DJ Evil Dave of the Dark Corner has COVID for real this time. As such, he has elected to rerelease a podcast from a time in which he had thought he had COVID.

The boys are back for another quick dig and this episode we are going back over the wondrous year and time that has been 2020 :) Ahhh wasn't this year grand? We start from the beginning, talk about what he had planned, how Miami went and then how the whole world pretty much went to shit haha. Ken leads the way this episode and gives some cool insight as to what it's like trying to keep TC thriving during the pandemic, why we weren't able to do all of the things we wanted this year, and what we have on our board for next year. Happy New Year you filthy animals
Back with another quick dig! In this episode, we cover what YouTubers hail as "the most hated man in streetwear" (lol), aka Warren Lotas, and his months long legal battle with Nike, which has just this past week finally come to an end. We cover some of the young designer's early work and how he broke into the conversation in the streetwear world, what he was up to the past few years, as well as his controversial NOT DUNKS that were released this year, which he was then hit with a very public lawsuit for by Nike. We ALSO discuss the difference between retros, customs, bootlegs, flips, and fakes and get down to the bottom of what's what. NOTE: This will also be our first episode uploaded to YouTube so check us out there https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCl0UGrYQRLowcqTSlfglCfA

ANOTHER QUICK DIG! In this episode we talk about how clothing donation sites in China are being greenwashed to make people think they are going to help those in need, when in reality, the clothes are either being burned or exported. NOT CHILL. We also talk about how this relates to and differs from clothing and textile recycling in the U.S. HINT: We aren't much better lol. QUICK DIGS! This episode is the first of a new format we're trying over here at Tee Time called 'Quick Digs'. Quick Digs as in shorter episodes and quicker dives into a broader range of topics, aka whatever we feel like talking about that week. This gives us a chance to drop episodes more regularly as well as start to feature some guests on the show (which we will definitely be doing in the coming weeks). For the first episode of Quick Digs, we do a deep dive into the ThriftCon mission statement, how we formed it, and what it means for us as a company. We break it down line by line, word by word and show you how each word was carefully and deliberately chosen. Sounds boring, and maybe it kinda is! But it's important and we love being transparent with our process in the off chance it may help or inspire someone to create something amazing down the road. BONUS: if you listen til the end we give another update as to when and where the next ThriftCon might go down ;)
In episode 11, we cover one of the most recognizable names in fashion and the Queen of punk herself, Vivienne Westwood. We are back after a short hiatus following ThriftCon Denver and this episode is the perfect way to jump back in. We cover from Westwood's early days of making her own clothing and attempts at selling her own handmade jewelry into her introduction and relationship with Malcolm McClaren. That duo would reign over the 70s and 80s and created an entire movement and helped to spark the punk scene in music and fashion. Eventually breaking things off, Westwood would go onto become a household name in the fashion world in her own right as well as a committed activist taking a firm stance on causes such as climate change, civil rights and freedom of speech. Also Fireflies by Owl City might be the new song for our credits and if this episode gets removed from the airwaves now you know why.
In episode 10, Mars and Ken breakdown what it was like to throw a ThriftCon event during a pandemic. This is the first episode since #1 that didn't cover a topic because we felt like it was time for an update. We cover the ins and outs of the Denver event, the time leading up to it all the way up to the event itself and how it differed from our normal events aka the good, the bag and the ugly. We also touch briefly on what we have on the board for the next few months as well as when and where the next ThriftCon might be going down! HINT: It's not Delaware.

Pytanie kierowcy BMW Chcąc w najwyższym stopniu zadbać o mój pojazd, chciałbym zapytać o kilka kwestii eksploatacyjnych, związanych z napędem. 1. Czy w automatycznej skrzyni biegów w moim aucie powinienem wymieniać olej? Jeśli tak, to co ile kilometrów? 2. Czy powinienem wymieniać olej w dyferencjałach w przypadku napędu xDrive? Jeśli tak, to co ile kilometrów? Ponadto, jak ogólnie dbać o napęd xDrive? 3. 3. Czujniki ciśnienia w nowych modelach BMW są przypisane do pozycji koła w pojeździe, każda zmiana miejsca usytuowania kołą wymaga ponownej adaptacji (przypisania) czujnika do nowego położenia.

Is it still a fanny pack if you rock it in the front? Is it still Dubstep if there isn't any dub? Niles plays the music that he feels is embracing the future of Dubstep without losing sight of its roots. Referencing the sound of early Tempa two step and sometimes stripping it down to a more minimal dub techno feel. He's been keeping his head down and his ear to the ground while planning some new projects you are sure to be hearing about soon, as well as doing more remixing duties for VTG.
