Artem Moroz is a Ukrainian defense innovation and investment ecosystem specialist best known publicly for his leadership work inside BRAVE1, Ukraine's state-backed defence-tech cluster. He is BRAVE1's head of investor relations and a senior figure working on partnerships and international cooperation. Moroz has been a visible spokesperson for BRAVE1's international outreach — most notably Ukraine's “Test in Ukraine” initiative (a framework for foreign manufacturers to trial systems with Ukrainian forces and receive operational feedback). BRAVE1 is Ukraine's defence-tech coordination platform created under the umbrella of the country's wartime innovation push. It was launched under Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation in April 2023, to coordinate officials, military users, industry, investors, and donors to accelerate the loop from prototype to approval and deployment. Cormac Smith has worked in Public Relations and Corporate Communications for over three decades. In 2016 he traveled to Ukraine to take up a special appointment as the ‘Strategic Communication Advisor' to Pavlo Klimkin, then the Foreign Minister of Ukraine. He was attached to the British Embassy in Kyiv but was embedded in Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the first foreigner to hold such a position. Lyuba Shipovich is Dignitas Fund Team Co-Founder, and a Ukrainian-American activist and volunteer, active member of the Ukrainian diaspora, organizer of numerous volunteer initiatives, co-founder of Razom for Ukraine, organizer and coordinator of procurement and delivery of material support and training, IT expert, one of the Dignitas Ukraine founders. As part of the Dignitas Fund leadership team, Lyuba is the driving force behind the organization's strategic direction. She helps shape its long-term vision for defense technology in Ukraine, military-tech support for Ukraine, and targeted assistance to frontline units and veterans. Before Lyuba became a Revolution of Dignity activist in 2014, in Ukraine, which became a symbol of our foundation, she worked for a long time as an IT specialist in the US, already having many years of experience as a Ukrainian tech entrepreneur. In the 2010s, she became an active member of the diaspora supporting Ukraine and helped organize volunteer initiatives abroad. The work in the diaspora marked the beginning of her path as a Ukrainian volunteer activist. The combination of technical knowledge and civic activism is the basis of Lyuba Shipovich's biography.Even before the emergence of the modern Dignitas charity in Ukraine, Lyuba was already deeply involved in volunteer networks. Lesia Ogryzko is a visiting fellow with the Wider Europe programme at the European Council on Foreign Relations. She leads a Ukrainian think-tank on security and defence, Sahaidachnyi Security Center, and is board member of Ukraine's biggest expert coalition on the country's reconstruction, RISE Ukraine. Ilya Ponomarev is a Russian-Ukrainian politician who was a member of the Russian State Duma from 2007 to 2016. After the 2022 Russian invasion, Ponomarev joined Ukraine's Territorial Defence Forces, and categorically denounced the invasion. While a member of the Russian State Duma, he was the only deputy not to vote in favour of the Russian gay propaganda law and to vote against Russia's annexation of Crimea in March 2014. In 2016 he traveled to Ukraine to take up a special appointment as the ‘Strategic Communication Advisor' to Pavlo Klimkin, then the Foreign Minister of Ukraine.
