Send me a Text MessageWhat if your soulmate could still reach you from the other side?In this unforgettable episode, Brian D. Smith talks with Pam Johnson, a healer, channeler, and co-author of Supernatural Love: A True Story of Life and Love After Death. When her husband Alan passed away unexpectedly on his birthday in 2020, Pam's heart broke—but it didn't close. Instead, Alan returned from Spirit with a message: “We're not done.”Pam and Alan spent more than 30 years together as mediums, healers, and spiritual teachers. And now, they continue their life's work—across the veil. Together, they co-authored a book after Alan's passing, and they now teach others how to maintain interdimensional relationships through their Supernatural Love Academy.

Today's guest is such a force of nature and an inspirational voice in the grief space—I'm truly so excited to share this episode with you all today because if you know her content even just from social media or in her books, you know how vulnerable and honest she is which we always need more of when we're coping with grief. Whitney Lyn Allen is first and foremost mama to her sons, Jackson (6) and Leo (2). She practiced law as a medical malpractice defense attorney for ten years before her husband had a severe reaction to a bee sting and sustained a severe brain injury, subsequently resulting in his death. Whitney decided to turn her pain into purpose and followed her new calling to serve others who are also experiencing grief and trauma and share her vulnerable and personal grief journey with others. She is the author of “Running in Trauma Stilettos,” which is an Amazon Best Seller, and also just released another book called “what must be carried”. Whitney is also a certified grief educator and provides grief coaching to those who are ready for their own transformation and growth after loss. She shares the empowering message that there is so much beauty in life, even after losing a loved one. This is an ideology that I am just so aligned with and speaks to everything I do at losses become gains and here on the podcast, and I'm truly so honored to share Whitney's story and uplifting perspective with you here. We meet Louise Blyth, author of 'Hope is Coming', for the second time. (Catch her first episode with us here: Life After Death) After losing her husband to bowel cancer at the age of 33, she and her 2 young boys set about understanding what life might be like without George. Louise is a shining example of how to live with grief. How it folds into your life and is able to enjoy a fulfilling and enlightened path forward. We learn: The difference between grief and mourning Time is irrelevant in the grief process. Shed the need to be 'normal'. There are societal BS 'norms' that need to be addressed. Falling in love again - the fear, the mindset, the safeguarding. Dealing with 'the impostor': What am I feeding my soul? What did I just read? What narrative did I just digest?! A second book is on its way so watch this space and we'll let you know when it's out!

In this episode we explore different types of love - and in particular, the love between a mother and daughter. Olivia's (Liv) mother was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in her final years of school. Liv had idolised her mother from a young age, and describes her as the Matriarch of her family, in her teenage years they had drifted apart but the diagnosis of breast cancer brought them close together. We talk to Liv about the final two years she had with her mother, and how she feels ten years after her mum's passing. We talk about love that lasts after death, memories and ghosts.
Ep. 44: Perhaps the most infamous story of Key West is of Carl Tanzler aka Count Carl Von Cosel. Joining us is author David L. Sloan, who wrote "The Lost Diary of Carl Von Cosel: A True Twisted Tale of Love After Death," to tell of a mad scientist, and eccentric, who fell in love with Elena Hoyos, and quite literally could not let her go after her death. This is both a true crime and paranormal tale because of the bizarre nature of Von Cosel's crime. And was there more to Von Cosel's actions? Was he perhaps involved in murder? On this week’s episode, Karina Machado welcomes back an original interviewee from her book Spirit Sisters. My guest is Sharon Eckhardt, whose story about communicating with the spirit of her teenaged sister following her tragic death features in the chapter called Love After Death. It’s a story that, in a sense, is the beating heart of my work, because in its quiet, humble way, it shares the truth that our spirits are eternal. I think that many of you will be able to relate to the experiences Sharon shares. If you’d like to read Sharon’s story in my book, pick up a copy of the 10th anniversary of Spirit Sisters, published earlier this year, at your favourite book store, or there are links to the ebook and audio version in the show notes. Sharon is a mother of four who lives in Albury, NSW, where she works as a food and hospitality technician at a local high school. It was lovely to meet her face to face, via Zoom, for the first time. The shock of losing her younger sister scarred Sharon, but one thing brought her of peace: the knowledge that Mandy’s spirit lives on, as she’s about to tell us. Enjoy my conversation with Sharon Eckhardt, one of the original voices in Spirit Sisters. The Sherman & Tingle Show - WDRV-FM Chicago
Join me as I speak with Kathy on discovering her first love, finding confidence in love, and the tragic events leading up to the death of her true soulmate.
It's tough to find love. Especially when you're an undead acrobat that looks like a melting wax figure. Such is the situation for our protagonist Boston Brand aka Deadman in volume one of the prestige comic, "Love After Death". After reading about a possible ghost woman haunting the halls of a traveling circus' final resting place he recognizes it as his chance at love. RIP Nipsey Hussle. The Southern California rapper, activist, otherwise known as our modern day Tupac was gunned down in front of his business on March 31, 2019. Nip leaves behind a legacy of music and teachings impacting and having changed the lives of so many around him. He leaves behind Lauren London, who we personally feel for as she is so strong in publicly mourning this loss which begs to question: Can you die from a broken heart? Love is foundation & a love like the one Lauren & Nipsey shared seems strong enough to surpass death. The Dating Network cast takes a minute to honor the late rapper and talk through losing love to death. Tune in every Sunday with your favorite podcast on TDN.Recorded at BK Media Studio / Podcast NYC
George Noory and the "Haunted Housewives" paranormal research team of Theresa Argie and Cathi Weber share some stories of ghostly love affairs that lasted after people had died. Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

“Love used to mean ‘I can’t live without you,’ but now… I know that I can. I don’t use the word so lightly.” In the span of 2 years, stand-up comedian Sean White lost 3 siblings and a mother and also went through a divorce. He stops by to talk about how those experiences altered how he thinks about love. He also talks about how he keeps his family with him, “they become totems… you keep them with you and you can request guidance for what they represent…” I give this episode a 4/5 tears cuz I cry a lot.
