In this tutorial video, Steven Pope, the founder of My Amazon Guy, shares valuable insights and step-by-step instructions on how to add image swatches to your Amazon product listings. The video begins with an introduction to the topic, emphasizing the importance of showcasing color variations on a parentage to provide a better visual representation of the product. Steven advises viewers to access their inventory reports by navigating through the menu options and downloading the category listings report. He also mentions the need to request Amazon's support to enable this beta feature if it's not readily available. The tutorial then delves into the process of locating the Swatch column within the downloaded report. Steven demonstrates how to use the "Control+F" function to search for the term "Swatch" and identifies the specific category-specific inventory file where the column can be found. He addresses a recent change made by Amazon that removed the Swatch field from some templates, leading him to provide alternative methods to find the required data.Steven explains the concept of the Swatch image URL and provides examples of how it should be formatted. He suggests hosting the swatch image on a platform like WordPress, Shopify, or a third-party image hosting site, and then linking the URL within the template. He highlights the importance of using the correct format for the URL and clarifies the update type, emphasizing the usage of "partial update" in the template. The tutorial also covers the process of saving the template file and uploading it using the Amazon inventory uploader. Steven guides viewers through the necessary steps, including browsing for the saved file, uploading it, and monitoring the upload status. He assures viewers that a successful upload will result in the Swatch image being displayed on the product listing. He discusses the considerations involved in deciding whether to use a Swatch image or a text-based variation for certain products. He showcases examples of both approaches and explains the significance of choosing the appropriate method based on the product's characteristics and customer preferences. This tutorial provides a detailed walkthrough of the process of loading image swatches to Amazon product listings through template upload. By following Steven Pope's expert guidance, sellers can enhance their product presentations, improve customer experience, and potentially boost sales. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced Amazon seller, this informative video equips you with the knowledge and practical steps to leverage image swatches effectively.00:00 Loading Image Swatches to Amazon - Template Upload00:06 Accessing Inventory Reports00:19 Requesting the Category Listings Report00:39 Locating the Swatch Column in the Category Listings Report01:49 Searching for Swatch in Template Files03:01 Finding the Swatch Column in the Category-Specific Inventory Files03:32 Understanding the Swatch Image URL04:06 Generating a Swatch URL and Formatting it05:30 Filling in the Template with SKU, Swatch URL, and Update Type06:35 Uploading the Excel File to Amazon Inventory07:12 Verifying Successful Upload and Swatch Display08:29 Swatch Variation Considerations and Examples09:03 Limitations of Manually Adding Swatches to Parentage Variations

The journey continues in Part two of Tom, Sam, and Shannon's conversation with Mitch Kates - the pro wrestler turned marketing strategist turned political operative. After moving to Pittsburgh on a dare and a brush with local office (complete with “Think Big” campaign swag in size XXL only), our weekend warrior started his own branding firm working with the likes of Playboy and Guinness before moving on to managing political campaigns. How did he make the transition and how did his victories in a number of important local-level races land him in Tbilisi Georgia?  Tune in to find out and hear more of the story behind The Georgian Dream Campaign. Spoiler Alert:  there is a shark tank built into the conference room floor, collateral distributed under the cover of night, and an albino rapper at every campaign rally. And when you're done listening, let us know - is Mitch responsible for finally ending the Curse of the Bambino in 2004? A Marketing Podcast With No Name is produced at kglobal studios in Washington DC and is hosted by Tom Frank, Shannon Powers and Sam Santarelli.

What does marketing have to do with wrestling and the country of Georgia? We're not really sure either. . . But on the inaugural episode of A Marketing Podcast With No Name, Tom, Sam, and Shannon find the connection as they welcome  Mitch Kates to talk about a career that is anything but ordinary. In part one of this two-part interview, they dive into his roots as a professional wrestler, the evolution of his professional brand from Killer Kowalski's nephew to Jason the Terrible, and why being the villain is sometimes even better than being just another good guy.  They also get into the story that brought Tom and Mitch together in the first place — traversing Tbilisi Georgia documenting the life and campaign of an unlikely presidential candidate to win over the hearts and minds of Georgians as well the American audiences supporting him.  Listen in as Tom gets to reminisce about his glory days as a filmmaker, Sam shows off his useless trivia knowledge, and Shannon learns more than she ever wanted to know about a sport that is all for show.  And while you wait for Part Two to drop, let us know what you think - is Jason the Terrible so generic a brand, it's actually brilliant?A Marketing Podcast With No Name is produced at kglobal studios in Washington DC and is hosted by Tom Frank, Shannon Powers and Sam Santarelli.

This new location offers more square footage, ADA compliant access for customers, and increased space for additional classes and workshops. The new space is under construction to bring its gas and electric utilities up to code, and improve ventilation systems so that Team NFC can more safely work with dye pigments (as well as decrease the risk of Covid infection). Once these critical renovations are completed, cosmetic construction can begin on retail store space, class spaces, and outdoor area. The vision was always to have enough space so that Neighborhood Fiber Co. could not only expand their operations but also have the kind of facility that would work for projects and educational programs with Baltimore Youth Arts as well as other youth based organizations in the area. The problem is that since this project started (and Karida invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into the new building) the costs of renovations has more than doubled. Donations to this GoFundMe will go toward construction and labor costs to create a functional workspace and a welcoming creative hub in the Midway neighborhood.
