Cranston's facial acting in this episode? Are we inspired to buy a book on the cooking from Breaking Bad all of a sudden? How do we feel about the return of the douche counsellor? How do we feel about the return of Ted? How great is it to get some more great Saul once again? And how do we feel about the end of this episode and the scene being so long? Get yourself listening and entertained once more for some more Breaking Bad goodness!★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★

Our Favorite Restaurants From TV The results are in, and here's the places that received the most votes: : Bob's Burgers, Monk's Cafe, The Max, The Peach Pit, Los Pollos Hermanos, Wherever the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles used to get pizza from, . Some real places got some love in our poll as well. Some people just said, "The last place Guy Fieri featured on one of his shows." And this is a totally legit answer. Those places look pretty awesome. The best real place mentioned was Kitchen Stadium from Iron Chef. In the domain of the fictional, Bob's Burgers won by a landslide. Seinfeld, Saved By The Bell, and Beverly Hills 90210 got some love in in the top spots too. The #FBLRecommendation this week is Matt Hyams. Check out t Hilarious Business Coaching Videos. Enjoy a brand new episode of Ka-Pow the Pop Cultured Podcast, in which Michael sits clear across the room from us in his own little island, causing the conversation to be even more disjointed and needlessly insulting than usual! We also cover all the latest pop culture news and rumors, and debate some deep thoughts about the way Disney has extended copyright laws and the potential effect on future generations of fans and creators.Length - 01:14:24Language - PG-13.
¡Comenzamos!
